Henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä, ja huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Henkilökunnan kanssa kommunikointi oli helppoa. Majoitus oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja on kokonaisuudessaan erinomainen valinta hyvään hintaan.

La struttura è molto curata e accogliente. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato anche dei tuor di un giorno da fare nei dintorni che ci sono piaciuti molto.

Casa Flor de Vida is an amazing deal combining all the comforts of a hotel with aspects of a hostal and an Airbnb. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and big. I actually had my own kitchen in addition to the shared kitchen. There is a small but tranquil garden and a nice shared covered courtyard that guests could also use. It is an amazing bargain and a clean, safe, and homey oasis.

A couple of minor bathroom related concerns. I nicer toilet seat (not cheap plastic) would be nice and there was a peculiarity with the shower which meant that it wouldn't stay on by itself until the hot water had run for about 30 seconds to expand the metal and allow the handle to stay up. No big deal esp. at the price.

Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum und zum Busbahnhof. Warme Dusche.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, welches die Fenster zum Innenhof hatte. Das heißt, es gab nur Frischluft aus dem Innenhof und das nur bei geöffneter Zimmertüre. Die Fenster waren zum Kippen, ohne Fliegenschutz. Im Bad gab es kein Fenster. Insgesamt war die Belüftungssituation sehr schlecht, denn man lässt das Fenster nicht gekippt und die Türe nicht aufstehen, wenn man schläft. Handtücher trocknen schlecht, da es immer etwas feucht in dem Zimmer ist. Bett nicht bequem, Federn waren zu spüren. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel. Es gibt eine kleine minimalistische Deckenleuchte und zwei Nachttischlampen. Wir haben Touren über den Vermieter gebucht. Hier würde ich empfehlen einen anderen Anbieter zu wählen. Leider hat uns der Vermieter dann für die Tour zum Canyon und den Flughafentransfer mehr Geld abgenommen als ursprünglich kommuniziert war. Das war sehr unprofessionell und wir mussten für seinen Fehler mehr bezahlen, weil alles schon ohne finale Zustimmung gebucht worden ist. Hier würde ich folgende Agtnur emfpehlen: Voy a Chiapas, 320 MXN pro Person zum Flughafen, über die kann man auch die Tour zum Sumidero Canyon buchen (700 MXN).

The place is great! The owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and I like the cat 🐈‍⬛

Casa la Flor de Vida ist eine wunderschöne, blitzsaubere Unterkunft mit stilvollen Zimmern und einem traumhaften Garten o wir jeden morgen unser Frühstück genossen. Eine wahrliche Ruheoase. Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum unweit von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Besonders die gutausgestattete Küche und die vielen handgemachten Kunstobjekte der Besitzer verleihen dem Haus eine ganz persönliche Note. Das Herzstück sind jedoch Luca und Rosi: Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Sie sind weit mehr als nur Gastgeber. Ihr echtes Interesse an den Gästen und ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt einzigartig gemacht. Gemeinsam mit der gemütlichen Hauskatze sorgen sie für eine Atmosphäre, für die wir sehr dankbar sind. Ein absolut super Aufenthalt bei Freunden

La ubicación es justamente lo que buscaba: cerca del centro pero lejos del bullicio. La habitación (doble grande) tenía una cocina muy luminosa y suficientemente equipada. Si uno precisa algo más, puede tomarlo prestado de la cocina comunitaria. Luca y su mujer son muy amables y siempre están pendientes de los pasajeros.

La habitación en sí (eran dos ambientes) era un poco oscura y, por las mañanas y noches, era un poco fría (viajé a comienzos de abril).

Nette Eigentümer, leider sprich Luca kein Englisch. Das Ambiente war gut und geschmackvoll. Es gab warme Decken.

Der Fußboden war schon sehr kalt; aber das hat Stein so ansich. Zu wenig warmes Wasser.

Son dormitorios agradables.

Η ανταπόκριση του Λούκα και της Ρόση σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν και η καλή τους διάθεση. Η καθαριότητα. Η προσοχή τους στις λεπτομέρειες του χώρου και η όμορφη και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. Καλή θέση του καταλύματος σε σχέση με το κέντρο. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας είναι αρκετά καλός αν και χρειάζεται ανανέωση όσον αφορά τις κατσαρόλες και καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει ένα φουρνάκι. Τέλειο και επαρκές ζεστό νερό.

Γενικά είχε κρύο , αλλά μας έδωσαν επαρκείς κουβέρτες μόλις τις ζητήσαμε.

Ottimo soggiorno. Posizione centrale. Camera ampia e pulita. Irma e Luca sono stati molto gentili e attenti a ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo

The bed was very comfortable with clean soft sheets. The bathroom was big and clean. Generally the place was clean and quiet at night and felt like a nice refuge with friendly hosts.

The room is very dark and you have to keep the curtains closed because other guests sit in front of this room at the patio, walk past the room and there would be no privacy.

Que no tenía clima o ventilador, no tiene tv, las puertas, ventanas son muy sencillas, la cortina traspasa lo a claridad etc.

