Dimamiel Malia Inn

The dimamiel Malia Inn Family was really welcoming. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Also the market next door managed by the same team is really convenient. It was perfect.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel rundum zufrieden und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der schöne und gepflegte Pool, das saubere und komfortable Zimmer sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Inhaber bzw. Chef des Hotels, der uns mit seiner sehr freundlichen, herzlichen und persönlichen Art besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist. Man hat sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da vieles gut erreichbar war und wir die Umgebung genießen konnten. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Não é um alojamento luxuoso, nem precisa de ser. É moderno, extremamente limpo e tem tudo aquilo que realmente valorizamos numa estadia: conforto, tranquilidade e camas excelentes para descansar depois de horas de carro a descobrir as praias maravilhosas de Creta. Para quem viaja com crianças, o serviço de room service é uma enorme mais-valia. Depois de um dia inteiro a passear, chegar cansados e poder pedir comida sem ter de voltar a sair é simplesmente perfeito, sobretudo quando há crianças que parecem ter fome a todas as horas! Mas aquilo que mais distingue este alojamento são as pessoas. A família que o gere é a mesma que gere o Supermercado Ria e são todos 5 estrelas. Simpáticos, disponíveis e genuinamente preocupados com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. A meio da estadia, enviaram-nos uma mensagem a perguntar se estava tudo bem e o que poderiam fazer para melhorar a nossa experiência. Não conseguimos lembrar-nos de nada, e considero-me uma hóspede bastante exigente! Bravo pela forma como sabem receber e acompanhar os hóspedes, sem serem invasivos. É este tipo de hospitalidade que nos faz guardar não apenas boas memórias de um alojamento, mas também das pessoas que conhecemos durante uma viagem. Parabéns por serem um exemplo tão bonito da hospitalidade de Creta. Voltaria sem hesitar!

We had an amazing stay! Everything is always kept super clean, the rooms and the outside area with the pool. It’s just a short walk away from the beach and it’s in a quieter area of the city which was a huge plus for us. While in a quieter area, it’s just a quick walk away from all the bars and clubs. Can’t wait to be back!:) Also, amazing staff, they were always super helpful and friendly! Thank you again! ❤️🌷

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a Dimamiel Malia Innben! 😊 A szállás tiszta, kényelmes és nagyon jó helyen található. Michalis rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és figyelmes házigazda, bármilyen kérdésünk vagy kérésünk volt, mindig készségesen segített. Nagyon barátságos fogadtatásban volt részünk, végig úgy éreztük, hogy fontos számukra, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Nagyon szép napokat töltöttünk Máliában, és örülünk, hogy ezt a szállást választottuk. Jó szívvel ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki Krétára utazik. It’s perfect !

Elke ochtend haalde we bij de aangrenzende supermarkt verse broodjes en heerlijke koffie. We vonden het een fijne locatie, tegenover het strand. In het midden van Stalis en de barstreet in Malia. Het complex word gerund door een hele vriendelijke familie, die erg behulpzaam is geweest voor ons.

Enige minpunt vonden we de grote van de opbergruimte voor onze spullen.

Die Ruhe und Entspannung , die Familie die das betreibt ist super, nett freundlich hilfsbereit, immer und sofort, der Supermarkt am Haus hat alles was man braucht, wird auch von der Familie geführt, wir waren zum 2 mal da, und würden immer wieder das Haus buchen wenn wir nochmals nach Malia kommen

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’hôtel, la propreté des lieux, l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. L’équipe a toujours été arrangeante et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable et reposant. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and it felt like a very personal service. The hotel itself is very modern and spacious, it’s a family run hotel so have no issues at all with over crowding. There was always sunbeds available no matter what time of the day.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, he always responded quickly and was very helpful whenever we had a question. Everything was perfect: clean, comfortable and well organized. The location was excellent, especially for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife, as it was just a short walk from the Malia Strip while still being convenient to get back home after a night out. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Vriendelijkheid bij ontvangst, fijne kamers en vooral de netheid ervan. Heerlijke bedden, genoeg handdoeken en niet gehorig. Zou het iedereen aanraden!

