La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.

El acceso a las instalaciones estaba cortado por obras, teniendo que pasar por encima de un pozo. No hay una recepción como tal, es un bloque común con el resto de las viviendas. La habitación grande, pero sin ninguna comodidad excepcional, necesita un lavado de cara en general.

La chambre est plutôt bien situé dans Ella, légèrement à l'écart donc assez calme. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Petit plus la chambre dispose d'une terrasse privative. Le petit déjeuné était très bien.

Gros manque de pression dans la douche et l'eau n'était pas toujours très chaude.

Hartelijke ontvangst, rustige kamers, heerlijk ontbijt en op vraag is diner mogelijk. Hun rice and curry was werkelijk fantastisch! Samen met onze 3 zonen hebben we echt genoten. Extra faciliteiten: hulp bij plannen van uitstappen, taxidienst, wasservice...

Hôtes très serviables et gentils qui essayent vraiment de trouver les bonnes solutions. Emplacement idéal éloigné de la foule.

struttura molto molto carina, qualità prezzo eccezionale, avevamo la camera al piano di sopra che affacciava sulla foresta, era proprio in mezzo alla natura ma comunque vicino alle attrazioni principali. Abbiamo organizzato anche un tour con lo staff dell hotel e sono stati super gentili, colazione buonissima!

Great value for money! The service was excellent, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is within walking distance of Ella Train Station, as well as restaurants and attractions, yet it's located in a quiet area. They can also arrange a shared taxi to the coast, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

- La habitación era grande y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. - El personal era muy amable y me ayudó a contratar un tuktuk para visitar Ella durante todo el día. - Bastante cerca de la estación de tren.

- La relación calidad-precio, para los precios que hay en Sri Lanka no me pareció del todo buena. - Aunque la ubicación no era mala, ya que estaba a 15 minutos andando del centro, esos 15 minutos de noche pueden hacerse largos, sobretodo por la presencia de perros callejeros. - Aunque no es culpa del alojamiento, obviamente, la aplicación PickMe no funciona bien en esta ciudad.

The location is within walking distance of the city. The room is spacious and clean. The host and the other staff are friendly. The breakfast is really good.

Spacious room with good air con and a fridge. Located up small hill but so are most properties in the area. Only 3-4 minute walk into the town where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast here was the nicest breakfast we have had in Sri Lanka! There was a variety of foods and substantial portions!!

Unfortunately not clean, toilet seat was fully black, sheets were stained and had a bad smell, the room was very outdated. Pictures don’t represent the room I stayed it.

Great location - short walk into centre of town and to the train station. The most comfortable bed we’ve slept in this trip!! Also bonus points for a duvet - with the air con it can get quite cool so it was great to be cozy. Breakfast was fulfilling

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy with a mosquito net for protection against insects. Niroshan was amazing, especially in helping arrange transport around Sri Lanka even after we’d finished our stay. The balcony view was lovely. The train station was a short walk before a small hill which was convenient. Walk into main town area was quick and also other tourist attractions like nine arch bridge was only a little walk away so perfect location. Breakfast was very good! If we come back to Ella we will definitely stay here again!

It was very clean, very comfortable bed, bedsheets were fresh and soft, amazing AC and the washroom was also very clean. Staff was very friendly, and made me feel safe. I stayed in other places on Ella and the blue view is the best one by far. Highly recommend this place

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and also close to a police station, which made me feel safe during my stay. It’s a nice walk from the city to the hotel, but be prepared for a slightly uphill walk to the hotel.

Very convenient accommodation just minutes’ walk to the Ella train station and just a few minutes more to the main restaurants and shops which means much less noise at night. Basic but clean and spacious rooms with well functioning air conditioning, hot water and mini fridge. Do note that there are some stairs to navigate around the property and to the rooms but the kind staff will always help with your bags. WiFi was not perfect but not too big of an issue as it was only a night’s stay for us.

Es hat im Zimmer sehr streng gerochen. Wir waren uns sehr sicher dass es ein schimmel Geruch ist. Beim Ansprechen, meinte das Personal, dass es das neue Bett sei was so streng riecht…

The location is fantastic, very close to the Main Street in central Ella but just enough back to be away from the noise. The balcony was large and as the weather in Ella is quite cool we were able to make good use of it. The breakfast area also had a great view. The staff were nice, took an interest in our stay and provided a late breakfast after we hiked Ella Rock.

The Wifi was poor and the room smelt a bit musty.

As a returning guest this Guesthouse is a perfect location, with fantastic spacious and clean rooms. The hosts are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast delicious!

Convenient location close to city centre and train station. Staff is extremely attentive, helpful and very very nice. The room was spacious with comfy beds, bathroom clean. Mozzie nets provided, but there were minimal mozzies in the room. Aircon in room, but we didn't use it as climate was quite chilled. The breakfast was good and plentiful and they accommodated happily for our dietary limitations. The wifi was tiny bit temperamental, but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you Blue View Ella for making our stay comfortable and beautiful.

Établissement très bien situé au calme mais à 3 min à pied du centre Chambre spacieuse et très belle terasse Petit déjeuner incroyable (avec des crêpes chocolat bananes vu nul part ailleurs et qui nous restent en mémoire aha) Bref on recommande à 100%

The Blue View Ella ist kleines feines Hotel. Gute Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhof's und mit ein paar Schritten in Stadt mit Lokalen und Geschäften, trotzdem ruhig.Großes Zimmer gutes Bett, schönes Bad, super Frühstück und unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns alle Fragen sehr gerne beantwortet und am letzten Tag sogar noch mit seinem Tuktuk zum Bahnhof gebracht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und es gibt auch warmes Wasser. Zudem hat uns die zentrale Lage sehr gut gefallen.

Posizione vicino alla stazione ed al centro, camera pulitissima ed accogliente (c’era anche un adattatore per le prese elettriche e l’acqua calda), molto tranquillo. Colazione buonissima. Nell’ipotesi di dover uscire molto presto prima dell’orario previsto per la colazione si è offerto di farmela take-away. Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful room and breakfast. The place up the road from the main street (less than 10min walking) so it's very quiet. Room was big and it has a lovely balcony in front of it overlooking the jungle.

You have to go down stairs to get to the room, a thing to mind for people with reduced mobility.

It was clean, comfortable and a great breakfast. Hot shower too. Only five mins walk from the busy ella Main Street so you have quiet when you come back to go to bed.

The windows faced a shared terrace, which meant there wasn’t much privacy. The hot water ran out quite quickly in the evening and wasn’t available in the morning either.

Las vistas del hotel maravillosas y la ubicación es perfecta. Está cerca a todo, pero lejos del ruido y la muchedumbre. La familia que lo gestiona encantadora y muy servicial.

Pedimos que nos recomienden un tuk tuk conductor y creo que nos recomendaron el menos simpático de toda la isla, poniendo pegas a todo. La verdad es que nos sorprendió bastante, porque ellos nos trataron de maravilla durante nuestra estancia. El desayuno abundante y muy bueno también.
