A 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kinugawaonsen, dalla quale si può raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Nikko in 50 minuti. Personale gentilissimo, camera stile giapponese con tutti i comfort possibili, cena e colazione incluse ed abbondantissime con cibo del posto e possibilità di prenotare i bagni termali privati. Ci siamo sentiti più che coccolati

Intorno c’è poco o niente, abbiamo prenotato una notte per provare l’esperienza del ryokan e come appoggio per visitare i templi di Nikko

和室の布団の部屋でしたが、夕方に到着したときにすでに布団が引いてあり、ゆっくりできました。 　夕飯付きのプランだと、あとで夕飯を食べているときに布団を引きに来てくれることが多かったが、人が入ることがないためずっと家族で部屋でゴロゴロできてよかった。 ・夕飯も朝食もかなり豪華。大人の男性でお腹いっぱいになる量と質でした。

朝食も半個室で懐石料理でしたが、子供(中学２年生)にはちょっと大人な感じの味付けでした。大人としては美味しかったです。

The facilities, the staff, the food experience and location are excellent. Our room had more that we could had expected. The staff was super helpful to explain how to use the facilities and how to experience the Japanese meal and breakfast properly. There’s also a minivan provided by the hotel to reach out the train station.

The only thing missing, and is a small thing, is a chrome cast to cast a movie to the TV (maybe if you want to see a movie and have a romantic night) And nothing to be with the hotel, but most of the attractions nearby are in Nikko (a different train station) so be aware when booking for your daily plans

良くなかったと言うほどでもないが、夜と朝に代わる大浴場について、片方が極端にロッカーや洗い場が少なく不便に感じた事

服務非常好，有賓至如歸的感覺，大廳的迎賓飲料和小點都十分用心。飯店還有提供接送至車站的服務，因飯店浴池較小，還提供可以去隔壁飯店大浴場泡湯。房間寬敞舒適，餐點也都不錯，每餐都吃超飽。

貸切風呂和房內風呂的的水非溫泉水，稍微可惜一點。

Had a terribly experience at Tsuganoki. They had mentioned on their booking.com page that they have airconditioning in the rooms, but there was no air conditioning and we were visiting in the summer (May) so it was very uncomfortable. When we asked the hotel about this, they said the temperatures generally will get cooler in the evening!! The onsen was pretty dirty and the private bath in the room had mold. There was also no privacy as the hotel next door could directly look at the balcony area. They were also not responsive to booking.com team when they reached out. Given this was an expensive hotel, did not expect this. All our other stays in Japan were very clean and the service was better at a much lower price. Waste of a day, especially given how much we had to travel to get to this hotel.

The staff was very attentive and kind, and the room was really lovely.

The meals are fabulous and the service staff is very detailed on the dinner menu. She is excellent and super caring.

Le Onsen privé sur la terrasse vue sur la montagne tout simplement fantastique

Очень приятная женщина Ода (?) была, которая отвечала за наши завтраки и ужины. Вообще, питание в этом месте - отдельное впечатление и крутой аттракцион. Ну и божественная (чистая!) ванная на балконе с видом на лес и горы... это что то.

Немного уставший ремонт и низкая скорость инета (или вай фай барахлил).

サンシャインの露天風呂も気持ちよかったし、栂の季の大浴場は夜も朝も一人だけの貸切状態でのんびりできた。また、スタッフがみんな親切丁寧で、特に観光予定コースのアドバイスが的確でありがたかった。

あまり思い浮かばない

5-Sterne-Hotel, wenn es nach dem Service und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter geht! Besonderes Erlebnis, dort Gast zu sein! Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel eine wunderschöne Hängebrücke mit Ausblick. Auf Google sieht das Hotel von außen abgelebt aus. Es wurde aber scheinbar mal renoviert. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Ausstattung gefühlt aus den 80ern, was seinen Charme hatte. Hier und da war auch der Sichtschutz schon verwittert. Besonders einladende Lobby wartet auf die Gäste.

Der Teppich im Küchenbereich des japanese Style Zimmers war abgelaufen und dadurch ungemütlich. Quellen im Onsen sind, glaube ich, chloriert. Ich hoffe, dass es nicht nur heißes Wasser, sondern mineralhaltiges Wasser war. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: schon sehr hochpreisig

You can tell it is an older building but it is well kept and clean. The staff is very nice and forthcoming. The food portions are a bit much but it tastes excellent.

Tout est génial ! Le ryokan nous accueille super bien, le onsen fait tellement du bien après une longue journée de marche (surtout au soir), la chambre est trop belle, le repas trop bon, etc ! En plus, l'hôtel peut nous réserver des taxis qui peuvent nous amener à plusieurs endroits différents (pour le Yozakura Matsuri par exemple, ou directement pour Nikko). Ça nous as pas mal sauvé surtout dans une zone aussi éloignée où les taxis sont très difficilement trouvables !

C’est vraiment pour chercher la bête, mais il y avait des insectes volants qui ont fait peur mon amie lorsqu’elle prenait son bain, donc elle est sortie pour me demander de les enlever. Ou sinon, il y avait un cheveu dans le bain avant que l’on s’y baigne. Mais c’est absolument rien de méchant, c'était tranquille.

Todo. El personal es realmente amable y atento. Nos recibió Agum, que gestionó todo en inglés (algo no siempre habitual en Japón), modificó el desayuno y el traslado a la estación, a pesar de estar fuera de que teníamos que irnos antes del horario de apertura. La habitación básica es muy amplia, con balcón y vistas al bosque. Muy recomendabe reservar con la cena (¡20 pases!) y el desayuno kaiseki. Son increíbles, tanto por la variedad de comida verdaderamente japonesa (no esperen sushi) como por la atención personalizada y el detalle de las elaboraciones. Además del onsen, que es muy completo (con un espacio interior y otro exterior con vistas a la montaña), es posible reservar un onsen privado por un precio extra bastante adecuado, lo que sin duda recomiendo.

夜御飯は、最高に美味しかった種類もおおくいろんな味わいがあり大満足、そして朝ご飯も期待を裏切らない美味しいご飯でした。温泉もお向かいにある大浴場もとてもきれいで良かったです。

The hotel is 15 min away from train station The breakfast was non pleasant experience because they didn’t ask what we want and they offered only pork food and unboiled eggs (we asked to boil the eggs and she refused)

Welcoming and helpful staff, very large Japanese style room with views over the valley. Outstanding cuisine served at breakfast and dinner. If you have a car it's a short 30 mins from the shrines of Nikko. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was a special experience.

設備は全体的に極めて古く、畳の沈み込みや、壁紙の剥がれ、壁の凹みなどは気になったが、しかしながら清潔ではあった。特に布団は気持ちよく、快眠できた。床の間も季節の掛け軸が素敵であった。部屋付きの露天風呂は24時間いつでも入れ、清潔で、非日常を楽しめた。チェックインの際、スタッフが大変親切であった。大吊橋や売店が隣接しているのは便利。

食事の際のサービスがいまいちだった。まず夕食の量が多すぎたこと、また食べきれなかった際に「残すんですね」と言われたこと。下げるかどうか確認したかったことはわかるが、「完食しましたね」、「残していますね」、と一人一人の食事の食べ具合を声に出してレポートされるのは気分が悪い。加えて2時間で席を後にするように言われ、最後は「ゆったりと楽しめた」ではなく「なんだか慌しかった」という気持ちが残ってしまった。 送迎サービスはありがたかったが、15:00以降でないと駅からピックアップしてもらえないのは残念。また、欲を言えば東武ワールドスクエアまで連れて行って欲しかった。
