就在法蘭克福主火車站旁邊，很方便 酒店所在的街道比隔壁街乾淨並且看起來安全 大堂有製冰機可以自取冰塊 房間比想象中大，還有空調 早餐的煮雞蛋超級棒，不過得早點去，很快就被拿完了

Ideale Lage für eine sehr frühe Abreise von Hauptbahnhof. In meinem Zimmer zum Hinterhof war es erstaunlich still und ich habe bestens geschlafen.

Ich hätte mich über einen Kaffeeautomaten gefreut, da ich vor 6 Uhr abgereist bin. Aber auch ohne war ich sehr zufrieden!

keine Seife, sehr eng, für den Preis absolut unverschämt, daß es ohne Frühstück war. Der Preis trotz Messe für diesen Raum inakzeptabel. kein Bügelraum, ,man muss sich das Bügeleisen inklusive Brett ohne Füße an der Rezeption abholen und wieder hinbringen. Küchentücherrolle war nach 2 Tagen aufgebraucht (vorher schon sehr wenig) und wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. usw.

Easy to get to from the train station. Access was good neighborhood not so good.

Seems as though the staff made rules up just for the sake of it. My funniest story was when I was at the breakfast buffet and they have one of those toasting machines I tried to put a black piece of toast in and the lady came over and slapped my hand away and said that's only for white toast. I asked her why I can't toast the lactose and she said because that's wrong.

The customer service was excellent! The premises were really clean and functional. The japanese toilet was a nice addition. It really felt a bit like Japan. I tried dinner once at the hotel and the taste was great.

The room was quite small unfortunately for me even if I did not mind the lack of a wardrobe. The bathroom too was quite small. I'm quite big and felt the toilet seat was a bit small and therefore not that comfortable. This is not the fault of the hotel but take note that it is situated near a "hot" district of Frankfurt - it is not that family friendly and need to stay careful which region you are walking into. We were well aware of this before the booking and for us it was practical as it was near the Messe Frankfurt which we had to walk to every morning.

First; taxi driver refused to come and pick me up and he was extremely rude. My flight delayed (around 1 hour) and I can understand if he told me simply service is cancelled. Instead he immediately started the conversation by blaming me for this despite I tried to explain it is not my mistake, it is the airline. I simply asked if is he going to come (instead of arguing over something we can't control) and pick me up or not (did it 5 times) and each time and every time (5 times) he started to tell me this is my mistake and as per company policies ......... and having another customer to pick up at Frankfurt - in city. Obviously he still was in the airport or near by. Finally I asked him to answer simply yes he is coming or no not coming so I can decide to get another car from the airport or not however he hang up on me with no answer. This is despite I told him I was out of the terminal waiting at the pickup area. I can understand any unreasonable delay may cause cancellation but what I can't agree is the way the driver handled the conversation and literally hanging up at the end. This is extremely rude, beside he can obviously see my flight is delaying (this is available and accessible info through many apps) and inform the hotel to re-arrange this, this is simple way of managing this matter, of course if anyone wanted to handle properly. Anyway very lousy customer handling.... On top of all when I reached to the hotel I asked if they have any night manager on duty (to share this matter) however unfortunately I found out supervisors/managers attend to business only during daily work hours (9 to 5). Over an above all these I have been charged breakfast (12€) despite it was included and one more bad experience which is the worst of all, I end up killing a bug in my room and having bitten several times on my last evening, probably by the same bug or its siblings. So overall very very very bad experience.

It's close to Frankfurt station. The breakfast is delicious. There's a receptionist who speaks Japanese. The rooms are very clean.

The elevator gets crowded and it's hard to get on. I wanted to use the stairs, but they seemed to be for emergencies only and I couldn't access them. The area in front of the hotel is littered with cigarette butts. The toilet seats are small, which I think would be uncomfortable for larger people.

Perfect location close to Frankfurt Central Station and bus station. Good breakfast, but can get very crowded during rush hours.

