Breakfast was great, very good selection. Beds very cozy, small back garden which was nice. Cinema and kids club were nice to have to entertain kids for a couple of hours in the evening
Nice to have use of the hotel facilities when staying in the lodges.
Lodge was way to warm, residents next door very load at night. Swimming pool changing rooms were not very clean.
Beautiful rental so comfortable
Couches in living area cud do with new ones only sits 4 but 8 of us in the apt so cud not all sit relax watch tv
Great size of rooms. Lovely garden area. Parking.
Thousands of tiny flies in the room (I had left the bedroom window open because of the heat and the farm behind).
I think yous very so understaffed, the staff that where there was so good and helpful I just think they were so over worked would of helped with more people on board
A lot of stuff I asked for at the bar didn’t have very poor service and not on the staff A lot of things I asked for wasn’t available especially wine I wanted a Sauvignon blanc was told I need to buy a bottle which I was willing to pay for and the staff couldn’t find it that I waited 20 mins at another bar the fella was so busy he was willing to help but hadn’t got time over all such a bad experience
The rooms were spacious and the layout of the townhouse were great.
The locks were rusty. Also, the squeezy bottles containing handwash in the basins and bodywash in the showers are not hygienic as one needed to use both hands to squeeze out the soap. A pump or bottles with sensors would be better.
We stayed in one of the houses. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen and dining area were jaded. They definitely need updating.
10of 10
The price of it to expensive for 2 nights
The accommodation was fabulous, very clean and warm .
Houses could do with a better cleaning
Could be upgraded abit
Very comfortable, Kieran the bar man was absolutely fantastic friendly helpful guy
Some off the staff were extremely rude especially Friday nights staff
Staff were beyond rude. Service in the bar was shocking. Food was either undercooked or reheated.
The staff was helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable
Liked that all bedrooms were ensuite. Loved the quality of the mattresses.
Our car, parked outside the house, was rammed during the night. No fault of the hotel, but very upsetting.
Great location close to Trim town centre. The pool, sauna and spa were brilliant. Will definitely stay again.
Nothing
There were lots of beds
No info given on arrival, had to ask about facilities. Went to the restaurant for dinner but food took too long and was not an enjoyable experience.
We stayed in one of the houses, this was our second time. They are really clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Everything. We've stayed in these houses numerous times and find them to be excellent. Many family memories and happy occasions have been in the courtyard houses.
Nothing. Everything is excellent
Muy espacioso con baño tres baños completos en suite
Comfortable rooms. Clean
We were attending a wedding. A few of the guests were overcharged at ba
Loved the size of the accommodation as it is very difficult to find a place for 6 people to stay comfortably. Restaurant was great!
Nothing
A really spacious house with fabulous facilities
Facil acesso, cidade bonita, bom atendimento, excelente experiência
Apenas da distancia da capital
The kids loved the pool. Was brilliant to be able to take the resteraunt food bavk to room so we don't need to bring young kids to busy resteraunt.
House temp was very high and made sleeping difficult.
La piscine La salle de sport Le personnel compétent et qui parle français Les chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain
Table petite pour 9 et que 6 chaises (obligé de prendre les chaises et la table de dehors)
Fantastic stayed here with my family in one of the courtyard accommodation very clean and comfy definitely would stay again staff were lovely also 😊
Good location and use of pool facilities was great
Didn’t have basic self catering equipment, wasn’t wheelchair accessible as described, no disabled parking, dishwasher was foul, kitchen drains smelt very bad, missing furniture, noise of music and people talking in the early hours disturbed our sleep. Went to reception about our issues, no reply from management!
Plenty of space Close to attractions Nice area Facilities on site
Not enough seating in the living area Early hours beeping from lorry Childern hours for liesure facilities weren't well defined before stay No dish cloth available Some of locks on doors hard for young childern to operate D/S toilet lock on outside of door ??
Load# of room in the house, very clean, good parking
Nothing
House was absolutely perfect for our situation, 3 couples attending a wedding in a nearby hotel The bedrooms were ample size with plenty of storage. Having each bedroom be ensuite was great also! To be able to utilise the pool and sauna facilities in the hotel was an added bonus!
One of the bedrooms had two twin beds, while one upstairs had two double beds, would just think it would make sense to have a double bed in each room!
Good location and large unit with lots of room for a family. Had all the needed appliances.
Unit could have been cleaner. ADHD bathroom on main floor had strange placement of sink. Dining room couldn’t sell us just coffee in the morning with cash payment. They wanted us to work with the front desk to pay and have it applied to our room.
The property had great facilities two fabulous restaurants. Staff were very helpful and restaurant was very very convenient after full day excursions. We had the townhouse, which was just perfect for our needs. Will definitely stay here again .
