Il fatto che avesse la lavatrice e il ferro per me che sono una casalinga disperata anche in vacanza

La doccia non aveva la porta e ti portava ad allagare il bagno mentre ti lavavi . Abbiamo dovuto asciugare il pavimento ogni volta che ci lavavamo

Arrêt de bus tout proche, logement parfait pour découvrir heraklion et ses environs.

Un petit bémol concernant la luminosité de l apparemment la nuit. Au dessus de la porte d entrée le témoin de sortie de secours éclaire tout l apparemment et les rideaux occultant n occultent pas vraiment.Pour les personnes sensibles il sera judicieux de prévoir un masque de nuit. Le côté positif c est qui on se leve la nuit,on voit très bien l escalier 😁

Sehr ordentlich, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Pool, gemütliche liegen und toller Garten. Die Katzen waren meistens ausgesprochen lieb und wurden gefüttert.

Ausstattung war etwas mager. Ich hatte beispielsweise nur einen riesigen Topf ohne Deckel. Ein zusätzlicher kleiner Topf wäre gut gewesen. Eine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine könnte man als Übersetzung auf die Maschine kleben. So müsste man nicht einen eigenen Übersetzer fragen. Auf Ruhe am Abend wurde viel Wert gelegt, also durften Kinder auch am Ankunftstag nicht laut sein.

Bonjour, nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour dans votre appartement. Tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup pour toutes vos petites attentions. Même si nous sommes arrivés tardivement, vous avez pris le soin de nous apporter des bouteilles d’eau, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. L’appartement était très propre, agréable et nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité, ce qui est particulièrement important lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement votre logement . Encore merci .

Όλα ήταν τέλεια

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Πολύ καθαρό, άνετο κρεβάτι και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Είχε και μικρή πισίνα ιδανική για τα παιδιά που την λάτρεψαν! Σε κοντινή απόσταση ακριβώς από πίσω είχε και μεγάλη παιδική χαρά! Ήσυχη γειτονιά.

The appartement was very clean and spacious. The communication was amazing and the hosts were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The pool was perfect and also very clean!

Au départ les prestations semblait belle mais au fur et mesure des découverte mobilier casser 3eme couchage pas vraiment un couchage et surtout très mauvais pour dormir la douche qui fuit de partout 3 couverts pour plusieurs nuit et surtout pas de poêle pour cuisiner

Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Spülmittel, Insektenschutz usw. Tooler Pool und Supermärkte sowie Restaurants in 100 - 200m Entfernung. Bei Anfragen sofort hilfsbereit.

Alloggio moderno, pulito e attrezzato. Posizione strategica vicino al centro e vicino a un supermarket. Proprietario gentile e amichevole, molti gatti nella struttura (per noi era un plus).

Doccia un po' poco funzionale

Emplacement par rapport à Knossos. Qualité des équipements.

Ben situat (a prop de l'aeroport i els serveis necessaris), la piscina i la comoditat del llit.

La neteja de l'apartament i la manca o poca quantitat d'utensilis de neteja i cuina com paper wc, draps, esponja per rentar els plats... Sobretot l'estat del lavabo, on la pica no tragava aigua (el que impedeix fer qualsevol tasca diària com rentar-se les mans o les dents) i on la dutxa no tenia porta o cortina (i per conseqüent, molta aigua acabava fora) i estava bruta.

Très moderne tout est neuf , très grand appartement. Près de tout . Personnel très accueillant et gentil.

Struttura moderna , ben realizzata e comoda. Preciso che faccio riferimento al LOFT da noi gentilmente ceduto senza costi aggiuntivi dal padrone di casa. All'interno c'era praticamente tutto ciò che serve. Zona tranquilla in posizione strategica per visitare la città o per prendere il volo di ritorno. Ci ritornerei senza pensarci un attimo.

L' accueil et la disponibilité de l hôte, un grand merci car il nous a conseillé et a été très serviable. L' emplacement proche de tous commerces et de restaurants. On peut sortir facilement de la ville. L' appartement est très agréable avec un petit extérieur. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place pour se garer à proximité.

Le calme. C’est moderne et bien équipé. Le personnel sur place super sympa et professionnel. Toujours de la place pour se garer et la piscine privé dans l’immeuble

Le matelas de la chambre à ressort n’est pas confortable et le canapé est à changer il est pas du tout confortable.

La struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio. Si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, a pochi minuti dal Palazzo di Cnosso, perfetta per chi vuole esplorare la zona archeologica senza stress. Inoltre è situata in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Un grande plus è la piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle ore più calde. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche negozi e supermercati, molto comodi per fare la spesa o acquistare tutto il necessario durante il soggiorno. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole, consigliatissima!

Apartamento muy nuevo y amplio, en un barrio tranquilo pero cerca del centro y con muchos servicios: supermercados, pastelerías, carnicerías, bares y restaurantes. Un parque infantil justo detrás. Limpio y cómodo. Las camas confortables y una piscina perfecta para huir del calor. Mosquiteras. Terraza con mesas y sillas para disfrutar cenando. Mucho espacio para guardar la ropa. Lavadora y tendedero. Personal muy amable. Hemos estado muy bien y hemos disfrutado de Creta muchísimo. Volveríamos a repetir.

Lo único que añadiría es alguna olla más pequeña y alguna sartén más en la cocina.

