Spiaggia molto grande con mare pulito, l'unica cosa che non c'è barriera corallina, ombrelloni grandi e distanziati e ottimo gli scivoli e bar sulla spiaggia dove si poteva tranquillamente pranzare nei 2 ristoranti.

Struttura un pò datata, abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, le cose che non mi sono piaciute: Internet assente funzionava solo alla reception e ogni volta dovevano inserire il codice di accesso non ci hanno mai dato login e password. I teli mare erano disponibili in camera ma venivano cambiati solo se andavi alla reception a chiedere la sostituzione con teli nuovi....Per un resort di 4 stelle credo che sia fondamentale il Wi-Fi in ogni parte della struttura compreso la spiaggia e i teli mare devono essere consegnati in spiaggia.

Our second time there and again couldn't fault a thing! Easy ,fast check in, was upgraded to a suite , which was beautiful with a sea view. Thank you very much for that. The food is excellent, normally we have breakfast in The Royal Palm restaurant, so much choice, then lunch in The Blue Horizon Beach restaurant, where you order your meal, the food comes out piping hot, we love the pizza, burger and chicken sharwera with fries, then in the evening for dinner we love the Arabesque restaurant because it serves Egyptian food which is delicious.. You can get ice cream and pancakes from the pool bar. The beach is beautiful and is sandy, with crystal blue water, a fantastic view there. We attended the foam party which was so much fun. All the staff are polite and friendly. The atmosphere is good there. Plenty of space, nothing is crowded. Although it's rated 4 stars, it's better than some 5 stars I have been too. We will be coming back again soon!

الفندق مكانه ممتاز وقريب من كل حاجة، والبحر والشاطئ تحفه، والنضافة واضحة في الغرف وكل أنحاء الفندق. الأكل كان حلو، والعاملين في المطاعم والبارات كانوا دايمًا بيتعبوا علشان يلبوا طلباتنا، وكلهم محترمين وبشوشين جدًا. شكر خاص لمستر محمد معوض على اهتمامه الكبير بينا، ولمستر حاتم ومستر مصطفى في الريسبشن على ذوقهم وتعاونهم وسرعة استجابتهم لأي طلب. بجد الاستاف كله من أكتر الحاجات اللي خلت إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة.

l’établissement mériterait une rénovation. Les salles de bain sont assez vétustes, tout comme le mobilier. Les chambres auraient également besoin d’être refaites et modernisées. Cela améliorerait considérablement le confort et la qualité du séjour

المكان تحفة والبحر جميل جدًا، والفندق نضيف، والبارات موجودة في كل مكان تقريبًا، وال staff كله بشوش ومتعاون وناس جميله بجد وحابة أوجه شكر كبير جدًا لمستر محمد معوض على اهتمامه وذوقه وتعامله الراقي من أول ما وصلنا استقبلونا بفاكهة وعصير، وده كان ترحيب جميل جدًا. وكمان بشكر مستر حاتم ومستر مصطفى في الريسبشن، لأنهم كانوا متعاونين ومحترمين جدًا معانا طول فترة الإقامة. كمان موظفين المطعم بجد بيتعبوا جدًا وبيعملوا كل اللي يقدروا عليه علشان يريحوا النزلاء، وتعاملهم وأخلاقهم كانوا تحفة. بصراحة أخلاق الموظفين واهتمامهم بالنزلاء من أجمل الحاجات في الفندق. شكرًا لكل فريق العمل على الإقامة الجميلة دي، وأكيد مش هتكون آخر مرة.

1- التلفزيون بالغرفه لايوجد به اي قنوات مصريه او حتي عربيه 2- لايوجد مكان مخصص ل ثابت لتبديل فوط البحر 3- الاكل كان حلو وجميل جدا و لكن تقريبا هو هو كل يوم خصوصا البروتين

ال staff رائع وممتاز من اقل موظف الي اعلي مدير قبلته في المكان بالنسبة لل F&B - استاذ محمد معوض شخص رائع وراقي في معاملته للضيوف وكل فريقه سواء في المطاعم او في البار وموظفين ال Reception رغم ان كان فيه شوية سوء فهم في بداية الcheck in لكن الناس تداركوا الأمر وكان فيه مرونه وحلوا المشكلة في وقتها طبعا كل فريق الاستقبال محترم وخدوم وتخص استاذ حاتم عبدالباسط

The hotel is magnificent , the staff was great , the room was sufficient , the all-inclusive package was outstanding with great food varieties , the animation team was very friendly and the overall experience was very satisfying.

Havuz çok küçük diğer oteller bizim alanımıza girerken bizim orda yürümemize bile müsade edilmedi sert bir dille uyardılar, yemekhane çok kötü kokuyor, herşeye extra deniyor soğuk kahve bilet extra normal kahve buz ve süt alabilirsiniz ama soğuk kahve alamazsınız:)

Room area is acceptable, and it was renewed. We feel safe during our stay, the staff was very helpful. Food and drinks are acceptable and suits all , snacks time is wonderful for me ( Burger, Shawarma, hot dog, fries and Pizza). As usual the staff is very friendly and solve any problem you face. The beach is sandy and well organized, there are some tiny rocks in the sea but no need for sea shoe, it was acceptable. Two main restaurants are available during breakfast and dinner, even the hotel is fully booked and always you can find a place for you and the staff do their best for helping you.

Nothing for me, but for those who loves animation teams, the team is very weak but for us it is okay. One pool only and the pool depth don't suit us ( 170 cm and 200 cm) only.

