Hostal muy bonito y cómodo, personal super amable y muy cerca de la estación de autobuses ADO. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y la cocina es pequeña pero bien equipada. Sin duda lo recomiendo!

El hostel es tranquilo, limpio y muy acogedor. El personal es súper amable, lo que genera un ambiente agradable y cercano, y eso me encantó. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda. Además, las camas tienen cortinas, lo que permite tener mayor privacidad. Me gustó mucho la posibilidad de dejar mis cosas mientras visitaba otros lugares y luego volver a recogerlas. También te proporcionan toalla y puedes utilizar la cocina sin ningún problema; está muy bien equipada.

Como aspectos negativos, el aire acondicionado funciona únicamente en un horario establecido, de 5:00 p. m. a 11:00 a. m. Y hay ventilador en espacios comunes.. Considera que el hostel no cuenta con piscina.

It was the off season so the reception lady was very kind to upgrade us into the suites. Everything was clean and comfortable; no problems with the room or any of the amenities.

No adquiri desayuno, solo use el lugar para bañarme y dormir. Estuve un par de horas en el patio que es muy lindo!! las camas super cómodas, almohadas tambien, se veia todo limpio. Llegue un domingo por la tarde la mujer que me atendio super divina!! me dijo donde comer, como llegar a la playa, me trato muy amable. volvería a elegirlos.

Third time here and definitely not the last! Stayed at The Boathouse for the third time and once again had a great time. The location is perfect, everything is clean and the atmosphere is just really nice. A special thank you to Meche and Maggie. Always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I enjoy staying there. I love Maggie! She is very kind and passionate. However, not very happy with top bunk bed.. I barely can sit on it :( But generally I have a good stay.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk from convenience stores, the night market, and most importantly, the bus station. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, as well as a cozy living room with both indoor and outdoor seating areas

If you have a bus or flight early in the morning, I would strongly recommend **not** booking this hostel The hostel's water tank is too small, so it's quite common for the water to run out late at night or early in the morning. When this happens, you won't be able to take a shower or even flush the toilet What makes the situation worse is that there are no staff available after midnight until the morning. So if you encounter this issue, there's no one you can ask for help I'm not saying the reception should be staffed 24/7. However, it would be much more helpful if at least one staff member slept in a common area or in a room where guests could knock in case of an emergency. That way, they could assist guests when urgent issues like this occur, especially for those with early morning travel plans

Me sentí como en casa! Pasé tres noches increíbles en The Boat House. Todo estaba muy limpio, la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y era muy cómoda. Disfruté mucho de la terraza para tomar el sol y la cocina está perfectamente equipada, ideal si quieres preparar tus comidas. La ubicación también es excelente, muy cerca de todo. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Maggie, que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún mejor. Siempre amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudar, fue como el alma de este lugar. Sin duda volveré. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100 %! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great stay at The Boat House Cancun. Carlos was very sweet, the beds were comfortable with a nice pillow and curtains for privacy. Good shower, kitchen facilities and a cute backyard for socializing. I even got a free charger they had laying around when I asked Carlos where to buy one. Would definitely stay again!

El patio es muy lindo, con un gran árbol Flamboyán y muchas platitas chulas. Renté cama en el dormitorio femenino y lo que me gustó es que el dormitorio aislaba el ruido del exterior. En algún antro vecino tenían la música en vivo a todo volumen, pero dentro del dormitorio no se oía y pude dormir a gusto :) el aire acondicionado también funcionaba bien. Por el precio y para llegar a dormir está muy bien. El baño estaba adentro del dormitorio y estaba limpio. Ubicación excelente, cerca del ADO y el parque Las Palapas

A excepción del patio y el dormitorio , a las áreas comunes les falta un poco de ventilación. Pero como les digo, por el precio y para llegar de paso a dormir está muy bien.

que reserve llegó al lugar ,me dan habitación y entro al cuarto, enseguida me voy a bañar salgo y me dice la señorita que no se avía echo el pago, entonces decido abandonar el lugar ya realizado otro pago de 84 pesos y me dice la señorita que no me podía dejar salir asta q pagara lo de la noche , revisó mi banca móvil y efectivamente tenía razón la señorita no se avía cobrado solo los 84 pesos pero aún así me iso pagar el resto por solo usar el baño se me iso injusto

Todo en general es muy bueno, solo mejoraría la atención en el chat, escribí y nunca tuve respuesta. O en todo caso actualizar sus medios de contacto.

La recepcionista no hablaba español. Ella ni siquiera hacia el intento de saludar, decir algunas palabras en español. Yo hablo inglés, pero que hay de los huéspedes nacionales??? Además que la chica era muy apática y siempre estaba en su teléfono.

Carino l ostello, pulito, il personale molto gentile, a 5cminuti dalla piazza principale dove fanno spesso festa e dovranno vendono le famose marquesitas! Consigliato!