Nikos était super sympa et très accueillant

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ezith. The property manager that welcomed us was kind, welcoming, and so hospitable! He provided us with local recommendations and made himself available for any questions that we had. The location was also great, super clean, and with all the amenities that one could need. There is a very well equipped grocery down the street and a cafe as well. Very proximate to all the main attractions. We will be staying here again next time we are in Heraklion!

La gentillesse et la réactivité du propriétaire, la propreté et l appartement en général. Bien équipé, balcon, lit et oreillers très confortables.

Douche un peu fraîche et pas de porte de douche. Sinon, tout était parfait!

Apartament nowy dobrze zaprojektowany, byliśmy na parterze w apartamencie numer 2 z dwoma balkonami. Wyposażenie super, wszystko co potrzeba. Okolica cicha i spokojna, w pobliżu Super Market ale ma dość wysokie ceny, od głównej ulicy jest kilka tańszych. Basen nie duży ale dla dzieci idealne miejsce.

Na balkonie od frontu brak parasola lub markizy, nie dało się zjeść śniadania bo słońce wszystko rozpuszczało przez to wogóle nie skorzystaliśmy z balkonu a dla nas to jedno z najważniejszych miejsc aby wypić poranną kawę. Klimatyzacja w pomieszczeniach nad głowami łóżka, wiało w nocy na ciało i robiło się zimno. Było trzeba wyłączać i włączać co powodowało przerywany sen. Naprawdę dyskomfortowe

Superbe petite résidence avec piscine très sympa. Présence de chats qui donne une touche familiale au séjour. Logement neuf tout confort, proche des arrêts de bus pour se rendre dans le centre en environ 15 minutes. Knossos possible à pieds en 20 minutes. Super market a 100 m ouvert jusque 21h30.

Quartier un peu excentré du centre ville mais à ce tarif c est un excellent rapport qualité prix

Appartamento appena fuori dal centro di Heraklion con cucina, bagno e sala al piano terra, camera al piano superiore. Cucina e bagno hanno accessori di base, presenti anche la lavatrice e 2 condizionatori. Host gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio lungo la via senza grossi problemi. Presente anche una piccola piscina. A 5 minuti dal palazzo di Cnosso. Vicino a tutti i servizi principali, supermercati, ristoranti, farmacie, benzinai. Presente piccolo balcone con tavolo e sedie e stendino. Non c'è a disposizione un ombrellone.

Doccia funzionale ma da rifare, presente della muffa. Bagno leggermente maleodorante.

Proprietario molto disponibile. Posizione ideale se devi girare in quanto in periferia di Heraklion.

A la fois proche de l’aéroport et suffisamment loin pour ne pas (ou vraiment très peu)entendre les avions. Très calme,très propre,une cuisine qui me fait pâlir d’envie ,2 beaux balcons. Petite piscine agréable pour quelques jours. L’appartement est très bien équipé (sèche cheveux,fer à repasser,ustensiles de cuisine,nombreuses serviettes de toilettes).Literie confortable. Nous avons été très gentiment surclassés gracieusement par le propriétaire car mon fils nous a rejoint pour 1 nuit. Un grand supermarché est de l’autre côté de la rue avec des prix vraiment raisonnables et on trouve sans problème de la place pour se garer devant l’hôtel

Lieu parfait pour du repos entrée independente, non loin du centre d heraklion toute fois un moyen de locomotion est indispensable pour moi s'était le scooter et s'etait parfait le coin piscine est top ,bain de soleil douche extérieur

Quartiere: residenziale tranquillo con tutti i servizi, farmacie, supermercati, panetterie, ottimi ristoranti, tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi; L'appartamento: nuova costruzione, moderno, con tutti i comfort, lavatrice, macchina caffè (anche la moka), letti e cuscini comodi, piccolo giardino e area minipiscina con lettini e doccia. L'host: Nikos è sempre presente, ma discreto, attento e disponibile per suggerimenti e qualsiasi richiesta

Μοναδικό μειονέκτημα κατά τη διαμονή η εσοχή του τοίχου στο μπάνιο στην οποία μπορούσες να χτυπήσεις το κεφάλι σου αν δεν προσεχες η ήσουν αφηρημένος...

Το μοναδικό μείον ήταν ότι δν μπορούσε να ζεσταθεί γρήγορα ο χώρος και χρειάστηκαν αρκετές ώρες για να μην είναι κρύος ο χώρος .

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The apartment is new and fully equipped. It’s comfortable and we felt like at home. Also we loved the beautiful cats around the property.

The place was absolutely perfect: modern and fully equipped. I loved my minoan-style terrace! There's a lift for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage or tired feet. Mosquito nets on all windows, but there are no mosquitoes anyway. All the building is accessible. I didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely! The building is on a side street with buildings far apart from each other, so parking was always super easy. Supermarkets, cafès, restaurants, pharmacies... everything is within a very short walking distance (the nearest convenience store is literally a 1-min walk from the house). It's a residential area, so nothing is touristy. If you have kids, there is a lovely ultramodern public playground in the next block. At the restaurant where I ate for 3 evenings in a row, recommended by Nikos, I was always the only tourist. Knossòs is a short drive away and the city centre is easy to reach. Last but not least, my host, Nikos: really helpful and available for any info. Would stay at Ezith a million times again!

Nothing to do with Ezith at all. Some of the sidewalks in the area are bad, the street lighting is patchy, and some unbuilt plots are in bad condition. These things have to do with the local Council! Unfortunately, they are part of a widespread Greek problem.
