Location was good; close to the Sutera harbour. The beds were comfortable and very large. The room was well equipped.

Second time here but still facing the same problem. Bed bugs

The unit is as advertised. I will definetly book same unit next time if its available. The space is big and cosy and also clean.

During our stay we hear a fights outside the unit maybe one level upper. Somehow we fell insecure to go out. But then we go out together so it feels more secure. Some of the lights on the hallways not lighted.

Beds relatively comfy. Pool was decent, location ok. Pool was nice.

Overpriced. Whole place stank of sewage!! Both the shower gel and shampoo were washing up liquid I’m sure of it. No tea or coffee. They have tried to do everything as cheaply as possible and it shows. Tv didn’t work, had to call someone out. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom and place wasn’t super clean.

Check-in instructions that easy to follow, travel brochure shared by the owner, strategic location, clean and spacious room.

The house, the staff. Facilities inside the house. All complete! Very recommended! The staff was so friendly. Will repeat.

Not a lot really

The apartment was like a dungeon, only one window in the whole apartment and that was in the main bedroom and faced a blank concrete wall. No windows in the kitchen, living room or small bedroom. And the small bedroom had only one power point which was inaccessible because the bed blocked it off, move the bed and the door wouldn't open or close. And only two power points in the kitchen. The very small fridge took one, so constantly having to plug in the different appliances, all with short cords, one by one into the other one - very inconvenient. Air conditioner in the main bedroom very noisy, and again, the only power point is by the door, in completely the wrong place for a bedside light. All in all, a very poorly designed apartment.

Stanza bella e completa. Self check in semplice. Comunicazione con la proprietà semplice. Parcheggio sotterraneo comodo ed economico. Molto vicino all'aeroporto, in 10 minuti scarsi lo si raggiunge.

Indicazioni non molto chiare, sono da migliorare. Frigorifero non funzionante. Una solo tessera a disposizione, quindi ogni volta che si esce si stacca la corrente e quindi anche il condizionatore, al rientro in camera ci si ritrova in un forno. La struttura dovrebbe essere nuova ma in realtà si vedono già i segni di usura: mobili scheggiati e calcare nero all'interno della doccia.

Property clean and comfort to stay. All complete with microwave, hot water, iron and hair dryer and all ammenities

Location was good. Price is affordable. Check in process was smooth.

Facility is not well maintained and a bit run down. Our unit - B-2-11 was not well maintained. Despite having all the basic necessities, the aircond in the main bed room is does not work and the bathroom sink leaked!

We did not like anything at all.

Firstly the mail box does not lock the key press left open with code on display,for anyone e to take keys, no wifi,no tv,smell of sewage in bathroom,mould on sealant around sink,damp signs on walls and ceiling,went on line you don't show this apartment on your site I wonder why,

Location is reasonably good, with a large shopping centre opposite the road and about 2km from city centre & coast line, it is a reasonable place to explore KK by foot. Beddings are clean, has everything you usually need for a hotel room.

Needs serious maintenance. Lots of the details are very poorly maintained, like wallpapers. Also don’t be surprised if your “fridge” didn’t work because it is not a fridge, but a “chiller” as I was told. In reality it did nothing, food in it was at room temperature. WiFi is a bit unstable.

The room was spacious enough. Offered basic amenities. Near malls. Near the airport.

The room was extremely hot, not as clean as expected and very noisy (near the airport and a big street).

The washroom too close to bed.

House is clean and comfortable. Good fascilities - kitchen, washing machine and wifi.

i think about the remote tv was so hard , the internet , cause we want to spend time watch tv , watch movie but the internet loading but its okay overall the place was so amazing

La chambre était propre, à proximité de commerce. Les échanges via whatsapp sont vraiment facilitants, c’est agréable !

The tv doesnt have channel. Already contact the owner, but no maintenance come to fix it. Very disappointed.

这个地方位置不错的，楼下很多吃的很方便，打车也很方便，整体上也挺干净

床太软了，然后已经位置靠窗，旁边就是大街，晚上亚庇好多机车，所以好吵……………我真的很讨厌隔音差

Cozy bedroom. Away from crowded place. Soundproof. Feel secure for the safety. The nearest with convenient store & restaurants. Nice place to stay for honeymoon or anniversary celebration.

Nothing I didn't like. But need improvement. Such as Tv needs a nice channels for us to watch. Need proper channel for us to search other than googles.

Self check- in fungoval dobře, pokoj měl vše, co jsme potřebovali na pár dní pobytu, byl dobře klimatizovaný. Kolem četné možnosti stravování.

the toilet had a weird smell

1, Speedy replies from hosts when I had a question. 2. The view of the city and Mt Kinabalu 3. The wifi was fast and I was able to do a lot of work with ease 4. Spaciousness of the apartment

This is not the fault of Homestay, but: construction noises were loud. And as a foreigner, it was hard to get used to the call to prayer so early in the morning. Again, not your fault.

Needs improvement especially the water drain in the bathroom is clogged, the air conditioner in the main room is not cold and the code lock system is not working.

The admin was very awful, we didn't have the parking lot as per booking package because there was already a car parked in our lot, the kitchen sink was smelly, next we won't choose this booking
