Nos alojamos en una Suite Deluxe. Muy buena habitación, limpia y tranquila, ubicada en un segundo piso (al que se accede por una escalera muy angosta). Buena cama, grande con colchón y almohadas cómodas (para mi gusto). El desayuno bien servido y variado. Ubicación cómoda, muy cercana al acceso de la medina (aprox 300 metros) Muy buena estancia, alojamiento muy recomendable.

Solo un poco incómodo no disponer de veladores/lámparas a los costados de la cama.

Das Riad liegt perfekt an Rand der Medina und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen. Das ganze Team war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war traumhaft schön und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Very nice Riad decor & friendly helpful staffs. Requested a room on lower floor but was allocated to 3rd floor, big room but shower drain didn't work! Met MK manager in the morning & told him about the issue & the fights of stairs that husband need to climb! He immediately upgraded us to a big beautiful room with ensuite on the ground floor! We offered to pay extra but he declined. Felt very blessed & comfortable with the arrangement. 10/10 to MK for his customer service & help! Highly recommended. 👍🏼👏🏼🙏

Num dos quartos que nos deram (piso 1), o quarto tinha uma casa de banho muito pequena e foi a única coisa que menos gostamos Por outro lado, num dos quartos tinha uma casa de banho enorme e o creio que é só um mau quarto com casa de banho pequena

Завтраки очень скудные и не вкусные, отель не рекомендуется для путешественников с багажом, его придется поднимать на 2-4 этаж по узкой винтовой лестнице, двери отеля открывается только персоналом, при входе нет пандуса для багажа. Внутри номера узкие кровати, в туалете очень мало места, чтобы пройти к унитазу, необходимо зайти в душ)) шкафа для одежды нет. Единственное зеркало - на окне в туалете размером 20 на 20 см. Сильная слышимость всего, что происходит в холе отеля.

Le décor est magnifique. Le personnel très agréable. Merci à Mohamed Alamine et à toute l’équipe . Le hammam était agréable aussi.

Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable en este hotel. Todo estaba muy limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotos, lo cual se agradece mucho. Teníamos que irnos muy temprano y el personal tuvo el detalle de prepararnos un desayuno para llevar, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Además, todo el equipo fue súper amable y atento durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. En general, una experiencia muy positiva.

It's a fabulous authentic riad, excellent location 2 minutes walk to the Blue gate. Easy to find from the taxi drop off without having to negotiate the rabbit warren Medina, unlike some properties....a welcome bonus. The staff are truly attentive and friendly..... Mohamed mk is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for the room upgrade Mohammed mk. All in all it's a great place to stay, affordable and great value for money..... Travel groups stay here regularly so it must be delivering.....can't recommend it enough. 10 out of 10 👍😀

Having to leave....I stayed here for 3 nights to explore Fes before departing to explore more of northern Morocco....I returned to Fes for a final night's stay and booked the riad again

I like the staff who are very efficient, friendly and considerate. Especially their manager Sarah was very helpful. Also, Muhammad and Yaseen.

The room was too small, and the bathroom was not that great. The sink in the corner was very very small. The shower and the toilet were not separated so when you take shower, your toilet will get all wet.

Beauté du Riad très bien restauré, grande chambre, superbe petit déjeuner avec des produits maison. Gentillesse du personnel aux petits soins. Réveil au chant du coq et des petits oiseaux.

Es un Riad muy especial en lo que respecta a su ubicación, muy cerca de la medina, pero lo mas importante es su personal, muy atento, servicial y amable, siempre están dispuesto a colaborar y apoyar las actividades de sus clientes (toures, servicio de taxi, etc), el desayuno es muy especial, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, excelentemente atenciones de Sara su dueña y anfitriona. Se los recomiendo.

Excellent séjour dans ce riad. Le service était vraiment au top, un grand merci à Amki et Mohamed pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La localisation est idéale pour visiter la ville, et je me suis senti en sécurité tout au long du séjour. J’ai également très bien dormi, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Ubicación justo al lado de la medina. Perfecta porque se ubica fuera y es más cómodo para aparcar, más tranquilo para acceder al Riad que los ubicados dentro de la misma medina con el ajetreo que supone. El patio del Riad es precioso y la amabilidad del personal inmejorable.