All in all , all the team are happy to help. The beach, beach activities, food in both restaurants especially arabesque restaurant are incredible.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Mr. Mohamed Mowed, who was very helpful and professional. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hurghada. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was good, and the facilities were great, especially for families with children. We really enjoyed our time there and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a lovely experience and definitely a place we would consider coming back to. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday in Hurghada! ❤️

My family and I stayed here for four nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, providing us with five star service throughout our stay. Struttura meravigliosa, molto grande con tanti ristoranti e attività diverse non ci si annoia. Spiaggia pulita e due ristoranti differenti sulla spiaggia, con bar e bevande… comodissimo e personale ottimo. Ero molto preoccupata per alcune recensioni non positive, invece mi sono subito ricreduta, si è una struttura un po’ datata ma ha tutto il necessario ed è tutto pulito e puliscono la camera ogni giorno. Il primo giorno ci hanno portato frutta e dolci in camera, con bevande e portano sempre l’acqua. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre a tua disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Il cibo è davvero ottimo, e non è da dare per scontato perché di solito gli all inclusive non hanno cibo buono, invece qua non mi ha delusa, svariate scelte e di ottima qualità. Sicuramente ci tornerò

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Hotel . Everything was great, from the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service and staff. the food was not only varied but also delicious and well prepared. The room was old needs some renovation

The main thing that attracted me to this hotel was the atmosphere outside the property. The surrounding area was beautiful and had a real Florida-style vibe, with tall palm trees, water fountains, open squares, and modern newly built hotels nearby. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach. Another great feature was that the beach was located right next to the hotel, making it very convenient and enjoyable to visit.

The hotel is nearly 35 years old and, in my opinion, does not meet the standard expected of a 4-star property. Although the exterior of the hotel looks attractive and well-maintained, the condition of the room was quite different. The floor tiles in the room were discoloured and showed signs of age and wear. The shower door did not close properly, and there was no standard walk-in shower, only a shower area with poor drainage. The shower floor was uneven, which meant that water did not drain away effectively and tended to collect on the floor. The bed linen appeared worn and dated, and much of the furniture in the room looked old and in need of refurbishment. Some of the drawers did not close properly, which added to the impression that the room had not been well maintained. In addition, there were very few power sockets available in the room, making it difficult to charge multiple devices conveniently. Overall, while the hotel's exterior and surrounding area were appealing, the accommodation itself was disappointing and did not reflect the quality I would expect from a 4-star hotel.The all-inclusive food was average and lacked variety at times. While there was enough choice available, the overall quality and selection did not fully meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The drinks selection was also quite limited. Soft drinks such as cola and Sprite were local brands rather than well-known international options, which may be disappointing for some guests.

A klíma rendkívül hangos és nem is működött tökéletesen. Az all inclusive keretében kb 1 dl sört öntöttek a pohárba egyszerre - az is rendre meleg volt.

We had an excellent experience at The Grand Hotel Hurghada. The property is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The beach, pools, gardens, and common areas were all impressive and clean. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, the great location, and the overall quality of the service. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. We were very satisfied with our stay. Some small details could always be improved, but overall the experience was excellent and we would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The beach and pools were excellent, and the overall facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the peaceful environment, the beautiful views, and the great attention to guests’ needs.

There was very little to dislike about the property. Overall, everything was well organized and we had a very pleasant experience. A few minor improvements could make the stay even better, but nothing affected our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

A Beautiful Hotel and very clean. The Manager ( Mohamed Moawad ), Provided excellent assistance for the Booking, to meet our every need .excellent service from him and all his staff , they are a Credit to him . Many thanks to GM/ Ahmed Qubaisy , you have an amazing hotel ,fantastic staff and provide superb hospitality. Thanks for a wonderful holiday We will recommend and we will come again.

The stay was not long enough.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the beach was amazing, the bars and food quality was great. Room service was great and the whole place was clean.

Activations and Activities was poor, and pool least depth was 140cm which didn’t suit some of our family members, but thankfully, Mr. Mohammed Moawed addressed our concerns right away :) Thanks again for the gifts and hospitality!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Cleanliness was excellent and the food tasted great but it needs more variety. The beach was clean, nice, and well organized. There is also an aqua park on the beach which is a nice addition.

The hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. Also, there was a sewage smell in the rooms. The TV only had 6 channels and was basically useless. The room phone doesn't work - no one answers from reception.

اكثر ما أعجبني التعاون الشديد من الاستاذ محمد معوض انسان ودود ومخلص جدا فى عمله وكان له تأثير ايجابى جدا فى استمتاعى بالإقامةوابداء المساعده فى كل مايخص الاقامه واشكر طاقم العمل بالفندق وجميع العاملين

Otel çok güzel ve alanı gayet büyük.Aquasından, normal havuzuna, içindeki restorantlardan, barına kadar herşey mevcut.En güzel yanı plajı çok güzel.Havaalanına 5 dk mesafede.Gerçekten hayatımda yaşadığım en iyi tatillerden biriydi.Herşey beklediğimden de öteydi.

Tek sevmediğim yanı aile oteli olmasıydı.Sürekli bebekleri ve çocukların ağlaması oluyordu gün içinde.Onun dışında otele hiçbir lafım yok.Herşey dört dörtlüktü.

The place was wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Everything was perfect, especially the restaurants. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Khalifa, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding hospitality and excellent service. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
