Room and atmosphere of the accommodation was really nice and calm. Access to the river from the room and loved the bathtub on the patio. Breakfast is served onto your own patio at the time you select.

The food at the accommodation is unreasonably priced with not. a lot of nice options (However, there are nice restaurants nearby with good price and selection of food). Breakfast was not very special but was ok.

Le bruit ! Plusieurs coqs qui chantent à partir d'1h du matin, aboiements reguliers, bruit de scooter quand ce n'est pas la musique des locaux dès 7h du matin ! Séjour peu reposant, loin du calme annoncé. Restauration un peu onéreuse. Et l'hôtel est isolé contrairement à ce que fait croire l'annonce (1,5km du centre) pas de commodités à proximité.

Schönes ruhiges und entschleunigendes Hotel im Dschungel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Outdoorbadezimmer ist super schön. Genauso wie der Poolbereich! Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet eine große Auswahl. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Leider hat es einige Moskitos :( Abends hatte es hinter unserem Bungalow etwas lautere Musik von den Nachbarn. Morgens beginnen die Hähne sehr früh zu Krähen.

My husband and I absolutely loved the beautiful tropical gardens, with lush plants and huge trees all around us. At times we felt like we were staying in Jurassic Park! 😂 The garden really is amazing and creates such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. The pool was lovely, beautifully clean and very inviting. I also had the most amazing aromatherapy massages in the evenings, definitely a highlight of my stay. One little tip: ask the masseuse to put the fan on, as the massage room can get very hot! 😊 Great beds!!!!

Unfortunately, the food was our biggest disappointment. We tried everything from steak to nasi goreng, both at the resort and around the island, but it lacked the fresh, rich flavours we’d enjoyed elsewhere in Bali. We also found many places to eat and stay quite dated and in need of repairs and renovation. Overall, we weren’t impressed with our stay on Nusa Penida, and four days felt looooooong! 😂 The resort is beautiful, but the rooms and bathrooms need a deep clean and some TLC. We booked the King Room with Balcony for the bathtub, but if you’re over 50 like us, beware, those stairs are seriously steep! 😅 We asked to change rooms. And be prepared for the early morning roosters 🐓. They did, however, bring back some lovely memories of my childhood!

El trato recibido por parte del personal, fue increíble desde el primer momento. Te sientes como en casa. Pero si no te gusta el ruido de los bichos o los gallos, no es tu sitio, pero será así en todos ya que es una isla.

Es un resort increíble, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Está apartado de la zona de playa y necesitas transporte pero nosotros teníamos todo excursiones que nos recogían y nos llevaban al hotel así que genial ! Nos dimos un masaje increíble! Toda la comida buenísima. El precio es insuperable. Repetiremos !

Staff especially Putu and the lady in the kitchen were very helpful

Location is very secluded and you need a cab or bike to get the smallest of the things. Also rooms are super dingy and dark which doesn’t work.

The bamboo structure was cool.

Very dated hotel. There are cock fighting roosters kept in cages for up to six months. Where they then get let out to fight to the death. That were constantly crowing all afternoon. Which would have continued all night I was told. After only being at the hotel for 4 hours the sound was to much to bear. We asked for a refund as we did not even touch the bed. We were declined. Avoid this place.

La piscine et le cadre magnifiques, loin du bord de mer donc de la circulation qui démarre très tôt à Nusa Penida. La carte du petit déjeuner et du dîner très variée et les plats étaient de bonne qualité

Une des 2 chambres réservées n’était pas très propre et l’absence de Bali coffee au 1er petit déjeuner et d’ananas sur les 3 jours où nous sommes restés

Le personnel très aimable, l'hôtel en lui-même est beau, la piscine, les petits déjeuners excellents et très copieux, les dîners également excellents et variés. Les équipements, accessoires de toilettes et télévision avec Netflix. Bref on y a passé un très bon séjour, très bien mangé je recommande

1)L'escalier un peu raide pour aller dans la chambre (qu'il faut descendre la nuit pour aller aux toilettes) et le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'interrupteurs au niveau de ce même escalier, ce qui fait que quand on veut monter à l'étage, il faut laisser la lumière du bas, monter, allumer en haut et redescendre pour éteindre an bas..... Mais c'est un detail 2) ça peut être bruyant tôt le matin avec les coqs notamment, mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles, cela ne nous a pas gêné. 3) a part un petit magasin à 900m, il n'y a rien. (nous c'est ce qu'on voulait)Mais ça contraint a manger le soir à l'hôtel à louer un scooter pour aller manger ailleurs.

Beaucoup de bruit durant toute la journée, les coqs commencent à 1h du matin et ils n’arrêtent jamais.