Mejoraría el desayuno con productos más naturales. Aún así también estuvo bien.

Si estas buscando algo tradicional y con alto estándar, este es tu lugar. El servicio de Mohamed MK y Imad ha sido excelente! Las habitaciones grandes y limpias, camas cómodas y comida deliciosa! Muchas gracias a todos, nos han hecho sentir en casa!!

Mooie ruime riad met vriendelijk personeel! De locatie is top en op loopafstand van de medina. In de straat zelf vind je een paar restaurantjes en kleine supermarktjes, ook zit er een pin automaat aan de overkant. Het ontbijt was ook goed en ik heb ook veel tijd doorgebracht op het heerlijke dakterras in de zon.

Ik had een kleine smalle kamer en het enige wat ik miste was een kledingkast. Ik kon helaas niks ophangen of netjes opbergen.

La posizione del Riad è perfetta per potersi spostare e visitare a piedi agevolmente questa meravigliosa città. I punti di principale interesse come il Museo Dar Batha,il Museo Nejjarine, le medrasa Bou Inania e Al-Attarine così come la medina e la famosissima porta blu sono a breve distanza. Sarete colpiti dall'eleganza e dalla raffinatezza dei saloni principali , dalla tipicità delle camere e dalla loro pulizia. L'ospitalità e la gentilezza dello staff sono incredibili , ringrazio tantissimo Mohamad (MK), Imad, Yassine e Ayoub per la loro professionalità e per averci fatto sentire sempre accolti. Tutto lo staff è sorridente e proattivo con un'attenzione al cliente che fa davvero la differenza . Poter cenare la sera al Riad in questa sala con dei tavoli sempre apparecchiati con cura ,ordine e candore in un'atmosfera magica e unica , con un servizio veloce e attento , scegliendo dal menu proposto tra molte specialità locali semplicemente deliziose , è un plus di grande valore . La colazione è varia e propone piatti della tradizione e prodotti sempre freschi del territorio . Un elogio speciale anche al personale della cucina e alla pulizia sempre precisa nelle stanze . Il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto organizzato dal Riad è efficiente ed affidabile . Un'esperienza che consiglio per potersi immergere in una cultura da scoprire e che privilegia anche il contatto umano armonizzando le differenze tra le tradizioni , e, specialmente in questo momento storico , non è poco.

Lo mejor: la limpieza y la atención del personal. Habitación amplia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado, nevera, TV. El desayuno muy bueno, si necesitas tomarlo antes te lo preparan..El Hamman espectacular. Imad habla perfecto español y para nosotros fue de gran ayuda.

L’accueil est remarquable : attentionné, discret et profondément humain. On s’y sent immédiatement chez soi, comme invité plutôt que client. Les espaces communs invitent au ralentissement, et les chambres offrent un calme rare, propice au repos. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine, généreuse et délicate, qui met en valeur les produits locaux avec finesse. Un lieu inspirant, sincère, où l’on vient autant pour se ressourcer que pour vivre une expérience authentique. Un riad d’exception, à recommander sans la moindre hésitation.

Riad fantastico, le camere sono molto grandi pulite e confortevoli, esattamente come nelle foto. Il personale gentilissimo, ci é stato offerto un tè di benvenuto al nostro arrivo e anche al check out. Le colazioni sono fatte sul momento, hanno sia dolce che salato e sono molto buone ed abbondanti. Noi abbiamo provato la cena e siamo soddisfatti.

Me encantó el personal. Súper cariñosos, atentos a cualquier requerimiento nuestro. El hamman merece la pena 2h por 40€. En esas dos horas dos señora nos dedicaron su atención, amabilidad y cuidados. El desayuno es excelente, aparte de lo que ponen diariamente, cada día el desayuno es distinto, te traen cualquier solicitud que hagas. A mi me trajeron miel al seguro día. Siento no recordar los nombres del staff. Todos merecen mi admiración y gratitud. La localización es muy buena, cerca de la medida y con posibilidad de solicitar un taxi o transporte al lugar que desees.

It would be good if amenities such as shower & gel were higher and there were tissue boxes in room. Basically there are no negative points, though.

