Le nombre de serviette ne correspondait pas à la taille de notre famille. Et le propriétaire n’a pas voulu en apporter. La machine à laver n’est pas dans l’appartement mais dans le couloir. Elle doit être partagée avec tous les autres logements. Les équipements sont usés et nécessiterait de la maintenance.

A few ants in bedroom when I arrived. Food left in cupboard and shower was not working (control to move between hand held and raindrop settings).

L’établissement est bien situé. L’accès au logement se fait très facilement.

Pas propre, canapé et chaises tout tachés. Sol pas nettoyé. Pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour 6 personnes.

Le confort de l'appartement, la propreté, la situation géographique (arrêt du bus au pied de l'entrée, qui permet d'aller dans le centre de Montréal), des magasins à 5 minutes pour faire des courses, le métro à 15 minutes à pied.

Easy to locate and get in. Good layout. Bright rooms. Helpful that sofa bed was ready made up.

Lack of kitchen equipment and cutlery. Floor was dirty. Toilet seat was broken. There was no luggage storage (as advertised) and host did not respond to messages asking about this.

Ca a été un peu difficile d entrer ds le logement pour des raisons de connection internet defaillante... Du coup l identification a été laborieuse et pas facile de laisser les bagages en attendanta disponibilité de la chambre. Le personnel était pour autant charmant et patient...

Nothing to like. Very bad experience

Arrived to find cleaning still in progress, which was fine, staff said I could leave my suitcase and check in later. But when I went up to the room, the cleaning staff member shouted at me in a hostile, aggressive way. Saying I don’t understand cleaning work, no idea where here anger came from. This happened in front of my 7 year old son. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying after that, so I left immediately and found somewhere else. Disappointing, since the initial booking process was fine, but this kind of treatment from staff is not acceptable and I would not stay here again.

The apartment is very well located, and the check-in process is simple and convenient. We particularly enjoyed Maman, the café and restaurant located just across the street, which is an excellent place for breakfast or brunch.

The apartment does not quite have the level of finish we would expect in this price range. Several features would benefit from better maintenance or repair, particularly some of the windows, which were not working properly.

Nice sized apartment which contained everything we needed for our stay. Good shower. Though not quite in the main tourist areas, the location was still quite central and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. A good base for exploring Montreal. It was self check in, we were provided with the door codes for the building and apartment and were able to easily access the room as per the instructions.

The apartment is not very sound proof and we could hear people walking around in the apartment above. We also heard a lot of drunken singing and party noise from neighbours, especially on the Friday night. Be aware that you will need to send a copy of your passport via email given that this is a self check in apartment.

The bed was very saggy and pillows were way too hard and we ran out of hot water every morning and there were only 2 people

There was a comfortable bed, and the place itself seemed clean and modern. It’s very close to St. Catherines and the Bell Centre if you’re staying here for attractions, concerts, etc. Really convenient area and enjoyable stay overall. I also particularly liked the self-serve of the hotel. It’s more of an Airbnb.

There could have been more amenities/notice on the lack of them. No spatula, scissors, etc. Certain outlets didn’t work. Very mild things that can be worked around.

It was a nice and spacious apartment room. It had a kitchen with cutlery and glasses as well as some basic appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher). The washroom was very clean with a modern look. The shower especially was great with a rainfall shower head and good pressure. The bedroom was spacious and had a television in front of the bed with a big window but good blinds to block sun. The property was also close to nice bars and bistros with a bus running right in front of the property that led in to the old town. Access was simple and the property owners promptly advised how to access the unit.

The property was exceptional, however the only problem was that the bed was not the most comfortable, but it did the trick.

loved the location, it was downtown and a quick walk to the center. the room was big and living room as well. shower was nice and the ac was working which was nice.

we couldn't really leave our bags at the property because there wasn't a front desk, felt kinda of abandoned. There was not as much supplies in the apartment as i would like but we used it primary to sleep. there wasn't as much toiletries like shampoo or conditioner, there was a bottle in the shower that said hand soap not sure that was body wash or hand soap.

Great location. Supermarket, restaurants and metro all in walking distance. Comfy beds. Good layout, nice room sizes. Shower had fabulous water pressure.

Not an issue if you're eating out, but we entertained and faced some kitchen challenges, with basic utensils not there. Hosts were responsive and open to feedback. Note - no lift.

Situe pres du centre bell. On apu y aller a pied. Tres propre et bien decorer.

Good place and excellent location. I was allowed to check out late which was helpful and kind.

The folks upstairs were quite noisy at night, stomping around all over the place.

It looks dodgy from the outside. The area seems OK. I did not see any staff. It was OK. My trip was a last minute idea. It was a busy weekend. Most of the usual places I would stay at were booked. Ok for a short stay. No real complaints.

From the outside i wasn't sure I was in the right place. Signage would help.

Everything was amazing! The personnel was super friendly, kind and professional. The location is top! The room had everything I needed. Nothing remarkable ! Thank you for the great hospitality. :)

Bed was a cheap metal frame, very creaky and noisy. Also apartments need soundproofing, could hear other guests being loud (understand that sometimes this cannot be helped).

Location was good, kitchen was well equipped

Service was very basic, only provided one towel as 'is one person apartment' even though we booked for two people and it is advertised for four people. Then after being refused another towel got a message saying 'let me know if you need anything' - so probably don't send these messages unless you are actually willing to do something. Door to the apartment didn't fit properly so you had to hang on the door for it to open. We had to call to work out how to get in even though we followed the instructions

Il y avait des taches sur les draps de rechange pour le divan-lit, avec des cheveux. Il y avait également une couverture rangée dans le rangement du divan, également avec une tache dessus. Cela laisse douter quant à la rotation des draps et l’inspection du ménage et de la propreté.

