The location is perfect and the room itself was of a reasonable size, very clean and everything worked as expected. The bed was super comfortable and it had a good shower. All the staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

The only negative was the pillows. They were just too flat and I was very thankful that I had brought my own pillow with me.

מלא מדרגות לכל הכיוומים, כדי להגיע לחדר עלינו וירדנו מדרגות ובאמצע כם שימוש במעלית. מאד מוזר. החדר לא היה מאד נקי, הרצפה היתה עם גללי אבק. הטלוויזיה לא עבדה, האינטרנט התנתק כל הזמן. אמנם היה מטבחון אבל אפילו בלי קפה, סוכר ותה.

The location in Old Town was nice, although kind of a hike from the train station when you’re hauling luggage. Self check in was fairly easy.

There’s no elevator from the 5th to the 6th floor, which is fine for able-bodied people with luggage but maybe not others. The AC also stopped working overnight on our last night, woke up and it was over 80 degrees Fahrenheit inside the room, luckily we were heading out but still.

The atmosphere. The location is right in the old town. It is nearby train station from where you can travel to other cities such as Kriens. The shops are all located nearby and most of the places can be visited on foot.

Very costly. Also, the host agreed we can pay in cash on property, but we started getting reminders 3 days early to pay in advance via card or the booking will be cancelled.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Quaint and well appointed room with great views of Mt Pilatus and the town.

No tea or coffee in the room.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Clean and very convenient to sites. Kitchenette was a nice perk. Room key on phone was very convenient. Would definitely stay again if in Lucerne.

Stairs/hallways would be hard for less mobile people but we knew from property description and not an issue for us.

Amazing location, close to everything in Lucerne. Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen essentials, good size fridge and a dishwasher. Would definitely recommend.

Check in was a little tricky as I hadn’t had an email from the hotel with a different booking reference to the booking.com one. However the staff in the coffee shop were able to give us this and then it was easy via the check in computer.

We had our own private bathroom. But what we didn’t expect was that the bathroom was across the hall. It stayed locked and we had the key. So, it was for our room. But, it was still a great inconvenience for older people to go across the hall in the middle of the night and unlock the bathroom. And also to cover up the night clothes in case someone else is walking the halls.

The bathroom - while very stylish - would have benefitted from more light and mirror directly by the sink.

strange noise during the night from the AC

The location is not far from the train station and has easy access to the pier. You can find a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and many of them are quite nice. The kitchenette in the room also makes our lives a lot easier as it is not quite as expensive to dine out.

There isn't a lift in the hotel, so it was quite tiring on arrival, as we had quite heavy luggage. I stayed close to the laundry, so it was quite noisy at night because there were only a few washing machines and tourists tended to wash their clothes at midnight.

check-in was smooth. location is perfect for a stroll in the city center. but that was about it.

I expected a clean facility, but it was quit the opposite. Broken appliances in the kitchen, sticky floor and smelly surfaces everywhere. dust on every shelf and objects. very disgusting and overall uncomfortable feeling.

Fotky moc neodpovidali realite. Hodne maly pokoj, prilis mnoho nabytku, bylo tam tezke se vubec pohybovat. Ckeckin byl extra zmatecny a asi 5 kilometrovych zprav, kdy stejne pak vstupni karty nefungovali. Nastesti nam pani pokojska pomohla. Neni tam mozne nikde parkovat, takze parkhouse stoji denne 40 franku, tak pozor.

Oda çok küçüktü. Aydınlatma aşırıydı. Odanın büyüklüğüne uygun olmayan aydınlatma dekorları seçilmişti. Alan çok dar olunca o lambalara çarpmamak mümkün değildi. Giriş süreci çok zordu. Daha pratik bir sistem olabilir. Kaldığımız oda giriş merdivenlerinin hemen karşısında genel tuvaletin yanında gürültülü bir konumdaydı. Neyseki İsviçre’de 22:00- 07:00 arası sessizlik var.

La ubicación del hotel, la estetética moderna.

No habia armario, solo dos estanterias muy pequeñas. No habia mirco, solo calentador agua donde no se podia poner leche. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y tuvimos que limiar nosotros los filtros.... y el del ventilador que se veia perfectamente estaba lleno de polvo.

The room was spacious and the location was great. The kitchen was ample although we did not use it.

The idea to receive a free soft drink if you skip cleaning is nice, implementation was weak.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof leicht zu erreichen. Ausstattung perfekt und sehr modern. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Frühstück im Parterre mit extrem freundlichen Personal.

Extrem hohe Preise in der Kaffebar, aber das entspricht dem landesniveau und den Festspielwochen.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem auf dem Bild. Wir buchten explizit das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, und nahmen auch den eher hohen Preis genau deswegen in Kauf. Leider bekam ich bis zu heutigen Tag noch keine angemessenen entschädigung/Antwort vom letzten aufenthalt über. °Dreckiges Zimmer °Schimmel an etlichen stellen inkl. Schlafbereich °verstopfter Duschablauf °Bettwäsche wahr dreckig ectr. Wir sind bereits das Dritte mal dort!

