Sehr freundliches Personal, große im Ryokan Stil eingerichtete Zimmer, tolle Futonbetten. Ein wunderschöbes Onsen im Innen- und Aussenbereich. Super leckeres Abendbuffet und tolles auch interkontinentales Frühstück. Wir wurden auch auf das Fussbadcafe aufmerksam gemacht und konnten es kostenlos nutzen. In der Lobby gab es einen Automaten mit kostenlosen warmen oder auch kalten Teesorten. Ein Tee und ab ins Fussbad Cafe - wad draussen, überdacht- wenn es draußen regnet, manchmal gibt es nichts Schöneres. Die Lage ist mitten in der Natur, jedoch eine Stunde Fahrt mit Öffentlichen von den Unesco Weltkulturerben. Wir waren von der Fahrt so erschöpft dass wir es uns sehr gemütlich in dem Hotel selbst gemacht haben, und das kann man tatsächlich machen. Wir waren total begeistert. Vielen Dank!

Me encantaron las vistas desde la habitación, está inmerso en plena naturaleza. El tamaño y la comodidad de la estancia. La amabilidad del personal. La calidad del desayuno/ cena. Los baños, tanto públicos como privados. Magnífica relación calidad precio. Esta un poco alejado de Nikko ciudad y principales visitas, pero si tienes coche o deseas unos días tranquilos en contacto con la naturaleza es perfecto para alojarse.

Hotel is very old 70's style

橋の近くなのはよかったです。

やはり少し古い感じがしたのと、大浴場のロッカーの鍵も古すぎてなかなか閉まらなかったりした。

Pas très loin de la gare, c'est donc indéniablement pratique lorsque l'on voyage avec des bagages.

Dormir sur des futons a été une expérience, mais nous ne la renouvellerons pas. Salle de bain minuscule, l'esprit de l'ensemble de l'établissement reste vieillot, et la salle de restauration sans lumière est à se méprendre à l'espace d'un grand gymnase très bruyant.

Bella la posizione proprio sul fiume. Molto piacevole l’onsen.

La colazione intercontinentale è stata molto deludente. In particolare non era presente alcun cibo dolce e le bevande erano composte esclusivamente da caffè americano, tè e latte freddo. Inoltre, l’ambiente sembrava una grande mensa e la presenza di così tanto cibo giapponese rendeva l’odore non piacevole. I futon molto sottili e quindi era come dormire direttamente sul pavimento.

Colazione molto confusionaria tipo mensa e odore forte di stuoini nelle stanze.

部屋の洗面所にペーパータオルがあり、手を洗うたびしっかり拭けた。部屋が広くゆったりと過ごせた。

アリがどこからか出てきて困った。

Nous avions réservé que pour une nuit à l'hôtel. En arrivant de la gare, nous avons pris 15 minutes à pied pour arriver sur place. Une classe d'élèves de primaire était présent ce jour-là et l'hôtel nous avait prévenu bien à l'avance. La communication est rapide et courtoise via la messagerie de Booking. Nous avons pu profiter des onsens, des repas servis au buffet du soir (petite préférence pour le curry qui était très bon) et du buffet du matin. Les futons étaient très agréables et la nuit paisible. Notre court séjour s'est très bien passé, l'enregistrement et le check-out ont été très rapides.

The view of the river was great and having a public bath onsite for daily use was awesome. Not a lot around for restaurants so we booked the dining plan. It was okay. Buffet is not my favourite but there was a lot of food and variety. Nice to see the hotel attracts a lot of families. Parking was free and convenient. You need a car if you’re staying in this area.

The room smelled so strongly of smoke every time we entered. Needs a refresh in a big way. The room wasn’t dirty, just old and a bit dingy. Same with public bath.

脱衣所の壁や天井付近が埃や蜘蛛の巣がはっていていやだった。 お風呂の洗い場に、一つ一つ壁があったら良かったかな。 お部屋が、4人部屋だったのに、歯磨き用のコップが２つしかなかった。 食事が7時半からだったが、９時で片付けだったので、まだ食べているのに、隣のテーブルをガシガシ片付けられて、落ち着かなかった。 食事の後半、デザートがほとんどなかった。 どのタイミングで食べ始めたとしても、同じように食事を楽しめないとダメだと思う。

