Good location with plenty of parking space. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Quiet area, with a bus stop just a few minutes' walk from the hostel. Clean bed linen and pillow.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, although it was clean. The lockers in the room need an upgrade.

There was nothing particularly outstanding, but the location was reasonably convenient and the hostel provided the basic necessities for a short stay.

The hostel was quite noisy, and the soundproofing was poor, so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room and some of the facilities did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly, and the overall facilities were rather basic and could be improved. I also felt that some essential amenities were lacking.

Il sistema di chiusura degli armadi con la moneta svizzera, se devi andare via presto e non hai una moneta sei costretto a restituirla all'ostello la sera prima e lasciare quindi le tue cose "incustodite" non ho avuto nessun problema ovviamente,ma non si sa mai e non è il massimo avrei preferito altri sistemi Avrei voluto ci fosse stato anche solo un phon a muro nella zona docce per asciugare i capelli che chi viaggia con lo zaino non se lo porta tendenzialmente

Large dorm had high roof and plenty of space. 5 minute walk from large lake for running. Good bus connectoon. 10min walk to super market. Can walk through back streats to lake in about 20 minutes.

Basic kitchen, just microwave and kettle. Went into town to do laundary. I knew all this before booking. So fine.

Een stabiele jeugdherberg. Het was goed gelegen op wandelafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt was zeer goed met lokale producten.

Het was een ruime kamer waar we met zeer veel mensen zaten. Omdat er geen airco was, was het zeer warm. De douches waren niet zo hygiënisch.

Location is good because the hostel offers a free bus pass so it makes very convenient to get to the centre. Staff were helpful. There was a nice quiet area which I liked, as in general the hostel is very busy with lots of people.

The bed sheets were very very old in my opinion 😭 And there was no lock for the shower room which I found very strange.

Nada, todo fatal, sucio, nada de acogedor, ducha pequeña con cortina. No repetiría en absoluto. Para colmo fuimos a las 11 y no nos hicieron ni el chekin, aunque no dejáramos maletas. Tuvimos que volver con lo malo que tiene el acceso. De acuerdo que es un albergue, pero ni siendo baratísimo, que no es el caso, lo recomiendo.

Breakfast was good and included. Dinner was also good and affordable. They have luggage storage.

It felt like a dorm. If you pay for dinner but you can’t make it in time (only 1.5 hours window) you loose the money, they won’t revert the payment even with notification two days in advance.

The great free breakfast has boiled eggs, cheese, different yogurts, lunch meat slices, and bread.

The location is quite far away from city center. Basically need to take bus to get there and then it’s a 5 min walk to bus stop. Bus comes like 20 ish minutes. I stayed in the 20 bed shared dorm. No elevator. It was quite noisy with people checking in random times in the middle of night and turning on lights.

Für eine Nacht völlig ok, Jugendherberge halt. Schön ist es das es außerhalb des Zimmers tolle Aufenthaltsräume gibt zum Essen, Arbeiten, Entspannen. Die Lage ist auch gut und die nächste Bushaltestelle 300m entfernt, 2km zu Fuß ins Zentrum und 200m zum Rotsee.

Sonst klassisch Stockbettten, viele Menschen auf engem Raum, Etagen Dusche/WC die nicht so sauber waren. Schwierig ist die parksituation, für Gäste 10CHF pro Nacht empfinde ich eher als unangemessen. Auch 65CHF bzw. mit Parkgebühr 75CHF für eine Nacht im geteilten Zimmer mit EtagenWC und Dusche und ziemlichem Lärmpegel im Haus (verständlich durch die ganzen Falilien) finde ich zu viel.

I had a good stay. Clean facilities, good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Fast WiFi. A short walk from the city centre and a bus ticket is provided too.

Unfortunately, it was quite loud with the room facing a busy road. There are no lockers in the room unfortunately.

Great breakfast. Free soap for showering. Clean bathroom/shower but with only curtains and its almost for 15 to 20 peoples

There was only one young female nice and friendly worker there. She was very kind.

Filthy dusty place The whole hostel was infested with mosquitoes. The manager is not a professional. The question is, how did he become a manager? Unfortunately, there are many individuals from outside the country who are allowed to play the role of manager in Switzerland despite lacking any competence. I had to rent my towel for 3 Swiss francs and the incompetent manager told me “this is Switzerland”. I lived in Switzerland long before this fake manager knew how to spell "Switzerland."

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte insieme a due amiche e l’esperienza è stata pessima. Avevo effettuato regolarmente il check-in online richiesto tramite la mail della struttura, che al termine risultava completato con successo. Non avevamo però ricevuto alcuna informazione sulle modalità di accesso. Siamo quindi arrivate dopo cena pensando di poter entrare, ma abbiamo trovato la struttura chiusa e sulla porta era indicato che il check-in era possibile solo fino alle 19:00, informazione che non ci era stata comunicata. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza indicato sulla porta, teoricamente disponibile 24/7, ma non ha risposto nessuno. Siamo riuscite a contattare la struttura solo chiamando il numero trovato su Google. Inizialmente non volevano nemmeno farci entrare, poi, dopo diverse richieste, ci hanno consentito l’accesso con un atteggiamento estremamente sgarbato e poco disponibile. Avevo prenotato una camera femminile da quattro posti, ma nella stanza assegnata erano già presenti due ragazzi. Abbiamo cercato di risolvere civilmente la situazione, finché è intervenuto quello che ci è stato presentato come il responsabile che senza nemmeno guardarci in faccia, ci ha detto: “La camera è quella, se non vi va bene potete andarvene”. Un comportamento, a mio avviso, assolutamente inaccettabile. Fortunatamente, l’altro ragazzo si è dimostrato disponibile e ha trovato una soluzione, spostando uno dei due ospiti e permettendoci di avere una sistemazione. Anche il resto del soggiorno è stato negativo: struttura non particolarmente pulita, rumori e schiamazzi per tutta la notte. Siamo tre ragazze giovani, educate e soprattutto munite di una prenotazione che specificava chiaramente la tipologia di camera richiesta. Ritengo quindi che avremmo avuto diritto a un minimo di rispetto, cortesia e disponibilità nel cercare di risolvere il problema. Gli errori possono capitare, ma arroganza, maleducazione e totale mancanza di rispetto sono ingiustificabili.

