No elevator so heavy climb with heavy suitcase. Dated rooms. Light in shower room 24 not working . Breakfast average. All from packages.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel is easy to get to by bus. The value is very good. Its a quiet area, not much to offer. The hotel is a little old, but they keep it clean. I only wish I tried the chinese restaurant down stairs, it smelled good.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I wanted budget accommodation with a comfortable bed, a private ensuite and a hot shower, and I feel I got what I paid for. Everything was good. If you want fancier you pay more, simple as. We had a welcomed fan in the room. Duvets were supplied if we needed them, but didn't. The bus stop is just outside the door with very frequent buses. We stopped off at Lidl on our way to Lucern in the mornings, to pick up some yummy bakery goods and the nicest coffee.
While the Chinese kitchen is open you can get the waft if you open your window, but we were usually out and about until after the kitchen closed, so only experienced this once in our 3 night stay. I would stay here again if the price is right for my budget.

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas bien et il y avait une odeur de cuisine (chinoise) dans le corridor et la chambre. La fenêtre était côté route, on ne pouvait donc pas ouvrir la fenêtre pendant la nuit à cause du bruit de circulation.

De weg langs het hotel is vrij druk, waardoor verkeersgeluiden in de kamer goed te horen zijn wanneer de ramen open staan.

Bučno je. Prilikom rezervacije doručak je bio uključen u cenu ali prilikom dolaska nam je rečeno da nije uključen i tražili su nam doplatu od 15 chf po čoveku. Peškiri su veoma stari i strošeni od korišćenja.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Einzelzimmer recht spartanisch ausgestattet, die Möbel nicht mehr ganz neu.

De kamer was kaal en ongezellig. 2 bedden, zelf op te maken. Fauteuil te vies om in te gaan zitten. Gordijn hangt los van de haken, lampenkap scheef op de lamp. Ondefinieerbare vlekken overal. Een deceptie, zelfs als overnachtingshotel op terugreis van vakantie.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Que queda a 10 minutos del centro de Lucerna no cual es genial y que tiene cerca el lago donde en verano podes ingresar gratis, es hermosisimo ese lugar y no tiene desperdicio.
No tiene aire acondicionado, las cortinas estaban un poco rotas y las fotos presentadas no estan muy actualizadas. Sin embargo para una estadía corta es muy práctica

Freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Service im Hotel und im zugehörigen China-Restaurant Gastfreundschaft, wie man sie sich wünscht!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, szukałem noclegu w niskiej cenie więc to co mi się trafiło tutaj jest ponad tą cenę , czysto , przyjemnie , śniadanie było w czym wybrać więc dla mnie do polecenia jeśli ktoś nie szuka luksusowego apartamentu, poza tym powiedziałem że mam rower ze sobą Pani z recepcji zaproponowała schowek gdzie mogłem zostawić więc to dla mnie też na plus bo to było prywatne pomieszczenie

The room did not have good air circulation. The fan provided was too small & the tower fan provided, did not have a strong blower. Also, there is no elevator in the property, so for senior citizens it is an onerous task either to go up or down, especially with any luggage. The furnishings are definitely done their time and need a makeover.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Good location for Lucern visits. only 15min with the public bus (right in front of the Hotel) to the city center. Ticket machine at the bus stop, even accepting cards. Good value for money, nice hosts, good breakfast buffet. Room very clean.
If you do have a room to the street front, expect some noise from the traffic (does tone down later in the night)

Veel te warm, niet kunnen slapen ondanks twee ventilatoren. Maar door die ventilatoren waren alle stopcontacten in gebruik en moesten we de telefoon om de beurt opladen in badkamer. De douche was een fiasco, gevoelige kraan en een hendel waar je steeds tegen aan stootte zodat de kraan weer uit ging. Zeil dat steeds aan je lijf blijft kleven. Ontbijt was summier. Hele kleine broodjes en weinig keuze aan beleg

Sadly the pictures from the web page are very out of date so it was not what i was expecting the room we had was more basic than shown. Which was a disapointed on arrival. But it was clean just a bit more dated than shown. It was fine as it was just one night with myself and my teenage son.

Surprise de decouvrir que l'hotel a 1 restaurant chinois. Pas d'odeur dans les chambres. Je pensais que l'hotel etait au bord du lac car ca parlait de pret de serviettes et transat.

Es riecht im ganzen Haus nach Essen, somit auch im Zimmer. Schmutzige Dusche, die Wände schmutzig und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Tote Fliegen, Mücken etc. an den Wänden. Die Bettdecke musste ich allein beziehen. Sehr hellhörig und die Handtücher so dünn, dass man fast durchgucken konnte. Die Schranktür ist locker und alles in allem viel zu hochpreisig für eine Übernachtung!

No air con. Unbearably hot with small fan provided. TV didn’t work. Tatty decor. Location was on a busy main road in urban sprawl of Lucerne. Chinese restaurant on site so captive audience and paid an exorbitant amount for an average meal (£120 for 2 people just main course and 2 drinks)!!!

Albergo inadeguato alla tariffa richiesta, troppo esosa per quello che offre! No ascensore, non aria condizionata, struttura da rinnovare, mobilio d'altri tempi... Rapporto qualità/prezzo non congruo. Peccato, perché sarebbe un buon posto.

De kamer kon onvoldoende verduisterd worden. De gordijnen waren te kort voor het venster.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026I liked that it was a restaurant as well so I didn't have to go far. Location was okay. Not far from the main city centre. Staff lent me a travel adaptor with a small deposit of any currency which was great
No lift access to go to the rooms. I was only on level 1 and it was challenging to carry my suitcase. No airconditioning. In the bathroom there's a huge step to go into the shower which will be difficult for less mobile customers.
