Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Location and very clean with no problem finding the apartment with easy coded access. Two storey with bed upstairs. Lovely skylights and all the amenities you need!
TV kept turning itself on! Finally had to have the sound down so it didn’t wake us at night! Couple of curtain hooks were already pulled out of the wall but certainly didn’t make an issue for our stay… and the curtains closed ok!

Der Platz für eine Miniküche wäre da, stattdessen nur eine Minibar und Geschirr welches man im Waschbecken waschen muss. Bei der hochwertigen Ausstattung und Sanierung ist das nicht nachvollziehbar.

- bed is in a loft, this wasn’t explicitly described anywhere I could see. Could be a problem for people with mobility issues. - while there were dishes, microwave and coffee maker, the only place to wash the dishes was the bathroom sink, which had no stopper. - no direct access by car, though a somewhat expensive parking garage is about a 5 minute walk.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026생각보다 넓고 쾌적했어요. 욕실도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 캐리어 28인치 26인치 두개 펴도 공간이 많이 남고, 위치도 좋아요. 엘리베이터가 캐리어 두개에 두사람 들어가면 가득차지만 엘리베이터 있는게 어디에요. 에어컨도 아주 빵빵합니다.
청소를 3일에 한번 해주는게 조금 불편했어요

Nothing to complain about. We had a little struggle figuring out the transfer for the tourist tax, but the host was very responsive and helpful.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The apt itself was a great hotel room type set up and perfect for a couple. Loved the modern bathroom! The location was right in the middle of the city with easy access to many dining and shopping options within walking distance. In addition Manuela, the host contacted me directly on WhatsApp and provided the access code to enter the building and the apt. She was responsive and prompt with directions. She also sent free Bolzano-Bozen passes for us that was easy to use on the buses, the cable car (to Renon) and trams! Used it to visit Lago di Carezza and go up Rittner-Renon and hike around for amazing views of the Dolemites.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Wat een geweldig verblijf! We hebben enorm genoten van de centrale ligging en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Manuela zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt en we hadden zelfs nog een schoonmaak tijdens ons verblijf met schone handdoeken. Als we weer in Bolzano verblijven kiezen we sowieso voor dit appartement!

Asciugamani belli e di ottima fattura. Attenzione ai dettagli. La pulizia e il caffe’ e te’ e zucchero di cortesia che non sempre c’e’. Molto luminoso e con il terrazzino fra i tetti. Bel palazzo e ben insonorizzato.
Secondo me un piccolo lavello con piano induzione ci starebbe benissimo e sarebbe utile. Lavare le tazze in bagno non comodissimo. C’e’ anche lo spazio nel muro che confina con il bagno.

One small point was that the bedroom was in the loft and had a staircase. This can be problematic for older guests. Otherwise, it was great.

Meravigliosa la vista sulle Dolomiti! Abbiamo ricevuto la Guest card che ci ha permesso di scoprire le bellezze della città usufruendo dei mezzi pubblici, cabinovia e altri servizi in maniera gratuita.Ringraziamo Manuela per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, torneremo presto!

Reviewed May 26, 2026Die Unterkunft befindet sich in perfekter Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Bozen. Vom Bahnhof zu Fuß in ca. 5 min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkomplziert. Sollten wir wieder nach Bozen reisen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

However the apartment was clean and beautiful, the apartment owner went inside the apartment while I was outside without my notice or permission and changed the TV remote controller! And all my belongings are inside the apartment! Again before the checkout the housekeeper unlocked the door trying to enter luckily I was inside and warned her to wait until I go out. This behavior is dangerous and destroyed everything good about the apartment. (and should be reported to police)