Wij waren verrast met wat we kregen. Het is een apart huisje. Balinese stijl en een buitenbadkamer. Dat was echt heel mooi gedaan. De airco deed het goed niet luidruchtig

El alojamiento no tiene calidad de Resort, no se puede descansar, las instalaciones son viejas, la piscina sucia y el desayuno fatal, el segundo dia pedimos gofre y estaba pasado de varios dias. No hay bar, todo lo pides a quien esté en recepción y pasa a la cocina a por ello. Esta súper alejado de cualquier sitio, mínimo 25m, no hay absolutamente nada alrededor y para ir a cualquier sitio necesitas coche (25€ te lo ofrece el hotel, carisimo para los precios de indonesia) y/o moto, que es un peligro porque las carreteras estan en muy mal estado. Nostras cogimos 2 dias y medio y decidimos irnos un dia antes aún a pesar de perder el dinero. No sé puede hacer absolutamente nada aquí. Lo ponen mucho mejor de lo que es en realidad..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Les repas étaient délicieux, variés et préparés avec soin. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.

Toutes les nuits, nous avons été réveillés très tôt par des coqs situés juste derrière notre chambre. Le bruit était très présent et nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à dormir, ce qui a eu un impact sur notre repos tout au long du séjour. C’est dommage, car le reste de l’établissement était agréable.

Потрясающий отель, очень красивый, ботанический сад, ухоженные джунгли, очень стильный, домики расположены так, что кажется, что ты один на территории. Хорошая кровать и подушки, есть халаты, чайные принадлежности, шампунь, мыло, отличный бассейн. Довольно хороший массаж, прекрасная спа комната. Еда в ресторане недорогая и вкусная. Завтрак по меню.

Не было тапочек в номере, но у нас были свои. Но самый главный минус - соседский ПЕТУХ.. Я знала об этом и взяла беруши, но даже в берушах я слышала, как он орет, начиная с 3 часов ночи. Причем это не просто петушиное кукареку, он орет надрывая горло как сумасшедший и шизанутый на 200 децибел)) И делает это постоянно, вообще не устает. Спать нам было невозможно. Из петуха нужно сварить суп и накормить им посетителей отеля в качастве компенсации за неудобства.

Such a convenient stay in the resort, with warm and friendly staff, excellent experienced! Would be great to come back again.

Wat een geweldig verblijf! Ons favoriete verblijf in onze Indonesië reis! We hadden een prachtige hut met buitenbadkamer en bad. Het bed lag heerlijk. Het zwembad was top en mooi uitzicht op de tuin. Het personeel was zo lief en vriendelijk. De keuken maakte elke dag weer heerlijke recepten klaar. Zowel lunch als diner was super lekker en tegen een hele betaalbare prijs! Ook waren ze heel behulpzaam met het regelen van een scooter, transfer van en naar de haven en ze bieden ook verschillende tours aan op het eiland.

Niks viel tegen! Een kleine tip: de zeep buiten rook een beetje gek. Zowel handzeep als douchezeep.

Domaine de l’hôtel incroyable (tout en bambou et en bois), très jolie chambre. Piscine grande et super. Plusieurs services proposés (room service, restauration, massage …) Location de scooter sur place, choix d’activités supplémentaires large. Très bon cocktail de bienvenue !

Chien qui rôde beaucoup autour de vous lorsque vous manger. Nous sommes dans la nature il y a donc le bruit des poules mais cela nous a pas déranger. Petit déjeuner bon mais je m’attendais à mieux.

Wat een prachtig verblijf! Alles is super schoon, en vriendelijk personeel. De douche was ook fantastisch, warm water en voldoende waterdruk. Het restaurant van het resort bied een uitgebreid menu aan, met top gerechten. Ook is het zwembad erg fijn! Mijn persoonlijke favoriet tijdens mijn verblijf was wel Gede, de driver van het resort. Samen met Gede de westtour gedaan (die het resort aanbied), en met hem een geweldige dag beleeft en vooral heel veel gelachen. Gede laat je erg op gemak voelen en is een kundige driver. Laat je rond brengen door Gede op het eiland en je zult een leuke tijd beleven. :)

Ik heb echt niks aan te merken op dit resort!

Resepsiyon ve karşılama valizleri odaya götürme harika Personellerin ilgisi harika . Bahçıvan çok güler yüzlü. Havuz mükemmel. Spa hizmeti gerçekten mükemmeldi. Yemekler orta seviye.

Kahvaltı iyi değildi. Ve otel orman içerisinde sürprizlerle karşılaşabilirsiniz bunu düşünerek otel planlaması yaparsanız daha iyi olur.