Manque de papier toilette. La lunette des toilettes qui ne tenait pas en place, très incommodant.

L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien situé, pas trop loin du vieux Montréal.

J'ai eu un petit souci lors de cette réservation , j'ai envoyé trois messages mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Vous recevez un message automatique la veille de votre arrivée et un autre pour votre départ. L'appartement ne correspondait pas à la photo sur booking, il donnait sur une rue très passagère et il y'avait une station essence en face.

Die vom Hauptbahnhof gut erreichbare Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und konnten die Altstadt sowie die City gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Everything was perfect

Needed more upkeep. I had to fix the toilet seat from falling off. Window screens hard to attach. Some windows did not close. The front door did not close properly allowing anyone off the street to enter the building. Generally poorly maintained. No host hotel was not made clear when booking.

L’appartement était globalement propre avec le matériel nécessaire pour 5 personnes. C’était sécurisé et agréable.

Nous avions un appartement pour 5, deux chambres et un canapé lit. Nous avons essayé de sortir le lit du canapé, impossible. Rien de faisait. On s’y mettais à plusieurs, et on a fait cela pendant un bon 30min avant d’abandonner et d’envoyer un message. Personne n’a répondu. Personne n’est venu. Notre amie a dû dormir sur le canapé sans que ce soit un lit et encore maintenant aucun retour de notre message. Nous avons également remarqué que la poubelle de la salle de bain n’avait pas été changé avant notre arrivée, y laissant un emballage de serviette hygiénique… Il n’y a pas une très bonne isolation…

Le fait que dans ma réservation j'étais supposé avoir une baignoire et il en avait pas dans ma suite

Ambiance chaleureuse et juste asser grand pour une petite famille. L’endroit est bien sécurisé par deux portes à code.

Les murs étaient abîmés et certain d’entre eux étaient sales. La porte de l’établissement était difficile à repérer.

Die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt ok.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht ok, Oberflächen waren staubig, der Tisch klebrig. Es wurde anscheinend sauber gemacht aber eben nur sehr schlecht. Der Parkplatz hinterm Haus war nicht nutzbar, da die App die man benutzen sollten nicht funktioniert. Also mussten wir das Auto in ein Parkhaus ca. 500 m weg parken.

Bon emplacement, moderne et sécurisé. Métro, supermarché et parking à 5min à pied.

Le clic clac du canapé inutilisable (on sent les barres et les ressors, il s’est refermé en pleine nuit). Nos amis ont dormi une semaine dans le canapé non déplier…. Léger soucis de propreté (miette dans le canapé, draps…) Enfin, avoir du sel / poivre / huile pour le coin cuisine serait correct. Nous avons laissé ceux que nous avons acheté.

The apartment was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easily walkable to key locations I'd downtoen.

The lock was broken when I arrived and someone only came to fix it the next morning. The people upstairs were crashing around and playing loud music until 5am making it impossible to sleep. My messages to the owner were ignored. In the end I left 2 nights early. I informed the owners when I left early and they ignored that message as well and sent a message two days later asking what time I was checking out.

The property was close to downtown, we booked in the click n park and someone took our spot. We were forced to scramble to find parking at the bell centre. The room was clean enough however the bed was only a double and very uncomfortable. My husband has a bad hip and neither one of us slept all night. The shower didn’t work properly and when running the rain head it overflows over the top of the shower forcing you to use the detachable head to wash n shower with. There was only one towel and one face cloth until we went on a hunt to find a second towel tucked away in the dresser. It also advertised a couch but there was only two hard chairs. I will not be returning to this air bnb as it has no parking and is uncomfortable. Thank you…

Bed accommodations are to small and uncomfortable.

Dès mon arrivée, tout était sale rien était nettoyé, j’ai dû communiquer avec les responsables pour nettoyer et jusqu’à présent j’attends une partie de mon remboursement que je n’ai pas encore eu sinon par la suite, on a dû sortir passer du temps dehors ( 1h30) ensuite revenir quelques heures plus tard pour que ce soit prêt pour nous accueillir. Par contre y avait pas de débarbouillette, ils ont donné une limite 2 serviettes. En plus j’étais supposé de faire deux nuits. Finalement j’ai fait une nuit à cause que on m’avait pas envoyé le code la veille en tout cas très décevant.

Deux TV. Chambre et Salon séparés.

Le drap. Ce n'est pas un vrai drap de lit et le matin, j'ai senti le matelas froid en me levant et non agréable. Vous cherchiez l'économique du drap, mais vous oubliez la qualité du sommeil de vos clients. Pas de ciseau dans la cuisine. Pas de débarbouillettes.

La facilité pour check-in

Il n’y a pas de rangement, pas d’ascenseur… pas de laveuse secheuse… il y avait UNE SOURIS DANS MON AIRBNB!! J’ai eu de la difficulté a obtenir de l’aide…

On peut améliorer quelques points: Mettre un petit canapé ou fauteuil confortable qui serait appréciable après les journées de marché pour visiter Quelques accessoires pour le ménage ( il y a un balai mais pas de pelle, pas d’aspirateur) Une fuite au niveau de la pomme de douche
