Appena rientrati dalla Nile Carnival Cruise. È andato tutto benissimo, oltre le aspettative! Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff e in particolare a Maher, Romani e Mario! Super cordiali, disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza oltre che super simpatici! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Ti fanno subito sentire a "casa"! Se rifaremo la crociera sul Nilo sarà sicuramente con loro! P.s. anche le escursioni sono state organizzate alla perfezione!

Our stay on the Nile Carnival Cruise exceeded expectations from beginning to end. The ship had a warm atmosphere, the cabins were comfortable and clean, and the overall experience along the Nile was unforgettable. The staff worked very hard and always made us feel welcomed with genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Maher, the Cruise Director, who truly stood out. He brought great energy, professionalism, and made every guest feel involved and appreciated. His enthusiasm and attention to detail added so much value to the journey. Also a special mention to Romani, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Team members like Maher and Romani are the reason guests leave with great memories.

Very little to complain about. Every experience has room for small improvements, but overall the positives greatly outweighed any minor issues and they did not affect our enjoyment of the trip.

Well it’s been an amazing experience for us so we have booked again. Thanks to Maher the boat manager for making us feel like home

كانت لرحتي النيلية لا أنسى حقا! كانت السفينة جميلة جدًا ونظيفة وفي حالة رائعة. الموظفون - من موظفي الاستقبال إلى فريق التنظيف الماهر - كانوا أجمل الناس وأكثرهم فائدة. شكر خاص لمدير وآلية التفاصيل، السيد هاني (السيد هاني)، وفريق الطيفيكون كانوا في غاية الالتهام، ومل أن أراهم بررا عرض القرآن! المطعم كان رائعاً جداً، وكان المطعم لذيذاً حقاً. فريق العمل في المطعم كان لطيفًا وودودًا للغاية، وأود أن أشكر مدير المطعم على الخدمة الممتازة. قد كانت حرفياً أفضل أيام حياتي! وإنني أتطلع إلى العودة مرة أخرى على نفس السفينة.

The staff go over and above to ensure you have a great stay. They are so friendly and Maher is an exceptional boat manager. He will do all he can to arrange in ad-hoc trips you might like to go on and will try to keep within your budget.

Very friend my crew, very good and genuine food

It was good. As expected. Great staff. Clean. Good food. Spacious room size. Large window (no balcony). They always tried to accommodate to our needs. Always friendly. Great manager. The tours coordinated by the boat were very good. Well organized. Excellent guide assigned to us. We really liked the personalized style of the whole experience. As a reference, I travel a lot using 5 starts hotels and have memberships for Marriot and other brands. I felt very comfortable and happy here.

It is a relatively old boat and should be updated in some areas but it is in very very good conditions and well maintained. The value is good. There are other boats more modern but I am sure much more expensive. No need to pay more as you are in excursions outside the boat a lot. We were disappointed with Belly dancer show as it could be better.

We had the best time on this trip. After hours/days of research I booked this for my family of 6 after reading one of the reviews that said just go for it - I did and have no regrets - it was great from beginning to end. The staff really look after you, the food is tasty, the beds are comfy, the pool is clean, the entertainment is short but fun - you have a lot of 4am sightseeing starts so that is all you need. The staff are extremely helpful - even refunding the entrance ticket money when it was 40 degrees and too hot for our children to go. Just go for it! The Nile journey was brilliant.

A beautiful Nile cruise on a comfortable ship with clean, spacious rooms. The real highlight, however, is the staff: welcoming, warm, kind, and helpful, both in the dining room and at the desk, especially Mr. Romany, always available to offer suggestions and advice. The food was varied, plentiful, and well-cooked. This ship is absolutely recommended.

Wi-Fi is not available. Evening entertainment could be livened up a bit.

Nile Carnival Cruises er en lidt ældre båd, men meget fint vedligeholdt. Vi boede i en suite, der var særdeles rummelig. Maden i restauranten var rigelig og i god kvalitet. Også varieret mellem de enkelte dage. Vi bookede udflugtsprogrammet på forhånd og fik en personlig guide med på hele turen til Aswan - Gorges var særdeles venlig og meget vidende.

Nogle af personalet havde meget dårlige engelsk kundskaber

Very well organised cruise - staff are superb, very helpful always smiling etc, food is good. This is an effortless way to travel from Luxor to Aswan (and back). Managed to get direct flights to Luxor and it’s 20 mins from the airport to the boat. We chose to book 7 days and not book the tour package which allowed us to choose when to do the various temples etc. It was easy to book the trips we wanted online tailored to our preferences. Drivers contacted us via WhatsApp and we fine tuned arrangements.

Booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport with booking.com only to find that they wouldn’t let him into the boat dock when we arrived there - it was a standard blue and white taxi just like the two already parked next to the boat. Turns out the same 2 taxis are always parked there. They tried to charge us more three times the standard price to get to Luxor centre in the evening so we then worked out what was going on!

Avevamo prenotato una cabina doppia standard e prima di partire abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera con una suite; ci hanno detto che dovevamo farlo noi, nel cambio non ci siamo accorti che nella suite era indicata solo una persona e all'arrivo ci e' stata chiesta un'integrazione di 320,00 euro per la persona "in piu'". Decisamente un'esagerazione considerato che la suite era stata pagata per intero e in piu' c'erano solo i pasti (qualita'normale, niente di eccezionale, a buffet) di una persona per 3 giorni (in albergo i pasti a buffet qualita' simile costavano 15 € l'uno)

We were sorry to miss the stretch of river of kom ombo to Aswan and wondered why we could not have moored at kom ombo, given the boat is in Aswan for long time.

The food is very basic and not gourmet, but it was adequate and kept us nourished throughout the cruise. The pool is mainly suitable for children and looks much better in photos than in real life. The water was also quite cold. Our room was comfortable overall, with a nice bed, a window, and sufficient storage space, though we did report several minor maintenance issues directly to the company.

Our room was located next to the entrance to the lounge and bar area, where a foosball table was a delight for youngsters but an annoyance for us due to the noise after hours. Each night we had to ask for the enclosing door to be shut in order to have some quiet. The staff, in general, was kind and attentive, and based on most aspects of the experience we would have rated this budget cruise very highly. Unfortunately, a couple of incidents negatively affected our overall impression. We had an extremely unpleasant experience with one waiter who appeared to deliberately brush against my wife in a way that involved touching her with his fingers. She immediately confronted him and told him to be careful. We found this behavior unacceptable. We chose to wait until the last morning to report this because we did not want to add stress to our experience during the cruise, but we felt it was important to do so, especially after observing the same staff member holding a young girl, which made the situation even more concerning. Unfortunately, Mr. Romany, the guest relations representative we hoped to speak with, had left the cruise earlier that morning and was not returning before our departure. As a result, this waiter’s behavior has not been addressed. Additionally, another waiter told us that the tip guests gave to the employee pool was not distributed to the waiter staff. If this is accurate, it raises concerns about the transparency and distribution of gratuities. Because of these issues, we cannot fully recommend the cruise despite the otherwise reasonable value and generally kind staff.

The cruise staff were amazing, and got to know us very well. The dining experience was absolutely fabulous. A special mention goes to Romany at the front desk and the manager Mager who was a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed meeting you and the vibe you created on the ship. The journey was very scenic, calm, authentic, and relaxing - with just the right level of adventure on the stops. 4 days was the perfect amount of time.

Although the stay itself, and the locations we visited were great, unfortunately, we were provided with a tour guide who was subpar at best (Maged). Upon arrival, the cruise kindly supported us with providing a tour guide who was with us the whole trip, however, we had many problems with the tour guide which made the experience feel not so worth it. On many occasion, although it was paid for in full, he tried to charge us extra and kept asking us not to tell the hotel staff. Additionally, he would try to reduce some of the included experiences and convince us they're not worth it, again - even though these were paid for in full. Almost every day he would ask us not to mention certain things to the hotel staff, which felt disingenuous. Many times he would ask us to be ready to leave at a certain time, and would be 30-40 minutes late himself, usually in the cruise restaurant. On the last day, he hinted at a large tip, which made us feel uncomfortable, considering the level of service and the amount we paid for the guide on total.

Confermo le altre recensioni. La nave è datata ma pulita e tenuta molto bene. Come camera avevo la suite che è molto spaziosa e luminosa. Avevamo anche una tripla che risultava un po precisa per 3 persone.Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Sempre un sorridenti e con grande disponibilità. Abbiamo anche usufruito del pacchetto escursioni che è stato eseguito come concordato. Le escursioni sono molto belle e complete. Anche il cibo nella norma. Avevamo due bambini e hanno sempre trovato qualcosa di loro gusto. Consiglio questa esperienza.

Unica pecca che quando mettono la musica per gli spettacoli serali nelle camere sotto si sente molto sia la musica e vibrazioni ma qli spettacoli finiscono presto e non è stato un problema per noi.

Very friendly, helpful crew, and the historic locations visited on the itinerary were amazing.

