Lucy's Garden Hotel

Il personale era molto gentile e la struttura vicina al porto e alla zona del tramonto, anche se, con le mappe era difficile da trovare poiché veniva indicato di passare in mezzo ai sterrati. La colazione varia tra dolce e salato (consigliamo la smoothie bowl).

Dalle foto sembra un posto paradisiaco ma il punto debole della struttura è la poca pulizia e la cura del posto. Abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque, gli asciugamani non ci sono stati sostituiti ma ripiegati umidi sul letto ed in generale la camera era sporca e poco curata

Het ontbijt aan je terras. Ze kwamen langs om ontbijt op te nemen en dat was voor ons écht genieten. Locatie was ook prettig en rustig.

Solnedgang på stranden.

Manglede et køleskab. Stranden er ikke god til at snorkle eller bade. Kedelig morgenmad - på nær smoothie bowl.. Dårlige stole på terrassen.

Super Lage. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Ich habe für den Preis mehr erwartet. Kein Safe, keine kleinen Handtücher und kein Handtuch Wechsel während unseres Aufenthalts. Toilettenspülung war defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Überteuert, aber wohl normal für die Gilis.

-Tolle zentrale Lage nah am Meer und Restaurants -sehr leckeres Frühstück -nettes Personal -günstiger Fahrradverleih und tolle private Schnorcheltour, die wir direkt über das Hotel buchen konnten -schöne gepflegte Anlage, gemütlicher Bungalow Falls wir wieder nach Gili Air reisen würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen :)

Prachtige plek, fijne huisjes heerlijk zwembad. Super lief personeel die de lekkerste smoothie bowls maakt en zelfs pannenkoeken als ontbijt Voorde kids! Lopend naar het strand, aan het mooiste en leukste stukje van het eiland vinden wij. Echt geweldig genoten en raad deze plek iedereen aan!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y fuera de la zona de bullicio. El desayuno es muy completo y muy bueno.

El colchón era un poco menos cómodo que en el resto de alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Para nuestro parecer, la habitación doble superior es peor que la habitación doble estándar.

The most beautifull spot in Gili Air. Nice white beach and light blue water, good restaurants/shops, just perfect. Lucy's is just 50 mtr behind the main street and it just a green quiet oasis. Nice staff, good breakfast and pool, clean and spacious accommodation. Lovely place!

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è pulita e curata, con camere in stile isola, semplici ma accoglienti e in linea con l’atmosfera del luogo. La posizione è comodissima: si trova vicino a ristoranti, spa, spiagge. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di noleggiare direttamente in struttura scooter o biciclette. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Colazione poco varia e con una scelta piuttosto limitata. Piscina abbastanza piccola, quindi non particolarmente adatta a chi cerca uno spazio ampio per rilassarsi e nuotare.

La posizione

Il bungalow è spazioso ma con una struttura e arredi vecchi.

Se trata de un pequeño complejo a dos minutos caminando de la zona del atardecer. Muy bonito y acogedor. Estaba limpísimo y hacían la habitación todos los días. Por la noche vigilaban el recinto a todas horas. El personal muy amable. Repetiría y lo recomendaría.

Como persona que viaja sola, no negaré que el camino hacia el hotel durante poco menos de dos minutos me dio algo de miedo el primer día. Después te das cuenta de que no hay nada que temer.

L’isola è piccola e selvaggia, al nostro arrivo tra pecore, galline, vacche e addirittura un varano per strada, eravamo scettici sulla struttura che avremmo potuto trovare. Una volta arrivati ci siamo adattati perfettamente agli standard, la camera era pulita e ordinata, nessun cattivo odore. 50 metri dalla spiaggia e dai migliori locali, offre validi servizi come escursioni e noleggio bici. Due servizi fondamentali, personale presente a qualsiasi ora soprattutto! Colazione servita puntuale nel patio del bungalow, e anche molto buona.

De locatie was fijn! Het zwembad lekker. Het zag er leuk uit. Prima huisjes..

Het ontbijt was ok, mag iets uitgebreider qua keuze.

Great huts that’s are spacious with a nice bathroom. Nice pool. Breakfast is tasty with lots of options. Can hire bikes with them and get laundry done. Really friendly staff. Close to nice restaurants along the beachfront. 10 min walk from the harbour.

The WiFi didn’t work. And would be useful if there was a mini fridge in the room to keep waters etc cool.

Las habitaciones y el baño están muy bien , personal muy atento. Los desayunos están buenos.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ein kleines Paradies. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand und bei diversen schönen Restaurants. Fahrräder konnte man günstig und unkompliziert direkt in der Unterkunft mieten. Süsser Pool direkt vor der Haustüre. Turtle Beach mit dem Fahrrad je nach Route in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar, mit vielen Schildkröten die man beim Schnorcheln überall sehen kann. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Der Kühlschrank war so mittelmässig sauber

Nice bunglows with pool and friendly staff. We felt very welcomed and were sorry that we booked just for one day. Free coffee, tea and water all day long. Very good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

Goed ontbijt, perfecte locatie en geweldig personeel.

