Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Location of hotel is exactly in front of lake viewpoint, 2-3 minutes walk from local Migros, McDonald’s and other eve attractions. Staff is so polite and friendly 👍👍👍 Breakfast breads were amazing. You will find all the main amenities with a charm.

Zimmer mit zusammen gewürftelten Mobiliar, welches sehr alt ist. Zimmer müsste renoviert werden und sehr ringhörig; wir hörten die ganze Nacht den Gast im Zimmer oben an uns. ( hat evt die Möbel umgestellt😡)

Camera non ben pulita...vari capelli/peli in bagno. Un ragno scorrazzava tranquillo su e giù, purtroppo l'ho trovato nella lampada quando volevo accenderla. Sabato notte alle 4 un uomo ha urlato per almeno 10 minuti e non sapevo chi chiamare perché la reception chiude alle 21

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade mit Blick auf den See. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon von wo man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann. Es gibt bis 10:30 Uhr ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. 100 Meter ist jedoch ein Parkhaus.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Personal sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und konnte mich auf Deutsch unterhalten. Velo konnte im Hotel innern sicher abgestellt werden. E-Bike Akku wurde durfte man zwar nicht im Zimmer laden aus sicherheitsgründen wurde dieser dann vom Personal über nacht in einem sepraten Bereich geladen. Frühstück Kaffee war Top, ansonsten auch alles gut für den Preis.
Hotel Eingang ist etwas versteckt aber mit Google Maps dann doch noch gut gefunden

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Die Lage ist grandios! Vom Balkon aus mit Blick auf den See genossen wir das 1. August-Feuerwerk, hatten somit einen Logenplatz! Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr fein. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften unsere Getränke und Kühlelemente im Hotelkühlschrank kühlen lassen. Bett sehr bequem! Wir kommen wieder.

Das Haus ist alt, aber dennoch könnte man mit besser putzen Einiges aufwerten, WC und Sessel waren nicht gründlich geputzt. Kissen waren unbequem (lampig weich)

I cannot understand how this place has 3 stars. Who decided this? Don't trick people. We were on the 4th floor, in August, with no air conditioner. We couldnt sleep almost at all, I think it was 35 degrees in the room. The hotel is really shabby, everything is falling apart. The wall-to-wall carpet must be 50 years old, just lying there, collecting dust. I think for 250 CHF per night they can afford renovate a bit and install an air conditioner. A shame. I will not be coming back.

Schlafen steht während des Jazz Festivals nicht im Vordergrund. Die Feststimmung dauert bis früh in den Morgen und ist gut hörbar (bei offener Terrassentür).

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Lage ist direkt am Boulevard, mit einer Straße dazwischen. Zimmer haben alles was man braucht. Direkte Seesicht. Das Frühstück war recht umfangreich.
Personen mit Intoleranzen müssen dies unbedingt anmelden! Das Gebäude ist teilweise ins Alter gekommen.

Entrance is blocked by large restaurant table outside. Traffic can be a little noisy if you’re looking for an early evening but dies off.

Koude douche. Door een technisch mankement geen warm water maar dat vermeld men pas als je het ongemak gaat melden. Verder achterstallig onderhoud ( bv gordijnen hangen nog maar met enkele haakjes en ramen cq kozijnen zijn rot) Gevraagd voor compensatie maar alleen een gratis ontbijt was mogelijk.

Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts während dem Frühstücks meiner Mutter Geld aus der Geldbörse gestohlen. Auch verfügt das Hotel nicht über Zimmersaves. Das hat den eigentlich guten Gesamteindurck des Hotels gründlich ruiniert.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Väldigt fint boende centralt i Montreux. Mycket prisvärt med tanke på läget. Hade bokat billigare rum mot innergården, men fick rum med utsikt mot sjön och egen balkong (p g a låg beläggning). Mycket bra frukost, och väldigt serviceinriktad personal.