We took the seven day trip from Luxor to Aswan and back again. We wish that we had just taken the four day trip and not the return part. If the weather had been a little warmer and less windy we would have enjoyed it more. The locations where the boat docks are some way out of town requiring the stress and hassle of Egyptian taxis.

Esperienza eccezionale, probabilmente la migliore di tutto il viaggio in Egitto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per i servizi offerti. Consigliamo vivamente il pacchetto di visite guidate organizzate dalla nave: estremamente comodo e ben strutturato, senza doversi preoccupare di taxi o orari di navigazione. Staff molto gentile e attento, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la durata della crociera. Hanno anche organizzato una torta a sorpresa per il compleanno avendo notato dal passaporto che nei giorni della crociera cadeva il compleanno!

Hervorheben möchte ich die SAUBERKEIT und das PERSONAL, egal ob Zimmer/Bar/Rezeption/Restaurant/Manager! Da es nicht mein erster Aufenthalt dort war und alles zu meiner Zufriendenheit war, werde ich sicherlich auch das nächste mal dort zu Gast sein.

Mr Maher and all the staff on the cruise were fantastic. They made our trip unforgettable. We felt like traveling with the family. My daughter celebrated birthday on the ship, our room was decorated with so much love and care, our hearts were deeply touched. The birthday cake and the song sung by the staff was so sweet. Thank you wonderful people!

시설이 오랜된건 잇지만 엔틱적이고 불편함점은 없었습니다. 한가지 아쉽다면 에어콘은되는데 히터가 안된다는점?! ㅎㅎ

Lo staff è molto gentile, le camere sono pulite e offrono un’ottima vista durante la navigazione, il programma di escursioni è completo e le guide sono molto preparate. Ci sono tutti i prodotti da bagno e il cibo è nella media ma abbondante.

All’interno della struttura vi sono dei servizi come i massaggi o il fotografo che risultano molto pressanti e insistenti. Per spostare le valigie fuori dalla nave di pochi metri abbiamo dato la mancia e l’inserviente ha insistito affinché gliene dessimo di più per un lavoro insignificante.

Il vero punto di forza della struttura è lo staff, accogliente, caloroso e gentile. Dal personale il sala al mitico Mr. Romany, ci sentiamo di consigliarvi vivamente questa motonave. Cibo vario e camere confortevoli.

la cosa migliore è stato il personale, che era sempre super attento a ogni necessità e dettaglio. Tutti gli impiegati sono trained in modo eccellente, servizio di alto livello, gentilissimi e premurosi, non invadenti ma sempre presenti. Un ringraziamento speciale, io e mio marito vorremmo farlo a Maher, il manager della crociera, per averci accompagnato nell organizzazione sin da mesi prima di arrivare; ci ha persino organizzato tutte le escursioni private - auto privata e guida privata - con un egittologo fantasticalo e molto preparato, Raymon (grazie speciali anche lui!). Vorremmo ringraziare anche Mohammed del servizio housekeeping, un tesoro, e Robi del ristorante molto tenero e professionale. Infine una nota degna di merito alla nostra camera “imperiale”, la suite che era pulitissima, organizzata benissimo e molto grande. Ci siamo trovati proprio da dio! Porteremo il ricordo sempre nel cuore e la consiglieremmo a tutti! Le escursioni FAVOLOSE

unicamente che la nave ha bisogno di un rinnovo perché è molto stile anni ‘80 come colori e arredamento (però pulitissima, in modo continuo e maniacale) - cibo molto buono però anche quello stile un po’ vecchio, ricette che andrebbero ringiovanite un po’!

An excellent cruise. The staff were fantastic. The food brilliant and our cabin was a good size with all the amenities that you need. On our arrival we were greeted and advised of our cabin. The pools were good too. On board entertainment was excellent

The room was a good size and good layout. It was clean and fresh . The bathroom could have been a bit fresher in decoration but it was fine. The staff were very good . The manager gave us a good induction on to the cruise ship / boat . He welcomed us with warmth. The sun deck was very nice , lots of space and variety of chairs, tables, sun loungers. It was kept clean at all times . The food had good variety. we paid 45 egp for a large bottle of water when needed for dinner etc . I was poorly with very bad stomach for about 36 hours. The manager was very considerate and offered some medication to help. The staff also bought food to the room because of this - very good customer service. We paid for the tour/ excursions , it was very good but sometimes it felt a bit quick as there was so much to see . Good entertainment and good option to use treadmill and cross trainer . staff keep the ship / boat clean at all times .

