Notre séjour a malheureusement été marqué par de nombreux problèmes de propreté, d’entretien et de maintenance. La première chambre, située dans un bâtiment présenté comme rénové, comportait pourtant beaucoup de poussière, du mobilier abîmé, des traces sur les murs ainsi que des joints de salle de bain fortement dégradés et présentant des traces noires. Une deuxième chambre nous a été proposée, mais nous y avons retrouvé des problèmes similaires. Le manager nous a ensuite proposé de retourner dans le bâtiment A dans une troisième chambre. Celle-ci présentait également des défauts importants : climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement et fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. Une nouvelle solution a encore dû être recherchée. Au total, nous avons dû visiter ou changer plusieurs chambres, ce qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps pendant notre séjour. L’état de certains espaces communs nous a également surpris. Autour de la piscine, plusieurs équipements et finitions apparaissaient très dégradés. Nous avons notamment constaté la présence de vis et d’éléments métalliques rouillés dans ou à proximité immédiate du bassin. Enfin, depuis la piscine, nous avons assisté à une scène qui nous a particulièrement interpellés : en pleine après-midi, alors qu’il faisait très chaud, deux employés manipulaient des produits alimentaires provenant de congélateurs, les pesaient puis les déposaient directement au sol avant de les remettre dans les congélateurs environ vingt minutes plus tard. Nous n’avons pas photographié cette scène, mais elle nous a sérieusement questionnés sur les pratiques d’hygiène et le respect de la chaîne du froid. Le personnel a essayé de nous proposer plusieurs solutions, ce que nous reconnaissons, mais compte tenu du nombre de problèmes rencontrés dans plusieurs chambres successives et de l’état général de certains équipements, l’expérience n’était clairement pas au niveau attendu d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

The bed and bedding, the safe, the quick check-in, most of the staff, interior design, full-size hand soap and shower dispensers, fluffy fresh towels.

1. The narrow balcony; what was advertised as a "view" and I paid more for was only overlooking the breakfast courtyard. Who wants to come out to the tiny balcony in full view of the diners? 2. Need to have two hooks for the hand towels near the bathroom sink.

Great location. Surrounded by malls to make any shopping very convenient, and 15 mins walk to the UNESCO area. The room was clean and comfortable. Not very big but more than enough room. Each floor also had a water station to refill water. The breakfast was a perfect combination of local and international cuisine. The staff was super friendly and always ready with advice and suggestion. English was not a problem.

The bathroom didn't have any electrical socket. It was not possible for me to trim my beard in the bathroom, and I did not feel comfortable doing it in the bedroom desk area.

Hotel top. Chambres spacieuses, propres et lits très confortables. Le petit dej est correcte et la piscine fait trop du bien après une longue journée. Le personnel est très serviable et professionnel.

Aunque no esta ubicado en la zona centro es un hotel muy agradable en un edificio colonial. Esta rodeado de restaurantes y un centro comercial, el desayuno esta bien y lo sirven en una gran terraza al aire libre. Personal amable.

La habitación era un poco justa de espacio, pero no fue un problema para nosotros.

La chambre était spacieuse. Le lit confortable. Le personnel sympa. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Il était possible de prendre un thé/café au lobby en soirée. De l'eau froide et chaude sont à disposition. Il y a un sèche cheveux avec diffuseur, l'équipement était moderne. La piscine était sympa. Bref meilleur hôtel de tout le séjour !

Il y a beaucoup d'embouteillage autour de l'hôtel.

We hope the maintenance of the room's facilities can be improved; the shower rack is loose, and there are uncleaned stains on the chair cushion.

Las habitaciones son ruidosas y te puede tocar una habitación en la planta baja con ventanas a la calle. Recomiendo elegir las que dan al interior del hotel. El bufet de desayuno muy normalito.

