The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The booking showed that parking was available, so we went to the hotel and asked about it. We were told that there was no parking available and that the only options were paid parking spaces. Instead of helping us, the staff member was rude, shouted at us, and made us feel unwelcome. The beds were absolutely terrible and very uncomfortable. They felt as if the legs were broken or unstable, so we could barely sleep. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries provided at the hotel. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We were extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay and deeply regret choosing this hotel. I would definitely not recommend it.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber. Das Styling der Räume ist angenehm altmodisch - es passt zu Wien. Die Zimmer zum Hof sind ruhig.
Manche Zimmer gehen zur Straße hinaus, wo 4 Straßenbahnlinien fahren. Der Teppichboden könnte mal erneuert werden.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La ubicación, cerca de parada de transporte público o en un paseo estás en la zona centro. Las camas son muy cómodas, la limpieza es buena, la habitación muy amplia (nos alojamos tres personas), el personal amable y correcto. Necesita una renovación y mejorar el mantenimiento, pero el hecho de que mantiene mobiliario y decoración originales nos gustó mucho, es parte de su encanto. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.
El suelo de madera cruje bastante en la zona de la de entrada de la habitación. También mencionar que los enchufes están ocupados por las lámparas o los ventiladores ya que no hay aire acondicionado, por lo que tienes que desenchufar para cargar móviles y otros dispositivos electrónicos.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Hübsches, charmantes Hotel. Zimmer authentisch eingerichtet. Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Allerdings dadurch auch Straßenlärm.
Es muss nicht unbedingt eine Klimaanlage sein. Aber Fenster ohne jede Verdunklungsmöglichkeit sind im Sommer schwierig. Es wurde sehr heiß im Zimmer. Das war wahrscheinlich auch der extremen Hitze geschuldet. Wird aber auch bei 30 Grad echt unangenehm.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Tesisin çalışanlarının yaklaşımı oldukça iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki görevliler soru sorduğumuz zaman yardımcı oldular. Yatak rahattı. Elbise dolabı gayet büyük. Valizini koyabileceğiniz kadar ve kıyafetlerinizi asabileceğiniz kadar askı vardı. Fiyat performans diyebileceğimiz bir tesis.
Otel biraz eski olduğu için eşyalar ve olanaklar kısıtlı. Odadaki priz sayısı yeterli değildi. Temizliğini ortalamanın altında değerlendirebiliriz. Duşakabin oldukça küçük. Duşu kullanırken hareket imkanınız kısıtlı. Odadaki mini buzdolabı yeteri kadar soğutmuyor. Konakladığımız odada klima yoktu. Bırakılan vantilatörün kendine hayrı yoktu.

Resepsiyon sorulara cevap vermekle birlikte genel olarak isteksiz gibiydi. Sanırım çok misafir ile karşılaşınca biraz işten soğumuşlar. Ayrıca verilen odanın camları açılamadığı için ve klima olmadığı için biraz havasızdı, sağolsunlar bunu durumu azaltmak için iki adet fan koymuşlar.

Odalarda klima yok ancak vantilatör konulmuştu. Bulunduğumuz zaman diliminde hava gece çok sıcak olmadığı için bir sorun yaşamadık. Çok sıcaklarda klima olmaması sorun yaratabilir.

El hotel está un poco retirado del centro turístico. El recepcionosta podría ser más empático y servicial. No hay aire acondicionado, solo ventilador, así que es importante tenerlo en cuenta en época de verano. Las instalaciones del hotel son viejas.

While the hotel has an obvious vintage charm, it could benefit from some refurboshimg- especially the bathrooms. There is no AC- only a fan- and no water or coffee/ tea in the room. ( there is a small fridge, though). Breakfast os of medium quality- generous, lots of products, but unfortunately they taste rather bland. ( there is a lovely bakery though close by, Feltzl, which we totally recommend). However, given the reasonable prices of the rooms, I would say overall ithis hotel is a good choice.

