Reviewed Sep 7, 2026少人数のお宿でゆったりと過ごせました。 貸しきりの露天風呂が3ヵ所もありそれも無料で利用で、すごくよかったです！ 由布岳も見えるロケーションでの露天風呂は素敵でした！
内風呂の鏡の汚れ？ 湯の泉質上の事かと思いますが、完全に曇っていて何らかの説明がなければ不衛生に感じました。

Room was a bit musty, but they had an air purifier so the unpleasant smell was gone in a few hours. Dinner was a bit bland to me.

They even went above and beyond and made me a vegan breakfast!! when I said I don't eat meat. the view from the dining room is breathtaking. Even got some small gifts, which is always nice. The waffles in the room were so good that I went to buy some more at the reception! I couldn't recommend more. I really enjoyed my stay :) If you visit Yufuin you would really enjoy your stay here!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026직원들이 모두 친절하고 영어를 잘합니다. 체크인 전 미리 짐 보관이 가능했고, 체크인시에 방에 이미 짐이 올라와있어서 더 좋았어요. 유카타나 신발을 제공해줘서 숙소 앞에서 사진찍기 좋았어요. 예약직후 메세지로 진행했던 전세탕 예약도 순조로웠어요. 전세탕 - 고에몬, 야와라기 예약했고 둘다 훌륭했어요. 예약없이 이용 가능한 남탕/여탕도 크고 한적해서 좋았습니다. 가이세키 식사도 대만족이었습니다. 맥주 추가 주문해서 체크아웃할때 같이 결제했어요. 숙소는 넓고 쾌적했고, 깨끗했습니다. 아침식사도 너무 예쁘고 풍경도 좋고 맛있어서 대만족했습니다. 식사 포함 숙박으로 완전 추천드려요!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026My family had an excellent stay in Yadoya. Staff were very very friendly and showed us great hospitality. The room was very spacious and very comfortable, offering the flexibility for us to sleep on bed or futon. The private onsens were wonderful too. The most remarkable point was the dinning. No matter for dinner or breakfast, my family, from 9-yo girl to 80-yo grandma, we enjoy every single dish from the start to the end. Together with the nice service of the staff, a well-deserved full mark we would give! Aiming for a quiet and comfortable family vacation, we will definitely stay in Yadoya next time!
It’s not a complaint indeed, just feeling the public onsen area is quite small comparing to other nearly perfect settings of the hotel.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026這次一家人入住體驗非常滿意！房間乾淨舒適，環境安靜，很有日式溫泉旅館的氛圍。工作人員親切有禮，即使語言不同也很有耐心地協助我們。 晚餐的會席料理十分精緻，每道料理都很用心，份量也很足；早餐也很好吃，食材新鮮。家庭湯屋讓我們一家人可以一起泡湯，既放鬆又保有隱私，是這次旅行最難忘的回憶之一。 旅館距離湯之坪街道和金鱗湖不遠，開車前往也很方便。如果下次再來湯布院，我們一定還會選擇入住，也會推薦給朋友！

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The location was fantastic with its walking distance to the tourist street. The traditional Japanese breakfast was great with the wide variety of dishes. The private onsens also allowed for family bonding as the inn provided plastic bathtubs to accommodate my young child. Additionally, the inn also has a kid corner which provides various toys and materials that can keep a young child entertained. The staff were also very welcoming and made the entire experience even more pleasant.
Might be due to space constraints, but it was strange to see the smoking room situated not too far away from the kids' section.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Our stay was incredible. We have stayed in a few ryokan before, and this was another example of exemplary kindness, attentiveness, and comfort. The children's room and massage chairs, incredible dinner and breakfast, beauty of the hot springs, and comfort of the room made this an absolute highlight of our trip to Japan.
The beds were stiff which j actually did not mind but some people may. Honestly, this spot was so wonderful.

Reviewed May 25, 2026服務人員全員溫柔親切，跟這間旅館的名字一樣。晚餐的前菜跟生魚片都好精緻，主菜是壽喜燒牛肉，牛肉肉質很好，十分美味。早餐品嚐到多道小缽料理，搭配超嫩的烤魚、蒸蔬菜以及生雞蛋拌飯。餐點都很豐盛好吃。下塌的房間很大，旅館的房間總數也不多，所以感覺一切都不疾不徐，不吵不鬧，搭配周邊一片綠油油的稻田及鄉間風景，以及遠方的由布岳，是一次非常舒適享受的旅遊體驗。私人湯屋也超讚，有很棒的視野。非常推薦！
早餐的烤魚好像沒有去魚鱗，我一直咬到鱗片😅 從由布院車站走到旅館要15分鐘，湯之坪又有很多遊客跟車子，算是有一點點不方便。
