Totul a fost foarte fain, în zonă foarte centrală, la 1min de mers pe jos până la terasă, unde poți mânca ft bine, fix langa râu, la 5 min de mers pe jos pana la pod.

Sehr heiss. Fenster waren an der Sonne den ganzen Tag offen bei 35 Grad draussen, wir konnten vor Hitze kaum schlafen. Kein Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Location was amazing and convenient

We got assigned a room at the top floor. During summer/early spring, not having any AC made it uncomfortably warm and stuffy (neighbours also had to leave their door open for ventilation)

très bon emplacement a quelques pas des ponts couverts, au coeur de la vieille ville. Immeuble ancien dans un rue piétonne. Chambre spacieuse , deco moderne, salle d'eau/wc , aménagement récent et soigné. Ascenseur pour les étages. Parking a proximité

self checking pas évident si on ne comprend pas l'allemand de l'écran d'accueil de la machine dédiée, ensuite on peut choisir d'autres langues et tout va bien. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place.

地點就在湖邊巷內，距離Chapel Bridge和Spreuer Bridge都很近，過個橋就是老城區了！且距離Luzern車站推行李大約15分鐘以內，都還算好走，附近很多餐廳選擇，非常方便！

Spacious room, comfortable beds and an excellent location, right in the middle of all the Old Town charm yet tucked away on a small, very quiet street. Perfect combination.

We had no complaints, our stay was comfortable and although there is no staff on site any questions were promptly answered before and throughout our time there.

The location is prime, very central! The house keeping staff were very lovely!

Probably being a travel princess here but the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, the pillows are feather and not good for support. There were no coffee sachets etc provided in the room. The bathroom door is fogged glass so not good for privacy, and no aircon just a fan so the room gets very stuffy

自行checkin操作尚算方便易明，房間在4樓，8月上旬入住，晚上非常非常熱，但房間卻沒有冷氣，只有兩個風扇，已開窗，室外明明是涼的，但不知是否因為頂樓的關係，房間內依然熱得徹夜難眠，夏天不建議入住 在退房當天，我們早上寄存行李，遊玩後預留了30分鐘來取行李再步行到車站，然而，我們找遍了整幢樓，都沒有員工應答，即使按鈴了也沒用，我們從一樓找到四樓，也有大叫，卻完全沒人應答，最終等了15分鐘，才有一個員工從暗門出來，我不理解為何她一直不出現，可能在戴了耳機？結果我們因此而錯過了火車，非常非常生氣，入住的話要謹慎考慮。

La posizione è senz'altro il punto di forza di questo alloggio. Il self check in è stato comodo. Noi avevamo una stanza mansardata al 4 piano.. (non così comoda la parte mansardata) con vista laterale sul fiume! La stanza ha la doccia e il lavandino in camera e il wc separato.

La parte mansardata non è comoda e avrei preferito la doccia separata dalla stanza da letto.

Although we knew there wasn’t an air conditioner, it was pretty rough being on the 4th floor with 35 degree weather!

Bij het zeer warme weer deze week tijdens ons verblijf: inloopdouche, lekker koud drink water uit de kraan. En de locatie. We hebben de eerste avond buiten gegeten in het hierachter gelegen restaurant; de wifi bleek van de eigenaar van dit restaurant.

De warme kamer, ook ‘s nachts. De ventilator helpt weinig voor verkoeling, ook bij het uitschakelen van de kamerverlichting stopt de ventilator. Met ramen open slapen is er een constante herrie van buiten met weinig verkoeling. De ventilator was vervuild met stof en haren, er dwarrelde een pluk haren in de kamer.

Location was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The elevator broke down for a day. We had 3 seniors with us that a hard time with stairs.

It was so comfortable. Perfect location

Great location! Close to Chapel Bridge and Spreuer Bridge. Just off the water tucked away on a very quiet street. Easy 10 minute walk to the train station. The room was spacious, especially the large bathroom. The staff was responsive and courteous.

There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans.

O calor dentro do quarto é insuportável! Tem um ventilador que não ajuda em nada. Não dava pra descansar. Também era muito barulhento por ser em cima de um restaurante.

J'avais réservé heure arrivée pour 14h. Or en arrivant à 13h45, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la porte d'entrée!. Je n'avais pas d'instruction au préalable que tel était normal. en partant je n'ai pas vu d'instruction pour rendre les cartes. je les ai déposé sur l'appareil avec écran.