The property looks recently renovated and modern, the ambiance is calm, there aren’t many rooms so even when it was fully booked you don’t notice it. In front of the accommodation, on the same complex, is a supermarket Ria which is very practical, and the working times are long. The pool area is nice and cozy, equipped with beds and umbrellas free of charge. The room itself was good, there is a balcony with a clothing drying-rack, table and chairs, the room has a vanity table, chair, tv, ac, safe, well equipped kitchenette, and a very nice bathroom with shampoo, soap, hair dryer, small and big towels, makeup towel, and a floor towel. In the room and also at the pool there is a qr code which leads you to a page where you can order room(pool) service, coffee, soft drinks and cocktails and pastries from the supermarkets bakeryThe cleaning lady Irini is doing a very thorough job every two days, changing the sheets and towels, and generally cleaning the whole room. The owners Michalis and his family (also from the supermarket) are such kind people which understand how to do business 😄 willing to get out of the way to help out even with planning out a field trip, choosing the right restaurant or even to have a small chat. Oh yeah, and a sandy beach is like 3 minutes away by foot we will definitely visit again

We had an amazing stay! Michalis took such great care of us; his warm hospitality and constant smile truly made our vacation so much better. Also, the cleaning lady did a good job every single day, keeping our room spotless and perfectly tidy. Having a pool was a huge plus! If you’re looking for a lively vacation in Malia, the hotel’s location is perfect and close to all the action yet still a great place to relax.

Établissement avec peu de chambre donc assez cocooning et calme! La piscine était super on a pu bien en profiter. L’hôtel est très bien situé, quelques minutes à pieds à côté du centre et des plages. Une supérette à côté très pratique. Le personnel se rend disponible si besoin. Les chambres sont propres, l’établissement est propre. Je vous recommande!

Hi I booked this property for my daughter Emily and her three friends and they loved it. They were especially impressed with the way the rooms were cleaned and tidied everyday. The paninis served each day by the pool were apparently delicious also! Customer service was top notch and it was very useful being so close to a local supermarket. Airport transfers organised by the hotel were seamless and the transportation itself very spacious and comfortable. Many thanks for looking after them.

I cannot fault the service and hotel itself. It is beautiful and well-kept, and I was tempted to stay in the room and not go on excursions! Family-owned and so the attention to detail and customer service was faultless. There is also a mini supermarket next door owned by the family and they have essentials as well as things to make your stay extra comfortable. I love the location of the hotel, many restaurants closeby and it is within walking distance of lovely attractions. Thank you so much Dimitris and I look forward to coming back!

Hotel jest umieszczony w bardzo dobrej lokalizcji zarówno do morza jak i do centrum jest parę minut spacerem 🙂 . Obiekt jest prowadzony przez przemiła,pomocna i bardzo sympatyczną rodzinę ♥️. Pokój jak i cały obiekt był bardzo czysty i zadbany . Przy hotelu znajduje się również mini market należący do właścicieli obiektu , duży wybór produktów a także strefa gastronomiczna w której można się napić kawy z ekspresu jak i zjeść świeże kanapki i różne słodkości 😊. Serdecznie polecamy ♥️♥️

De kamer was groot genoeg en een prima bed, hele aardige mensen, heerlijk zwembad, buiten de drukte maar wel op loopafstand en direct naast een koffiebarretje en supermarkt

De wc deur sloot niet, bed was wel erg hard, maar verder zaten we echt top, op de begane grond met een terrasje aan de tuin

Редко оцениваю на 10. Но тут прямо все прекрасно. Шикарное место ( 100 метров от пляжа), почти все необходимое, чрезвычайно приветливый персонал. Не хватает только собственного кафе, но это с лихвой компенсируется обилием кафе и ресторанов поблизости. Словом есть абсолютно все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. И цена оказалась "что надо".