Het was een grote kamer met alles wat we nodig hadden. We konden gemakkelijk ontbijten en lunchen in de tuin en alles gebruiken in de keuken om het te maken. We konden gemakkelijk inchecken en een tour boeken via het verblijf.

Por decir algo q llegue sobre las 21 horas y estaba la puerta cerrada y el timbre no funciona y tienes que llamar a golpes y tardan en abrir.

The owners are nice, the location is good -10min walk to the centre. The garden is nice, the kitchen is equipped for cooking .

The room is quite dark Sometimes people talk in the garden till midnight, so it is difficult to sleep. Sometimes smoking in the garden - which is smelly even when the window is closed. You don't really have privacy there, it's a small place but it's nice to sit in the garden. The owners are nice and available when you need something. There is a cat there too, which is important to know If you are allergic.

The owners make you feel like coming home. The atmosphere and the location are top. Totally worth it. I will come back !

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are living here as well, and they make us feel at home. They have the sweetest cat and a very nice garden. The place was very clean and spacious. Walking distance to attractions and not too noisy. I really enjoyed staying here and can definitely recommend!

I had a good stay at Casa Flor de Vida. I really appreciated the hot water in the shower. I didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed to be well-equipped and included fresh drinking water for guests. In the common space, the host included information about activities and tours to do in San Cristobal.

I feel that the host could have provided shower gel in the bathroom. The curtains for my room were a little see-through so when people were in the garden I felt I lacked some privacy.

Very beautiful house with a couple of rooms surrounding a nice courtyard. Purified water is provided on the kitchen. The host could not have been more helpful, even organised the tour for us for the cheapest price we found anywhere. Amazing value for money!

The room is big, clean and nice . The bathroom is nice and big . Some details missing like a bed light which did not work ( but there was another working ) , the soap was poor . For the rest the room was very welcoming for a good price . The staff available to provide extra service ( information and so on )

Casa Flor de Vida had hot water. After getting the overnight bus from Oaxaca, I greatly appreciated this! My room was ready before official check-in so the host allowed me to check-in early. The facilities were good - there was a garden, kitchen and a common area where people could relax. I also liked that in the common space there were leaflets and other literature to provide guests with helpful information about tours etc.

The wifi could be better as it was patchy in places and the host could provide shower gel for guests. I was also waiting for some time for someone to let me into the property, despite knocking and messaging the host numerous times.

I chose the Casa Flor de Vida for the garden and quiet location.

There was a coffee machine but no fresh coffee was available. Would be a nice touch to have a complimentary jar of fresh Chiapas coffee

Clean room and bathroom, friendly host. Location is great, you can easily walk to the city center and it's just two blocks away from the pedestrian precinct. Parking is on the street but we didn't have a problem finding a spot in front of the house with our rental car. They have a nice kitchen to cook your own meals. The kitchen is well maintained and clean. There's also small garden where you can hang out and relax. It's cold in San Cristobal but there were enough blankets in the room to keep us warm. :) Would definitely stay there again.

I didn't appreciate the obstrusive smell of the "air refresher" in the bath room which smelled like wet paint. But there's an easy fix for that: simply close the bathroom door.

Great place to explore San Cristobal, helpful friendly hosts (open to help you with questions or hanging out there before our nightbus), lovely terrace and usable kitchen.

Rooms a bit cold but under blankets and wearing a hoodie no problem

My host is super nice. My flight has been seriously delayed. I was very distracted and forgot to write to her that I would be late. She was very nice and warm when I arrived at the hotel.

One of our best stays! Great location, nice garden and a very friendly and flexible owner! The room is also quiet big, and the shower always had hot water a good water pressure. Loved everything.

good to know is that there's usually music playing at 7 am, I think it's the neighbours. But it's pretty peaceful music to wake up to :) :)

Very nice staff. They kindly let us use another room to clean up and rest during our early arrival while our room was being cleaned. The place is clean; the location is decent (not exactly in the middle of the action but quite close, and always felt very safe). The room has nice bedside lights, and is comfortable. There was drinkable water available for free as well as use of a kitchen (which I didn’t use but nice to know it was there).

Sounds travel very easily, so we always could hear others and felt others could hear us. This is especially true around the internal courtyard. Most people are out during the day, so it doesn’t matter so much, but we were worried of constantly disturbing others.

The hotel is very pretty with nicely sized, well decorated rooms, big and functional bathrooms and a beautiful garden. The owner was super helpful in arranging my very early airport taxi. All this and great value.

Very minor point--the outlets in my room placed in such a way that it made it difficult to charge devices without moving one of the endtables

Very nice guest house with charming proprietress. Super clean with private bath. Very close to el centro. Definitely recommend !

All in all good, the WiFi in the back rooms need extenders because the signal is very weak. I was there for 8 days and the room wasn’t cleaned once.

I took the suite which was a very large room. There was a good amount of hot water to take showers. Also the hotel had a nice kitchen and fridge that was mostly used to prepare hot beverages or take your own breakfast.

The rooms have no heater and it could get quite cold at night (this was the second half of November). Luca the owner gave me extra blankets which helped marginally.

Irma and Luca are such nice people ! Super friendly, very helpful ! The kitchen was very well equipped, the little garden is beautiful and the area is right in the centre of San Cristobal. Just great!