SPA服务和环境都非常不错，酒店人员服务和态度都非常好，早饭也很好吃。

附近鸡比较多，经常叫，但是并不是酒店的原因，只是附近居民的鸡，所以也没办法。地板有一些腐坏了。

El alojamiento es muy agradable, espacioso y limpio

We loved everything about Bila Penida. It was even better than we had hoped it would be. All the staff were fantastic. We had the 2 storey bungalow which was amazing and very comfortable. We were there 3 nights and had breakfast and dinner there each day and it was fresh and delicious. We also had a massage every afternoon at it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Our suggestion is bring good noise cancelling ear plugs as the roosters started around 5am. But hey it is a working farm and we loved it.

They help you with everything you need bout tickets ,pick up , drop off,they provide tours ,amazing driver(Gede) the best photograph ever The property is Beautiful . swimming pool, amazing rooms. Spa This was an excellent stay. The restaurant also have very affordable and tasty food.

O lugar é deslumbrante de lindo. O quarto é lindo, o banheiro é muito interessante. Você ouve barulho de animais, como pássaros e galinhas, eu amo. O café da manhã é o melhor café de hotel que já vi, além de ter muitas opções, você pode escolher dois pratos e todos são uma delícia. Enfim amei tudo, a funcionária que nos recepcionou, Novi (se não me engano) é um amor de pessoa, minha filha amou ela.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war mega und sehr reichhaltig. Für große Personen ist die Treppe innerhalb der Unterkunft etwas schwierig zu erklimmen. Die Lage ist mitten im Dschungel im Grünen. Somit ist aber auch der Weg zum Meer nur mit Taxi oder Scooter zu machen. Alles in allem hat es uns aber gut gefallen.

Very kind personal, big pool. Also you can rent the motorbike here for good price. They have also the transport for harbor.

The staff were really lovely and the bed was comfy. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing. I also loved that there was a spa there.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, Englisch war allerdings bei einigen eine Barriere.

Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut, auch das Abendessen war nichts besonderes. Lediglich ok. Im Restaurant hüpfen überall Hunde rum, die beim Essen sehr viel betteln. Der Pool war sehr trüb, wahrscheinlich sehr viel Chlor. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr im „Grünen“ was eigentlich nicht schlecht ist, allerdings sind sehr sehr sehr viele Schnecken und Tiere überall und dann ist auch überall die Schnecken schei…. Auch wenn man Klamotten zum trockenen aufhängen möchte, ist sie am nächsten Tag voll mit dreck. Es gibt leider keinen Platz zum trocknen von nasser Wäsche.

La piscine etait plus que trouble. De 23h a 9h du matin les coqs hurle t en se repondant et les chiens aboient. Impossible de dormir. Pas assez de serviettes et autres. La moustiquaire trop petite.

El servicio del personal, su amabilidad y gentileza. La comida del restaurante, muy buena, rica y a un muy buen precio. La ubicación y las camas eran super cómodas. Habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario y más!

Lo único que podría mencionar es el ruido de los gallos que estaban pegados a nuestra habitación y las personas que vivían al lado. No es algo que esté bajo el control del hotel, pero creo que es importante tenerlo en cuenta si sos una persona de sueño liviano porque empiezan muy temprano a hacer ruidos. Quizás en las habitaciones más pequeñas no se escuchaban

Tempat yang sangat bagus dan nyaman untuk pasangan, staff secara keseluruhan sangat ramah dan friendly mereka sangat Wellcome terhadap tamu yang menginap disana, mereka menyiapkan semuanya dengan baik, sambutan hangat sapaan dan senyum yang indah menjadi poin mereka, untuk makanan enak dan sarapan yang sangat luar biasa di harga yang terjangkau untuk sarapan yang memuaskan, dan service mereka yang sangat patut di apresiasi!! Tetapi ada beberapa sesuatu untuk area sekitar menjelang malam ada banyak keong, jadi jika berjalan kaki kita akan merasa menginjak mereka tanpa sengaja, dan ada suara ayam jantan di tengah malam. Amenities lengkap, mereka menyediakan semuanya secara sempurna! Pada saat datang di awal registrasi akan di sajikan welcome drink berupa orange juice yang segar

Αρκετά θολό νερό πισίνας. Βρίσκεται σε θέση που χρειάζεσαι μεταφορικό μέσο για τις μετακινήσεις σου, μακριά από εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά, δρόμους που μπορείς να περπατήσεις.

Es war wunderschön. Der Dschungel ist einfach ein Traum. Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war einfach fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben Welpen gefunden, und sie haben uns tatkräftig dabei unterstützt, eine Lösung zu finden. Ich wurde in Indonesien noch nie schlecht behandelt – im Gegenteil: Die Menschen sind dort außerordentlich hilfsbereit und herzlich, meiner Erfahrung nach sogar deutlich hilfsbereiter als in Europa.

Requested a bag of washing to be done and this was efficient. Bed was spacious and comfy, facility was pretty

We were only told on arrival that the pool wasn’t swimmable which was a huge disappointment because location is far from another stay to use other facilities or beach. The hot water kept going cold in the shower. We decided to check out early as not much to do around resort and breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 so we were given just a sandwich made from the night before in replacement of receiving any breakfast or fruit.