房間清潔可以再加強，冷氣機桌子電扇都很多灰塵，寢具也很多棉絮，有過敏的人不太推薦 地點在老城區，大部分是石板路，因此對拖大行李的人不太友善

Можно попробовать снизить переодический шум в области кондиционера. Добавить пару бутылок питьевой воды. Ее очень не хватало на период пребывания. В целом все на достойном уровне!

The location, convenient to sites, and cleanliness

The A/C unit in the room barely cooled it to a tolerable temperature. The bunks get little to no airflow and are warm. Also the shower was very small. The dryers leave your clothes very damp.

The room was convenient and our daughter loved the bunk bed. The AC worked okay; could have been a bit stronger, but did the job. Having the kitchenette while traveling with a kid is very convenient, and this one was good. The location is convenient; there is a huge supermarket at the end of the block, and it's close to the train station. It's not super convenient if you have a stroller or any mobility issues, because there are steps and stairs in many places, and the road is cobblestone. The laundry room didn't work well for us, because the dryer didn't work while we were there, so we had to deal with a mess of the wet laundry. The rest of the stay was nice though, so I'd recommend it for the families/groups of friends/couples without too much luggage or strollers.

Det er sentralt, og rommene var store med kjøleskap.

Vanskelig å sjekke inn to rom i samme bestilling. Måtte ringe tre ganger før vi fikk sjekket inn begge rommene. En time av ferien ble brukt i telefonen for innsjekking. Mye bråk i gangen på kvelden. Skitne gulv, aircondition fungerte ikke som det skulle, fjernkontrollen til tv var med oppbrukte batterier fikk dermed ikke brukt den.

We had booked an AirBnB for our stay in Lucerne, but it was far from acceptable. After one night we booked this hotel, and I am so glad we did. This hotel saved our trip! It’s in a perfect location, and the room was clean, tidy and stylish. The cafe on the ground floor was also a perfect way to start our days.

クーラー設置でこのホテルを選択したが、室内置きのスポットクーラーで、運転音がうるさくてクーラーをつけたままで寝られなかった。騒音防止対策に耳栓が置いてあった。

I gave a middle for staff because it was completely hands free. The registration process was super quick with a little kiosk and I had access to the room in less than 10 minutes. Room was quiet and had a communal space for doing laundry if you wanted. I was surprised it had a hob and full tableware. Plus the room was airconditioned!! That was massive for the end of the heat wave we were having.

Only major complaint I had as a big guy was the shower was mostly unusable. The tiny square space wasn't enough room for me to turn around let alone wash. The entire bathroom should of been a wet room if the space was so limited. I had to leave the glass door open and made a huge mess.

I like the location of the hotel, it is close to the best places in Lucerne.

The location is wonderful and the building certainly feels unique with a historic charm. There is a grocery just a few buildings away and there are dinner options all around. The rooftop space is small, but lovely. Having a small kitchenette is appreciated, but you have exactly the number of plates/cups/spoons etc for the occupancy of the room.

We were there during a heatwave, but the hallways were incredibly hot without AC and the units in the room were unable to maintain 20c. There is no common space outside the rooms except the restaurant on the first floor, 2 seats in the laundry room, and the roof which seats 6, so our group that had multiple rooms had challenges spending time all together. The room was loud with the AC and pipes making intermittent grinding noises. The dryer didn’t actually dry clothes and we lost more than half a day waiting on laundry.

The room is super dusty! Wiping the walls with your finger will show dusts. Aircon units was shut off in our 2 rooms. We communicated and let us move to other rooms but the AC were powerless. No repair were done because it is Sunday. We slept with open windows and it is a warm night. Too bad! Laundry dryer failed to dry my son's clothing. Too bad again.

Good location, air conditioned, clean, and easy self checkin and checkout

Location was nice near train station. 13 mins from the lion carving. Near the port for boat tours. Close to the lake parks. If you cancel your room cleaning you get a free drink at the cafe downstairs. Also you get a 10% discount at the cafe too. The tap water is safe to drink.

When I checked in my card did not work initially so I had to come back downstairs and make another key card. But then it worked? Was just annoying. There wasn’t instructions for how to check out. Also when it was check out time it was from 8-11. So it was not super clear how you would manage. Laundry is there and there’s soap but you have to use an app. There’s a coffee machine but no milk or creamers in the laundry room. The luggage room is open and does not lock which is a bit unsafe. The pillows were really flat I wish they were fluffier. Also there was no kitchen paper towel so cooking was interesting trying to clean up messes. The walls need a paint job it looks kinda crusty. For the price it was I would not go back.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the Altstadt and nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was a short walk (6-7 min) from the Luzern train station, which was very convenient. Facilities were clean and tidy. Air conditioning was a plus, especially since it was near 35-37 deg Celsius while we were there. Check in and check out were easy with a self service kiosk at the hotel entrance.

Air conditioning was a plus, but for some reason, our wall unit made a loud vibrating noise every few minutes. Maybe needs servicing?

The location was good.

The air conditioning was non-existent. This property shouldn't be advertised as air conditioned. The bathroom was extremely small - you couldn't even open your arms in the shower. The overall cleanliness at arrival was terrible. My family had a really tough time the whole week. I will be trying to get my money back.
