La localisation proche du terminal de bus ADO est un grand plus, quand on se rend compte de la grandeur de Cancun. Le personnel a également été très arrangeant.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Já é a 2a vez que vou a Cancun e a 2a vez que me hospedo lá. O hotel é bem arrumadinho, com funcionários prestativos e cumpre tudo o que promete. Quarto com tamanho bem legal, geladeira e bancada da cozinha. A menos de 1km do terminal de ônibus e 30 minutos do aeroporto. Preço imbatível. Custo benefício altíssimo. O combo do café da manhã é vendido por fora tb numa qualidade muito boa e preço baixo.
Pressão da descarga um pouco fraca. Wifi instável. Cozinha não tem microondas (mas pode pedir pra usar o do hotel).

Shower water never went hotter than lukewarm - to be fair I didn't complain as it was warm enough for me. You will need a taxi to go to hotel zone if you want.

エレベーターが無く、階段で荷物を持って上がる必要有り。

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Excellent séjour à Cancún ! Le personnel, surtout à la réception, était très gentil et accueillant. La propreté de l’hôtel est impeccable, avec un service de chambre régulier. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la station de bus ADO et du parc Las Palapas. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Le frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas,malgré un changement rapide. L'autre ne fonctionnait toujours pas correctement j'étais obligé de conserver un truc dans le frigo de la reception.

Não é culpa do hotel, mas acho que muita gente usa apenas como Motel para transar e a gente escuta muitos gemidos durante a noite.

The double rooms are a very small double bed,we asked to be moved to a twin,which we were able to do.Maybe a kettle in the room would be nice?
