We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo. The location is excellent, in a beautiful historic building and very close to the main avenues, the Politeama Theatre, restaurants, shops, and many of Palermo’s attractions. It was a perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully decorated. Everything is well organized and designed to make you feel at home, including a lovely little area where you can prepare coffee and enjoy a quiet moment. A special thank you to Daniele and Alessia, who were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. They were always attentive, kind, and available whenever we needed anything. They gave us all the information and guidance we needed and made everything very easy for us. Another big advantage was the parking arrangement they have nearby at a very reasonable price. Since we had a car and wanted to visit other places around Palermo, this made our stay so much easier and more convenient. We also really appreciated the possibility of a slightly later check-out and being able to leave our luggage, which allowed us to enjoy our last hours in Palermo without worrying about our bags. We are very grateful for all the care and attention we received. Everything was excellent: the location, cleanliness, comfort, organization, and especially the hospitality. A perfect place to stay in Palermo. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

The location was great, with main attractions a short walk away. The room was quite compact but well-appointed. Host Danielle replied promptly and was helpful.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived, despite communicating my arrival hours in advance. Typically that wouldn't be a problem but I was trying to get to a cultural site before they closed. Part of the check-in process should include how turn on the lights in the stairwell.

The balcony was amazing and we loved sitting out there. The location was so near the Politeama Girabaldi theater and the wonderful little pizza shop! We could find our way around easily from there.

The air conditioning didn’t run when you were not there and it took a bit longer before it was comfortable again.

Si vas en auto es algo complicado el acceso y descarga de maletas ya que está en una zona peatonal. Les recomiendo comunicarse con el hotel antes de llegar para que les den bien las instrucciones. Ya para cuando nos fuimos, pudimos ingresar a la zona restringida a cargar y resultó todo sin problema.

The central location was great. Easy walking to all the main sites. Check-in was easy and staff very friendly. It was great that we could safely leave our luggage whilst enjoying Palermo before we flew home.

The location was walking distance to everything-historical sites, several markets, shopping and restaurants. Apartment was secure and well appointed with coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, water snacks etc. You cannot flush toilet paper which was a bit odd given we stayed at a hotel in the area and that was not the case so it's not a Palermo thing. The included breakfast also was not onsite but at a cafe a short distance away. You have a choice of savoury or sweet breakfast and while we were only given the sweet voucher the cafe was most accommodating to our requests!

While the property was fine it was NOT what was booked so yes bait and switch situation! The apartment was nice hence the good rating my issue was with the last minute change. I booked 1 triple and 2 quadruple rooms at one location and was given 2 triples and 1 double at a completely different location than what was online. We were also only informed of the change the evening before check out giving us zero opportunity to make alternate arrangements especially for 6 people on a bank holiday week!! We had to make it work but shady practice to say the least! They said I booked two separate locations which did not show up for me but happened 'behind the scenes' so they did us the 'courtesy' of moving us to keep us together. (why not move us all the the one I booked I don't know!!) The other address is also on the site and NOT the one we booked so the whole excuse that only one location could be input on the system was false. The new location was however clean and well appointed and close to everything! It is also secure with 24hr concierge so I would recommend for solo travelers! The property manager was also very responsive on Whatsapp and provided information on restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Bonus that we could book and pay for our airport transfer and pay in advance which made for a hassle free early morning flight.

Everyone was so helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The room was very comfortable & quiet.

Le B&B est agréable, propre et bien situé, et nous avons apprécié l’accueil.

Cependant, un point important nous a surpris : les toilettes étant électriques, il est strictement interdit d’y jeter du papier. Une poubelle est mise à disposition et vidée chaque jour, mais cela reste peu pratique et peut mettre certains voyageurs mal à l’aise. Ce serait vraiment préférable de l’indiquer clairement à l’avance dans l’annonce pour éviter toute surprise.

Leider gibt es aber auch negatives zu berichten! Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht und unser Auto wurde vorm Hotel abgeholt. PROBLEM!!! Am nächsten Tag wollten wir unser Auto zurückhaben,aber niemand war erreichbar. Nach mehr als 2 Stunden habe ich mich auf die Suche nach unserem Auto gemacht. Dank unseres Trackers haben wir unser Auto gefunden. Allerdings durften wir dann nicht auf den Parkplatz. Ich habe mich nicht abwimmeln lassen und habe dann mein Auto sehr klar gefordert und dann auch bekommen. Nachdem wir dann unser Auto endlich zurück hatten,hat sich das Hotel gemeldet!!! Mein Geld für das Parken habe ich NICHT zurückbekommen und die antworten via WhatsApp waren sehr Sperlich. NICHT DEN PARKPLATZ BUCHEN!!!!!!!

My single room was really tiny, so much so that there wasn't even space for a real wastebasket (only the tiny one in the bathroom reserved for toilet tissue).

Excellent all around. Perfect location, room, host, etc. we loved the terrace and the clean and spacious room! Felt very safe with the 24/7 building security. Super easy check in.

Das Hotel lag am Rande der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Politeam Theater. Fußläufig war alles gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und auch ruhig, da es an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße lag. Das Personal war außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück wurde in einem nahegelegen Cafe mit Null Flair über ein Gutscheinsystem serviert. Von sehr reichhaltigem Frühstück kann hier keinesfalls gesprochen werden. Wer morgens gerne in Ruhe und in nettem Ambiente frühstückt, sollte ohne Frühstück buchen und sich etwas netteres suchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti 2 adulti e 2 bimbi. Personale accogliente ottimo comunicazione già dal pomeriggio prima dell’arrivo. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio convenzionato e già questo è stata un ottima presentazione. La struttura è posizionata in un punto centralissimo per poter girare tutto a piedi senza aver bisogno dei mezzi. Stanza ordinata pulita e molto accogliente,ben accessoriata con set asciugami abbondanti e tutti i prodotti a dispozione. Servizio camere perfetto! A nostro parere questa struttura è stata top su tutto. Grazie

La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata. La stanza era ampia e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3, ma era più che adatta ad ospitare un' altra persona. Bagno pulito ed ampio. Personale accogliente e ci ha consigliato benissimo per la cena. Zona tranquilla vicino e comoda al centro

La posizione, l'ampiezza della stanza, l'ottima doccia, la vista.

