Linkinn Luxury Residence & Spa

Basen i siłownia wl obiekcie. W mieszkaniu wszystko, czego potrzeba.

Close to all amenities

Poor air conditioning system

Herşey harikaydı teşekkürler tüm çalışanlara

Herşey tamdı kendi evimi aratmadı o denli düzenliydi

We liked the view from balcony, kitchen, downstairs pool and gym, location

We didn’t like the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable and there is a big dent when you sit on, and very stained. Struggle to open the balcony doors.

I proprietari davvero gentil e disponibili

Spacious and good vibe

Our stay did not include breakfast. The location was good in terms of environment, close to shopping centers but far from tourist attractions.

Far from tourist attractions It would be better if some cooking facilities were added I think it would be possible to leave a guide on how to get to tourist attractions in the accommodation or even to book visits, tours, or good restaurants if needed

Le confort

Everything was perfect!

There is a **world of difference** between the photos on Booking and reality; they absolutely don't match. The room I booked does not match the actual photos at all. Everything is broken down and run-down.

Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent reservation (Reference No: 5970650444) for four (4) persons at the property known as Linkinn Luxury Residence & Spa, for which I paid a total of 580.94 Euros. 1. Deceptive Listing and Inadequate Sleeping Capacity: I made a reservation for four adults, the apartment I was assigned contained only one double bed and a sofa, This configuration is grossly insufficient to accommodate four persons as advertised. 2. Damaged and Unsanitary Amenities: The sofa in the living room is not only insufficient but is also clearly broken and covered in multiple cigarette burn marks This is unacceptable from both a safety and a hygiene standpoint. 3. Lack of Essential In-room Supplies: There were not four sets of towels, four blankets, nor enough pillows provided in the apartment. Failed Attempt at Resolution: Upon check-in, I immediately brought these critical issues (the missing bed, the damaged sofa, and the lack of essential supplies) to the attention of the receptionist. He was completely unhelpful and stated that there was "nothing he could do," offering no solution or alternative. This level of service is unbefitting of a property with "Residence & Spa" in its name. Requested Resolution: Due to the property's failure to provide the advertised sleeping capacity for four persons, the damaged and unsanitary state of the furniture (clearly visible in the attached images), and the staff's refusal to provide a remedy, I am requesting a **full refund of the 580.94 Euro payment** I made. Alternatively, I would accept a full refund in the form of a **travel credit** of equivalent value, but a cash refund to my original payment method is my strong preference. I have provided photos of the specific defects (I can share via booking.com or sending you by email ) as evidence of the unacceptable conditions.

The address is good for me, this is very near to tüyap. The guys are very well, I reserved one room by mistake and he canceles it for free

The guys are very nice, but they should contest us more quickly, sometimes I can’t contact with him by anyway, by WhatsApp or by phone, i can’t, so you need take 100% careful for your key, because if you leave the key in your room, you can’t resolve it at first time, so it will be better for us if the guy can contest us at first time or can receive us call

Very good and big apratments, free parking, very clean. Building is big so if you get apartment on higher floor you can get a very nice view.

Working time of services was 10-18h. Outside that time you can't get any services. There are security guy for urgent things but very bad with English and very limited posibilites to help you. We were going out on 8am and come back arount 19h so we couldn't solve parking problem for 3 days because we needed to be there at working time to make automatization. But, security guys helped us so everything was ok at the end.

It was easy to access the flat

The unpleasant smell in the flat, amd also not being able to access the sauna because it wasn't working properly.

nice

nice

Everything

The staff is good and security 24 hour

Nothing

The room was large, spacious and clean. The staff was on time to help us.

Location and facilities were great. Its far from centre istanbul but handy for where we needed to be. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Great value for money

There were a few things that seems little but would have made a great difference. No hooks to hang coats, no hangers, so can't hang any clothes. Its an apartment but lacking a few basic amenities like chopping boards, etc. Communication also not great. I had to message them to get check in instructions, the same day we were due to arrive, as i did not hear anything. they did response quickly when contacted though. No check out instructions or Communication

Kahvaltısız

Saymakla bitmez orta

Location and prize

Locations and the stuff

Clean

the apartment is large and corresponds to the description from the pictures. it has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, a garage and a parking lot in front of the building. communication was very good. I recommend.

everything was very good, we had no complaints.

Everything about the condo was flawless. Location is great, building is modern and secure. The male staff Munther was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. He made everything easy. The security staff are also very friendly.

The female staff member in the lobby was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Aside from that interaction, it was a perfect stay.

bad staff

place is good and the apartment is good

most of the staff are so bad behavior and worst in treating except for one Bektas he was nice but not so corporative

Kahvalti yok tu

Clean

No think

Personal foarte amabil. Parcare subterană păzită. Ne-am simțit foarte bine. E a doua oară când am venit.

Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute

Parking sous terrain pas toujours eclairé

The view.. The security.. availability of washing machine.. location.. also the Reception office brother Monzer was welcoming and helpful during the stay.

The apartment was missing a dryer machine.. and the corridor where my apartment is was next to garbage collection area. The smell was bad sometimes.. not the whole stay.. but couple of times.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, feels like home !

I enjoyed the kindness of the security and host, thats a very important aspect of why i come back to onay.

I also come to onay for the steam room. But the steam room only operates if the female who works that area turns it on. Im not sure why only 1 staff in the entire building knows how to operate the steam room. In america, the steam rooms are in operation constantly. To spend the moneh for onay while there are less expensive, cleaner, better built and more convenient apartment i expect all of onay life facilities to be operating.

Friendly people

No restaurant or bar at the location

Great location, exceptional view. Everything was nice, clean and functional. Having the underground parking was the best considering how busy Istanbul can get.

The bed frame was a bit noisy and crackly when moving on it and the pillows can be a bit better. It was still nice thou.