Fijne kleinschalige locatie! Centrale locatie waar je zo overal naar toe loopt. Familiebungalow prima voor 4 personen! Ruime badkamer. Leuk dat je zelf kunt kiezen waar je het ontbijt wilt hebben.

Location was great. I liked that they provided bicycle rentals and breakfast.

There was no safe box, I don’t know if they specify that in their page, maybe I didn’t read it. But there is always someone there so they see who comes in and out.

We booked late, so we couldn't get a beachfront hotel at a reasonable price. However, Lucy's Garden is only a 2-minute walk from the beach: what a relief! It's tucked away from the crowds and the noise. Best non-choice ever! :) ​We loved the decor, of course—we felt like we were in a movie! Even though the pool is small, it’s a great size. The nearby beaches are perfect for kids, being both shallow and beautiful. We also felt that despite Lonely Planet recommending the southeast, our southwest location was much better, offering everything from nicer restaurants to better beaches. The bathrooms were also clean, beautiful, and functional. ​The staff were incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. We loved Gili so much that we decided to extend our stay by one more night at the last minute. Since our original place wasn't available, they set us up in the villa next door with a mattress on the floor for the kids. It was absolutely perfect! The hotel is also very helpful and dedicated to booking snorkeling, boat tours, and all sorts of activities, all with direct pickup from your doorstep. ​By the way, the best thing you can do in Gili is to rent e-bikes and explore the whole island. I did it with my 4 and 6-year-old kids on my bike, and it was pure joy for all of us—a real activity in itself!

A few downsides: The pool has a sharp step inside, so I was constantly worried the kids might get hurt jumping in (thankfully, no one did!). Breakfast wasn't the best we've ever had, but the portions were decent. I wasn't expecting the 5 am call to prayer from the mosque to wake up the whole island... but I suppose that's the same everywhere you go. Last but not least, the mattress downstairs was terrible (you could feel the metal springs). Luckily, the upstairs bed was very comfortable. This actually suited us perfectly, as the stairs are more like a ladder and felt too risky for the kids to use, especially at night. That said, the perfect location and the absolute kindness of the host made us forget about all that!

The owner and staff are very nice and helpful . The location is near the beach.

Estuvimos en una cabaña de dos pisos y era preciosa. Hotel muy tranquilo y familiar con pocas cabañas alrededor de la piscina. El personal siempre pendiente de tus necesidades y ofrece todo tipo de servicios como alquiler de motos/bicis, excursiones o lavandería a buen precio. El desayuno increíble, puedes elegir entre varias opciones y te lo sirven en la cabaña o en las zonas comunes.

Todo perfecto! Está en segunda línea de mar pero muy cerca de todo caminando.

Well located among the trees close to the beach and many good restaurants and bars. Comfortable and spacious bungalow with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. The pool was nice too.

Un excellent hôtel sur Gili Air, bien positionné sur l'île et avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'établissement porte bien son nom, le cadre est verdoyant, agréable et reposant. L'équipe est sympa, souriante et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes, même spécifiques. Nous avons notamment apprécié la facilité pour louer des vélos directement à l'hôtel, pratique sur une île sans voiture ! Ce petit service fait toute la différence au quotidien. Autre point fort : les bâtiments en deuxième rangée offrent un vrai confort acoustique. On profite du calme sans être gêné par les bars en bord de plage le soir, idéal si vous venez pour vous reposer et décompresser.

L'hôtel est légèrement en retrait du port d'arrivée, comptez une dizaine de minutes à pied avec vos bagages, ce qui peut sembler long sous la chaleur de Gili Air. Rien de dramatique, mais mieux vaut le savoir à l'avance pour ne pas être surpris à l'arrivée. Prévoir un sac léger pour le trajet depuis le harbour, et rappel pour les non-initiés : aucun véhicule motorisé sur l'île, donc tout se fait à pied ou à vélo.

This is an absolutely superb hotel for the price. I’m not sure I could fault it at all. The staff are wonderful, breakfast is really really good, pool area is lovely too. The rooms are cleaned every day to an exceptionally high level. Overall I highly recommend it.

Personal sehr kurz angebunden, hatte das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein! Das kenne ich von Bali ansonsten garnicht bei allen anderen Hotels und Unterkünften. Zimmer war dunkel, Klimaanlage war immer kalt, egal was man einstellte. Schaben im Zimmer. Badezimmer massiv veraltet. Badetür nicht schließbar weil verzogen! Haustüre massiver Türspalt unten, somit auch Ungeziefer im Zimmer!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lucy’s Garden. The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the staff were wonderful, helpful, and made us all feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, the gardens were lovely, and the swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. There was also a great breakfast selection each morning. A peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily return

Lovely place in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean and spacious, and the beautiful garden and lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it!

