No me gustó es que era bastante difícil de encontrar el alojamiento. No estaba muy limpio. Nos dejaron solo una toalla para cada uno. Almohadas incómodas. Definitivamente es un sitio para viajar con amigos o solo, en pareja no lo recomendaría. El desayuno el café estaba malísimo.

It was such a lovely experience sleeping outdoors surrounded by the sounds of nature. The bed was super comfortable, and there was a fan above the bed, which kept me nice and cool throughout the night. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

- pas assez de transat autour de la piscine donc je ne m’y suis pas baignée une seule fois. De plus ils sont sales. - piscine très sale - petit déjeuner pas à mon goût, donc je n’y ai pas déjeuner à part pour les jus de fruits frais - clim pas assez forte (il faisait chaud dans la chambre)( il y a des trous partout dans la chambre) - la moustiquaire était sale, il y avait des traces de sang dessus.

Todo es un paraíso por donde lo mires. La experiencia de dormir en las camas colgantes frente a la naturaleza y despertar con el sonido de la naturaleza es algo que no te puedes perder. Todo el personal es increíble, extremadamente atentos y amables. Me sentí como en un retiro, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Esta muy limpio.

Por poner una pega, el desayuno que entra tiene tres opciones pero son estilo “vegetarianas” y no de comida tipica o similar

It is gorgeous and in a good location. Very relaxed atmosphere. I got my laundry done quickly which was nice.

It is not very functional. I stayed in a dorm room and the beds are hanging from ropes. It is nauseating and annoying to sleep on because it constantly moves when you touch it. The ‘dorm room’ is literally just a bed, no sinks or privacy. If I wanted to change the construction workers across the way could see me unless I go downstairs to the bathrooms. If you do want to change in the bathroom there are no hooks in the showers or toilets. It is not a practical place to stay. I was glad I was only staying two days because I couldn’t cope with longer and so little privacy.

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour le jardin, qui était vraiment très beau. L’emplacement est très pratique, à 3 minutes de la plage. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation fonctionne bien (pour les chambres privées). Chaque lit dans le dortoir a un ventilateur, ce qui est très bien. Nous avons aimé que dans les chambres privées il y a plein de sachets de thé qu’on pouvait utiliser librement.

En comparant avec les prix des autres hôtels faits en Indonésie, nous avons pensé que c’était assez cher pour ce que c’était. Pour 2 personnes dans un dortoir de 20 lits, c’est 30€, ce qui est le prix d’une villa avec piscine privée à Bali. Pour une chambre privée c’est 50, c’est quasiment le double de ce qu’on a payé généralement pendant notre voyage. On connaissait les prix avant de venir, c’est certain, mais on s’attendait à un meilleur service une fois sur place. Ce qui nous a dérangé est le fait qu’un chat est rentré dans notre chambre (et est meme monté sur le lit) et personne ne nous a proposé de changer les draps ; ils se sont contentés de nous dire que le chat est vacciné. Le petit déjeuner est différent pour les villas (on a un peu plus de choix mais ce n’est quand meme pas très consistant), mais ce qu’on n’avait pas vu avant de réserver est le fait que toutes les options (meme pour le dîner) sont végétariennes. Un autre inconvénient est le fait que pour le service de laundry nous avons dû demander 2 fois s’ils sont surs qu’ils nous ont donné tous les vêtements, et, sans surprise, à chaque fois ils ont trouvé des vêtements pas rendus (initialement ils nous avaient donné 2kg de vêtements, contre 5kg à la fin). Aussi, il y avait plein de fourmis dans la salle de bain. Un autre point négatif (plutôt pour leur restaurant) a été le chocolat chaud instantané fait avec de l’eau, qu’on n’a meme pas pu boire mais qui a été facturé 37k (le prix d’un bon vrai café).