オンラインで宿泊代を支払っていたにも関わらず、現地支払いのTaxという建前で元の宿泊代を超える金額を要求されたこと（最終的にはほぼ正規の金額で落ち着いた） 15時からチェックインなのは理解しているが、部屋の準備ができているのならせめてもう少し早めに部屋にいれてくれたり（少なくとも他の中米のホステルに宿泊した時は部屋が空いてたり、準備ができている際は全て早く入れてくれたので、それが当たり前とは思わないが、ちょっと残念な対応だった）15時を過ぎて、こちらからもうできるよね？と聞くまで何も声かけもなく、先程の超過金額を要求されて、結局16時近くまでチェックインが終わらず、とてもストレスでした

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a booking. Despite having paid for the stay in advance and having it confirmed at check-in, the host's system cancelled our reservation in the middle of the night. The most serious part is that they told us to leave at 11:00 p.m., leaving us on the street without any solution or consideration. This is an absolute lack of professionalism and an incredibly stressful and unsafe situation. I do not recommend booking here under any circumstances, as they are completely unreliable and do not take responsibility for their errors.

Super well located, 2mins walking to the Parque de las Papas which is full of local people during the night. 10mins walking to ADO terminal. Kitchen is available to guests. Friendly staff.

The room was very tiny, the bathroom is shared with another room and is outside. Found two cucarachas in the toilet in two different moments (the first was killed so they were two different).

Stayed here again and still had a great experience. The hostel is clean, the location is perfect, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at The Boathouse Hostel and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect if you want to stay in downtown Cancún. Everything is within walking distance, including bus stops, supermarkets, and Parque Las Palapas, where you can find plenty of local food and desserts. The hostel is always very clean, and the staff are amazing. The reception volunteers are also incredibly friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A special thank you to Meche and Maggie, who are always kind, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions or problems. What really stood out to me was how attentive they are. During longer stays, they even ask if you would like fresh bed sheets instead of waiting for you to ask, which I really appreciated. Even when unexpected issues came up that weren’t the hostel’s fault, they handled everything quickly and found solutions right away. For the price, this hostel is honestly a 10/10. It has a great atmosphere, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back!

Its a real turn off getting a list of prices for things that could potentially cost you should you need to stay and wait for a transfer... Shower will cost x if you need one after checkout... Kitchen will cost you x if you use it after checkout.... Not cool.... Wait for the time that its relevant perhaps... Just makes you feel the place is way too regimented.

夜遅くにも関わらず 私とホテルのトラブルに 真摯に対応してくれた フランス人の男性には本当に感謝している。 是非、日本にいらして欲しい。

3泊を間違えて女性専用ドミトリーに予約してしまった。 予約してから3分以内に男女共有ドミトリーに 変更してくれとブッキングドットコム経由で このホテルに連絡した。 待てど待てど返信は返ってこない。ブッキングドットコムコールセンターに相談したらホテルに連絡してみるとのこと。 それでも返信が返ってこない。 このホテルから返信されたのは 宿泊当日だった。 その時、私は飛行機の中にいた メキシコに着くのが夜だったので宿が確定していないのが心配だったので他のホテルで宿を取ってしまっていた。 メキシコ到着した夜に このホテルのオーナーの遅すぎる返答を ブッキングドットコムのメッセージで 読むことができた。 遅すぎるやろ！ 一応、3泊分支払いを済ませていたので このホテルに行き、事情を説明したがオーナーと直接話すことはできなかった。 この時に対応してくれた フランス人の男性は素晴らしいものだった。 しっかりと対応してくれた。 私のベッドは予約した 6月12日〜6月15日まで用意できてると 伝えてくれた。 でも、6月12日はメキシコ夜着で 宿なしが心配だったのでマドリード出発前に 他の宿を決済していた。 6月12日は2つのホテルの宿代を払うはめに なった。 即座にチェックインもできるらしかったが他のホテルで先にチェックインしていて荷物も置いてあるから明日来ると伝えた。 翌日、午前10時頃チェックインしにくると 昨日と別のスタッフが対応して 15時までチェックインできないという。 部屋がないと言う。 いや、前日分から3日間分支払い済みだから 自分のベッドは確保されているはずにもかかわらずないと言う。 それじゃ、昨日宿泊分、返してくれと伝えたら、困った表情を浮かべて仕方なくといった 感じでベッドを案内した。 ベッドはないと言ったのに ベッドは空いていた。 不思議すぎる対応。 ベッドが空いてるにもかかわらず、 ないと言った。 すでに宿代は支払っているし なんなら泊まってないのに 1日分多く支払っている。 　 WhatsAppもやっていないし 電話も海外にいる時は止めている。 そういう旅人は世界中にたくさんいると思う。 だからこそブッキングドットコム経由で連絡取り合えるシステムがあるはずだ。 このホテルの返答の遅さ その後の対応の悪さ 返金もない。 日程をずらす提案もしたけどできない。 このホテルのオーナーは もう少し考えるべきだ。 せめて私に謝りに現れるべきだ。 私のミスも確かにあった。 でも即座に対応した。 最初にきた時に対応してくれた フランス人の男性は素晴らしい。 ありがとうと言いたい。

Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, mi sono trovata molto bene e la signora mi ha accolta come in casa. Il dormitorio è pulito e ogni letto ha le tendine. Forniscono anche asciugamano. C'è un bel patio interno e una saletta per rilassarsi.

