貸切風呂の予約がスマホで予約から決済までできて、お手頃で枠もたくさんあり、とてもよかったです。

室内ばきのサンダルの履き心地が悪かったのが地味に残念でした。

夕食の時間が落ち着かなかった。時間を決めるのが、良いのか悪いのか… ８時からとなっているので、一斉に行くので、混みます。 朝食は、時間内に自然に分散され、よかったです。 混み具合の情報ら良かったです。

Located across the road from the main event, Yunessun! It makes it very easy to visit the water park every day you're there. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms, beds, showers, etc are large. On-site facilities cover basically everything you would need, including a fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet, though a tad expensive.

It's quite expensive per night, so if you want to visit Yunessun and don't mind taking the bus, there are more economic options.

The staff were very kind

Waiting queue for check-in, dinner and breakfast - never experienced such a thing what a time waste. Also it was not possible to turn off the AC completely.

Heel lekker restaurant met eindelijk eens groenten en lekkere wijn aan de bar. Fantastisch goede douche!

Matras schoof nogal gemakkelijk van het bed, maar dat is een detail.

Location and pools

Expensive and staff could have been way more helpful. We were offered no assistance with booking a taxi to leave, although after my wife broke her ankle we did find one incredibly helpful staff member, who we will be forever grateful too.

施設、充電スタンド、笑顔でしっかり対応するスタッフ。接客をする仕事なので、真面目に頑張っているスタッフは応援したくなる。

食事がゆっくり出来なかった。笑顔の無いスタッフ。

Te massaal, ontbijt en diner in restaurant lijkt op een vreetschuur. Eenmalig maar zeker nooit meer.

静かでゆっくり休めました。お食事美味しかったです。

雨だったので、温泉外にあるのが入れなかったです。

温水プールの施設を無料で利用できて楽しかった。 食事の種類が豊富で美味しかった。接客も良かった。

丁度、台風と重なってしまい夜のイベント蛍の庭の散策が出来なくて残念でした。次回は天候が良ければやってみたいです。

It was a good stay

Staff was trying to be helpful, but they are not trained to do so. They couldn't answer the basics questions about how to get to the.major tourist attractions. They didn't even know the English names of their own hotel facilities.

食事の種類が豊富で、スタッフも親切で雰囲気が良くて満足でした。

清潔感があり館内も部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフも丁寧親切で、バイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかった。緑にか困れたロケーションも最高だし、温泉も気持ちよかったです。部屋も館内も必要最低限に整理されていて、ゆっくりするには最高でしたまた。伺います。

ちょっと気になった点は、雨（台風）でしたが部屋の窓が開いていて、ベットや枕がしっとりと濡れていました。換気のためだと思いますが、雨の日は窓を閉めてもいいのかなと思いました。

スタッフは皆親切でホテル内も綺麗でした。外のお庭も素敵でした。大浴場も露天風呂も満喫しました。

夕食のビュッフェはイマイチでした。でも子供連れだったので各自好きなものを選んで食べれたので子供達には良かったです。

Clean, beautiful.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my dinner buffet experience on 19 June 2026. My buffet time was scheduled for 20:00. However, when I entered the restaurant and sat down, I was shocked to find that almost all the food was gone. There were only small amounts of tempura, beef, and sushi left. No food was refilled at all. The restaurant only offered extra food for an additional fee. Since there were no other restaurants near the hotel, I had no choice but to stay, which left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. As a paying guest, I expect a proper dinner buffet. I look forward to your reply and a fair solution to this matter.

This is exactly what you want from a resort hotel - it has a fabulous onsen, buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast, plus a swimming pool. It feels polished and upmarket.

נראה שהמלון עבר שיפוץ בשנים האחרונות, החדרים מאוד נוחים, מודרניים ונקיים. האונסן טוב מאוד והגנים של המלון יפים. יש גם גישה חופשית לפארק המים ״יונסן״ שממול שהיה פלוס נחמד לשהות. יש תחנות אוטובוס ממש בכניסה למלון אז היה לנו נוח יחסית להתנייד גם למסלול המעגלי וגם בהגעה והעזיבה להאקונה.