Le lit suspendu m’a bercé les 2 nuits. L’emplacement est bien central. Le personnel et les petits chats sont adorables. Le lieu est vraiment superbe! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour l’île! Adresse à garder pour un prochain séjour 😊

Prévoir un masque pour les yeux et des boules quies pour plus de confort car les chambres sont en extérieur. La pression de l’eau en soirée peut ne pas être suffisante et l’eau n’était pas chaude mais ça n’était pas dérangeant. Toutes les options pour le petit déjeuner sont avec de la coco ou cuisinés à l’huile de coco

Location is great. Pool area is so nice and clean and has a nice social vibe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and they offer free tea and pancakes sometimes which was very nice of them. My own fault for not researching but the dorms are in a bamboo treehouse which is so cool. However, there are mosquitos so make sure you have spray.

Sound and noise carries very easily so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs and be expected to be woken up throughout the night.

Staff is super nice and helpful to help with organizing tours or whatever, everything is always cleaned all the time, and the food is not bad (most things are vegan so plan accordingly)

the beds (suspended) were hard for me, kept getting sea sick at any movement. So if you're not used to motion, maybe upgrade to a room.

Très sincèrement tout ! L’harmonie du lieu, son calme, son personnel, l’entretien.

Le logement est tres bien placé, au bon endroit pour assister aux incroyables couchers de soleil. Le personnel est tres gentil et serviable. La villa est parfaite et tres joliment décorée.

Die Lage des Hostels war sehr gut! Wir waren in wenigen Minuten direkt am Strand und dem Meer. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Im Schlafsaal war Platz fürs Gebäck vorhanden und die Betten hatten einen Moskitonetz. Der Pool war sehr schön und sauber. Auch die Duschen und Toiletten waren gut.

Der Schlafsaal ist offen (ohne Wände), wodurch man den Gebetsruf regelmäßig hört.

Une expérience absolument exceptionnelle au Captain Coconuts ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et une gentillesse incroyable. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, conviviale et tellement agréable qu’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L’hôtel est magnifique, parfaitement intégré dans l’esprit tropical de Gili Air. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour reposant et dépaysant, dans un cadre plein de charme. La piscine est superbe, les espaces sont très agréables et l’atmosphère est tout simplement magique. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés. Si vous cherchez un petit coin de paradis à Gili Air, Captain Coconuts est clairement une adresse incontournable. Nous avons adoré chaque instant et nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Het huisje was prima maar voor de prijs wel wat sober. Maar het is Gili Air en hoogseizoen. Dus het zal een kwestie zijn van vraag en aanbod

Emplacement très bien situé , personnel super accueillant, piscine magnifique mais à 80% dans l’ombre . Les chambres sont spacieuse et joliment décoré mais un peu vétuste ça mérite un coup de rafraîchissements et le faite qu’il y a des fenêtres sur le toit fait que la chambre est totalement illuminé dès le lever du soleil et il y a par contre énormément de bruit car très mal insonorisé le matin et début d’après midi . Travailleur , air conditionné bruyant , bruit de tondeuse le matin bruit de tronçonneuse l’après-midi car juste derrière l’hôtel ils coupent des arbres . Prévoyez des boule quies et un masque de sommeil si le bruit et le luminosité vous dérange . Le petit déjeuner par contre n’est vraiment pas terrible , Sinon ils ont 3 fois par semaine des soirées film dans le jardin avec popcorn

Die direkte Lage zum Strand und der freundliche Service.

Die Zimmer waren nicht so sauber, das Bett war schon dreckig bei Ankunft, es wurde dann aber gleich frisch bezogen. Auch das Bad war sehr abgenutzt und dreckig. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so unser Geschmack.

Nos intentaron robar una bolsa entera de ropa, hemos tenido que ir nosotras corriendo a la lavandería y la tenían toda la ropa por el suelo y la bolsa que nos querían robar estaba apartada. No nos han querido ayudar en ningún momento, nos decían ir esa bolsa no se les había dado. Además había rajas en las habitaciones por las que entraban lagartos, cucarachas y se escuchaba todo de la calle, cada vez que pasaba alguien, caballos, motos… No lo recomendamos para nada.

