The hotel was excellent. The service from the entire staff was exceptional. The pool was incredible, and the rooftop was beautiful. It is located just two blocks from the beach. The breakfast was exceptional—incredible and delicious. The food and drinks offered great value for money. The room was super comfortable, clean, and very modern. We felt completely at ease and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

1 早餐非常豐富好吃，令人難忘。 2 床鋪非常舒適，我訂的是小套房，沙發組超讚。 3 馬桶是TOTO的免治馬桶。 4 我在房間窗戶看到海邊的煙火，小驚喜。 5 步行到約海邊5分鐘。

附近店面少，商店和餐廳要走到海邊比較多，海邊夜店的音樂很大聲，房間可聽到，但似乎午夜就停了。

The buffet breakfast was top tier, as well as all the staff and amenities and although very secluded by day, everything well worth the walk... Highly recommend.

Ontbijt was heerlijk, gym en zwembad op rooftop waren goed.

De prijs waar je via bookings.com je kamer voor hebt geboekt is niet de prijs welke je bij aankomst in het hotel moet afrekenen. Voor kinderen moet je extra toeslag betalen. Vreemde start van ons verblijf en zouden hier niet weer boeken. In direct omgeving veel goede alternatieven.

Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime propere kamer en badkamer. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Iedereen is zeer behulpzaam. Vraag zeker (receptie) naar de dagcruise naar Ha Long Bay...meer dan de moeite waard. Let op..eet niet teveel in de ochtend (hotel); want er is een uitgebreid buffet op de boot. (Leona Cruise). Neem je zwemuitrusting mee en zonnebrandcreme ;-) Echt genoten! Aanrader!!

Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Nous avions deux chambres une sur rue l’autre sur patio, patio qui s’avère en fait être le couloir d’accès aux chambres. Donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre, chambre en vase clos. Les salles de bain sont très bien. La pression de l’eau est parfaite.

Petit déjeuner correct, mais sans plus peu de choix européen Nous avons dû annuler une nuit complémentaire et pas de compréhension de la part de l’hôtel, aucun petit geste commercial. Nous avons été débité.

Hotel położony jest w pobliżu parku rozrywki Sun World Ha Long. To ładny obiekt urządzony w klasycznym stylu, oferujący bardzo wygodne pokoje. Niestety, w czasie naszego pobytu basen był w remoncie. Drobną niedogodność rekompensowały jednak bardzo obfite i zróżnicowane śniadania. Dojazd – podróż taksówką (przez aplikację Grab) do przystani, z której wypływają rejsy po zatoce Ha Long, zajmuje tylko około 10–15 minut.

We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was excellent. Rooms and beds comfortable. Great location to beach and town.

Pool area closed at 6 pm. At least we were told that. Could stay open later. On a hot night be nice to have a swim.

Stayed here for one night whilst transferring from a Ha Long cruise to Tam Coc. Great place, can’t fault it and great value for money.

Property was great, BUT…a neighbouring property about 1km away was a beach bar and they played the music into the wee hours sooooo loud that it could disrupt sleep as the base was booming!!! Something should be done about this for the entire area! If you book a room, get one that faces onto the main road, not the side or the back! Then it will be a great hotel!

Ein sauberes und komfortables Zimmer, angenehme Dusche. Wir sind nur für eine Nacht geblieben, um morgen früh am Anleger sein zu können, dafür war es gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht, aber das Fenster ging zur Innenseite in den öffentlichen Flur, also unbrauchbar und man musste natürlich den Vorhang zum Sichtschutz zu lassen. In der Gegend gibt es wirklich nichts, weshalb wir im Hotelrestaurant gegessen haben. Unsere Getränke wurden vergessen, dass Essen war relativ teuer. Auch beim Frühstück gab es nur wenig Auswahl und nur eine kleine Portion. Wir fragten das Personal nach dem nächstgelegenen kleinen Supermarkt/ Convenience Store und sie konnten uns diese Frage nicht beantworten.

A beautiful, modern hotel, offering incredible value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms / facities gave a very luxurious feel. Halong itself has rather a strange feel. It is a bit of a ghost town. Vast developments everywhere but almost nobody around. Still, this doesn’t detract from the hotel itself, which was incredible value and very smart indeed.

Stayed here 1 night and I was impressed. It felt quite newly decorated, nice staff, lovely pool, comfortable room. Food in the restaurant was nice enough. We walked down to the amusement park and went on rollercoasters for the day and got a taxi to our Ha Long bay cruise the next morning.

