중심가에서 전철로 3-4코스입니다. 조용하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 공항까지 셔틀을 운행합니다. 웰컴 과일과 과자에 감동했습니다! 청소하시는 모습을 보았는데 침대 밑까지 청소기를 밀고 있었어요. 믿을 수 있었습니다!

호텔이 좀 오래된 것 같아요. 그래서인지 늘 그렇진 않은데 온도가 시원할 때까지 시간이 좀 걸릴 때가 있어요.

Hotel molto bello, stanze grandi e letto comodissimo, ha frigobar (pagamento a consumo), cassaforte e spazi giusti per mettere tutto il necessario. Ottima la colazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, e buona posizione strategica per visitare la città. Ottimo soggiorno.

Tutto perfetto, se si vuole proprio cercare qualcosa di "negativo" (che poi tanto negativo non è) è il bagno un pò piccolino, ma ha una doccia bellissima e cmq tutte le comodità necessarie oltre che a prodotti da bagno, quindi non può essere certo un punto proprio negativo.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με πολύ μεγάλο κρεβάτι. Μας είχαν αφήσει στο δωμάτιο για καλωσόρισμα νερό, φρούτα και γκοφρετάκια. Επίσης είχε καφέ, τσάι και βραστήρα. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα πάλι 😊

Die Bar war abends eiskalt, ohne Jacke konnte man nicht verweilen. An allen 3 Abenden war die Bestellung eines einfachen Glas Weißwein schwierig. Die Mitarbeiter wussten nicht den Unterschied zwischen Portwein und Wein, es musste erst gefragt werden wo die Flasche ist und an allen drei Abenden musste erst ein Glas im Nebenraum gesucht werden. Die Bar war immer fast leer.

Location in the suburbs but only 5 minutes walk to the metro, the hotel provided the card needed to use the metro. The staff are an absolute WOW!! Brilliant service from start to finish, the manager, Marta, was so welcoming as were the desk team. If every hotel delivered service like this there would never be any complaints. We had a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, thank you.

Naprawdę fajny hotel z niezwykle miłą, sympatyczną obsługą, darmowym transferem na/z lotniska (osobowym Jaguarem!), całkiem wygodnymi łóżkami. Jedyne co można by poprawić to różnorodność śniadań. Bardzo ładny wystrój, szczególnie hotelowego lobby, drink powitalny. Naprawdę miło wspominam. Okolica jest taka sobie, ale piechotą można dojść do Starego Miasta i Mostu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

Helpful, friendly staff with great language skills. The free transfer to and from the airport is excellent. Very comfortable room and bed. Good location near to the metro. Really can't rate this hotel highly enough.

This applies to all the hotels we have stayed in, apart from those with specifically adapted facilities. There was a grab rail in the shower, which was appreciated, but the shower floor was still slippery and there was a bit of a distance from the grab rail to the door. It would be so helpful if all hotels could equip the showers with full grab rails.

Everything about this hotel just works. The room is not huge, but really well designed so it is much bigger than it seems. The shower is soooo good. But the difference is the staff just want to get things right for you, without getting in the road. This is a fantastic hotel. We celebrated 40th anniversary here and they could not have made it any better.

Ein fantastisches und wunderschönes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal (Gruß an "Lady" von "Sir" auf diesem Weg), das hervorragend Englisch spricht. Tolle und ruhige Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Es gibt viele gute Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso Supermärkte. Sicheres und kostenloses Parken auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber. Ja, man wohnt nicht mitten in der Altstadt, dort würde man aber auch für ein vergleichbares Hotel das Dreifache bezahlen. Zur Metro sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man fährt 4 Stationen bis ins Stadtzentrum.

Die Preise an der Bar sind etwas hoch, ganz besonders für einen Kaffee. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau und nichts was mich von einer weiteren Buchung abhalten würde.

Os funcionários eram todos muito prestativos, cama boa, bom banho, quarto não era pequeno, como estávamos viajando de carro o estacionamento foi perfeito. O café da manhã é bom mas só comemos um dia dos cinco que ficamos, não sei dizer se existe uma variação durante a semana.

Com relação ao hotel foi tudo ótimo, mas gostaria de ter recebido recomendações de locais com café da manhã próximos ao hotel, a pessoa que nos atendeu (uma mulher) disse que como existiam algumas opções próximas e que preferia não recomendar, não achamos nada próximo nos dias que ficamos por lá.

