Obsługa była niezwykle miła i serdeczna. Pokój przewyższył nasze oczekiwania i w rzeczywistości okazał się nawet lepszy niż na zdjęciach zamieszczonych na Booking.com. Myślę, że warto byłoby dodać więcej zdjęć tarasu, ponieważ jest on dużym atutem tego miejsca i z pewnością mógłby przyciągnąć jeszcze więcej gości. Bardzo rzadko zdarza się, żeby obiekt zarezerwowany przez Booking.com przewyższał oczekiwania, ale tutaj naprawdę tak było. Nic na zdjęciach nie jest podkolorowane ani przedstawione lepiej niż w rzeczywistości — wręcz przeciwnie. Wszędzie było bardzo czysto, gospodyni była niezwykle miła i pomocna, a śniadanie naprawdę przepyszne. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro histórico. Cama cómoda, habitación cómoda y limpia.

El desayuno en el bar que queda frente al hotel no es bueno, y la atención deja bastante que desear. No sé si priorizaban a otros clientes que pagarían su cuenta, pero por momentos parecíamos invisibles para el mozo (o dueño), atendía a otras mesas llegadas después y nosotros seguíamos esperando nuestra comanda.

A szállás lokációja szerintem tökéletes Monopoli óvárosa pillanatok alatt elérhető. A tengerpart is sétatávra van, így mindenkinek ajánlom. Tiziana nagyon előzékeny és segítőkész volt.

A szállás kereshetne egy másik reggeliző helyet. Sajnos a kiszolgálással nem nagyon voltunk megelégedve. A 6 nap alatt egyszer sem sikerült azt kihozniuk, amit kértünk. Az ételek minősége sem volt igazán megfelelő....és most finoman fogalmaztam.

Завтрак был ужасным, вообще неё рекомендую брать с завтраком. Я первый раз в жизни увидел что можно испортить скрамбл … На следующий день даже не пошли в это место на завтрак. Но и как по мне цена за этот отель немного завышена

Location. Very close to the old town.

Be warned, if you book the two bedroom deluxe apartment the second bedroom is not satisfactory. Apart from being very small, the double bed is actually a camp bed, there are no bedside cabinets or lights. There is no wardrobe. There used to be a TV on the wall but this has been removed. The advertising on the website is deceptive. The website also claims to accomodate five people but only a three person couch is provided. The website also states every apartment has a balcony.

Close enough to old city, when I changed rooms it was much better, spacious , balcony. One thing I did not like, I booked a room with a balcony and they put me in a room without. It also had shower and jacuzzi in bedroom, which was odd. When I complained they told me I did not request a balcony, which is a bit dishonest when you send me a confirmation which said I had a balcony and my decision was based on that. They did move me the next day but it was inconvenient. I requested some compensation for this and it was ignored.

Jacuzzi , took up so much space and I did not use it. The room it was in was a bit strange, had microwave fridge and then jacuzzi, it was not a nice room so I could not imagine having a bath in there. This space would have been better used with a sofa, where you could sit and read. The girls on WhatsApp were nice and helpful.

Very disappointing — absolutely not worth the price Honestly, apart from the location, there was almost nothing positive about our stay. For more than $235 per night, we expected a completely different level of comfort and service. What we experienced was simply unacceptable. First of all, nobody even came to welcome us upon arrival. The jacuzzi was leaking water, which is especially unacceptable because it is located directly next to the bed. This is not only uncomfortable but also raises serious concerns about the condition and maintenance of the room. The air conditioner was unbelievably loud. It made such a terrible noise that it was practically impossible to sleep. A basic thing like being able to sleep comfortably should not even be an issue in a hotel at this price. And the breakfast was another major disappointment. It was extremely poor, with almost nothing to choose from. For the amount we paid per night, the breakfast was nowhere near an acceptable standard. The only real advantage of this place is its location. Everything else was a huge disappointment. Paying more than $235 per night for a room with a leaking jacuzzi, a ridiculously noisy air conditioner, poor breakfast, and no proper welcome is, in our opinion, completely unjustified and absolutely not worth the money. We definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

nella struttura prenotata online per le prime due notti la colazione veniva servita in un bar a pochi metri dalla stessa: pessima esperienza, i giovanotti del bar sono stati veramente sgarbati e a tratti proprio scostumati, e vi assicuro, senza un giustificato motivo; sembrava soffrissero a fare il loro lavoro!

Nice location, close to the center and generally nice room. There is lots of parking spots on the street around apartment. Check in went smooth. We had a great time in the apartment and Monopoli :)

Bed can be more comfortable and there is no extra pillows. Everything looks better in pictures, it`s somehow empty and blend. Included breakfast in the caffe next to the apartment is very bad. very limited choice and eggs are tasteless and weird consistency. Everything is general really good but it is overpriced for what you get, at this price range everything must be better.

La chambre est belle et grande et l'équipement est parfait, bon lit, la climatisation, la télé fonctionne bien et le bain à remous est bien. Au sujet de l'hôte, j'ai communiqué avec elle via WhatsApp.

L'ascenseur est étroit et très lent, j'ai préféré prendre l'escalier. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel, il se situe dans le bar en face et le service est long, donc si vous avez une excursion à faire c'est limite.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities met our expectations, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

The only aspect that was truly disappointing was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the variety of the food were far below the standard of the hotel. The selection was limited, and the overall breakfast experience was poor. My sincere recommendation would be to reconsider the restaurant/café that provides the breakfast service. Improving this aspect would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better reflect the quality of the hotel. Despite the breakfast, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staff.