Hubo problemas con el staff en específico la señora de limpieza que no tenia un buen caracter y trataba mal a los clientes. Hizo que el resto de la estadía se sintiera incomodo el ambiente.

It is my third time at the boat house and everything was perfect as always. The location is perfect near everything in the centro and near the buses to the hotel zone. The staff is very friendly and welcoming I did receive an upgrade to their suites and it is perfect!! Will come back for sure when in cancun. The art on their wall is very beautiful

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Cancún. La ubicación es muy buena: está en una zona tranquila, con acceso cercano a transporte público, supermercados y un parque donde constantemente se realizan actividades entretenidas. Utilicé el internet durante toda mi estadía, incluso para videollamadas y ver videos, y funcionó perfectamente en todo momento. Destaco la limpieza ya que había personal constantemente manteniendo el lugar; tanto las habitaciones como los baños se mantenían impecables gracias al aseo diario, algo que realmente se agradece. El patio interior es uno de los mejores espacios del hostal, ideal para conocer personas y compartir con otros viajeros, creando un ambiente muy agradable y único. Además, todo el staff fue siempre muy amable, cordial y dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones, información y cualquier duda que surgiera. Es una excelente opción si buscas un lugar cómodo, limpio y acogedor para disfrutar tu estadía en Cancún.

Не понравилось отношение персонала. Первое - утром в комнату вошли люди и сказали, что нужно переезжать в другую комнату, потому что в данной будет производиться ремонт. Заставили выехать и ожидать в общей зоне пару часов, пока подготовят другую комнату. На следующее утро в новой комнате мне сыпалась побелка со стены на голову, пока я чистил зубы, из за ремонта в соседней комнате. Если на первый момент можно закрыть глаза, то второй вот такой: Я по ошибке забронировал и оплатил проживание на букинге в комнате для женщин. При заселении мне сообщили, что я могу заменить проживание на мужскую комнату но с доплатой в 90 песо (5 долларов примерно). Я согласился, но позже проверил на сайте, что в любой день цены для мужских и женских комнат одинаковы. В общем я сделал 4 платежа: Оплата за проживании (онлайн) Налоги и сборы (онлайн) Туристический сбор (при заселении наличкой) За смену комнаты с женской на мужскую 90 песо (при заселении наличкой) В хостеле работают взрослые женщины, которые ведут себя и смотрят на туристов так, будто они начальницы, а туристы это подчинённые

I think this place deserves a higher score. Was clean and they provide towels. There’s a lovely outdoor area. WiFi works. Location is next to a park with fantastic street food and atmosphere.

You cannot sit up properly in the dorm beds. The water dispenser doesn’t work well.

Grand calme, propreté, eau tres chaude et grande pression pour les douches, a 2 pas du chedraui, a quelques pas des bus pour se rendre a la plage, pas cher, dortoir génial avec lumière individuelle et rideau...on entend rien d'autre que le silence ! Personnel attentif, on peux également laisser nos valises lors du check out et...Et ils fournissent une serviette et les draps sont fait de coton pur. Meilleur qu'un grand hôtel

Posizione comoda nel centro di Cancun, ci siamo spostati a piedi. Personale gentilissimo! Siamo stati nella nuova struttura, poco distante dall'edificio con la reception, camere belle e pulite. Consigliato.

El aire acondicionado funciona de 8h a 20h, permanecer en la habitación fuera de ese horario se hace difícil con el calor

Price online $8 dollars but in reality you pay $15 or $16 dollars. Stayed one night and one staff member asked the owner how much would it be for an extra night? The owner responded $16 (as a special price) laughable. The bathroom looks horrible but has hot water. The only reason I was thinking about extending another night was because I didn’t want to wait to check in another hostel and carry my things around. Also the employee energy changed when I said I was checking out instead. She went from somewhat friendly to a rough “Bye”!!! Upon my departure. The hostel needs improvement and the price/value doesn’t match. It shouldn’t cost $16 dollars after taxes and fees if listed at $8 for the night. So be aware of extra cost. Better options nearby! Which are Cleaner, more amenities, and remains close to markets, ADO, etc.