There is no front desk or lobby at this property but there is a staff member you can contact on site and leave your luggage if you arrive prior to check-in and find your room still unavailable. Our rom was fair size and generally comfortable, a bit more boutique than functional. Bed was comfy, there was a small wall table and chair, safe, spacious bathroom and ok space to hang clothing items and left luggage bags. Shower worked great. TV Streaming through your own devices possible. Wifi worked fine throughout our stay. Note, there is no A/C, unfortunately, our higher level room took in a lot of sunlight during the hot summer days when we were there. By mid afternoons, it became brutally hot even when using the heavy curtains to block out the light. Room included a spinning floor fan to help keep room temps reasonable. P

Unfortunately, even after dropping our bags off early and seeing our booking reservation on the staff list, we had some trouble later on trying to register at the check-in machine, which didn't recognise our name for reservation. Fortunately, it did recognise our booking.com confirmation number with the same name. Weird. Anyway, best to have your hotel confirmation numbers ready to go as well when you arrive at the property. Room included TV mostly German channels. English (BBC and the likes) channels didn't work in our room Our room included a kettle but no coffee or tea packets, which was odd and opportunity to for a quick and cheap improvement. It gets really hot in the upper floor rooms during the hot summer days. Floor fan provided helps but be ready to sweat in your room. We had to take a few rounds of quick cold showers during the late afternoons to keep reasonably cool in our room.

It was right in the city center, and getting around was very easy. However, the hotel did not have a proper air-conditioning system. Instead, there was a standing, UFO-style unit. It was very noisy at night and not powerful enough to cool the room properly. In the middle of summer, we had a bit of trouble sleeping because of the heat. Apart from the air conditioning, nothing else really bothered us. The sockets were designed only for CH standards, so there were no compatible outlets for other European plugs, which is something to keep in mind. Another issue was that the toilet and the hand-washing sink were not in the same area. After using the toilet, you had to leave the bathroom and go into the room to wash your hands, which I personally do not think is a very hygienic setup.

The location is fantastic and there is a parking garage just a 2 minute walk away. The room was comfortable and there is an elevator if needed.

For some reason we got only 2 rooms instead of 3 that we reserved.

Spacious room in a quiet back street. Very close to all attractions - we walked everywhere. Clean room and they come in daily to refresh. The cleaning lady was super helpful on arrival even though we couldn’t speak Swiss - she has clearly helped people before!

It was quite warm in Lucerne when we arrived, and the rooms got quite hot (only a fan for cooling). But that is likely unusual for Switzerland!

Völlig unkomplizierte Buchung, Check in und Check out. Es war super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Man hört nur im Hintergrund das Rauschen der Reuss.

Der Teppichboden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, sogar um die Dusche und Toilette herum.

Location is good

Fake broken elevator made us to carry 50lb luggage to third floor. The elevator was actually working when we arrived, but we did not have our luggage due to airline mistake. They purposely turn it off later in the day when we had our luggage. No body helped us. Both of us have knee problems

A nice room and a great location. The old chapel bridge and the lake are like 2 minutes away, The train station is very close as well. The room decor has nice accents, which gave it a bit of a character. The hotel is tucked away in a small street, but is located as its widest point, allowing the view of multiple buildings through the window which was nice. It's a very good deal for this price point in Lucerne.

We had some issues during the self check-in, the computer asked us to pay for the room even though we already did so via Booking ahead of time. Luckily some staff were there to fix the problem quickly. It would also be nice if the rooms had AC, the vertical fan isn't really cutting it during the summer months anymore.

Os funcionários trabalham pro restaurante do térreo, nao tem como dar conta de tudo. Quem faz as vezes de gerente e a Karin, tem muito boa vontade, mas ninguem faz mágica. Fora do horário do restaurante, nao tem ninguém.

Property is in an excellent location!

Top floor room. Fan only helped slightly. Room got quite hot. Wasn’t the best for sleeping. Zero ventilation in the toilet room as well. Also, pillows were not great… WAY too soft. my head was swallowed up by the pillow.

Great location, close to station and lake. Room was clean and tidy. Check in process was easy at the property. Rooms exactly as pictured in the listing. Lift access up to rooms was great (4 steps to get to lift)

In the middle of Luzern so amazing place to stay, the place was clean

The self check in was a bit complicated as we didn’t have internet and couldn’t find our booking.com code without internet. My name didn’t work in the self check in computer. Also we requested a portable cot for my 2yo daughter, got confirmation by email before that it would be set up in the room but unfortunately it wasn’t there when we arrived. I sent an email to the contact number and email but got no answer. I had to find a cleaning lady in the hotel to get one, she was very nice and set one for us.

The location is great with an entrance off the main street. Good amenities great shower, refrigerator, and safe , Self check-in was surprisingly easy. Close to parking but that is pricey

No AC but did provide a fan, we just happened to be here when it was hot

Check-in was not fast. The machine was not working initially. The staff had to reboot the system but he was very helpful in assisting.
