Suwani Pinnawala Homestay

Останавливались в отеле, чтобы с утра посетить Пиннавелу. В номере кондиционер, балдахин, вентилятор тоже. Все чисто. Впервые за семь отелей были халаты:) Завтрак достойный: блинчики с кокосовой стружкой, кокосовые лепешки, омлет, фрукты, чай. Подсказали, как проходит все у слонов. Расположено очень близко к входу в Пиннавелу. Хозяйка предлагала с утра активности со слонами: помыть, покормить, покататься. Но мы ничего не поняли и пошли в Пиннавелу. Оказалось, что это какие-то частные услуги, которых не было в официальном питомнике. Фото из номера и из питомника.

Хозяйка! Весь отдых и впечатления зависят от такого отношения, как у этой хозяйки! Спасибо милой даме за ее чуткое отношение, доброту! Спасибо вам за вечерний чай и теплую заботу на завтраке! Вы прекрасная хозяйка!

とても親切です。夕方、タイミング良く紅茶を出してくださって、とてもうれしかったです。 次の日、移動するバスの乗り換えなども細かく教えてもらって、バス停まで送ってくれました。朝食もおいしかったです。

Sehr leckeres Frühstück und perfekte Lage. Gastgeberin ist freundlich. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und schnelles WiFi.

Aircon war viel zu laut zum schlafen, müsste dringend repariert werden.

La struttura è vicinissima all’ orfanotrofio degli elefanti. Il personale è gentile e si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa.

Jednoduše ale dostatečně vybavený pokoj. Výhodná poloha blízko jak ke vstupu do slonince, tak k řece, kde se sloni koupají. Domácí pán nám osobně připravil velmi bohatou snídani.

Klimatizace nepříjemně foukala chladný vzduch na část postele.

Все понравилось на 100%. Отличное место, рекомендую всем. Хозяева добрые люди. Номер чистый, все удобно. Если отдельная кухня, мы на ужин варили сосиски. Мы заезжали в центральную часть острова чтобы посетить основные достопримечательности. До приюта слонов 1 минута, до Канди хозяйка нам вызвала такси ( дешевле чем в приложении). В номере душ хороший, вода теплая, чистая. Полотенца и халаты есть ( халаты новые). В комнате включили кондиционер и было комфортно находится. Мы только спали и путешествовали, отличный вариант.

Лучшее расположение, рядом с притом слонов и в тоже время в тихом переулке. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый мужчина , отвёз за фруктами, приготовил вкусный завтрак .

オーナーがとても優しい。朝食が美味しかった。ミレニアムエレファントファンデーションへ行く時、トゥクトゥクをチャーターすることを考えていたのですが、オーナー夫婦に相談したら、旦那さんがトゥクトゥクで往復、現地でのフォローをしていただけました。チャーター相場より費用も安くしてくれたと思います。

あえて言うと、シャワーの水圧が若干弱い、Wi-Fiが弱い時があり。ぐらいです。そんなのどうでもいいぐらい、ほのぼの過ごせました。

The property is located right next to the Elephant Orphanage. It’s clean, the home is a well designed and maintained home with a little garden. Excellent, helpful and resourceful hosts. Enjoyed their company and conversations.

We got a bright and nice room on the top floor with a long L-shaped balcony, patio, a/c, fan, good wifi, a bottle of cold drinking water, bathrobes, large towels, bath mat and a large and very comfortable bed. The room's furnishings are generous and well thought out. The bathroom is quite large, has well-functioning hot water and plenty of shelves and hooks/holders. Everything is very clean and nice, without any signs of damp. The fantastically good and generous breakfast (with freshly brewed "fine coffee"!) is served in the nice kitchen on the middle floor. There are a total of 6 rooms (2 smaller, of which we stayed in one, and 4 larger) and there are plenty of seating areas etc. under cover outside the rooms. Everything feels very spacious and nice. There is also a private parking in the courtyard. The host couple are very friendly, generous and flexible! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will be happy to come back here! PS: We actively did chose not to visit The Elephant Orphanage… Please read their reviews before a possible visit.

I had a very comfortable stay at Suwani Pinnawala Homestay…. the room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with a spotless bathroom…. the hosts were exceptionally kind, especially the lady of the house, who went out of her way to prepare special vegetarian meals for me…. breakfast was excellent, and the homestay is conveniently close to the elephant bathing grounds. Highly recommended!

Very nice host couple. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of local dishes and a daily changing menu. If we requested, we were served an equally delicious dinner. Spacious room with perfectly functioning equipment. There were even 2 bathrobes in addition to the towels and linen. Quiet location, 2 minutes from the Elephant Orphanage.

I will give 100 stars out of 5 stars for this property.. If the readers viewing the review to book this property..please read completely and then Don't hestitate to book this property as below are the reasons and my own experience which is very positive. We booked this property for 1 day stay and then we planned to reach by 11pm in night but unfortunately we able to reach the property only by 3am in midnight... The take carer was couples Uncle and aunty (with young mindset and care) They didn't even hesitate to receive us in midnight 3am which was really good and warm welcome.. The room was very tidely and clean enough to stay and enjoying with friends. The next morning we were planning to go to elephant orphanage but the takecarer directed to the near by elephant spot where the elephant bathing, riding and feeding the elephant.. Luckily the takecarer uncle only helped with tuktuk ride to the spot and he took care of us like their own daughter and son... He help us to get the best rate from the vendor of elephant camp. Breakfast was served on time which was prepared in home and served with all the love and care - They were ready to provide the hot beverages as per wish. They even helped us with the cab/van enquiries for next iteration from their place which means very helpful

A couple of local guard dogs [neighbours] were nuisance barkers though we eventually slept well.

Each evening after sunset hundreds of bats fly above the guesthouse to their night location which is a fantastic view to watch.

The accommodation is about 5 minutes from the bus stop and the. The breakfast was delicious.

The homestay had an amazing location close to Pinnawala centre and the orphanage. The family room was clean, bright and perfect. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. But most importantly the hosts were lovely- very friendly and went out of the way to be helpful incl letting us leave our bags ahead of check in and arranging us a taxi to the airport.

The host couple are very friendly, helpful and made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. After our arrival we wanted to buy some fresh fruit at the supermarket, but the shops had already closed at 6pm. The owner immediately drove us to the nearest town in his tuk-tuk and helped us shop there so that we could get the best fruit. The room, bathroom and the entire accommodation were very clean. The air conditioning and fan work very well and quietly. There is also a communal kitchen. The accommodation is located in a quiet side street. We didn't hear any noise from the street. The elephant orphanage is only 250 metres away. The homemade Asian breakfast was very tasty.

It was a great stay. Our room was nice and clean. We had a/c. The breakfast was very good! Very kind owners, in the evening we were sitting on a porch and they gave us tea. We could check out after we came back from the elephant freedom project. We also could do the laundry for reasonable price. Really recommend! We spent there only one night but if we could we would stay longer.

The hosts here were so kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfy with a balcony overlooking the garden. The elephant orphanage is very close by and there are some lovely poolside bars and restaurants in the area.