Absolutely brilliant, lovely hotel, we stayed in one of the apartments and it couldn’t have been better, the facilities were top notch, my granddaughter loved the pool and used it nearly every day. The terrace overlooking the golf course was great place to end the day with a drink.
Nothing everything was good
Great staff Great service. Restaurant was excellent & the pool was very relaxing
We had a warm welcome on arrival. The house we stayed in had oodles of space for our family. The houses have everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The houses are spotless, the beds are so comfortable, and having access to the pool, the restaurants is fantastic. The live music was fantastic too. Michelle at reception especially was so friendly and helpful. She's a credit to the hotel.
Our heating went in the sitting room. But it was looked at and quickly sorted.
Staff are lovely
Plenty of room for group of 7 friends, house was spotlessly clean and had everything we required.
Nothing
Myself and family have been staying in knightsbrook self catering accomadation for 15 years.. staff are always very present. Came across Conrad and Keeran bithe extremely helpful and friendly.
Prices in the terrace lounge are shocking. A scone cost E9 and a sandwich was E15 that's without tea/coffee. The menu is very limited compared to previous times we have visited.. Decided to eat down town brekki in Mo's full irish less than E10. Brogans for dinner fantastic food and service .
Very little ... Location to emerald park
House was not ready to 17.45 No heating on in house .. Rang three times and at mid night the house got warm ... No entertainment what so ever for children even do i was told before booking there would be kids disco as it was mid term but that was only but kids could use leisure pool ..... No bar as leak in roof for whole weekend .... No table to sit in dining room for drink So we had to sit in lobby for drink ... Beyond not happy and very disappointed... Did speak to manager but might as well been talking to the wall to bar manager bauld man red hair face manager ... Sorry did not get him name House old and dated ....
Accomodation was lovely, great space for number of friends. It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Spa facilities are poor and expensive. Pool and jacuzzi area were for guests and public on Saturday which meant crowded and very noisy. Not very relaxing.
The guest house was roomy and having 3.5 baths was an unexpected bonus.
While the guesthouse was definitely very clean and comfortable, it is dated. Also, the kitchen, while mostly well equipped, there was no wine/bottle opener and the fireplace wasn’t operational.
We had 3 houses, they were extremely comfy, we had dinner in the hotel .
Self catering houses were great. The size and location was good.
Very late check in at 4pm and ridiculously early check out at 10 am especially considering there was nothing to do for families.
It was spotlessly clean.
The decor was a little dated and tired.
Location. Breakfast was good. Gym and spa area good with friendly staff.
Boiler in bedroom at 26 degrees so unable to sleep. Many requests to reception resulted (after some time) in cleaner turning off the boiler. Stay was for 3 nights in house. 2 nights were not satisfactory because of heat. Manager was meant to call the following week to discuss compensation for ruined stay. This did not happen. We were a group of 7 (3 stayed in junior suite which was good) - 4 staying in house was a disaster. Lack of customer service and interest. They just didn’t care. We booked this hotel for last 3 days of a 15 day holiday. Cork and Mayo stays were wonderful - this hotel should not have a four star rating. Very disappointed.
Good location. Spacious
Decor old style. Rooms very warm.
We loved the location and the accessibility to using the main hotel facilities
The accommodation is in need of updating. I would recommend sofas large enough to sit 9 people and enough cutlery and dining chairs.
The environment was nice
No air-conditioned in room Too hot Check out is too early, and check in time is too late
The houses were very clean , great space and great kitted out especially the kitchens .
More mugs !!
The staff need to be better trained, had spoken with a member of staff about one of our party. Then another member of staff who said they were manager of that area , told my group the member of my party who I had spoke to the other member of staff had to leave that area, when am group tried to explain this person keep saying I am the manager they have to go. They didn't speak to their staff at all , late they sent a non-apology apology. I am still waiting to hear for the hotel manager that was 4 days ago..
Self catering units perfect for a family group.
Courtyard accommodation brilliant.
The 3 town houses were perfect for what we wanted, family of 22. We all had our own room with en-suite. Walking distance to hotel were your free to use facilities.
The houses were very dated and dirty. Had to constantly get our keys recoded for the door.
The heat system was stuck on high and the temperature was very very warm in the flat. We had to leave all the windows open constantly. When we asked for assistance, they sent a person to help, but the person was not able to fix the issue while we were there. We received a call later and told to close all the valves on all the radiant heaters, however, the heat seemed to be emanating from the floor still. So, we left the windows open and did our best to not sweat too much while in the flat. It was uncomfortable.
Stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouse, very spacious rooms and overall a lovey place to stay as base.
Nothing
Hotel courtyard house was lovely & warm, 5 adults stayed & all delighted with facilities, will be recommending a stay here to people. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. We had a cousin reunion & sat night dinner in the golf club was excellent.
Enjoyed everything.