Struttura abbastanza moderna e pulita. Posizione discretamente comoda (circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Camera rumorosa per via del sistema di condizionamento (non in camera, ma generale) su cui non si poteva fare nulla (ci han detto che era così in tutte le camere, bah). La nostra doveva poi essere una camera con vista, ma la vista dalla finestra era su un muro. Inoltre, non era ben chiaro dalla descrizione da parte dell’hotel e/o da altri commenti che i due blocchi fossero proprio due edifici separati da un pezzo di strada, per cui (anche per comodità di accesso alla colazione) consiglierei di stare nel blocco A anziché B (averlo saputo almeno io avrei fatto così). Colazione con non moltissima scelta dolce (ma è spesso così in Malesia). Complessivamente accettabile se si conta di passare la maggior parte del tempo fuori a visitare, come nel nostro caso, ma che a mio avviso non vale il punteggio attuale e il costo.

Room was quite small for a couple. The towels were all torn and breakfast was mediocre. We decided to go out for breakfast instead.

I like the location as it’s very convenient to get to the city centre and other town areas.

Just the carpark space is very limited.

La colazione "dolce", per gli italiani che sono abituati a questo tipo di colazione, potrebbe essere più ricca (no ciambelle, no torte, no donut, no Nutella, no croissant farciti...). Sul salato invece è super ricchissima!

De locatie van het hotel en het zag er allemaal heel netjes en schoon uit. Het zwembad was super na een dag de stad ontdekken.

Het water in het zwembad mocht wel iets kouder. Als je wil afkoelen dan was dat nu niet echt mogelijk. Meer bedjes bij het zwembad zou ook best mogen met een extra parasol. Weinig schaduw plekken. de kamer (we hadden executive met 2 slaapkamers geboekt) was prima en comfortabel. Alleen de airco was alleen met 1 unit te bedienen maar blies hard in 1 kamer en in de andere niet.

Geweldig hotel, goede bedden, badkamer, alles is gewoon goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt heeft zoveel keus. De locatie is prima, maar niet waar veel te doen is. Met de grab kom je zo overal.

Mooie schone kamer, grote en fijne douche, groot bed. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan de hele dag een koffietje of thee pakken.

We hoopte dat we makkelijk van het hotel naar het centrum konde lopen, maar dat was toch beperkt het geval. Weinig goede oversteekplaatsen, toch al snel 20 min lopen naar het centrum. Daarnaast is het ontbijt wel heel uitgebreid, met veel Westerse opties, maar vonden we het meeste niet zo heel lekker.

Heel attent personeel! Overal, bij de receptie, bij het restaurant en ook de meneer die een wasrek kwam brengen om onze natte zwemkleding na Escape Penang te kunnen drogen.

Iets minder vond ik het zwembad, klein, koud en wat minder aantrekkelijk met oude bedjes. Ook de airco is lastig te regelen, hij werd vaak te koud…. Appartementen zijn wat aan de kleine kant.

Location is very centralised. Walking distance to hin bus stop. Walkable to armenian street. Mini Mart by the hotel. They were accomodating for us to have early check in and late check out. Room is clean and comforatble Toothbrush provided upon request

建築物很美，房間乾淨舒適，便利商店在同一棟建築另一側，大廳有很多座位可以休息，走得到三條路跟汕頭街夜市。有免費咖啡跟飲水機。早餐多樣還有熱粥。飯店人員都很友善。

馬桶突然高水位排不掉，希望飯店能添購Plunger給員工使用，房務人員沒有足夠的工具來排除問題，很辛苦的用長竿通水管…. 也沒有異物塞住但水流很慢，幾個小時後有恢復正常。浴室的木頭踢腳板有掉落。浴室洗手台設計不良，水容易噴再順著櫃體往下流。

La habitación era muy oscura, por la ventana solo veíamos una pared. El desayuno al estilo malasio (poco para elegir los occidentales) y la piscina muy pequeña (al menos la del bloque B).

l'établissement est de standing, très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et luxueuses. Des peignoirs sont fournis. Les petit déjeuner est correct.

Les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à notre arrivée vers 14h15. Les couloirs sont un peu impersonnels. Pour la malaisie, le prix, sans petit déjeuner, est important.

La disposición del desayuno y las opciones dulces y fruta limitadas. La piscina de nuestro bloque estaba cerrada por mantenimiento (durante toda la estancia). Pudimos usar la piscina del bloque contiguo pero, tanto la piscina como el área fe descanso, quedaba demasiado pequeña para todos los usuarios

La chambre est spacieuse et bien faite. Le petit déjeuner est bon, du vrai pain, des bons fruits etc La salle de sport est appréciable et bien équipée.