Staff is rude, especially middle aged man at reception , he is simply rude and condescending , it felt like he is annoyed with every question or request you have . women toilets is twice less than men!!!!

Todas las intalaciones són muy buenas, tanto la sala de estar como el resto, tienen casilleros dónde puedes dejar las maletas seguras y una nevera que también tiene seguro para tis cosas.

Para hacer el check-in en habitaciones compartidas solo lo puedes hacer de 16 a 21. Es muy poco tiempo y muy tarde. Y tienes que dejar la habitación antes de las 10, para mi no es lógico.

El desayuno fue super completo. Fue mi primera experiencia que tuve en un Hostel y fue muy buena.

La struttura è il classico ostello della gioventù, con camere condivise. È stata molto apprezzata la colazione, con una buona varietà di prodotti segnalando quelli vegani e quelli tipici svizzeri e un ottimo caffè. Per ogni piano c'è un buon numero di docce e servizi igienici, in condivisione con tutti gli altri ospiti, e generalmente pulite. Le camere sono essenziali, con letti a castello in legno che fortunatamente non fanno rumore e armadietti che funzionano attraverso l'inserimento di una moneta. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e formato da ragazze giovani con conoscenza di molte lingue ed è possibile effettuare delle attività nella struttura, come usufruire di un bar, giocare a biliardo o stare nella parte esterna, dove ci sono tavoli e sedie.

I letti scelti per le camere sono molto essenziali, essendo i tipici letti a castello, per cui non c'è alcuna privacy con i propri compagni di stanza. Inoltre non c'era alcun tipo di ventilatore o aria condizionata, ma la temperatura interna della stanza era dipendente da una singola finestra aperta. La posizione è lontana rispetto al centro città e alla stazione, anche se con l'autobus (gratuito con la visitor card) è facilmente raggiungibile. Infine, avendo già un costo elevato rispetto al prodotto, è stato un peccato vedere che le attività interne sono a pagamento (come 5 franchi, se non ricordo male, per utilizzare il biliardo).

Bardzo dużo miejsc, w których można było spędzać czas poza pokojem. Dostępna była mikrofalówka, czajnik, talerze, miski, kubki. Na miejscu był sklepik, w którym były przekąski itp. Ogromnym plusem było także śniadanie wliczone w cenę noclegu. Pomimo pokoju 20-osobowego każdy miał swój kąt, w pokoju dostępne były szafki, które były zamykane na kluczyk. A przy każdym łóżku był kontakt.

Prysznice nie były zamykane na klucz, na jeden pokój 20-osobowy dostępne były tylko dwa prysznice.

No es un Hostel es un Albergue Juvenil El recepcionista poco colaborador. No aconsejo para parejas camas separadas baños fuera de la habitación. Limpieza justillo. Calidad preciouy caro 120 euros con desayuno por ser Albergue

Myslím, že zde nejvíce odpovídá "za ty peníze to nestojí". Velmi drahé ubytování v dvoulůžkovém pokoji velikosti 3*4 m se sníženým stropem v mládežnické ubytovně. Pokoj má minimalistické vybavení a jeho součástí není sociální zařízení. To se nachází na chodbě. Snídaně je dostačující, ale opět platí, že "za ty peníze nestojí". Postele nejsou povlečené. Parkování u hotelu je obtížné, ale lze si zaplatit 11 E na den za parkování na hotelovém parkovišti. Hodně záleží na skladbě aktuálních hostů - my jsme měli v noci na chodbách docela rušno. Pokoje se velmi obtížně větrají - okna jsou malá. Doporučuji s sebou větráček na USB.

Nejlevnější ubytování v Lucernu. Chutná snídaně v podobě švédského stolu. Klidná lokalita nedaleko do centra.

Ubytování neposkytuje ručníky. Absence personálu v nočních hodinách. Na pokojích chybí obyčejné elektrické zásuvky. Pokoje jsou vybaveny pouze zastaralými konektory pro nabíjení mobilního telefonu (chybí USB-C).

위치도 좋고, 쾌적합니다. 조식도 맛있었고 시설도 깔끔한 편입니다. 유스호스텔 많이 가보신 분이라면 더더욱 좋은 유스호스텔인걸 느낄 것 같습니다.

화장실이나 샤워실이 공용이었지만 깨끗하게 활용할 수 있었습니다.

I liked us stop one block from hostel, 15 minutes to main train station. FREE luggage storage before, during and after stay. No lockers in rooms. Small but sufficient free continental breakfast.

Two toilets and two showers per floor, guessing sharing with 40 people. Sweltering hot, no AC one window can open so you can listen to traffic and people yelling all night. No lockers in rooms. Reception staff rarely available. No cleaning observed. Requested refund to leave early for better hostel said no.

Une auberge de jeunesse tout à fait bien équipée, des lieux communs propres et spacieux, avec un bon petit-déjeuner et surtout un personnel très à l'écoute !

Emplacement très excentré, pas forcément pratique quand on vient de la gare. Ça rapproche de la nature, mais malheureusement pas du calme vu qu'il y a du passage sur la route à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit (c'est surtout un problème en plein été quand on doit garder la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit, sinon ça devrait pas gêner)