Per noi non era importante l'aria condizionata e la temperatura non era molto elevata; aprendo la finestra, arrivava un pò di rumore dalla strada; forse aggiungere l'aria condizionata, aiuterebbe nei giorni di caldo

Tijdens ons verblijf was het niet heel warm, maar er is geen airco aanwezig. Op warme dagen denk ik wel dat dit nodig zou kunnen zijn. De communicatie over het verblijf van onze hond was niet zo duidelijk waardoor we het verblijf niet zo fijn hebben kunnen afsluiten.

La cama era comoda. El personal muy atento nos ayudó en todo momento. La relación calidad/precio es buena para ser Vienna.
Fuimos en Agosto y aunque la habitación tiene un ventilador pasamos muchisimo calor. La habitación era ruidosa (se oia el ascensor) Se nota que es un hotel que se ha quedado anticuado.

La decoración es antigua, nos dieron una habitación que estaba en la última planta que es como un desván y no tienes ascensor hasta ahí, tenerlo en cuenta, hacia un calor insoportable, dejaron un ventilador pero aún así la habitación muy calurosa, de resto todo correcto, lo mejor la ubicación. Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a celkově jsme byli velmi spokojení s veškerým vybavením. Hotel je opravdu blízko centru města a celkově se nachází v klidné lokalitě. Blízko je k mhd i obchodům s potravinami. Poměr ceny a kvality je úžasný!
Sprcha neměla dostatečně vysoký tlak např. pro umytí vlasů, ale při krátkém pobytu to nebyl až takový problém.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Céntrico, edificio palaciego precioso con sala de desayunos muy bonita. Desayuno completo y muy bien de precio para lo caro que resulta todo en Viena. Personal muy eficiente y atento.
No está preparados para el calor e hizo mucho. No tiene aire acondicionado y los ventiladores se hacen insuficientes. Además hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones que dan a la carretera. En general le falta una reforma importante. Mala suerte con el tranvía que pasaba por delante que estaba en obras y sin servicio.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Ottima posizione, datato ma funzionale e pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Garage riservato con prezzo calmierato nella via adiacente e postazione bike sharing subito oltre il garage.
Nulla in particolare. In generale gli arredi e i bagni sono un po' datati e non perfetti, ma era tutto pulito e, per quel che abbiamo pagato, l'albergo andava benissimo.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026El personal muy amable, el desayuno buffet estaba muy bueno: variedad tanto de dulce como de salado en horario de 7 a 10 Bien localizado con un par de sitios para cenar cerca. El tranvia esta justo en la puerta aunque cuando fuimos estaba justo en obras y cerrada. A diez min andando esta la iglesia Votiva, y a 5 mas, el ayuntamiento. Muy buena zona, tranquila
Las neveras del minibar no enfriaban, y no habia aire acondicionado en las habitaciones Pondria un par de cojines mas porque las almohadas son algo flojas.

Manca l'aria condizionata, improponibilein estate. La struttura è logora, il bagno in camera era probabilmente degli anni 70, la moquette vecchia da eliminare, lo staff non molto educato

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Innerstadt. Στη γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πάρα πολλά μαγαζιά με φαγητό και σούπερ μάρκετ. Αν και παλιό ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.

Calor sofocante. Difícil descansar y dormir. Camas muy duras. El baño muy viejo y sucio, con telarañas. No tiene parking. Solo había aa.aa. en la recepción.

Sıcak dönemlerde kalmayın. Klima olmadığı için odada fenalık geçirebilirsiniz.bu kısım çok kötüydü. Yastıklar ve yataklar çok inceydi. Otelin genelinde malzeme kalştesi son derece iyi. Neden bunlar zayıf yapılmış anlamadım. Tuvalet tahtası sağlam ama tam vidalamamış. Musluk da aynı durumdaydı. İkisi de çalışıyordu. Otelin önünde bulunan tramvay çalışmalar nedeniyle çalışmıyor. En yakın merkezi bir yere gidecekseniz Ubahn veya tramvay için min 15 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor. Merkeze uzak olduğu için saat 10 da tüm kafeler vs kapanıyor. Örneğin kahve içmek için merkeze gitmeniz gerekiyor. O da 45 dk Ancak kış ayları için otel güzel olabilir.
