The room didn't have air-conditioning, so it was difficult to sleep well the first night even with the fan running, because it had been very very hot. It cooled down the following days (20°) and this was not a problem - for those days I slept very well. There was a kettle and mugs but no tea or coffee provided.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The suite triple riviera was a lovely apartment it was very spacious and had a double room and 2 single rooms. The two single rooms have a balcony which you can also access from your bedroom. You could also access the balcony from the sitting room to. The kitchen had a hob for cooking and an oven. The fridge was quite large and also had a small freezer inside it. The staff were really friendly and they were very accommodating if you needed anything. Well situated not far from Freddie Mercury Statue.

Manželská posteľ má medzi matracmi dieru, kde sa tam moja manželka stále vopchala. V izbe 201 nieje veľmi pekný výhľad z okna a ak si otvoríte okno a chcete vetrať, tak z vonku ide vôňa s WC, alebo kuchyne.

The room was quite dirty. A horrible smell was coming from the kitchen downstairs the entire evening. It was so noisy, both from the outside and the inside, that we couldn't sleep at all, despite having received a favorable answer from the staff to be given a room in a quiet corner of the hotel. Noise or not, it would have been difficult to have a good night's sleep anyway: the pillows were breaking our necks.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Lovely traditional hotel situated in the heart of Montreux, just a few steps off the main road. We stayed overnight during the Montreux Jazz Festival. We were kindly upgraded to a south-facing room with a view of the lake, which was a nice touch, although I would have preferred the room at the back that I had booked, as it must have been cooler at that time of year. As we were only staying overnight, it didn’t really matter. A fan is at your disposal. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was firm, as were the pillows. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the shower had decent pressure. There are power outlets close to the head of the bed, although you might have to unplug the bedside lamp depending on the size of your charger. Complimentary bottles of water were provided. The breakfast buffet is fairly simple but includes fresh fruit, and cooked options are available if you fancy them. There’s also a coffee machine.
If you are sensitive to heat, don't forget to draw the curtains as the sun hits the room at the hottest time of the day, and the shutters can't be used (at least the left one was blocked by a flower pot).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. On check in we asked for air conditioning. We were offered a suite upgrade for a reasonable additional cost. We were surprised when the elevator opened up into the private 5th floor suite which included an expansive deck overlooking Lake Geneva. Everything about the suite was luxurious, we had a hard time leaving. We were greeted by Jane at the front desk who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She was very friendly and cheerful. This was by far the best hotel on our ten days in Switzerland. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.
Loved everything.

The hotel is just above a phish restaurant, and with the high weather temperature, it's impossible to open the window for some fresh air without catching the restaurant strong smell. Keeping in mind the hotel does not have air conditioning, it was a awful.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, d.h. der Preis war für diese Art von „Suite“ viel zu teuer. Suite nicht mit Lift, sondern nur via Treppe erreichber. Beim Einchecken stank es in der Suite nach Rauch und diese musste nachgereinigt werden. Bilder/Einrichtung entsprachen nicht der angetroffenen Situation. Der Frühstücksraum, als auch das Frühstück selber waren unappetitlich.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Très bien placé face à la place du marché et du centre de la Riviera. Tarif pas trop mal pour le secteur. Literie bien. Annexé à son restaurant (italien). Très bon accueil, chambre de taille de bonne taille en dehors salle d'eau un peu petite Point moins bien : pas de clim les jours de grandes chaleurs, attention l'accueil ne se fait que jusqu'à 17h30-45, au delà c'est le restaurant qui gère. Non loin rue principale donc un peu sonore jusqu'à 23h-24h. Certaines chambres nécessités de monter des petits escaliers en plus de l'ascenseur (pour personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité), pas beaucoup de prises à côté du lit Côté parking, c'est un parking public juste en face. Env 27CHF pour env 17h30 à 10h le lendemain, c'est le cas de la plupart des hôtels sur montreux Ville sans grand attrait pour elle même au niveau architecture mais au coeur d'un secteur touristique très sympa. On vous conseille : le petit musée gratuit queen dans le casino, la balade touristique de 3h en bateau à aubes depuis Lausanne (55CHF/personne) le château de Chillon et juste en face l'ex fort de l'armée caché dans la montagne, les vignobles tout autour

Frühstück ist ok aber nicht erwähnenswert. Leider mussten wir die Fenster schliessen, da sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Ein paar Feiernde unten in einer Bar und draussen auf der Strasse waren so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen könnten mit leicht geöffnetem Fenster.

O banheiro tem tamanho ótimo também, o que é dificil na europa. A equipe é bem simpática, nos ajudou a arrumar programação para o dia, e o café da manhã é bem servido.

Nichts - vielleicht wäre ein separater, klappbarer Sonnenschirm gut für die Terrasse gut, da die Abendsonne ziemlich intensiv sein kann und die elektrische Marquise diese nich abschirmen kann.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Ótima localização ! Linda vista para o lago! Para quem vai pegar o trem à estação fica muito perto. Tem estacionamento fora do hotel porém bem próximo ! Quarto espaçoso e agradável !