Boende kunde erbjuda tjänster såsom massage, hämtning och lämning vid hamnen samt uthyrning av moppe. Prisvärd och god restaurang samt mycket frukost. Bra skydd från myggor, vi fick bara 2 stycken trots att man bor i ”skogen”.

Badrummet var utomhus något vi tyckte om men växterna växte nästan in i duschen vilket kändes idylliskt förutom när man faktiskt skulle duscha. Poolen fungerade inte pga vädret, vilket vi inte fått reda på i förväg och det var en anledning till att vi valt boendet. Personalen var väldig trevlig men kunde tyvärr inte jättebra engelska vilket gjorde det svårt att få information. De påstod exempelvis att vår båt inte skulle gå och vi fick därmed göra upp en helt ny plan, men när vi kom till hamnen hade båten gått som vanligt den morgonen. Eller som när min man förbeställt glutenfri frukost och ena dagen fick han bröd som skulle vara glutenfritt men andra dagen sa annan personal att det inte hade glutenfritt bröd… i efterhand tror vi att det första brödet inte var glutenfritt.

Uniek hotel, echt junglegevoel. Afgelegen locatie was voor mij leuk: geen nachtlawaai of overlast.

Erg afgelegen. Even snel iets gaan eten zit er niet in. Voor mij was dit echter geen probleem, ik boekte dagtours dus at het inbegrepen ontbijt en avondeten daar. De tour met het hotel was minder goed dan met Getyourguide.

les disponibilités pour les massages sont restreintes malgré la présence des masseuses sur place établissement un peu isolé de pas avoir peur de prendre des scooters auprès de l'hôtel pas de Grab sur Nusa Penida et les taxis sont chers par rapport à ce qui se pratique à Bali l'hôtel n'y est pour rien malheureusement mais comme d'autres commentaires le soulignent, attendez vous à être réveillés par les coqs dès 4h

The staff was outstanding. They help you with everything you need and are so generous. We rented bikes from the property as well. The property is BEAUTIFUL. Trees, swimming pool, amazing rooms. This was an excellent stay. The restaurant also have very affordable and tasty food. Good breakfast.

Cannot complain about one thing. Perhaps just the same song that is playing the whole day at reception and the restaurant. :D

Bila PENIDA Resort na nás udělala velmi dobrý první dojem – a ten v mnoha ohledech vydržel až do konce pobytu. Už při příjezdu je jasné, že tady lidi a servis opravdu řeší. Personál na recepci byl velmi příjemný, milý a ochotný. Komunikace přes WhatsApp je za mě v dnešní době naprostý luxus – rychlé, jasné, bez zbytečného chození tam a zpět. Ale absolutní highlight přišel ještě před příjezdem do hotelu. Nabídka odvozu z přístavu nás sice nejdřív překvapila, ale přišla přesně ve správnou chvíli. V přístavu na nás čekal hotelový zaměstnanec se jménem a upřímně – bylo to vysvobození od místních prodejců a naháněčů. Tohle byla naprosto top služba, kterou jsem fakt ocenil. Hotel nabízí i spoustu aktivit. Cenově bych to shrnul asi takhle: jde to, ale často se dá najít i levněji nebo lépe jinde. Na druhou stranu – pokud chcete mít všechno vyřešené na jednom místě a nic neřešit, hotel je v tomhle dobrý parťák. Samotné umístění hotelu je trochu zastrčené, což má dvě strany mince. Pro Vás klid, minimum ruchu a ideální místo k odpočinku. Zároveň dobrý výchozí bod pro další aktivity, pokud nechcete každý den řešit chaos kolem hlavních tahů.

Jako největší minus musím bohužel zmínit masáže. Po návratu z výletu jsme si objednali masáž na poslední chvíli, ale stále v rámci otevírací doby. Slečna na recepci se opravdu snažila a chtěla nám vyjít maximálně vstříc. Masérka ale působila, že ji spíš obtěžujeme. Upřímně – masáž jsem si vůbec neužil a poprvé v životě na Bali jsem si říkal, ať už to skončí. Nebylo to komfortní ani relaxační. Chápu, že někdy toho mají hodně, ale v tomhle případě by pro mě bylo milejší slyšet, že už je dnes pozdě, než zažít masáž v tomto stylu. Naopak pokoj, úklid i jídlo byly úplně perfektní. Tady nemám co vytknout. Shrnutí? Skvělý servis, výborná péče o hosty, pár drobností k doladění. Masáže bych příště řešil jinde, ale jinak je Bila PENIDA Resort velmi příjemné místo pro pobyt na Nusa Penida. Toto ubytování jsme navštívili jako Dva kluci na cestách.