Nos quedamos en un bungalow privado y era muy bonito, amplio y cómodo. La piscina y alrededores son muy bonitos también, muy tranquilo. Está muy cerca de la zona del atardecer, a un minuto andando. El personal fue muy amable, no pudimos desayunar dos días y como lo teníamos incluido nos prepararon fruta para llevar. El día que sí pudimos desayunar fue un buen desayuno.

Por poner algo los pufs de fuera están algo sucios, se pueden mejorar

Verständlicher Weise sind einige Sachen in die Jahre gekommen. Wäre cool wenn man in neue Poolliegen und neue Duschspender investieren würde. :)

- Piscine agréable - Chambre spacieuse et jolie - Jolis extérieurs - Personnel serviable - Ils nous ont permis de laisser nos bagages à la réception après le checkout - Emplacement idéal : assez proche du port, mais aussi du sunset, tout en étant un peu plus au calme qu’en bord de plage

- Absence d’eau chaude - Petit déjeuner un peu léger - Logement trop ombragé, dommage on n’a pas pu beaucoup des extérieurs avec l’ombre - Pas assez de transats / poufs

Schöne Anlage, gutes sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal, sehr chillig.Netter kleiner Pool. Nah zum Strand.

Einiges ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Einige Bohlen sind locker, das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung bekommen. Kaffee zum Frühstück gibt es nur als Nestlé Kaffee oder lombok Kaffee. Cappuccino kostet extra, dann nur mit Hafermilch oder Soja Milch, nicht unser Fall gewesen.

Super liebes Personal, Essen beim Hostel, inkludiertes Frühstück, toller Pool und super Lage. Super Ambiente im Dschungel-Baumhaus mit lieben Katzen!

Dadurch, dass das Dschungelbaumhaus keine Fenster und Türen hat, und alles offen ist, hört man das Beten der naheliegenden Moschee sehr laut - auch mitten in der Nacht. Weiters könnten die Duschen/Duschköpfe besser saniert werden.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Captain Coconuts. Un petit havre de paix tout en restant proche de la côte ouest et de la rue commerçante.

Zoals alle accomodatie op Gili is een rolkoffer niet handig, paardtaxi is dan wel handig.

La location è deliziosa! La camera spaziosa e noi avevamo una pianta di cocco nel bagno! A colazione c'è la sceltra fra 3/4 cose, ma tutte buonissime. Turtle point è dalla parte opposta dell'isola: se volete andarci, noleggiate uno scooter elettrico e vi divertirete!

Loved the pool area, breakfast wrap, and the way the beds are set up outside but with good mosquito nets, it felt very peaceful and I loved waking up to the outside world. I really enjoyed this aspect!

Le lieu est très paisible, Les lits suspendus très confortable, Le personnel très accueillant, Pour le prix c’est un sans faute. (Attention vous êtes systématique réveillé à 5h lors de l’appel à la prière)

The location is convenient, but honestly there's nowhere that bad on the whole island. The pool facility is very nice also.

The shower facilities were very poor, with very low pressure, and water shooting in single streams in all directions from an overhead spot that couldn't be adjusted. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the lack of security in the dorm room and the room is accessible to anyone on the island, as there are no door to unlock just a curtain to push aside. The lack of walls in the room meant we could hear club music from the beach until 2am and were also awoken by the dawn prayer from the mosque at 5am. Although we knew the beds were swinging hammock style, it did take some adjusting and can be quite nauseating especially if you'd had a bit to drink or have bali belly.

Floating hanging beds with gorgeous nets, big space for things with a socket inside that you can lock with things charging there. Staff was great, bike rent possible, free water refills, good breakfast choices, pool that's actually swimmable and has a deep spot.