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is conveniently situated close to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary wine and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The host also provided a helpful list of recommended nearby restaurants, which made dining out even more enjoyable. Free parking was available, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The room was modern, very clean, comfortable, and well designed, with a balcony and all the necessary amenities. Everything felt new and well maintained. The pool area was also very well kept and provided a relaxing space to unwind. We appreciated having cooking facilities available, including a stove and utensils, along with reliable WiFi throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay in a great location, with excellent hospitality and attention to detail.

Nothing really. Maybe could be better visible from the main street, but also easy to find if you enter from the opposite side (where parking gates are located).

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The pool was large and crystal clear, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and the option to order refreshing drinks right to the poolside or to the room. Everything was arranged for maximum comfort and relaxation. The location was also perfect: just a short walk to the sea, about 15 minutes to the charming Old Town, and close to the lively city center with its bars and clubs. It was the best combination of relaxation and entertainment. But what made this vacation truly special were the people. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel welcome and at home. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would love to return. Thank you for everything!

Small family business. All the staff are really nice! The family owns a supermarket with good prices next door, so you can always ask for help. The owner helped us with everything we needed during our stay, including transport to and from the airport. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was clean, the pool was also very nice. The location is great — just a 5-10 minute walk from the center. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The room safe was broken

Gastfreundliche Unterkunft im "ruhigeren" Teil von Malia; sympathischer Empfang durch ein Mitglied der Besitzerfamilie; das Zimmer war recht klein, aber pfiffig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (inkl. Teeküche mit Kühlschrank). Für eine Nacht war alles vorhanden. Prima Zwischenstopp!

Nice property in a good location with very friendly hosts. The pool area was the highlight for me. Would definitely recommend!

Très bon emplacement, à proximité de plusieurs plages. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée avec un réfrigérateur, et la piscine est magnifique, accompagnée d’un service de bar . Un supermarché se trouve juste devant l’hôtel, ce qui était très pratique. Bien que nous n’ayons réservé que deux nuits et ne nous attendions pas à un service de chambre, nous avons eu la agréable surprise de retrouver les lits faits et les poubelles vidées le deuxième jour — un geste vraiment apprécié !

La chambre est un peu petite : il n'y avait pas la place pour ajouter une seconde table de nuit. Il manquait également une petite lampe de chevet, ce qui aurait été pratique pour le soir. La climatisation présentait une odeur un peu désagréable et était dirigée directement vers le lit, ce qui n’était pas très confortable. Quelqu’un avant nous avait d’ailleurs tenté de la bloquer avec un morceau de papier.

Mooi schoon appartement en vriendelijke mensen. De locatie is rustig en toch dicht bij het strand en de restaurant en barretjes

Er is weinig opbergruimte voor je kleding.

Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De airconditioning in de kamer ging laat in de avond helaas stuk. Het is diezelfde avond nog gedeeltelijk gemaakt, een dag later heeft een monteur de airconditioner gemaakt. De rest van de vakantie weer heerlijk kunnen slapen. Het hotel is zeker een aanrader!

It was a modern and nice place. Swimming pool was very well maintained. It was close to beach, bars and a supermarket is at the entrance. 10mins by walk from the bus station to go to Heraklion. The staff was really kind.

Nothing about the hotel but Malia is not the best place for the beach. We had 2 big suitcases and not enough space to open it at the same time. We were at the garden view so there were some little bugs which is not avoidable. Nothing crazy but we saw 2 or 3 small spiders on the wall.

L’accueil de michalis ,le calme,la propreté de l’ensemble de l’hotel,la proximité du centre tout en étant au calme. La piscine ,le snack en livraison a la piscine .tout était parfait je recommande.

Tout simplement parfait. Emplacement dans un endroit calme, proche du centre à pied, et à 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Gentillesse incroyable de Michalis et sa famille, toujours présent pour nous répondre et nous conseiller des endroits. Les chambres et parties communes sont très propres, la piscine et l’espace transats sont vraiment agréables ! Et le grand plus : possibilité de se faire livrer des boissons et repas autour de la piscine. Devant la résidence se trouve l’épicerie/boulangerie qui permets d’acheter le petit déjeuner tous les matins. Nous recommandons à 100%!

