Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Excellent location near bus station downtown Cancun. I was coming from airport (bus shuttle)and leaving by bus the next day. Plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores close by. It is also on a quiet street and has access to kitchen/fridge. And there is a pool. Towels supplied by refundable deposit

No estaba limpio, El AC aire acondiciando lo encienden a las 8:00 pm y lo apagan a las 8 am Reserve para una habitación de 4 y me dieron la de 8. La cortina no cubre completamente la cama

Atendimento de 1 pessoa específica da recepção! Os demais recepcionistas bem prestativos mas uma pessoa específica nossa me atendeu bem indiferente, eu perguntando algo a pessoa nem no meu rosto olhando, não saia do celular … achei bem ruim o atendimento dessa pessoas porém os outros atendentes bem prestativos, educados e fofos!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Het personeel, comfort van de kamers, de binnenplaats en locatie waren echt top! Goed bereikbaar, goede rust en fijne binnenplaats om te relaxen na de stad te hebben bezocht.
Het warme water in de douche in de gedeelde kamer deed het niet. In de gezamenlijke douche werkte dit wel. Verder heb ik persoonlijk moeite met het felle licht bij het bed. Het zou fijn zijn als dit meer gedimd licht is.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026La señora de la recepción tiene muy poca profesionalidad . Anteriormente puse un comentario en los que los trabajadores del mismo hotel me protestaron por dar mi opinión . Yo soy un cliente y pago por mi estancia . Además de eso yo sé que es un hotel para mochileros pero no quiere decir que tenemos que estar con poca muy poca limpieza y demás . Las puertas están en mal estado y además de eso los trabajadores cuando les hablan evaden tus opiniones . El hotel está sucio y bien . Además de las cucarachas y los mosquitos que no tiene porque tenerlo porque está uno hasta propenso a irse con una enfermedad . Yo llevaré mi queja hasta donde la tenga que llevar porque soy extranjera de vacaciones . Apenas saben expresarse en ese hotel y repito que esa señora tiene muy pero muy poca profesionalidad tiene un puesto en la recepción y en vez de calmar al cliente lo que hace es peor . Y lo vuelvo a decir si lo quieres pasar mal ve a este hotel .
Mi queja estará en geogle en booking y en el customer service de cualquier lado en el que aparezca este hotel . Porque en vez de aceptar críticas de un cliente que mentiras no está diciendo lo que hicieron fue empeorar la situación hablando en las no mejores formas . Yo no estoy diciendo mentiras ni nada malo porque nadie quiere gastar su dinero por ver a una señora que debería ser la imagen del hotel en mala forma hablando con uno de ellos y tampoco quiero ver cucarachas ,, mucho menos una puerta sin seguridad y mosquitos en el cuarto . the small bar style type fridge, the door doesnt close properly, no door and the freezer inside, ice melts all over food. fridge dont stay cold because of door, fridge is not even big enough for 3 peoples food. can just imagine 30 people trying to use it. not possible.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026if im traveling thru or if im in Cancun for a few days i always stay there, its beyond clean (they always clean the entire place in the morning) the wifi is good i work online and there was no issue with it ever, the location is very good right next to ADO (bus) you have supermarket close by, also parks and activities. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The price is just right, for both the dorm and the private room. i can only recommend it!

the fridge in the shared kitchen, not big enough for everyone, needs to be a full size fridge , not a bar size. the fridge was old, didnt close properly, ice box lid was missing, cant use the freezer part, fridge is only big enough for 2 or 3 people. oh. and there is 2 margiretta streets, the first time i went to this hotel, i was on the wrong one and couldnt find the place, even the staff didnt realize there was 2 streets named the same, both are across from the ADO bus

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y los recepcionistas son poco atentos con el tema del equipaje, no pretendo que lo carguen por mi, pero ni me ayudaron con la puerta y se fueron a la habitación mientras yo trataba de colocarme mi mochila de 70 litros, mínimo podrían asistir. El resto todo excepcional.

The pool and outdoor area is nice. The kitchen area is a good size. Staff are very pleasant. I stayed there twice and would stay again
The beds are a little hard/firm. The wifi isn't as strong in some dorm rooms. The fridge could be bigger in the kitchen.

L'insonorisation... je me suis trouvée dans la toute première chambre proche de la réception. On entends tout, la rue est relativement calme mais vous entendrez la moindre voiture, la moindre personne qui parle ..

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Guys from Front Desk are super friendly. I was afraid with name Moloch, I was thinking maybe It was z|0n|st. But not, It is a mayan word. As hostal I think it is not as hostal, it is more as a Guest House (Casa de Huéspedes). A lot of rules. It's ok, but as a hostal I guess it is not too much. The cost is expensive because they don't have breakfast included However, staff and Specially Front Desk guys are awesome and friendly.
Price-Beneffits: no breakfast.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Todo limpio, habitación amplia y las instalaciones se veían bien mantenidas. Estuvo bien para la noche que me quedé. La ubicación a una cuadra del terminal ADO esta perfecto.
La ventana daba hacia el sector de piscina por lo que se escuchó ruido hasta las 11pm aprox. Personalmente creo que la ventana era muy pequeña, solo para ventilación, pero estuvo bien para pasar la noche.

The area is very clean and well maintained, with a calm and quiet atmosphere. The staff are wonderful. I stayed here twice, so I definitely recommend it 👍

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Proximité avec la gare routière, très pratique quand on a un bus à prendre le lendemain matin. Ne donne pas sur une rue bruyante donc c'était relativement calme. Je ne séjournerai pas là toute une semaine mais pour une nuit si vous devez être proche de la gare routière, ça fait l'affaire.