Not much to do at this location apart from the amusement park.

Der Valley Beach Club spielt laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht und jedes Hotel dort im Umkreis von 3- 4 km muss darunter leiden.

Staff were attentive. Room was clean. The massage provided at the spa on site was excellent.

The area of Ha Long is a bit of a ghost town. Some over development of the area resulting in many vacant builidings (not the hotels fault), therefore limited restaurants are available.

Absolutely gorgeous, low rate, fantastic breakfast. We were here for 2 nights following a week on Cat Ba and were pleasantly surprised re the hotel. The city is deserted unfortunately.

Seems you can request a room further away from the beach area, as, yes, you can hear thumping from the music that seems to play every night. We had no problem sleeping, however.

Very elegant, clean and comfortable. Had a well equipped gym and spa facilities until late in the evening. Felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay.

Erstmal ein Riesen Lob und ganz viel Dank an die Rezeptionistin mit Namen Vu Thi Nu. Sie hat jederzeit, zu jeder Uhrzeit ( auch wenn sie Dienstfrei hatte ) immer schnell geholfen. Ob bei Buchungen, Vorschlägen für Aktivitäten, Organisation zu einen Ligaspiel Fussball mit persönlicher Betreuung, egal was. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Super perfekt. 👍👍👍👍👍 In Summe passte soweit auch alles am Hotel. Nervende Totalausfall der Englischsprachigen TV Sender wurden mit einem Voucher gut gemacht.

- Very strange location. Down the road from beach clubs so quite noisy - deluxe rooms don't have any windows or natural light which should really be specified on booking - no map or indication of area and hotel is currently on building site so it's all a bit strange

La décoration est très belle, la cambre était très grande et très confortable. Le personnel est aidant et offre un très bon déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Malheureusement l’hôtel est situé dans un nouveau quartier qui, pour l’instant, n’offre pas un grand intérêt, les bon restaurants sont rare et très chers, alors que les restaurants de catégorie moyenne c’est de l’arnaque.

Lovely, bright and clean hotel with all the amenities, great service, and the breakfast was very good!

Only draw back is the night noise of the constant boom of the base system at the beach bar about 1km away…it echoes throughout the complex until 2am on the weekends and midnight otherwise. Must ask for a front room overlooking the main road, and then it was no problem, otherwise it is a sleep nightmare!

Brand new and very high standard hotel. We were very impressed by the standard of hotel considering the city of Ha Long itself. Strong recommendation to stay and see this "ghost town".

This hotel is at the best 5 star level. Brand new and very well looked after. The room was spacious, super clean, super comfortable with all the amenities of a 5 star. Great bathroom, nice towels. Excellent breakfast. Good location.

Very nice location, clean and comfortable spacious room. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bedding was cleaning as well as the bathroom. Shower was very nice.

Breakfast is not bad, but could definitely improve on quality of products. No options for tea (only black tea). The rooms are all lit with white halogen lights, making it less cosy and less warm. The food served at the restaurant for dinner is not what is shown in the pictures. Although mentioned on the menu, quite disappointing as it is a whole other dish! Soups are the same price as a main course and feature in main course on the menu, but the portion is very small.

The hotel was excellent first class, the same as any top class hotels in London, it was in walking distance of the beaches and about 15 minutes drive to the port. The hotel can order a taxi and it comes in minutes we paid 200,000vietnam dollar.

Very clean, friendly, accomodating staff! Room was better than expected.

My room was on the inside and the only "window" looked into a hallway. It was only overnight so not the biggest deal.

The curtains showed signs of mold, and there was a persistent odor in the bathroom that resembled urine. Although it appeared that the staff attempted to clean the area, the smell unfortunately remained.. The hotel restaurant was bellow average. Considering the prices charged, the food quality should be improved to better match the expected standard.

Nice enough hotel in the middle of nowhere.  The area is full of abandoned building and new developments. The breakfast was really good with a vast selection. We are cheaply nearby in the evening. The rooms were spacious but the bathroom was more like a wet room with a shower over the jacuzzi.  . 

The jacuzzi outlets released black mucky bits into the bath water. Unfortunately the nearby amusement park had Tecno music playing until midnight, preventing sleep.  I was also a little disappointed by a few members of staff being more interested in playing games on their smartphones