ארוחת הבוקר והערב היו על הפנים, היה מגוון אבל האוכל לא היה איכותי מספיק וגם לא מילאו את הבופה בזמן והיה צריך לחכות שיביאו עוד אוכל, מזל שיש פאמלי מארט צמוד. במלון היו הרבה משפחות אז ייתכן שיהיה קצת רועש.

施設がとても綺麗で、景色も良く、ホタル見学などのアクティビティも豊富で楽しかったです！併設のバーの品揃えも良くて、のんびり滞在して楽しめます。

併設のユネッサン含め、子供連れのファミリー層が非常に多いので、ご飯会場にせよお風呂にせよ、子供たちがワイワイしています。なので、ワイワイした雰囲気が苦手な人にとっては気になるかもしれません。

エントランスを入り、整理券を取って順番にチェックインが出来たのが安心できた。眺望がよい。ウェルカムドリンクも良かったが、アイスコーヒーやアイスカフェオレが有ればもっと良かった。 バリアフリーのお部屋は緊急ボタンなどがあり、安心できた。 露天風呂の眺望も気持ち良かった

夕飯のビュッフェの種類がすくない。 同行者が甲殻アレルギーがあったため、食べられるものが、とても限られて残念だった。 天ぷらや、ローストビーフが欲しかった。 朝は充実していた。

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr schön, und man erreicht das Hotel mit dem Bus sehr gut, denn die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

酒店設計美輪美奐，可以讓你感受大自然風景，很多落地玻璃窗，亦有很多為小朋友設定嘅措施，很多一家大細都會來。溫泉和食物質素也很好。

チェックイン前の朝から車を預かってもらい公共交通機関を利用でき助かりました。 ホテルの部屋をカジュアルでの予約でしたがホテルの配慮でスタンダードに変更して頂き広い部屋でストレスなく快適でした。 また、子供向けのプレイルームもあり、子供連れ家族は助かると思いました。 食事は朝夕共に食べ物種類が多くアルコールめ飲み放題で満足しました。

大浴場の温泉の効能が明記されてなかったので、何に効くのか分からなかった。 大浴場にヘヤーブラシを置いてて欲しかった。

Hakone Kowakien Hotel is a nice and modern hotel that is very easily reachable from the station by bus, with the bus stop conveniently located just in front of the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was a bit small, but it was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the public onsen bath in the hotel, which was a great way to relax. Another highlight was the water park included in the hotel price, located in the neighboring hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty, offering a wide choice of delicious dishes and drinks to suit different preferences. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Hakone.

◎電話対応に不満 　初めて強羅駅からシャトルバスを利用、待機場所の案内を4番と伝えて欲しかった。２便見送り 　最終４時４０分発に乗車したため、温泉を堪能できず夕食を摂ることになったことが残念でした。

大浴場やサウナが良かったし部屋の思ったより広かった。

チェックイン時にこちらの手違いで夕食をとってていなかったのでフロントで確認したら、席は空いているので部屋の番号を伝えれば入れますと言われたのにも関わらず、実際に行くとダメですと言われてフロントへ行ってくださいと言われ、もう一度フロントに行って確認したところ、ちゃんと予約が入っていてもう一度戻って伝えたら、よく確認もせず、予約は入っていないのでフロントへともう一度行くように促されたので、何度も部屋の番号を伝えてたら最終的に予約は入っており入れました。フロントは4階、レストランは1階で確認もせずに何度もフロントへ行くよに促されて不愉快でした！ レストランの受付以外のスタッフの方は丁寧で感じも良かったです！

El que més m'ha agradat ha estat el fet que era un lloc privilegiat en la natura i que hi havia un molt bon servei d'onsen privat, amb diverses sales privades per banyar-te. L'habitació també estava molt bé i amb molt bon servei

Primer de tot nosaltres no ens esperàvem que fos un hotel tan preparat per famílies i això si que no va tant amb l'hotel com amb nosaltres, que no estavem en aquest mood. Per altra banda, el check-in i el check out es fa a través de pantalles que més que facilitar l'entrada, l'acaben ralentint. Molt més fàcil amb una persona humana, ja que al final, en el nostre check-out vam haver de recórrer a ella per acabar de completar-ho. Per últim, l'esmorzar hauríem agraït una mica més de varietat en les opcions de western breakfast.

