The breakfast is amazing and the location is nice. It is a bit far from the Old Town so you"ll need a car to get around if you don't wanna spend money on cabs.

Excellent apartment hotel, spotlessly clean and ideally located. Breakfast was delicious too.

Very clean rooms. There is a private parking spot. The appartment was perfect for two people. There is a small pool available. The beach is near. The bathroom was big and nice.

There aren't many necessities for cooking.

The children’s beds were sofa beds, and the mattress was hard and not comfortable.

We enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, and the food provided each morning was very good. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, especially since the tap water isn’t drinkable. Unfortunately, beyond that, it was difficult to find much to highlight, as we were very disappointed by the difference between the room we received and what we had expected based on the listing photos.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, as the accommodation did not match the expectations created by the photos and description. Our biggest surprise upon arrival was discovering that one of the two bedrooms was completely open to the living room and kitchen area, meaning that only one bedroom was actually private. We were traveling with my parents, so this created a significant privacy issue, particularly for my wife and me. Based on the listing and photos, we had expected two separate, private bedrooms. I’ve attached photos to show the actual layout more clearly. We later learned that there are apparently other superior rooms with two separate bedrooms, so it seems we were unfortunate with the particular room we received. However, this distinction was not clear to us when booking. There were also some maintenance issues. We couldn’t use the overhead shower because the knob needed to switch to it was missing, and the bathroom itself was quite cramped. Several of the finishing touches shown in the listing photos, such as the carpet and bed runner, were also absent, making the room feel noticeably less polished than advertised. What made the experience more disappointing was the response when I raised these concerns with the receptionist. I only saw her briefly in the morning, and unfortunately, I found her response to our concerns rather cold and unhelpful. Overall, the biggest issue was the difference between what we believed we were booking based on the photos and description and what we actually received. Had the open bedroom layout been clearly shown or explained beforehand, we would not have chosen this accommodation for a trip with my parents. Unfortunately, what we expected to be a premium-feeling stay at a good price ended up being a significant disappointment.

It’s a shame that we were only informed on the day of our arrival that they were celebrating a holiday and that breakfast would not be served in the restaurant, but instead would be brought to our room. We thought that, at the very least, we would receive some vegetables, bread, cheese, etc. Instead, we received sandwiches with omelet, cheese, and ham, none of which we eat. The juice was also not to our taste at all, and there were pancakes with chocolate (at least those were enjoyable). What about milk, tea, coffee, cheese, or fruit? At the very least, it would have been customary to ask us what we would prefer to receive. We left feeling hungry. We didn’t think there was any point in complaining, since it was their holiday, so we preferred to just leave things as they were.

Canapé lit inconfortable pour la 5eme personne = pas de matelas = banquette 1 place recouverte d’1 drap. Douche avec by-pass inexistant. 1 télécommande pour les 2 clims. L’emplacement de l’appart loin du centre à pieds avec un trajet pas pour les piétons.

Posizione perfetta, a metà strada tra l’aeroporto e Cnosso, entrambi vicini (7-8 minuti di macchina). Camera molto pulita, discretamente fornita. Colazione abbondante con scelta molto varia. Personale gentile.

Un po’ rumorosa, ma niente di insopportabile

Labai tvarkingi, aukšto lygio apartamentai. Yra kavinė, kur galima išgerti kavos, pavalgyti ar gerai praleisti vakarą. Šalia yra parduotuvės, restoranai. Gaila, kad trumpai buvome, mums patiko🙂

Half of electricity lamps did not work in the apartment. There was mold/sewage smell in the whole apartment. Could not open windows because no mosquito nets. Air conditioning units are too weak and could not get the temperature close to 23-24 (which we normally set). Glasses and mirrors were dirty. Really don’t understand how this place can have such reviews or we simply got very bad unit (108).

J’ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel une première fois et tout s’était très bien passé. Malheureusement, lors de mon deuxième séjour, mon expérience a été beaucoup moins agréable, principalement à cause de l’attitude des femmes de chambre. Je les ai trouvées particulièrement désagréables et parfois même agressives dans leur manière de s’adresser à moi. C’est vraiment dommage, car le reste du séjour s’est bien passé. Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’on vienne systématiquement toquer à ma chambre pour me demander de sortir, ce qui était assez désagréable et donnait l’impression de ne pas être respecté dans mon intimité.

J’ai aimé la position très pratique près de l’aéroport et la facilité d’accès à une heure tardive avec le digicode. La structure est moderne et propre.

