La colazione

Very friendly staff, very kind to us and made us fresh eggs at breakfast every day. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Walkable to the old town and sites of Palermo.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated that the pillows were memory foam as well. The location is amazing, with lots of restaurants nearby and the city centre within easy walking distance. The staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The AC worked wonders, especially during the warmer days. The room also had a smart TV with plenty of channels and streaming apps, which was a great bonus. There is also a lift in the building, which is very convenient, especially with luggage. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A couple of small things could be improved. It would be helpful if the minibar had prices listed for all the items, as currently only the wine has a price displayed. Also, it would be great to have the mirror wall-mounted rather than freestanding, as it was a little difficult to use for taller guests.

Consigliato

Rien

The hospitality was great and the location too. The room was clean, beautiful and well kept. Very friendly people!

Personale super cordiale e professionale!

We had a wonderful stay at Archè design rooms and suites. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, the marina, and convenient transport options. The room is very well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always responsive to our needs.

Nothing, everything was good.

Rien

Great location, good breakfast, the rooms where clean

At first the AC didn’t work, it was so hot inside the room we didn’t sleep much, but after our two nights they gave us another room, the AC worked perfectly.

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven in Palermo. Uitstekende locatie, ruime schone kamer, heerlijk groot bed.

Niets

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and the ladies always offered to clean or provide new towels. The breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked eggs.

I am a side sleeper and found the bed was extremely hard, which impacted my sleep. There was nowhere to dry clothing except the balcony.

Well designed, very clean. Nice staff and lovely breakfast

All was good!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Instructions were clear for check-in. Location is walkable to the main areas.

Shower had mould which would accumulate around the drain when it was turned on. There was mould around the windows as well. Aircon did not really cool the room down. Me and my partner both struggled to sleep the one night we were there.

Amazing staff and facilities

Nothing

Świetna lokalizacja wszędzie blisko ! Mieliśmy pokój o nazwie Armonia z jacuzzi i bardzo polecamy . Bardzo dobre śniadania na słodko i wytrawnie! Jest bardzo czysto ! Niczego nam nie brakowało , napewno chętnie wrócimy 😍

Brak

Camere nuove e pulire, colazione molto buona e staff gentilissimo!

Airco

Alojamiento muy limpio y reformado

Excellent stay in a small hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Fantastic breakfast with a good range of food.

The location, the staff (they were lovely!!!) And the breakfast

The AC was not working properly and the room was very hot.

The staff was simply amazing, all the kadies especially Chiara so helpful and friendly. Top scores for the hospitality. Very good breakfast. Super location. Quality shower with proper water pressure. Properly equipped.

Nothing to complain. Internet could be better especially in the morning.

De locatie is top! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijtje.

Location was very good in a quiet area of the neighborhood. About 25-30 min walk to the train station and main sights. Easy bus connections too. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Room was comfortable with sound-proof windows and the shower was powerful Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that didn't meet our expectations was the marketing picture showing the statue/gardens - I thought naively that the apartments were in the grounds of the gardens however it's simply a picture of the local square in the neighbourhood. Not a major issue and didn't detract from our stay but it felt a little misleading on booking.

Alles bestens

Sehr schön und komfortabel. Sauber.

Struttura molto accogliente, moderna, colazione buonissima tutti prodotti freschi e dolci fatti in casa, SUPERLATIVI. Posizione comoda x visitare Palermo a piedi. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Nulla

Locație bine poziționată, acces ușor utilizând coduri de acces, foarte curat, personal foarte amabil.

Nimic

The room was trendy and comfortable. We had a small reading area attached. Interesting fittings and quirky vibe. Nice products in the bathroom.

Mostly likeable - nice extras would have been gowns, body lotion and an extra pillow. Complimentary bottled water would have been great. We enjoy a healthy breakfast so fruit salad, granola etc

Struttura di una bellezza rara, staff professionale

Tutto

Great service, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, awesome atmosphere . Silent despite of top location.

None

Stylish, clean and cosy

Nichts!

The staff, the breakfast, the location

Some of the facilities in the room were clunky, balcony was just a bit of space in the back of the building

Huone ja tilat olivat todella siistejä ja kauniita. Sänky mukava. Tohvelit ja kahvia oli mukava yllätys. Kivat kylpyhuonetuotteet!

The check-in process is smooth, we were provided the code and description about entering the property before our arrival. The staff was there waiting for us. The room is clean with a window. The breakfast is delicious and fresh.

stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr leckeres Frühstück

Parken schwierig

Very comfortable: the beds, the shower, the A/C and the heat. Even the skylight worked well. We loved the location: so much better than the first place we stayed at near the central train station. Seemed like we were in a different city. We would definitely come back to the Palermo of terrace restaurants and lovely shopping. My mom said it was the best breakfast in Sicily and I would agree. My husband said the cassata, Easter ricotta cake was better than cannoli and he loves cannoli. Not only was the location great, the rooms impeccable and the staff wonderful, but the soaps smelled delicious and when I forgot my insulin pump and had to come back from the airport, the host was waiting for me downstairs at the portal so I wouldn’t have to go up to reception to get it. Wonderful service and lovely people.

We were super comfortable: the elevator took some getting used to and learning but worked wonderfully, you just can’t touch anything. Doors open automatically and close automatically.

La struttura è nuova e pulitissima

Super Lage.

Breakfast was simple but fresh, with to-order egg options and choice of coffee, tea, cappuccino, etc. It was an easy, quick, and tasty way to start each day. Roberta and Chiara were so friendly and helpful, and the property was located within walking distance of most of the sites in Palermo.

The immediate area provided some limited parking options, though public garages are expensive in Palermo. Street parking was an option but you may have to wait some time for a spot to open up.

Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, Bett, Lage

Lokalizacja i miła obsługa.