Tutto ! Abbiamo trovato personale che parlava italiano, una vera rarità in Portogallo. Siamo arrivati con una prenotazione normalissima e ci hanno accomodati in una loro suite spettacolare con jacuzzi e terrazzo con sdrai tavolo e sedie senza alcun supplemento . In camera c'erano frutta acqua biscotti the tisane gratuiti. Si pagavano solo le cose nel minibar. Ci hanno offerto del vino tipico per darci il benvenuto. Ci hanno assistito co card per metro e tt le info necessarie per agevolarci nella vacanza. Ci hanno dato disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito fino a tardo pomeriggio del giorno seguente alla nostra prenotazione. Arredo molti bello pulito e personale gentilissimo. Colazione strepitosa c'era tutto anche la mia amata colazione consapevole ma anche dolci e salato. Per noi era l'ultimo giorno di prenotazione di un lungo viaggio in portogallo.ed è stato bellissimo. Se torno a porto non ho dubbi sceglierò per sempre questo hotel.

The rooms were cramped, not many facilities in the hotel, the room was noisy you could here the road traffic constantly. Dark corridors with hard to read signs.

A little far to walk to central locations in hot weather

One main reason to pick this hotel was the promised parking, which is just over the street and open, but extremely convenient. Both on arrival and when leaving, we were able to leave the car a few minutes just outside the front door which helped with some more bulky luggage. The hotel staff are also very ready to help. We came quite early but were lucky and had one room already available so could check into the room earlier, which made things even nicer for us. The styling of the hotel's interior is a matter of taste (not 100% mine), but then it excelled in this price class with little amenities and well thought-out details in the room, all supported by outstandingly friendly and helpful staff during our short stay. In comparison with other places of a similar rating and price range there is an almost old-fashioned attempt to treat the guests well, instead of mainly caring about looking cool on social networks, which we found very pleasing. The hotel's restaurant offers good food at decent prices and there is a small bar open until late (midnight, I believe). Breakfast is quite good with more choices than in other hotels on the Iberian peninsula. We found it easy to walk to the metro and take Porto's rather good and affordable public transport. The hotel would have also offered transfers to downtown on request, besides the heavily advertised airport shuttle. The area is a not especially fancy neighborhood, which we found perfectly safe to move around in. One advantage over downtown is that there are no steeply inclined streets in this area. All in all, we really liked our stay at Hotel Jaguar and would very seriously consider booking this again, also for a longer stay.

Sleeping with an open window there was noticeable traffic noise from the Rua da Constituição, which is a major road after all. Don't expect any beautiful views either.

Me ha encantado todo, alejado del bullicio pero cerca de todo a la vuelta tienes el metro, y si quieres pasear en 15 min tienes el centro. Amables, con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja todo el día, nos dieron una habitación superior. Limpio a más no poder, con detalles en la habitación. De 10 si tuviese que ir de nuevo no lo dudaría en ningún momento. El desayuno genial y de calidad Y el parking frente del hotel. Encantada y enamorada de oporto.

The hotel is at 20 min walk from the city centre, however a metro station is very close and it's just 3 stops to the centre. If you arrive by car, the also have a free parking. The staff is very nice and helpful, they also offer you a welcome drink at the bar, and coffee, cookies, water and fruits in the room. The room was large, clean, comfortable, climatised and nicely furnished. Best asset: huge comfortable bed! Excellent value for mone, definitely recommended!

Excellent hotel with free parking, beautiful room, everything sanitized, nice welcome perks such as fresh fruit and cookies, a sample glass of Taylor port wine! They offer help with the metro which is about 2 blocks away, giving you an initial pass to get you started to explore the city!

Drop off of luggage was somewhat difficult, cars parked in front of hotel, limited space, otherwise staff helps you to carry luggage from across the street in their secured parking lot. Mgr stated they are working on the gates to be fixed so that it would be automatic, instead of staff manually opening them for you

La cena, la camarera y la cocinera hicieron lo posible por sacar el servicio y con la mejor de las sonrisas y actitudes, pero el precio elevado como es normal en un hotel pero tardó muchísimo y a destiempo. No es una queja contra ellos sino contra los gestores del establecimiento que dejaron a solas a dos personas en un servicio, lo cual no debería ser permitido….

Hotel leggermente fuori il centro ma a 5 min dalla metro. Hotel moderno e pulizia eccellente. L'idea del bicchiere di Porto offerto è stato molto apprezzato. Personale attento e gentile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e sono stati efficienti e celeri.

Firstly, on arrival at the airport we met our driver who was exceptionally patient, polite and helpful. We traveled with kids and he made sure everyone was strapped in safely before we set off. On arrival to the hotel, the greeting staff was sooo friendly, and did everything they could to accommodate us on arrival. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Throughout our stay staff accommodated all of our requests and offered even more than we requested; regardless of the time. Breakfast had a good enough variety... and was actually good in quality and taste. Traveling with 2 young kids they didn't make us feel uncomfortable or problematic but made the whole experience stress free at every turn. Good location as travelling from here to anywhere was no more than a 15 minute drive. We traveled a lot via Uber as the price was very low... including surrounding cities. I could not wait to leave a review! It was such and amazing experience as a first time family holiday choice. I would definitely recommend!