Ενώ είναι πολύ οργανωμένο ξενοδοχείο η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο ήταν μέτρια και χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια αλλά το πάτωμα δεν καθαρίστηκε όσες μέρες μείναμε

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Fürsorgliche Rezeptionisten, beide mit Namen Mohamed. Sehr liebenswürdiger und stets freundlicher Service. Sara, die Managerin hat alles gut im Griff. Rundum perfekt.

Wegen sehr früher Abreise gab es statt Frühstück ein Lunchpaket. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder.

Im hinteren Teil sind durch das Restaurant die Zimmer etwas hellhörig.

Le personnel est très agréable (en particulier Mohammed MK et le personnel aidant au service pour les repas) et toujours disponible pour aider, répondre aux questions ou faciliter l’organisation du séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur sens du service ont vraiment été des points forts. Le riad est également idéalement situé, à deux pas des principaux points d’intérêt de Fès, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied pour découvrir la médina. L’établissement est joliment décoré, et l’architecture traditionnelle du patio offre un réel charme à l’arrivée.

Certains points ont rendu l’expérience moins agréable que prévu : - Niveau de bruit important : plusieurs chambres donnent directement sur le patio intérieur, et les portes ne descendent pas complètement jusqu’au sol, ce qui laisse passer tous les sons. On entend clairement les conversations (même tôt le matin ou tard le soir) et même les bruits des chambres voisines. Le personnel est très gentil mais n’intervient pas pour rappeler la discrétion aux autres clients, ce qui peut vraiment gêner le repos. - Literie trop ferme : le matelas était particulièrement dur, rendant les nuits peu confortables. - Restauration : le petit-déjeuner et les repas sont assez basiques, et le café n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur. - Atmosphère un peu pesante : malgré les efforts de l’équipe, l’ambiance générale manquait de chaleur et pouvait paraître un peu sombre.

Location is convenient. 2 mins walk to medina yet reachable by car. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great. The Riad was very accommodating with our questions and requests, allowing one of us to check in before the rest of the group as he arrived a lot earlier. They helped us arrange a day out and gave us good recommendations. Prices were fair and the staff was beyond kind and attentive. We had a genuinely great time. The hammam experience was just so much fun, it was definitely a highlight! The location is also good as it's close enough to the Medina without being too chaotic. Definitely recommend!

Just a minor thing, sometimes in the middle of the day we noticed a bit of "pipe smell" coming from the bathrooms, but this didn't last long and it didn't condition our stay at all. Also, breakfast was nice but a bit more varied options would be great.

The hotel is gorgeous and it feels like being guests of a well off Moroccan family. The breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very accommodating staff; helped me with finding guides/tours and prepared breakfast sooner on the last day, so I could leave for an earlier train. I have received a free upgrade to a bigger, better equipped room. Good restaurant with wide selection of Moroccan foods right at the property.

While this was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in Morocco, it was still not up to the European standard I am used to. Also, the sound isolation of rooms is really bad, one can hear sounds from both the streets and the restaurant in the inner courtyard; bring ear buds!

Beautiful hotel. The manager Mohamad M K was very welcoming and helpful, and I received plenty of advice about where to go and what to see. The breakfast was very good and abundant.

la mia stanzetta era molto piccola ma giusto il prezzo quindi un'ottima soluzione per chi volesse un riad carino ma ha un budget piccolo. Noi abbiamo prenotato tardi e le stanze più ampie erano tutte occupate.

El recibimiento por parte del personal. Todo el equipo que trabaja allí es muy agradable. El desayuno muy completo y riquísimo. El sitio es muy bonito y está muy bien localizado. La habitación y baño amplios.

Nuestra habitación daba directamente al comedor. Y desde las 7:30 de la mañana ya había gente desayunando ruidosamente, así que nos despertaron. Había poca luz en la habitación.

L’accueil de l’équipe est chaleureux avec une mention spéciale pour Mohamed ( MK) qui nous a organisé une visite dans la médina avec Sidik ajustée à notre timing. Une visite complète permettant de voir la médina sous l’angle de ses habitants, ses artisans et son magnifique patrimoine culturel. N’hésitez pas à lui demander ce que vous souhaitez il le trouvera.

Riad restauré avec goût. L'emplacement à deux pas de Bab Boujloud mais au calme. La gentillesse du personnel et notamment de la propriétaire des lieux, Sarah, qui a tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable.