這次入住的是高級日式房。訂房前看到網站上的房間照片時，原本有些擔心空間可能不夠寬敞，但實際入住後，房間的大小與格局都比預期中更好，讓人相當滿意。 房內有一個獨立的小客廳，擺放著寬敞的日式方桌，睡眠區則位於另一個空間，整體格局分配得很好。此外，靠窗的位置還設有一個小型觀景區，擺放兩張椅子和一張小桌子，可以坐在房內直接欣賞著名的吊橋景色，無論白天或晚上都別有一番氣氛。 飯店網站上的照片其實沒有完全呈現出房間的空間感，實際入住後才發現房內相當寬敞，活動空間充足，不會有擁擠或壓迫的感覺。浴室的設計也令人滿意，馬桶與洗浴空間分別設置在獨立的房間內，使用起來更加方便，也很適合多人或家庭入住。 這是一家相當具有歷史與傳統氛圍的老牌溫泉飯店，除了提供大眾湯之外，也有湯屋可以使用。飯店整體設計帶有溫暖、沉穩的日式風格，入住時能夠感受到傳統溫泉旅館特有的舒適與放鬆感。 整體而言，房間比網站照片看起來更加寬敞，格局舒適、景觀漂亮，溫泉設施也很完整，是一次相當令人滿意的住宿體驗。

Well situation in the heart of Nikko. The rooms are both traditional Japanese style but also offer western beds also.

It is a little dated and the outside could use some attention. But the interiors are kept immaculately.

We waren met de auto, dan is het een prima uitvalsbasis voor Nikko en omgeving. Edo wonderland, Toshogu-heiligdom, Kanmangafuchi Abyss, imperial house, outdoor rivier.

Toen we aankwamen dachten we ; noord-Korea 🙈. Tis heel outdated en steriel. En persoonlijk vond ik het eten niet goed. Op Booking staan mooie foto’s van eten, zeg maar

景観　食事　大変良いと感じました。 アクセス　駐車場も問題ありません。

特にありません。

渓谷沿いで、山を見ながらゆったり過ごすことができました。 駅までのシャトルバスがあり、歩くこともできる距離で、便利でした。 ホテル前のお土産屋さんで美味しいチーズやお菓子が買えて、部屋で食べれて、晩酌のおつまみには困らなかった。

朝バイキングの味は普通。

食事が美味しかった お風呂も気持ち良かった。 足湯も気持ち良かった

宿泊するのに値段の割には設備がふるく、痛みがひどかった。部屋は掃除されていたがダニに刺された。 足湯カフェは夏場は暑すぎて工夫が必要かも ゲームコーナーも午後から出なくお土産コーナーと同じ時間の運営にして欲しい

What a lovely long weekend at this hotel. She’s showing her age in a few places but overall she was very comfortable, and the staff are just wonderful. The onsen baths were beautiful and relaxing, and I enjoyed the buffet dinner especially the freshly cooked tempura and local beef. The rooms are also really big!

My room smelled slightly of smoke when I first walked in, I don’t think it was because someone had been smoking in it recently but maybe because it was a smoking floor previously? The smell of smoke never really leaves. It wasn’t so bad as to make me want to ask to change rooms though.

It was great. The staff was friendly and the amenities were enjoyable.

A little dated and an interesting smell from the tatami mats.

Le personnel est professionnel malgré mon anglais approximatif, les onsen sont impeccables,la chambre traditionnelle est spacieuse et les futons sont confortables, la nourriture est très bonne, je recommande ! Mon seul regret :n avoir pas acheté un yukata en souvenir ,je reviendrai !

立地が良かったです。 散歩しても見る所も色々あり ゲームセンターも好評でした。

部屋にあるお風呂に使い捨てでもいいので シャンプー　ボディーソープがあると 助かるな、と思いました。

No issues at all.

昔の温泉宿を思い出すお部屋の入口、眺めの良い広いお部屋。古いけれど、綺麗にお掃除されていました。お食事もとても美味しかったです。 小学生の修学旅行と一緒でしたが、事前にホテルの方から丁寧なメイルを頂いていましたし、礼儀正しく行動されていました。 大浴場は古さを感じましたが、露天は良かった。スタッフの方も親切でした。

お布団が私には少し硬かった。

It’s in a very quiet area, if that is what you’re looking for. The place is serene and it was very nice to take an actual peaceful morning/evening walk. The rooms are traditional Japanese style which was great and also the private onsens was a very nice experience (you have to pay separately for the private onsen).