Sehr freundliches Personal mit schönem Ambiente! wir haben einen leckeren Willkommens Drink bekommen:) Frühstück ist direkt am Bungalow möglich (wird gebracht). Das Frühstück war (Smoothiebowl und Porridge) sehr gut bis ok (Eier mit Toast). Sauberer Pool und man ist schnell am Strand.

Schnuckelige Anlage. Jedoch war unser erster Bungalow am Eingang und es wurden gerade Bauarbeiten im Nachbargrundstück durchgeführt und es war in der Nacht daher sehr laut aber als wir das dem Mitarbeiter mithalten, hat er sofort alles möglich gemacht und uns in einen anderen Bungalow umgebettet. Dann war der Lärm nicht mehr zu hören. Das war sehr schnell und nett reagiert.

Lucy’s Garden Hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, the huts are spacious and well kept and the beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows! We had originally planned to stay for 3 nights but after my Mum fell and broke her wrist on the first night, then had to be taken to Lombok for surgery, we extended to 5 nights. The staff were amazing - so accommodating and caring. When the accident happened, they took me and my mum to the medical centre and waited with us. Over the next couple of days, they checked in to see how she was doing and me and my sister felt so well looked after. On top of that, the breakfasts were amazing! We hope to return to Gili Air in the future and when we do, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you again!

The only thing would be the pathway to the hotel from the Main Street, this can be slippy after the rain!

Das Personal ist freundlich & auch hilfsbereit. Man kann vor Ort direkt Fahrräder ausleihen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut nur ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß und auch bis zu den ganzen Sunset Bars. Laundry vor Ort.

Sauberkeit war so naja - Handtücher waren dreckig und wurden auch nur nach doppelter Nachfrage getauscht. Laundry konnte man abgeben, war aber im Vergleich zu den anderen Kilo Preisen recht teuer. Das Frühstück war sehr wenig und kleine Portionen, außerdem auch nur okey.

Hele fijne accommodatie, rustig gelegen, maar dichtbij het strand, schoon en een heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keus. Ook het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We stayed here for five days, and the hotel is a peaceful and quiet oasis surrounded by greenery, with a fantastic and impeccably clean swimming pool. The room was very charming, cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily upon request. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help with anything, as well as offering excellent advice on snorkeling, bike or scooter rentals, and other useful tips for your holiday. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. It's also perfectly located within walking distance of the harbor, restaurants, bars, and a lovely massage center. We will miss Lucy's Garden and the beautiful island of Gili Air. ❤️

As I have a gluten intolerance, the breakfast options were unfortunately somewhat limited for me. However, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away where you can enjoy breakfast comfortably and at a very reasonable price. The Wi-Fi is not nearly as bad as some reviews suggest, but if you need it for work, you may experience some issues. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, and the road leading to the hotel became flooded, making it a bit difficult to get there without getting our feet wet. In the end, though, we were on holiday, and it turned out to be a fun part of the adventure as well. 😊

De locatie was wat verscholen achter het drukke gebied aan het strand. Hierdoor was het er vrij rustig. Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en maakten af en toe een praatje met je.

De koelkast sloeg soms aan wat nog wat geluid gaf. Dit is wel wat onhandig als je probeert te slapen. Zelf geen last van gehad vanwege oordoppen

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement, l’amabilité, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la piscine et l’eau à volonté. L’établissement est situé à 2/4 minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants et d’une petite supérette. Possibilité de louer un vélo sur place.

Rien, les moustiques 😅 je dirais, mais c’est la nature. J’ai même prolongé d’une nuit tellement je m’y suis sentie bien. Il manquait peut-être un grand miroir dans la dernière chambre que j’ai occupée, mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement à mon sens. Pas beaucoup de pression lorsqu'on tire la chasse d'eau des WC.

La zona è molto tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicina a tutti i servizi. Si trova a ovest quindi ottimo per vedere i tramonti. Bungalow pulito e accogliente, piscina molto bella e personale top, sempre attento e disponibile ad aiutare.

Unica pecca, si sente il muezin ma credo sia un problema comune a tutta l’isola. In ogni caso non è così forte da dare troppo fastidio

Een oase aan rust. Zeer schone locatie zowel het huisje als de omgeving. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij alles. Niets is te veel gevraagd. Fietsje huren op de locatie en het is de perfecte plek om het eiland te verkennen. Dikke 10+ beoordeling.

The pool and gardens were so beautiful and it was so quiet.

The showers were not draining and flooding our bathroom One of the huts smelt quite mouldy.