Il phon era rotto e non mi è stato detto che sotto il lavello ce ne fosse un altro. Quando ho notato fosse rotto ho cercato il receptionist che non ha risposto (erano circa le 17,15) e quindi sono uscita coi capelli bagnati (è dicembre..). Rientrata mi sono accorta che non c'era il telecomando della tv, ho scritto sia tramite booking che su whatsapp ma nessuno ha risposto, serata senza tv. Il giorno dopo mi è stato detto che dopo le 20 dovero cercare il numero d'emergenza... francamente per le emergenza è qualcosa di grave, ma poteva essermi detto il giorno prima di rivolgermi a quel numero anche per necessità banali. Di notte avevo freddo perché il letto aveva solo un copriletto estivo, mi sono messa a cercare e ho rifatto il letto con due coperte da letto singolo (il mio era matrimoniale) trovate dentro a una sacca nell'armadio. Anche questo poteva essere previsto con anticipo, essendo inverno ci si aspetta una coperta congrua. Ma la cosa peggiore è l'assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione rispetto a ciò che accade nell'atrio (si sente tutto e il receptionist parla con un volume della voce altissimo). Altro problema è stato che alle 4.30 di notte dalla strada, per un tempo che mi è parso interminabile (forse 15 minuti), c'è stato un forte chiasso, probabilmente un camion della spazzatura o non so cos'altro ma per fortuna avevo preso i tappi per le orecchie. Peccato perché la posizione del b&b è eccellente e vicino al bus che porta in aeroporto.

Die Matratze war in der Mitte ultraweich. Extrem schlecht und nur wenig geschlafen. Bin hierbei eigentlich nicht heikel. In dem Haus in dem auch das B & B ist, wurden in den letzten beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten ausgeführt. Lauter Lärm schon morgens früh. Das Frühstück gab’s nicht im BnB selbst, so wie auf den Fotos angepriesen. Es wurde in einer Brasserie wenige Meter vom Haus serviert. Hat nichts mit fabelhaft zu tun.

I truly felt safe, everyone I came in contact with, bent over backwards to assist me in any way possible; but it was not a chore, the staff was genuinely committed to the very best service to the guest. This was our second visit (first in 2022). We stayed in the newer building last time and still prefer it. This should not be taken to mean that there was any problem. Our room was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

Na bookingu stoji napomena da je prijava od 12-20, međutim u stvarnosti to nije tako. Naime mi smo trebali doći oko 13 sati, ali smo zbog gužve kasnili nekih 30 minuta i nismo mogli ući u sobu prije 16 sati, s time da je to na kraju bilo 16:10. Bilo bi korektno prema gostima da ih se upozna sa time, jer ovako se goste dovodi u zabludu. Da smo bili upoznati sa tom činjenicom ne bi bookirali sobu. Nadalje, iako je soba u centru grada, upozoreni smo da wc papir bacamo u vrećicu, a ne u WC školjku. Proputovao sam cijelu Italiju i ovo je prvi takav slučaj i to u centru grada. Prijatelji su bookirali b&b udaljen 300 m i nisu imali takvih problema. Lokacija u centru je ok, ali ako dolazite sa autom problem je sa parkiranjem, a usluga parkiranja koju nude iznajmljivači je problem ako ste iznajmili rent-a car, kao mi, jer istim autom osim Vas ne može nitko upravljati. Ukratko, da sam bio upoznat sa navedenim ne bi iznajmio sobu.

For a central location, I found the room to be relatively quiet. Staff provided excellent service. Updated amenities were nice. Housekeeping was friendly and refreshed the room daily.

Stay at this bed & breakfast if you are okay with not being able flush your toilet paper down the toilet. And stay here if you're okay with breakfast not being included at this bed & breakfast (not even pre-packaged baked goods are provided). The sofa "bed" in our room was very comfortable. Also, street parking is difficult to find; and if you don't want to park in the street, you have to pay 20 euros per night at a parking garage that is 500 meters away from this bed & breakfast.

Service manager was kind and well serving. The room was spacious but the facility was made up with cheap materials. Also the room was not clean. Especially there was smell on the bed.

Great location. Danielle was incredibly helpful from time we arrived to airport and drove to apartment, he was texting us to make sure we arrived at the correct area and had valet ready for us. His english was perfect so was able to explain everything about room and keys perfectly. The ONLY bad thing that happened is their was no warm water. Seems that the boiler had problems so after a long trip, we could not shower. It was very upsetting, we were sweating and dirty and really needed a shower to freshen up before hitting the town. Besides that, everything was good.

The room & bathroom are very modern as is the common space. As the name implies, the location is centrally located in Palermo. Daniele was extremely helpful!

La struttura è centrale, pulita, controllata grazie al portiere presente h24 e ci è stata data un’accoglienza gradevole grazie alla proprietaria disponibile e gentile.

L’unica pecca è stato l’orario del check out in quanto avendo l’aereo di ritorno la sera non abbiamo potuto usufruire della camera l’ultimo giorno, lasciandola intorno alle 10 di mattina. Sarei stata disposta anche a pagare un supplemento… anche se comunque per due notti ho pagato 250€ quindi non poco…