L’hôtel est un peu excentré, à 15/20 min du centre historique. La piscine de notre immeuble a été fermée pdt tout notre séjour (4 jours).

Vriendelijk personeel, goede centrale locatie. In eerste instantie lijkt het een perfect verblijf. Bed lag heerlijk, niet ge hard, niet te zacht. Comfortable douche. Betaalbaar ontbijt met prima opties.

Helaas was het zwembad van block A tijdens ons verblijf dicht vanwege renovatie. Hier is ons niks van laten weten. Erg jammer gezien dit het mooie grote zwembad was met jacuzzi en ligbedjes. Tevens was de gym erg klein, met minimale apparatuur waardoor een volledige workout praktisch niet mogelijk was. De kamer die wij hadden zou uitzicht hebben, dit hadden we echter niet. Er was een geblindeerd raam die naar de hal. Tevens was het een kamer met een deur die naar een andere kamer. Hierdoor was het ontzettend gehorig en konden we mee luister met de gesprekken van de buren Al met al

Alles zeer positief! Schitterend ontbijtbuffet en zeer professioneel personeel. Ook eco minded....echt een top hotel op een zeer goede locatie.....belangrijkste locaties op wandelafstand....

The pool in block A was not usable as it was closed, that was a bit disappointing given the heat.

Hotel moderno in un antico palazzo coloniale ristrutturato e non lontano dal centro. Servizio ottimo, colazione abbondante e con molta scelta. Letti comodissimi e spaziosi. Camere dotate di tutto. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo lasciato in custodia le valigie ed al rientro, dopo tutta la giornata stancante e caldissima, il personale molto gentile ci ha permesso di fare la doccia nei bagni della piscina (al terzo piano) e di riposarci un pochino prima di recarci alla stazione dei bus. Non è per nulla scontato!!

Booking.com mentioned a free room upgrade but when I checked in, I was told by the reception that booking.com did not communicated that to them. However when I checked with booking.com after I checked out, booking.com asserted that they had sent 2 reminders to the hotel but did not received a response. I'm still awaiting a resolution. Also the property is located in a shop house, meaning, even with windows, you won't be able to draw the curtains or open them as the outside will be able to look in. They should have installed windows with frosted or textured glass. And the room doors slam very loudly amd apparently that is a problem they already realised and is trying to resolved?

De loft is ideaal voor het gezin. Twee verdiepingen, lekker ruim. Goed ontbijt. Vlakbij shopping mall. Met de Grab in 5- 8 minuten bij alle leuke straatjes.

My room’s Aircond was leaking and had water droplets — apparently because of condensation but whatever it is, it doesn’t make sense to have the room with Aircond dropping water making the floor wet

Las camas eran cómodas y la habitacion estaba limpia. Está relativamente cerva del centro. La piscina esta muy bien. La calidad precio es buena.

La ducha no tenía mampara y se mojaba todo. Solo quedaba un cristal de pie, el resto estaban quitados. Estaría bien que la arreglasen. Las vistas se la habitación son nulas, la misma daba a la pared de un minipatio. No entra apenas luz. El precio de la lavandería una exageracion, cerca hay lavanderías muchísimo más económicas. No merece la pena. Podrían poner mayor número de tumbonas en la piscina solo hay dos y unos pocos asientos que no son cómodos.

The room was nice and spacious eventho it was on the ground floor next to the street. Buffet breakfast with the chef cooking eggs your way was great. Great walking distance to pretty much everywhere.

The pool area on the rooftop only had 1 sun umbrella and 2 sets of sun lounges. Most of the time there were people without chairs or lounges to sit on.

L’hotel è molto curato con grande attenzione al cliente: generosa colazione a buffet (principalmente asiatica), due piscine che abbiamo quasi sempre trovato vuote con asciugamani annessi, palestra, stazione refill acqua, the e caffè disponibili tutto il giorno con piccoli snack. Camere moderne e pulite, il miglior hotel malese in cui siamo stati per via di comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, davvero consigliato.

Durante il check-in abbiamo avuto qualche inconveniente ma il personale ha risolto velocemente con cortesia ed efficienza.