투숙 중 배가 고장이 나서 3일차에 일정을 더 이상 진행할 수 없었습니다. 결국 대체 이동 수단(버스)과 룩소르 시내 1박 호텔을 제공받았습니다. 가장 아쉬웠던 건 이러한 상황에 대해서 고객에게 먼저 공유하고 어떠한 옵션이 있는지를 제시하는 게 아니라 고객이 물어보기 전까지는 상황 공유가 전혀 안 되었다는 점입니다. 제가 가서 룩소르로 꼭 이동을 해야한다고 얘기를 해서 대안을 제공받을 수 있었습니다. 저는 하루의 일정을 손해 보았고 이 자체 대해서는 따로 보상을 요구하지도 않고 받지도 못 했습니다. 자유여행을 진행하는 경우에는 이런 일이 있을 수 있고 이러한 상황에 대해서 스스로 크루즈와 협의를 해야한다는 점을 사전에 인지하고 있는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

This is the second time we have been on this cruise, we love it. The boat is beautiful, the staff are just wonderful - from the moment you step on board, they make you feel so very welcome and make sure that your trip is perfect. Fabulous food at every meal, afternoon tea on the deck. Our room was wonderful, spacious with a huge picture window so we could watch the Nile from our room - just magical. We didn't take any of the trips out, just enjoyed our time on the boat. There is a beautifully cool swimming pool up top. Water dispenser in the dining room, kettle and fridge in the room. Bathroom with toiletries. George made beautiful sculptures with our towels - housekeeping every day. We hope to come again.

Todo excelente! La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. El personal amable y atento a todo. La comida deliciosa y abundante, además se ocuparon de que tuviéramos más opciones vegetarianas, aunque habían un montón de posibilidades. Lo recomiendo!!!

In assoluto la cura del cliente da parte di tutto il personale ed in particolar modo del Manager sig. Aziz. La nave è bella e confortevole, le camere e gli standard di ottimo livello, il cibo sempre molto vario e ottimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto. L'itinerario molto bello e ben organizzato.

Всё было просто замечательно, мы вернёмя! Программа круиза распланирована замечательно, не утомительно. Было время на всё, и на историю, и на культуру, и на купание в бассейне, и на закаты. Замечательный сотрудник на ресепшн, который всегда помогал советом при планировании экскурсий и супер менеджер Махер Азиз, красивый, интеллигентный и очень доброжелательный. Еда в ресторане тоже на 5+. Цены на напитки вполне приемлемые, мы пили местное пиво, вино и шампанское. Всё вкусно. Ни на минуту не пожалели, что взяли именно этот Круиз.

На выписке 100 долларов посчитали по 47, при заселении по 48 (что верно). Биржевой курс при выселении был таким же, как и при заселении. Но думаю, что это человеческий фактор, возможно руководство и не в курсе.

Nothing the property is amazing the experience with the property has nothing wrong. on the other hand booking.com was awful, you need to lookout for the interval you book the check-in location is different like the title however, booking.com only provides the Luxor location which is the check-in location of your book Thursday-Monday, if you book Monday-Thursday then you’re provided the wrong location and at the end all booking.com will do is tell you find a method of transportation and we’ll refund the amount you paid and then it’s travel credit to spend with them again you don’t get paid back for their fault

Staff were extremely nice to me and my daughter, the cruise location was amazing with phenomenal views making our time in Egypt very special.

Could probably use modernisation of equipment on deck, mostly the pool but a nice option in the scorching sun. Lacking enough Parasols to persons, but other shaded areas are available away from loungers.

From the moment we set foot on the ship, we were treated like kings. Nothing was too much trouble, and our every need was catered for. The staff was super friendly and the facilities were spotless. Well done on top-notch customer service.

We had a great stay aboard the Nile Carnival Cruise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly caring, cheerful, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s excellent value for money and a perfect choice if you're looking to explore the historical sites on your own and only need the cruise as your base. Highly recommended for independent travelers who want flexibility without compromising on comfort.

Additional Payment for Drinking water in the restaurant

Very friendly staff and great communication from the manager Mr. Maher. Food was excellent too with a lot of international options and the room was spacious and clean. I took the cruise from Aswan on Monday (check-in from 1200) to Luxor (checkout 0800). I did not take a tour package but went to the sights on my own. The cruise stops in the late afternoon in Kom Ombo on Tuesday where the temple is very close by. The next morning you have 2 hours to visit the temple in Edfu which isn't as close to the ship. I walked to the temple but passed through some sketchy neighbourhoods so if you are going to walk I recommend staying on the big roads the horse rides/busses/tuktuks use. Wednesday late afternoon you arrive in Luxor but the ship docks quite far from the center so I recommend using the InDrive app (Uber does not work there) to get a taxi.

