Jodie at the front desk went so far out to help me I cannot find words to express how grateful I am and how much she contributed to the success of my journey.

Camera più silenziosa del previsto traovandosi sopra ad un Saloon, staff gentile e disponibile. Camera essenziale, con tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima, presenti diversi ristoranti/catene e servizi vicini e parcheggio di fronte alla struttura.

Facility could use major refreshing. Music from saloon downstairs was loud. Not the best of values.

The reason for this booking was primarily location and its convenience within 300 m of the Hinton General Hospital. It was as a companion to a partner undergoing a major surgery.

Because of its downtown location and inclusion of a saloon, VLT terminals, the location is extremely noisy and the building itself is woodframe. As a location for sleeping accommodation, it was marginal because of the amount of noise that persisted well past midnight

Covers has cigarette burns, water damage on walls and bath tub walls and floors. Carpets has lots of stains. It's smoke free room but why bed covers have cigarette burns?

The fire dept. chief was pleasant when we were standing outside in the parking lot at 3 am

The bed was small and in poor condition. The room was not clean. NO BATHROOM IN THE ROOM!!! One bathroom and one shower for the men or women for the entire floor! TV didn't work. Now that the fireman damaged the room door, the room may not be safe or secure. Minimal staff available onsite to help.

Paid $200 and it was a small room with a saloon right below us. Luckily it was clean but it is 1930s hotel. Won’t go back.

Room was so loud, I dont know if there's a bar just downstairs but it was playing loud music u til 12 am or 1am , the room was shaking due to the sound of the music and could hear ppl talking through the wall, train track was right beside the hotel, usually i can sleep with any kind but this hotel was so loud. It wasnt worth of $183

Das Hotel/Motel an einem großen Parkplatz an der Durchgangsstraße mit etlichen Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die kleine Stadt. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr groß, so dass wir die vier Koffer gut unterbringen konnten. Einfach, aber sehr okay für eine Nacht!

Die Ausstattung ist aus den 70er/80er Jahren und einfach. Aber das stört nicht!

The proactivity of the frontdesk lady solving a system issue with our reservation and finding a way to host us. The structure is cleaned with all basic services (refrigerator, coffee machine, aircon, parking) available.

Lot of noise from the bar at ground floor, the parking lot and the main road. Structure is very old.

Parking was easy, location to walk if need.

There was a touch of a funky odour (diaper) smell in the hallway.

The bed was absolutely brutal and should be thrown away. It sunk 4 inches at least when you laid down on the left side and was so uncomfortable I got 2 hrs of very broken sleep at the most. By far the worst bed I’ve “slept” in in my life. 0/10….actually, -5/10

The hotel and our room really stunk. To pay $135.00 for what really amounted to a camp room with a shared bathroom was way too expensive. Room was very old and I’m not sure the last time it was cleaned. The shared bathroom was clean. I slept on top of the bedspread and wore socks so I didn’t have to step on the carpet. Bed was really soft .. I can’t imagine how old the mattress was.

Staff member at checkin was friendly.

Room was above bar with loud music until very late. Across from CN trains which were loud as was traffic noise from road. Property is old and dingy. Must have hostel type rooms as there were common use bathrooms and tub/shower rooms.

We already told about the incident that happened to us on help section on bookings.com and we didnt get any reply from you guys. I mostly use airbnb but first time i gave u a chance but my first experience was bad and i wont recommend it to anyone.

There are many food stores nearby for breakfast.

Our bed was soft and some what comfortable, a bar downstairs, our room had its own bathroom, shower had great pressure, the room had a portable aircon. The check out process was simple.

When we arrived the lobby smelt of urine. We went up to the counter, the staff member had their back to us, after a moment I noticed a sign saying to check in at the bar, so we went through to the bar, but were turned back to the front desk, which was no issue until the desk attendant made a comment about us walking past, perhaps that sign needs to state “if the desk is unattended” …. And the pillows were practically non existent.

Proximity to Jasper where all hotels had no vacancies.

We were looking for some affordable overnight accommodation at the end of our weekend trip to the Rockies. This hotel is old (old-fashioned), but well-maintained and clean. The room we stayed in didn't have a washroom; toilets and showers were located in the hallway. However, there was a sink, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker in the room. I guess it fits its value. The only thing I'd change was the bed, which was a double size. Though it was soft for my back. We left the car on the street parking a few meters away from the hotel door, and the morning proved that the night was safe.

I stayed in there earlier too but then it was okay. This time, we got a very small room and mattress was all done it was so hard to sleep on that at all, it was not supportive from the edges. We booked room with shared washrooms, washrooms' cleanliness was very good but the door got locked up from outside automatically and we were not informed about that, my clothes got stuck inside and i called on the hotel's number and nobody picked up the call even after 9am, then y chance i got a number sticked on the wall for emergency call and a person came and helped us to open up the door but we wasted our 1 hour in that. There should be someone at the desk or the number of the housekeeping somewhere and I got that emergency number on second floor where no one would notice. I am never gonna stay in there. If people wants restful night then don't stay there just bcz its cheaper. Its a nightmare.

The hotel is located on the second floor of the building, and on the first floor there is a bar. We were planning to go to bed at 10:00 - 11:00 pm, but fell asleep at 2:00 am when the music in the bar was turned off. The room description says it has a mountain view. What can I say? When I opened the curtains, I saw a roadway and a hill with trees. I didn't see any mountains.