O cazare superbă, totul a fost minunat, foarte curat, ușor accesibil și situat in centru, aproape de toate atracțiile, iar jacuzzi - ul din camera a făcut tot deliciul. Recomand și as reveni oricând!

La situation centrale dans Monopoli

On y était deux nuits et il fallait demander pour avoir le ménage après la 1ere nuit, ce que nous avons oublié de faire. Je trouve qu’à ce prix là, ça devrait être inclus d’office.

The location was only minutes from the centre walking. Easy of access to the property excellent. Host reachable by phone. Room good size, clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast at The Barrell across the street part of the package was very good- staff there very nice. - parking ok too plenty of on street parking available.

Localização perfeita, imóvel espaçoso e moderno, comodidade, limpeza, gentileza no atendimento.

Másodszor jártunk Monopoliban, de ez a szállás minden igényünket kielégítette. A jacuzzi a szobában hatalmas- bőven elég két főre és kellemes lazulást biztosít a sok-sok gyaloglás után. Minden nap takarítanak, friss vizet adnak és ami a legnagyobb extra hogy a negyedik emeleten van egy közös használatú, igényes tetőterasz. A bőröndöket ott lehet hagyni kicsekkolás után is. Tiziana minden infót WhatsApp-on küld és állandóan elérhető/ rögtön válaszol. A lakással szemben lévő Barrel nevű helyen lehet reggelizni, többféléből választani, természetesen ingyen. A Lido Bianco, Rosso és Nero strand max 15 perc gyalog.

la ubicacon es muy buena y Tiziana fue muy amable y dispuesta a atender las necesidades que surgieron , el desayuno en el lugra asignado es flojo , limitado y muy lento , cada mañana habia que esperar por lo mismo , lo que fue un plus fue la vineria que esta al lado cuyo dueños fueron MUY AMABLES en ayudar a conseguir espacio para estacionar ademas de invitarnos una copas por su cuenta aunque NO estaban incluidas por el propietario , recomiendo que incluyan copa de bienvenida en ese lugar que fue de gran ayuda en nuestra estadia de 5 dias alli , volveremos con ellos sin duda

Veldig sentralt og super beliggenhet rett utenfor gamlebyen. Gateparkering fungerte bra et par kvartal lenger oppover. Der var det mulig å finne gratis plass som var ledig. Fint å kunne benytte takterrasse og frokost på Barrel fungerte veldig greit.

Sengen kunne godt hatt en overmadrass, men ut over det var det ikke mye å klage på.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la vieille ville. Très bel appartement dans un immeuble entièrement rénové. Le canapé lit du salon est très grand et confortable.

Il n’y a pas de jacuzzi dans l’appartement ce qui n’était pas très clair en consultant l’annonce sur booking (uniquement pour les chambres ?). Le lit de la deuxième chambre est un canapé lit (pas testé le confort?). De plus la terrasse était en travaux à notre arrivée.

L emplacement, la chambre avec jacuzzi, la disponibilité et la communication pour l arrivée. Tres belle chambre

Il faudrait vraiment re fixer le lavabo de la salle de bain car il est sur le point de tomber.vraiment dommage, car la chambre et vraiment belle. Assez compliqué de se garer ,énormément de fréquentation.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch Patrizia war vom ersten Moment an hervorragend. Auch einen nahen, geschlossenen Parkplatz konnten wir kurzfristig am Anreisetag über Sie buchen und nutzen. Die Lage des Zimmers ist hervorragend, man ist ganz nah (8 minuten zu Fuß) der historischen Altstadt. Das Café zum Frühstücken war gleich gegenüberliegend.

Amazing breakfast with 5 items of beverages and food in a nearby cafe that was included in the room price. Big plus! The owner was very friendly and helpful, waited us for the check-in and even helped us find a free parking spot in front of the building. Also very flexible with the check-in time. Appreciate small touches like complimentary bottles of water every day during our stay. The room was very spacious.

Only fault is there is no dedicated parking space. Usually need to turn around for 10-15 min before finding one.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera spaziosissima con un bagno dotato di ogni comfort, ma il vero pezzo forte è la vasca idromassaggio nuovissima: sembra di essere in una spa! Il letto comodissimo (con biancheria che profuma di pulito) garantisce un riposo imbattibile. La posizione è strategica a pochi passi dal centro. Un plauso alla proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile, e al personale del bar di fronte dove abbiamo fatto un'ottima colazione. Torneremmo sicuramente!"

Chambre spacieuse, avec un superbe jacuzzi pour 2 personnes. L’hébergement était très propre et bien équipé (nécessaire de toilette, café). Notre hôte nous a laissé toutes les informations utiles avant notre arrivée pour faciliter le séjour (adresse, codes porte, informations petit déjeuner, modalités de sorties). Le petit déjeuner dans le café en bas de l’établissement était bon et copieux.

Le lit à ressort n’était pas des plus confortables, bien que nous ayons tout de même passé une bonne nuit.

Camera piccola. Doccia perde acqua per terra. Letto non comodo. Abbiamo pure preso la multa per il parcheggio. Ascensore ci mette 1 minuto e 17 secondi per arrivare al terzo piano.

Esperienza fantastica. Camera Spaziosissima, Bagno con tutti i confort, 2a Camera con Vasca Idromassaggio meravigliosa. Colaziona al Bar di fronte Buona e personale gentilissimo. A pochi passi dal Centro. Bellissima Esperienza sicuramente da rifare.

Esperienza negativa in quanto ci è stata consegnata una camera che non rispecchiava le foto viste qui. Una volta contattato telefonicamente chi ci ha consegnato la stanza, ho trovato una persona scortese che mi ha messo nell'unica condizione possibile di lasciare la camera non avendo altre soluzioni.