I was impressed with the size of my cabin and the big window the cabin steward Georgeo was very good and kept it very clean.The manager Mr Maher was always there throughout the day and at meals times making sure we were all content with the services and staff. I could say that Mr Maher went the extra mile with his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The staff was very helpful and friendly they made us all feel more than tourists and customer but part of a friendly family which made all the difference. All the staff in the reception were friendly and helpful Mr Gamil in the jewelry shop sold me a nice ring and customised it by writing my name in hieroglyphs The excursion programme was varied and very informative .I would recommend this ship and cruise to all.my friends

Wifi was not included and over priced and poor. Rooms had TV , total waste of time, no channels. Entire ship in need of revamp, so outdated and old.

This is the absolute best value for money cruise that you will find. If you have stumbled across this, don't hesitate to book it. The boat is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and that staff are what makes the whole experience exceptional.

One of the best holidays ever. The staff made us so welcome,food was good and they made our golden wedding celebrations very special. The tour guide, George, who spent 4 days with us was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with an older couple. I can not recommend this boat enough. We have already booked again for next March. Everything, this was the fourth trip on this boat, staff, service, food, facilities, attitude all excellent. Relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend without hesitation. Care of passengers very important to them. A big thank you to everyone.

Very good value for money. The staff is truly amazing and they are very accommodating. The food is very nice.

The condensation in the rooms, since the windows cannot be opened.

Friendly staff for 4 days on Nile cruise

Cabin was harbour side so on 3 of 4 days no view at all. As we booked 6m ago was disappointed & asked for sea / Nile view. Boat a bit tired compared to all other boats on Nile.

A lovely boat, very well laid out. We were in an extremely comfortable and spacious suite. All the staff were delightful and extremely helpful, under the excellent management of Maher Aziz, who was warmly available to all passengers and constantly attending to the details.

There was really nothing displeasing at all.

Doing a Nile cruise is a must and this one is excellent value for money. Book it, don’t hesitate! I researched a ton of cruises and found it hard to choose but I made a great decision as this cruise was full of people who have travelled to Egypt for decades and says it’s the best value for money you can get on the Nile. But also don’t expert luxurious facilities or food - it’s like 3 stars maximum. I didn’t enjoy the food but on the plus side I lost weight on the way. 😅 I think this is one of the best things you can do in Egypt.

Written communication between the property and us had quick responses and helpful advice. All the staff were very friendly, all facilities were extremely clean, and the room was larger and nicer than we expected.

We have no complaints at all with our cruise, except we feel it was not clear in the advertising for the cruise that the actual sailing only started on day 2 from Luxor, and ended on day 3 in Aswan (i e the first and last day we only had food and accommodation, no sailing).

To start, the whole crew, they are hospitable, friendly and always helpful. Even before getting on to the cruise, they were in contact with us to make sure that everything is in place. We would like to name a few, Mr Maher, always making sure everything is fine, and Mr Remon, who is always offering to help out. From the restaurant and kitchen crew, Mr Youssef, Mr Haggag, and Mr Ahmed Khalil; always meeting everyone with a smile. For the rooms, they are fine in size and very clean. For the cruise, it was excellent and the sight seeing was gorgeous and breathtaking; didn't know that Upper Egypt was so beautiful. Finally the food, it was tasteful, well cooked, and diverse for the lunch and dinner. I highly recommend the Nile Carnival cruise. Thank you for making it a sooooo delightful and memorable trip for us.

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. One of us was vegetarian. They ensured all our meals had something specific for that. The rooms were too good. Washrooms were decent. The food was great, too. They kept us entertained with various events.

Nothing specific except the tipping culture that's too much prevalent in Egypt.

The staff were amazing and very attentive, very good and varied food, room was big and the best bed and shower (had the suite). Entertainment was good, but repeats if you chose the 7 nights. They also have happy hour at the bar. There is an option for All inclusive drinks $30 per person and you have to take for the whole duration, but drinks are cheap. We had a big fruit basket on arrival, which was very nice. The excursions are really good and if booked with them you get knowledgeable tour guides, thanks Raymon and Mostafa, you are the best :) Excellent jewellery shop and owner is so lovely. There is also a souvenir shop and prices are good. Massage is good and reasonable deals.

Although it is a good intention, they call you about an hour before you go on the sightseeing and sometimes even earlier, so make sure you ask not to have wake up calls, if you don't want them. TV has only Egyptian channels and one English movie. When you are on the Nile it does not have reception. Internet not good when a lot of people hot spotting. Pool is lovely but cold in January.