チェックイン時のドアマン（タイの方）の対応がとても暖かく良い印象を受けて、このホテルはいい感じだと思いました。その他、他のスタッフの方々皆さんにとても良い対応をして頂きました。大浴場、食事も大満足でした。

特にはありませんが、車で行きましたがホテルの入り口が分かりにくて少し迷いましたが、次は大丈夫です。

部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。ブッフェの料理も美味しかった。スタッフの対応も良かった。中庭が広くていい。桜の季節ならとても綺麗かも。

土産物屋がないので、こまった。わざわざ道路挟んで向かいのユネッサンに行かないといけない。チェックインがピッタリ15時からしかできない。前もって整理券をとらないといけないことをしらなかったので、だいぶ待たされた。

朝夕の食事は、味もサービスもとても満足。客室の備品類も使いやすく、シンプルで良かった。ユネッサンも堪能できました。

Ilus, alles renoveeritud hotell väga looduskaunis kohas. Tuba oli hubane, söök külluslik ja maitsev.

Personal oli sõbralik, kuid inglise keelest arusaamisega oli neil raskusi.

Aulatilat siistit ja onsen kylpylä erinomainen hyvillä näkymillä. Helppo liikkua Hakonessa, kun sijainti bussireitin varrella. Huone siisti ja sopivan kokoinen verraten Japanin moneen huoneeseen.

Lapsiperheiden suosiossa joten hulinaa riittää erityisesti viikinloppuisin, tuli näin pariskuntana yllätyksenä. Buffet tyylinen ravintola oli yhtä kaaosta niin aamupalalla kuin illallisellakin. Ehdotuksena pidentäkää ruokailuaikaa jotta täynnä olleen hotellin asiakasmäärä jakautuisi pidemmälle jaksolle.

Quarto pequeno Café da manhã e jantar estilo bandejão, nos que ficamos no segundo horário já encontrávamos a comida já remexida. Acho que não é um hotel 4 estrelas, no máximo 3 estrelas.

저녁 식사 비용을 하프보드로 1인당 6000엔을 내고 식사했습니다. 비용 대비하여 매우 별로였어요. 스테이크로 3-4점식 나오는 소고기는 너무 질기고 전반적으로 안좋았습니다. 몇년전에 료칸에서 숙박하며 모리노유 온천하며 저와 하프보드를 같이 드셨던 부모님이 ”이전보다 저녁 식사가 차이가 많이 난다“는 의견을 주셨어요. 다음에 가도 저녁 식사는 외부에서 할거 같아요. 오히려 디너보다는 조식이 좋습니다..

The location The friendly staff - thank you for your nice / handwritten card for our honeymoon! Very thoughtful touch :) The dinner - even though it is Japanese style, it had some many options - very good in quality - very tasteful. We loved it! The private onsen ❤️

Breakfast was Japanese style. We would have loved to have some western options or just plain bread, boiled eggs.

The rooms were clean, that was about all. I don't have much to report that we enjoyed, overall it was a very frustrating and unsatisfying experience. It was misleading with the use of the 'baths.' These are not outdoor hot springs that you can enjoy at your leisure. It's a very tiny, spa-sized bath, that you will share with a ton of people and kids. The private bath, if you want to pay for it, was very nice. That is the only thing I would recommend about this accommodation.

A very disappointing experience overall. Had to wait 60+ minutes for breakfast. The baths are only for those willing to share public spaces with others that are fully undressed, despite the website claiming otherwise. Check-in was at 3pm however that is when all the facilities close! And they don't reopen until 10am the following day, after checkout! Come on! The location is meh given there is no easy way to get there from the train. The room is tiny, which is ok, but they don't provide additional linens for use of the pools or baths. Free shuttle never showed up from the tram. We will not return.
