Amazing hotel and wonderful staff

Everything was perfect.

Rooms are big and they gave an extra bed with mattress.Location is at Beltola which is close to cafes and airport

Excellent.. one of the best hotel I have visited in the recent past Every food item we had in our 3 nights & 4 days stay were very tasteful , And the prices were reasonable their staff starting from the reception to the restaurant staff , house keeping staff and even the bell boy were so courteous.. we were 3 families with kids (10 members) and everyone enjoyed the stay and food . And probably this is the first time that none of the members who stayed were unhappy on any aspect of the property . Cheers ! well done

Not comfortable, prices are high as it is showing like 5 stars. I booked my room 20 days before my stay and requested the hotel to provide a king size single bed . They authorise my request not only verbally but also written. When I reached the hotel at night they said a big SORRY and gave the explanation that we are sorry to provide a king size bed . I argued with him and showed the written approval, but they stand with his own words. They sold my book room to other. This is the pure harassment of a customer who booked the room in advance payment. I will give feedback on all social media . Very Bad experience. They are even not polite with customer also, no smile on their faces in reception counter. I request to look into the serious matter elsewhere you loose your reputation.

Very good hotel , in a luxury category. Reception area was very posh and staff were very friendly. Restaurant was great. Good selection of food at reasonable price. Room was clean and with all amenities. Beds comfortable. Room service was very good. On site SPA is excellent.

Small room for 3 adults. Additional temporary rollup bed provided was okay. Wasn't discomforting but not as good as regular bed.

Great quality property - we were impressed with the attention given to to every detail. Staff was always helpful - and on out first day, the chef made us an Assamese meal because we mentioned that the local food in the menu was not tempting and didn’t even charge for it fully. Also, the hotel Assamese silk shop is wonderful

The property doesn’t have any space around - one steps out almost on the highway. The good things about that is chances of getting stuck in the dreaded Guwahati traffic is not there.

Rude staff in Room Dinning, Asked for basic cookies, they lrpt ne on hold fiscussing that wldnt serve cookies without Tea. And as if i asked for Free, she put the phone down as i was talking . Red flag as you cnt disconnect having conversation going on, and second posts calling she was very crude to talk and inspite asking multiple time to connect me to Supervisor or Manager i wasnt connected to anyone.. Hospitality bussiness is just not structural appearances staff shld be trained well to be polite. Worst and bad

Standard hotel.Services are standard. Housekeeping staff is prompt also. The staff at the restaurant is great especially Bidyut and Sunil.

The reception was more like they were doing us a favor. We greeted them and they didn't care. The ladies at reception seemed stressed or overworked. Even if you call the reception from the room, they will pick the call and say "yes" and nothing else. I guess greetings and general hello is not a part of their training. There was also a slight stench in the bathroom. Also ask them in advance for a non-smoking room. We were with a child and we got a smoking room We checked rates on the day and found that the rate we paid without breakfast was more than the rate with breakfast on that day. Please check this also in advance on booking.com as you might end up paying more.

The hot water was not working at all for last 3 days and weather was 14 degrees , we had to bath with cold water and we kept complaining , the wifi was disconnecting constantly.The lady manager working on 2nd feb 2025 at afternoon 1 pm was very rude and she didnt even bothered that there was not hot water she was defending teh situtaion by satying that these all things can happen which iwas in shock , she was saying we cant do anything about it and full careless attutude by her .

Clean and new property

The hotel room needs better soundproofing. We could hear our next room guest and couldn't sleep properly. The next room's guests weren't loud, they were speaking in a normal tone but the walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation of theirs.

Luxurious stay in an amazing hotel. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and worth the money.

Everything was excellent. The food I must say was too good. Don't forget to try Mutton Ghee Roast and their tandoor items.

The pool side is mostly crowded with parties.