Dans la suite, la clime, très bruyante, est dans une chambre, qui devient vite trop froide si on veut défraîchir celle à côté. Nous n’avons pas pu avoir de petit déjeuner car le bar était fermé pour la journee et personne nous avait prévenus ou conseillés avant.

Sehr saubere, moderne und stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Bequemes Bett, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Lage in Iraklio ist sehr gut, und besonders praktisch ist der vorhandene Parkplatz. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm.

Uns hat grundsätzlich alles gut gefallen. Lediglich ein Handtuch für die Küche und ein Paar Hausschuhe haben uns gefehlt.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Μας καθάριζαν καθημερινά το δωμάτιο και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Επίσης το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και διαθέτει parking.

Hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit à notre arrivée car à 10 minutes de l’aéroport. Petit déjeuner très bon (1 boisson et 1 plat au choix). Parking privé derrière l’hôtel. Contact facile par whatsapp avec toutes les instructions pour le Check in à l’arrivée.

Un des 2 petits lits étaient peu confortable.

Grande propreté, confort des matelas et du lit en général,, décoration soignée, kit de cafe et eau fraiche, check in efficace, la possibilité de se garer a proximité sans frais supplémentaires. Service de chambre si nécessaire.

Un peu de bruit de la route mais le double vitrage fonctionne bien.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και καλόγουστο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει, όπως και η οικοδεσπότης. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ τόσο μέσα στο χώρο που διαθέτει το ξενοδοχείο όσο και έξω από αυτό. Το εστιατόριο του Chapter 02 πολύ καλό με ωραία ατμόσφαιρα και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ποικιλία, και ενδιαφέροντα πιάτα. Δοκιμάσαμε και πρωϊνό και γεύμα. Το βράδυ είχε και ωραία μουσική οπότε μπορείς να πιείς ένα ποτό και να χαλαρώσεις. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Una de las habitaciones estaba unida a la cocina sin ninguna separación, por lo que se pierde en independencia e intimidad ya que cuando sales de la otra habitación tienes que pasar por ese espacio. Baño pegado a la mesa de la cocina. Muebles de la cocina muy altos.

Todo nuevo. En camino de palacio de gnosos.desayuno excelente.

Camas supletorias son lo que me imaginaba. Un sofá y una cama debajo que es para un niño. Era una noche asi que bien. Pero ahi un adulto tendrá problemas

We only stayed here for one night but it was enough to appreciate the hotel‘s design. Despite relatively small size of the room it had everything, even fully equipped kitchen and slippers for guests. We also enjoyed the à la carte breakfast at the cafe on the hotel‘s veranda. A very convenient location: not far from the center on the way to Knossos. Bus stop nearby

Maybe the room would feel smallish for a longer stay.

We were a group of 9 people (4 adults and 5 teenagers) staying in two apartments, and we had a wonderful experience. Both apartments were beautiful, modern, spacious, and very welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and the furnishings were new and of excellent quality. Originally, I had booked one apartment for 6 people and another for 3. The day before our arrival, I asked if it would be possible to change them to apartments for 5 and 4 people instead. When we arrived, we were delighted to find that our request had been accommodated. Thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility! We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and spotless place to stay. Absolutely top!

The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent, just a short drive from the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The bar was nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was barely working on the warm night spoiling the pleasure of the stay.

The check-in process was convenient and clear. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, nicely designed, and pleasant to stay in. There was also convenient parking available, and it is a short drive to the airport, which was very practical for our early flight.

On the downside, it was a bit cramped for 4 people, but it worked fine for a short stay.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία γύρω από την περιοχή που ψάχναμε, πολυτελής κατασκευή του καταλύματος με υψηλές παροχές και πολύ καλή διαρρύθμιση. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι που θέλει χαλάρωση και άνεση. Σε γεμίζει ο χώρος και σε κερδίζει η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια σε όλα.

Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να βελτιωθεί αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε και τόσο, αφού δεν έπρεπε να κάνουμε δουλειά από υπολογιστή ή κινητό ήταν η σύνδεση στο wifi, που η ταχύτητα ήταν αρκετά χαμηλή. Επηρέαζε μέχρι και την παρακολούθηση τηλεόρασης.

The room was really nice and spacious, most necessary things were there. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings weren't too noisy. The breakfast, on the day that we could have it, was also tasty and well prepared.