The showers needs cleaning badly, no hooks for towels nor shelves to out your toiletries on. Some toilet lids or buttons were missing.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo (tiene piscina, bar donde poder hacer todas las comidas, en la recepción puedes reservar excursiones, hacen cine de verano en el jardín…). Yo me hospedé en la habitación compartida y las camas son cómodas. Los baños correctos pero tampoco son muy cómodos. Está a 3 minutos andando de la playa.

Creo que se debería avisar que tienen gatos que se pasean libremente por el hotel por si no te gustan o eres alérgica (como es mi caso)

Ich fand es war ein schöne und ganz andere Erfahrung. Ich finde man muss dort mal gewesen sein. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit, dass habe ich selten gesehen. Mir wurde bei jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen (Schloss aufgebrochen, weil ich den Schlüssel vergessen habe etc.) Ich habe mich bestimmt mehrere Stunden mit dem Personal unterhalten. Sie sind so liebevolle Personen.

Some recommendations: In the bathroom: Add hooks inside the bathroom/ showers for clothes and towel Add some kind of bath rack to put the shampoo Add toilet brush, that way the toilets will be much cleaner In the rooms: some of the nets have wholes and there were some mosquitos/ ants so check which ones to replace

Unbelievably beautiful place, and also affordable, they have a wonderful dorm like no other. Everybody is really nice. Hope to come back soon

Friendly staff

Plenty but plenty of cats, poor shower (or water in general), fan was not working well, the curtains have holes so mosquitos go into the bed, breakfast is not good ( I just chose breakfast the 1st day, pancake: it was hard w/frozen berries in a kind of jam, no taste at all)

We loved the space, the vibes, and the comfy beds. Location was super convenient. Staff was helpful. Really helped us embrace the Gili Air ethos!

We struggled with limited breakfast options for our kids but we figured out how to make it work.

Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Das Personal hat ungefragt die Telefonnummer einer jungen Frau an einen fremden Mann weitergegeben . Das hat mich sehr beneidet und als ich die jungen Frau darin unterstützt habe sich zu beschweren habe sie es bestätigt die Nummer rausgegeben zu haben waren danach aber sehr ungehalten . Ich bin viele Jahre sehr gerne her gekommen werde aber noch der Erfahrung nicht wieder kommen . Und werde alleinerziehende Frauen in Zukunft davon Abraten.

Petit havre de paix proche de la plage côté Sunset. Nombreux restos et bars à proximité. J’étais dans les dortoirs qui est dans une grande structure en bois donc pas de rideau. Placards disponibles. Votre lit est refait tous les jours. Les espaces extérieurs et la Piscine sont top. Equipe très sympathique. Possibilité de manger sur place et réserver un velo. Quelques fois pas d’eau chaude dans la douche.

Goed ontbijt, fijn zwembad, rustige sfeer. Ze organiseren tours en boottickets, ook movie nights en 'tea time'.

De doorloop in de slaapzaal is best small, dus als iemand zijn kastje met spullen open heeft staan, kun je er niet langslopen. Houd rekening mee dat het hostel dicht bij een moskee zit, waardoor je nog wel eens wakker kan worden gemaakt door het gebed. Ook zijn de wiebelende bedden even wennen. LET OP: de snorkeltour heeft ook een stop bij een 'schildpadden rehabilitation center', hier kun je tegen betaling een baby schilpad vrijlaten, doe dit alsjeblieft niet..

Nachbarhaus wird umgebaut. Den ganzen Tag nervtötendes schleifen einer Maschine. Lange Haaren waschen sehr schwierig da kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden war. Endabrechnung war unschön. Auf einmal gab es einen Zuschlag wegen Hafermilch der nirgendwo erwähnt wurde. Service Zuschlag. Das ist ggf Usus auf Gili Air. Es sollte aber klar gekennzeichnet sein. Es gibt auch Reisende die mit einem Budget rechnen müssen…

It was in a great location! The staff were all so kind, welcoming and helpful always. The whole property was beautiful and facilities were even better then expected