There were very limited stores to buy food. The closest 7/11 was around 10 mins away (the staff said 5 mins only but it felt farther than that). At best you will have to buy the breakfast and dinner option at the hotel (the food is literally the same everyday but it works)

Highly spacious and comfortable rooms with great views of the gorge from the windows and the balcony. The buffet (dinner and breakfast) offers a very large number of tasty choices. Lots of nice facilities, especially the baths. Parking was across the street and very easy.

The hotel is immaculate and cared for by an exceptional team of people. The food was top notch.

The facility is older which is fine, but the furniture, etc is worn out. I was able to overlook and think of it as a 70s time warp.

L’hôtel est joliment situé près d’une rivière. Les chambres sont spacieuses et proposent plusieurs équipements très pratiques (notamment une rallonge multiprise). Nous avions pris la demi pension : le buffet était plus petit que dans d’autres hôtels du genre mais l’ensemble des plats étaient très bons. Le personnel en salle était très aidant et gentil.

Les futons sont inconfortables, nous avons eu un meilleur confort dans d’autres établissements. Nous avons aussi eu l’impression de déranger le personnel à l’accueil à notre arrivée (peut-être juste la barrière de la langue). Par contre nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience au onsen. Nous avions eu l’information en amont de notre séjour qu’une classe scolaire était présente (c’est déjà très gentil de prévenir). Le jour même de notre arrivée, l’accueil nous l’indique à nouveau et nous indique le créneau horaire où nous ne pouvons pas aller aux bains (créneau pour les scolaires, pas de soucis nous savions et le créneau ne nous empêchait pas d’y aller plus tard). Par contre, nous n’avons pas été prévenu qu’il y avait un créneau le soir de notre deuxième nuitée et il n’y avait pas de message devant les bains. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dans une situation inconfortable où des dizaines de jeunes ont débarqué.

宿泊した部屋は広くて非常に良かったです。宿泊費を考えると安く感じました。 時間があれば連泊したかったかも。 料理もとてもおいしかったです。

部屋はとても広く、リクエストに応じて下さり感謝感激です。 景色も素晴らしく、清潔感があり安心・快適に過ごせました。 バイキング、種類も多く味も美味しく大満足でした。 お風呂も広く身体洗剤も充実し3回も入り楽しめた。

タオル、有料ははじめてのケースで驚きはあった。 チェックインしお茶をいただこうかと思ったが水(ペットボトルや水筒)がなく自動販売機で水購入した、どちらか置いてあったら尚良かったかなぁ。

La cena, bueno, la comida en general, buenísima!! Y la experiencia de vivirlo a lo japonés, con yukatas, habitación con futones y el onsen, es algo que vale la pena experimentar. El personal, muy bien también

El hotel está un poco antiguo y el Onsen pequeño y un poquito regular.., además, el entorno en cuanto a paisaje y naturaleza, brutal, pero mucho edificio abandonado. Es como un sitio venido a menos

It took us 15 mins walk from the station to the hotel. Not too close to Ryuokyo canyon.

The personal on the restaurant are not friendly and they look like they’re not happy to see you. The location is amazing for the view next to the river, but unfortunately it’s a little bit too far from the train station when you have many language with you. Even if the hotel has a free shuttle, this is only available from the hotel today train station. The most improve to set up more frequencies to the train station. I’m from the train station.

ホテル自体がかなり古く、部屋の鍵もシリンダーキーで若干の不安がある。 部屋の広さに対してテレビも小さい。また、ホテルの規模に対して朝食会場が小さく、月曜日なのに非常に混雑した。

夜食朝食温泉風景が良かったゆつくり出来ました。

It was right next to the bridge, 10 minute walk from the train station ! They offered bus shuttle rides there! Was very nice, right next to the bridge and the onsen was amazing

The onsen facilities were one of the best I’ve been to in Japan.

They didn’t let us dine in when we wanted if we didn’t have meal included with the booking. They told us we had to wait until certain time. Also meals were a bit on the expensive side. We choose to dine outside instead, though they were not that many options around the hotel. But we did manage to find good food outside so all is forgiven.

1泊2食付で、晩ご飯と朝ご飯がブッフェでした。品数の多さは食べ切れないほどで、味も美味しかったです。お部屋はきれいで広く鬼怒川の眺望が素晴らしかった。大浴場も広くて快適でした。

露天風呂が屋根の部分がもう少し少ないと夜に星空を見ながら入れる。しかし上層階から見えてしまうので傾斜の屋根とかで空がもう少し見えると素晴らしいと思います。