Communication with the hosts could have been a bit better. It would have been nice to know that on the last day we wouldn't be served any breakfast because the restaurant area was undergoing renovations. I also helped a couple get access to their room, because they didn't realise communication was not happening via Booking, but via Whatsapp instead. Other than that, the staff were kind and helpful. There was only one coffee/tea cup in our flat, would have been nice if there were more.

Super unkomplizierter und stressfreier Check-in. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das Personal sehr freundlich und angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Modernes Gebäude, sauber, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, kurzer Weg zum Flughafen und nach Knossos, Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe

Sehr kleines Bad und natürlich hört man die Straße vor der Tür, aber das ist in einer Stadt erwartbar

Ευρύχωρα και καλά εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια, με πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση και αισθητική. Παρόλο που δεν γνωρίσαμε από κοντά την κοπέλα της υποδοχής, ήταν άμεση και εξυπηρετική σε όλες τις τηλεφωνικές μας επικοινωνίες.

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα κλείνοντας συνολικά 3 δωμάτια. Γενικά η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη, ωστόσο υπήρξαν κάποια σημεία που μας άφησαν αρνητική εντύπωση. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανεπαρκής. Επίσης, την ημέρα του check-out, πριν ακόμη φτάσει η καθορισμένη ώρα αναχώρησης, οι καμαριέρες άνοιγαν τις πόρτες των δωματίων χωρίς να χτυπήσουν και υπήρχε πίεση να αποχωρήσουμε άμεσα.

Modern facilities and very clean.

Traffic noise was instrusive. The room did not have double glazing or soundproofing curtains. 24 hours before I arrived the hotel said that breakfast was not available and gave the option of a free cancellation. If breakfast was important that was insufficient notice and when I arrived it was evident that the cafe had been undergoing refurbishment for some time. I confirmed I still wished to stay and requested a refund for the breakfast which was provided and appreciated.

Kontaktloser Check In. Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Betten sind sehr hart. Die Unterkunft ist extrem laut. Zimmer 102 in der ersten Nacht war direkt über dem Restaurant mit lauten Gesprächen und lauter Musik bis nach Mitternacht. An Schlaf war wenig zu denken. Die Fenster scheinen nur einfach verglast zu sein. Ob die Tür oder das Fenster auf oder zu war hat keinen Unterschied gemacht von der Lautstärke.

I am 74 years old and not use to so much automation. The entrance was difficult to find. Could not get my room fob to work on the front door.

Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Problemloser Check In

In der zweiten Nacht zum Ende des Urlaubes haben wir ein ruhigeres Zimmer angefragt welches wir bekommen haben. Leider haben wir dann festgestellt wie hellhörig das ganze Hotel ist. Man hat jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer mithören können. Wenn Leute zurück ins Zimmer kamen hörten man jedes Piepen des Codes für die Öffnung der Tür! Jedes Gespräch anderer Besucher auf dem Flur hat einen nachts aufgeweckt. Die Türen kann man leider nicht leise schließen und auch hier wird man Nacht permanent geweckt wenn jemand zurück kam. Auch in dieser Nacht war schlafen erst ab halb vier morgens möglich. Wer lärmempfindlich ist sollte dieses Hotel nicht buchen.

La ubicación era muy buena y la zona muy cómoda. Tener el restaurante justo debajo fue un plus, perfecto para tomar algo sin necesidad de desplazarse. Además, había buen aparcamiento, algo que se agradece mucho. En general, una estancia muy práctica y agradable.

L’odeur en arrivant, et partout dans les couloirs ! La décoration est simple et jolie, la chambre possède une kitchenette pratique pour celui qui en a besoin. Le petit déjeuner pris dans le restaurant d a côté est sympa, à la carte pas en buffet. Aussi, il est facile de se garer ce qui est un luxe a heraklion !

Notre chambre était côté route, donc extrêmement bruyante. L’agencement manque de praticité, pas de tablette pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain, qualité moyenne des équipements (prises électriques qui se défont, douche avec peu de pression…)

Je recommande, une belle chambre, du mobilier de qualité, confortable et bien décoré, avec ce qu'il faut d'équipement dans la cuisine. La place de parking. Un petit déjeuner excellent et généreux.

La lumière automatique de la cuisine qui s'allume toute seule la nuit si on passe devant pour aller à la salle de bain. Pas pratique quand quelqu'un dort dans la pièce. Ca doit pouvoir se désactiver mais je n'ai pas trouvé.