Zuerst einmal der herzliche Empfang, das Hotel ist sehr neu und liegt sehr zentral. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer in der obersten Etage mit einem schönen Balkon! Das Zimmer ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet worden, schlicht modern! Tolles Bett und vor allem eine ganze tolle Matratze, ich konnte wunderbar schlafen 😴! Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht! Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage!

Da ich nur für eine Nacht war, habe ich nur vielleicht Anregungen, es gibt eine Kapsel machine was ganz toll ist, vielleicht könnte man Milch und Zucker dazu geben!

La nostra suite era molto bella, arredata con gusto in stile moderno. Il letto grande e comodo. Estremamente gradito il pensiero di benvenuto, una bottiglia di vino locale. Gentilissimo lo staff. Molto comodo logisticamente rispetto alle attrazioni della costa nord est la di Malia. Esperienza da ripetere

L’emplacement central dans Malia. Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres. Michaelis et Manos sont deux hôtes très attentifs au bien-être de leurs clients. Là piscine et le parking sont un vrai plus.

Malheureusement, nous avons été dérangés par le bruit causé par d’autres clients de l’hôtel lors de la première nuit. Michaelis a résolu le problème dès le lendemain.

De kamers zijn netjes en schoon, ook zijn de mensen van de accommodatie erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk

Er is niet echt een bar waar je in de avond nog een drankje kunt doen. Ook is er geen pingpongtafel of iets in die richting, dus buiten het zwembad zijn er niet echt activiteiten. Daarnaast zijn de gasten die hier verblijven erg op zichzelf, dus sociaal contact is er niet.

É tutto esattamente come nelle foto! Struttura molto accogliente e ben gestita. Michalis molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Camera dotata di tutto ciò che serve e molto pulita. Per chi non vuole spostarsi in zona ci sono tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi, si trova qualsiasi cosa dai market, ai negozi di souvenir, la spiaggia. I ristoranti consigliati da Michalis sono tutti ottimi! In piscina sono stata solo il giorno del check out, super apprezzato il fatto di poterne usufruìre anche dopo il check out…c’è tutto quello che serve compresa la doccia calda con bagno schiuma e shampoo. È stato tutto perfetto, grazie! Se dovessi tornare in zona sicuramente saprei già dove alloggiare!

Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, la famiglia che la gestisce è davvero gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Abbiamo organizzato tramite loro il transfer aeroportuale: avevamo il volo al mattino presto e l’autista era puntualissimo! Hanno anche un supermercato dove è possibile comprare acqua, cibo, cornetti, caffé al mattino e tutto il necessario! Davvero comodo! La spiaggia rimane a 5 minuti a piedi e la città vecchia di Malia a ca. 15 minuti! Michalis al nostro arrivo ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti, che abbiamo provato e tutti ottimi! Grazie per l’ospitalità 😊

Magnifique hôtel, très propre et personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Endroit très calme et piscine fabuleuse, même en plein juillet, c'était tranquille et très agréable. Le supermarket devant l'hôtel appartient à la famille et est très utile, il y a tout le temps quelqu'un et le service de commande piscine est très bien et très rapide. C'était parfait merci à tous

נסעתי עם המשפחה קיבלנו חדר מבריק ונקי מאובזר ברמה גבוה מאוד. קיבל את פנינו מיכאלי אדם מדהים נעים הליכות, שעזר לנו המון באיכפתיות ודאגה , איש נדיר ומקסים. זה הפך את השהות שלנו להנאה גדולה. המקום נעים ושקט ושתי דקות מהחוף מחנויות ברים ומסעדות. הכל מהכל פשוט מומלץ ומדהים להיות במאליה ואם כבר מאליה רק ב Dimamiel
