Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Ambiente tranquilo, organizado, limpo, quarto e banheiro amplos. Cozinha compacta, mas funcional, água filtrada, quente e fria à disposição. A piscina pequena e, mesmo não tendo utilizado era aparentemente boa. O hotel é de fácil acesso a partir do aeroporto de Cancun.
A localização não é ruim, porém não há muito o que fazer em Cancun. A melhores atrações ficam em praias mais distantes (Playa del Carmen, Ilha das mulheres, Cozumel e outras...

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El alojamiento está muy bien en general. Tiene unas buenas habitaciones y un buen patio con su piscina. Está a 15 minutos de parque de las palapas que es el centro y a 5 de la avenida. Justo detrás se coge el bus R2 para la zona hotelera. Y gracias a Octavio, que se ha portado de 10 con nosotros, nos recogió en el aeropuerto y nos explicó un poco sobre la ciudad. Perfecto

Algumas baratas circulando pelo ambiente, inclusive dentro do nosso quarto. Apesar de informar q precisaria de estacionamento, eu só consegui estacionar na garagem da hospedagem apenas por uma noite, os outros dois dias o acesso à garagem estava com o cadeado trancado

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The rooms here were small and simple, but suited their purpose for us. The pool was a very nice touch. The property seems secure with a large front gate into the compound. Instructions were clear and simple for entry. There is a minibar in the room with reasonable prices. The location is ok if you don't mind walking. Its a fairly reasonable walk to the centre or seafront. There is a large mall nearby with shops and food.
The bed was uncomfortable and caused some back problems.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Nice apartment - modern, fresh and clean. Secure entrance with two PIN codes to enter. The bed was small but comfy, and hot water in the shower took a little while but it did work. Great wifi and A/C. It’s in a quiet residential street and there’s a 24-hour Walmart 10 min walk away which was great for picking up groceries to prep some simple meals in the kitchenette. Also walking distance to main roads where we could catch a bus to Puerto Juarez ferry or the Hotel Zone. The apartment comes with a range of snacks and drinks available for purchase for a good price, it was handy after we arrived tired from a very late flight! Also appreciated water refills downstairs :)
Only issue was the toilet didn’t flush well at all and the shower sometimes flooded the floor.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026V pokoji bylo slyšet hrozně zvuků, několikrát za noc jsem se vzbudila, protože to znělo že je někdo v pokoji a klepe na sklo. Téměř jsem se nevyspala, byli jsme po 10-ti hodinovém letu tak to bylo hrozné. Byla slyšet hudba, povídání, auta z ulice a skřípavé zvuky, které jsem slyšela i přes špunty do uší. Byla uvedena americká snídaně ale na pokoj byla snídaně donesená - vaječná omeleta se šunkou jenže já jsem vegetariánka. Takže jsem požádala o jinou snídani, vyšli mi vstříc a donesli mi ovoce ale opozdili jsme se kvůli tomu. Také jsme uvedli v rezervaci 3 lidi ale na pokoji byly pouze dvě pokrývky.

Les portes sont en métal ce qui est très bien avec des codes pour l’ouverture et fermeture. La seule chose de négatif c’est des jeunes gens irrespectueux qui a 3h du matin clappe la porte non pas 1x mais 3 ou 4x . Tu leurs demandes de faire moins de bruit ils s’en fichent. Signalement fait à l’hôte. Mais hélas il m’a répondu mais pas agit. Il aurait pu ou me changer de chambre ou eux !

Reviewed May 3, 2026Hotel extremamente organizado, os quartos bem novos, confortaveis, espacosos e completos, equipados com itens de cozinha, fogao, frigobar, smartv, cabides. A piscina perfeita para uma relaxada pós passeios e praia. Localizacao excelente, muito proxima a mercados e restaurantes, proxima da rodoviaria, com facil acesso a zona hotelera e ao porto que leva às outras ilhas. Mas o ponto alto é o cuidado e recepcao do Octavio, dono do hotel, que esteve sempre nos ajudando com informacoes, oferecendo servico de transporte, servico de passeios e transformando nossa experiencia em algo muito especial. Sem duvida o melhor de cancun

As fotos dão a entender que a cozinha é acoplada ao quarto. No nosso caso, não havia cozinha, apenas compartilhada. O quarto era menor do que imaginei que seria. Não há isolamento acústico, havia muito barulho dos outros quartos e do portão.

- Licht in Bad oft für mehrere Stunden nicht verfügbar, auch abends/nachts! Zeitlich willkürlich. Ist ein no-go. - Lage zwar ruhig aber fußläufig ein wenig abseits von der Centro Hauptstraße. -Sehr einfach gehalten -Im Bad im Prinzip keine Ablagemöglichkeiten - Wasser in Dusche wurde lange nicht warm - Manchmal etwas laut vom Nebenzimmer bzw. wenn Leute von draußen rein kamen -Nur ein Handtuch, nicht zwei - Unterkunft unsauber verputzt, Bad an manchen Stellen eher grintig. -Leider kein Safe -Preis/Leistung ok, hätte aber noch besser sein können.