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026If you like to stay central, the location is amazing and unbeatable. Really, everything you wish for is at your doorstep! Beautiful shops, great restaurants and coffee shops. The flat is on the third floor, so the elevator is very welcome. Once you enter the flat, it feels very spacious, with lots of windows for natural light. All is designed to look modern and minimalistic. We both love the buzz of living in the centre, but if you are noise-sensitive, be aware that Friday and Saturday nights are an ongoing street party until the crack of dawn. Overall, a little too much design and a bit too minimalist, even for me as an architect.
Disappointing! The sleek and modern design looked great in the pictures, but in reality, all the surface materials turned out to be plastic - fake marble, fake wooden floors. Everything, really, everything was out of plastic! Even the beds, pillows, very warm duvets in a small French bed with a very soft mattress, plastic, plastic everywhere. A tiny, tiny minibar-refrigerator that was not fixed in the cupboard. Only one small, very small open bin with only one plastic bag. Real plates, glasses and cups, but no sink, so you have to wash them in the bathroom in a round designer bowl like a hand basin. No kitchen towel for the glasses & plates. Only one bathmat for the two-part, not-connected bathroom - WC, bidet and hand basin in one room - bathtub and shower in the living room! Great spacious glass shower and an open freestanding bathtub in the living room - but no curtain or door for privacy.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen, sie war goldrichtig bezüglich Lage, Größe und Ausstattung. Auch das Haus, Entree, Treppenhaus, alles recht gepflegt. Unsere Betreuung hat uns auf die Ankündigung spätwinterlicher Widrigkeiten vor unserer Ankunft die Heizung eingeschaltet - es war dann recht angenehm temperiert und hat sich ganz unbürokratisch um die Anmelde-Formalitäten und unsere Bozen-Card gekümmert! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal an Manuela!

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Eine sehr schöne, praktische Unterkunft, welche zentral gelegen ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief im Vorfeld ausgezeichnet und es wurde auch sehr kurzfristig am Sonntag auf spezielle Anfragen eingegangen. Vielen Dank dafür. :) Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Das Bett auf der Empore ist ein ausgefallenes Extra mit Blick auf die Sterne. Der Balkon kommt in der Beschreibung viel zu kurz. Er bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft und den Dom von Bozen. Der CheckIn erfolgt komplett digital, was eine sehr flexible Anreise ermöglicht. Die Schränke bieten ausreichend Platz und es sind genügend Bügel vorhanden. Ebenfalls ist die Bozen-Card im Preis enthalten, was die Nutzung des ausgezeichneten ÖPNV in Südtirol beinhaltet. Eine klare 12/10 von unserer Seite. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Номер оказался немного меньше, чем я ожидал. Не совсем разобрался с мусором - баки искал по всей округе.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Locatie is midden in het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Pluspunt is de dikke kozijnen/deuren, indien gesloten hoor je niks van de omgeving.
Persoonlijke voorkeur is dat de bedden erg zacht waren, maar dat verschilt per persoon. Bedden zijn overigens wel van goede kwaliteit. Los beddengoed en fijne handdoeken.

La wifi ogni tanto saltava e il fatto che ci siano le scale per andare nella stanza da letto (semplicemente per questione di comodità)

Stanza sporca con tracce di muco rappreso e sangue sulla porta, ho segnalato a booking la cosa. La signora Emanuela prima si è scusata, poi ha visto che mi sono alterata perché le norme igieniche erano stato violate, mi ha addirittura accusato di essermene accorta tardi e che avevo sporcato io. Poi ha interrotto tutte le comunicazioni. Comunque dovrebbe essere specificato che non è un appartamento, è una stanza con un bagno. Tutto molto scomodo. Wifi che non ha funzionato per la metà del soggiorno. Letto scomodo, due piumini singoli per un letto matrimoniale molto scomodi, cuscini scomodi. Insomma, vacanza rovinata.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Struttura pulitissima e organizzata, al centro di Bolzano, ottimi i collegamenti per qualsiasi spostamento. La stanza è stata pulita anche durante il soggiorno e sono stati cambiati anche gli asciugamani. Inoltre ci è stata fornita una tessera per gli spostamenti in bus, treni e seggiovie sia per Bolzano che per i paesi limitrofi, veramente super utile per chi si muove a piedi e ti permette di risparmiare. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per tutti i suoi confort, l’accoglienza, la pulizia e la posizione. Ci ha permesso di passare una bellissima vacanza con il massimo del relax

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Location strategica, proprio al centro...eri a due minuti dal mercatino principale, fantastico. Il condominio è ben tenuto e la stanza è molto elegante. Bolzano è magica durante il periodo natalizio e l'alloggio ha contribuito a godere di questo splendido centro.
i cuscini erano o troppo alti o troppo piccoli, per chi soffre di cervicale come me sarebbe necessario predisporre cuscini bassi ed un pò piu rigidi.