Le seul point dommage mais peut être par ce qu'on est qu'en mars et qu'elle prend très peu le soleil mais la piscine est très froide. brak ciepłej wody skutecznie uprzykrzył pobyt. właściciel próbował rozwiązać sytuację, ale finalną odpowiedzią było, że "jest ciepła woda tylko o małym ciśnieniu wody" - ciśnienie było tak małe, że nie dawało możliwości umycia się. bramka z kodem do budynku dziwnie działała i czasami musieliśmy kilka razy wpisywać kod, żeby wejść.

The photos looked much better than the reality. The bed was quite uncomfortable — it seemed to have some kind of double-layer mattress, which felt unusual and not very comfortable for sleeping. There was also no proper place to store our belongings or even hang towels, which made the stay less convenient. Another downside was that no free drinking water was provided. Everything available in the room had a price list attached. In many other places in Mexico, at least a small bottle or several liters of drinking water are provided free of charge, so this was surprising. There was also no kettle in the room, so we had to boil water in a pot. In addition, the pool area did not look as nice as it does in the photos and would benefit from a thorough cleaning.

Brudna kuchnia, brudne przybory, zużyta patelnia, bardzo słabe wyposażenie - jeden nóż, dwa widelce, poplamiona pościel, niewygodne - wyleżane materace, wejście do pokoju na pinpad który wydaje tak głośne dźwięki, że budzi w nocy innych gości. Nie wspomnę o głośnej okolicy bo na to zarządca nie ma wpływu.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Ótimo custo benefício. Espaçoso, confortável,ducha bem quente e com bastante agua,bom Wi-Fi, localização próximo a tudo no centro para quem gosta de explorar,walmart a 5 minutos, anfitrião atencioso e me respondeu sempre que solicitei.
Seria como sugestão. USB para carregar celular e portão elétrico para guardar o carro porém deixei o carro na rua e foi bem tranquilo, todo mundo deixa na rua.

Room was ok, but… Communication with the hosts was exhausting; I even had to search for other contacts just to ask how to pay for the snacks in the room. The neighbors were loud and drinking alcohol by the pool. Be careful with the hair dryer as it tends to overheat. The environment felt very unsafe at night - there were people driving loudly, blasting music, and sounds that resembled explosions right outside. It was terrifying, and the atmosphere felt very unstable. To make things worse, the automatic lock on the main door broke in the morning - it kept noise and wouldn't lock. I had asked the hosts about safety specifically before booking, and their lack of honesty is disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you are a solo traveler. It is not worth the risk.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Good location if you wanted to stay away from the main roads of Cancun. Nice to have a small kitchen and good amenities. Didn’t get to try out the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Well connected to public transport.
Was impossible to get a decent night sleep as it’s not exactly soundproof. You could hear the water pressure going every single time someone on the level used the water - it was so so loud. I did message the property and I believe they tried to do their best. We also had some young children on our level who were unhappy and the sound reverberated into our room. I guess this is all dependent on how many other people are staying. Water pressure was lacking.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Fijne kamer met een keukentje, waardoor we ook een paar keer zelf konden koken. Er is duidelijk aandacht besteed aan de ruimte om het zo prettig mogelijk voor je te maken. Ook fijn dat er een zwembad aanwezig is, ook al hebben wij er zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat het weer niet helemaal meewerkte ;). De ruimte zit in een rustige buurt met een leuk restaurantje en een Oxxo (supermarktje) op loopafstand. Een grote supermarkt zit iets verderop, ca. 15 minuten lopen.
Het wel wat aan de krappe kant met alle bagage en dit staat verder los van deze ruimte, maar wij vonden Cancun niet veel aan.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026The place was good value for money. It is quite close to nearby restaurants, the bus to the airport, locations for tours etc. It was about a £5-£10 uber or Didi ride to the Hotel Zone beach areas if you want to go there. The pool was good although it was absolutely freezing.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Wij verbleven hier voor 1 nacht als tussenstop na onze landing op cancun. Daarvoor prima accomodatie. Locatie naar ADO station is goed te doen. Kamer is basic maar schoon en het bed ligt goed. Communicatie met eigenaar ook goed. Enige minpunt is dat het wat gehorig is dus je moet geluk hebben met je buren.

Seulement 1 rouleau de papier de toilette en 3-4 jours. Seulement 2 serviettes de disponible et aucun tapis de douche. L’eau de la douche coulait sur le plancher de la salle de bain et la petite serviette en guise de tapis de douche s’imbibait d’eau rapidement. Nous devions l’accrocher pour que la petite serviette sèche.. Conséquence, énorme odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Porte de la chambre presque en carton. Donc, ne laisser aucun objet de valeur dans la chambre, car facile de si introduire si des voleurs passent par là. Je dois relancer l’hôte à plusieurs reprises pour qu’il réponde à mes questions et parfois il ne répond même pas à mes questions. Chambre légèrement petite pour 2.