The skinny Thai staff at breakfast room was incredibly rude to me. I actually wanted to talk to a supervisor to explain what she did, but the front desk staffs didn't allow me to. They simply gave me a QR code to write a feedback instead.

중앙역에서 가까운 위치가 압도적으로 좋았고, 기차역 뷰 호실을 배정해달라는 요청에도 성실히 응답했습니다. 조식에 밥과 죽도 있어서 아시안에게 도움이 되었습니다.

처음에 봤던 때보다 불과 1-2주밖에 지나지 않았는데 가격이 두배가 오른걸 믿을수 없었습니다. 그래도 숙박 한달 전에 빌리는 것인데, 1박당 30만원 넘게 낼 정도의 가성비는 아니죠.

Habitación incómoda, sin poder dejar oscuridad en la noche por luz externa. Imposible dormir. Muy ruidosa. Te dan un panel de instrucciones para usar la ducha porque si sale vapor les salta la alarma de incendios, y te amenazan con cobrarte la salida de los bomberos. Un sinsentido de lugar al que no volveré nunca.

The room was very clean and the staff were very polite and couldn’t do enough to help you. The Japanese toilets are a hit for me.

The beds are very hard which I didn’t get on with. The area is also a bit rough round the edges.

フランクフルト中央駅の横出入り口から近い。横断歩道を渡り、インターシティホテルを右に行くとTOYOKO INN の看板がある。

ドアの開け閉めで苦労した。鍵がかかりにくい。勢いよくバタンとしないとドアが閉まらないようですね。 私以外にもあるような気がします。

Ein Frühstück war im Betrag inbegriffen und es gab im Hotel ein Mini-Bar, in dem japanisches Gericht am Abend angeboten wird. Ich habe mich als Japanerin über japanisches Frühstück (Buffet) und Abendessen gefreut. Es gab auch ein wenig für Vegetarier (nicht Veganer!) Das Zimmer war kompakt und es gab einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Ich habe mich in Japan an das enge Badezimmer mit einer Toilette gewöhnt. Für mich war also die Badezimmer-Größe gar kein Problem, wobei ich mir vorstellen kann, dass die für nicht wenige Personen gewöhnungsbedürftig sein könnte. Die Lage ist ganz nah am Hbf, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gerne wieder.

Camera senza ventilazione . Unica possibilità lasciare aperta la finestra . Per niente sicura la notte si sentiva i tentativi di apertura finestra forzata con allarme . Il bagno troppo piccolo privo di ventilazione e poi al check-in avvisare il cliente che se per caso scatta l’allarme causato dal vapore della doccia si viene addebitati di 450 euro e ridicolo. Cambiate la ventilazione!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The second time experience was also almost same as the first. Very clean hotel. I like the Japan style toilet and cleanliness. Had all the amenities and facilities in the room. Rooms are looking like new and very comfortable.

Last time the booking had the breakfast included. This time they have detached it. I like if the bundled package can be offered at the same price.

Price very good for the booked room including breakfast. Location near to the main railway station, but calm. Breakfast buffet very good with a lot of choice.

Closing the door avoiding the alarm sound not easy (I had to ask to the receptionist).

Ambiente super limpo, seguro, alimentação maravilhosa e os funcionários atenciosos.

O corredor ate o quarto é muito quente/abafado. O quarto precisa ligar ar pq é abafado tbm. A chave do meu quarto deu problema e tive que descer 3 vezes pra resolver (estava exausta). Na última o funcionário subiu comigo.

Bữa sáng phong phú theo tôi là rất tuyệt vời, có cháo, có cơm và các loại bánh thích hợp với tất cả các thành viên trong gia đình.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist gut zu erreichen. Die Dusche hat viel Wasser und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Seit dem Umbau ist der Frühstückraum auch ansprechend :)

3階の部屋だったが窓外の室外機を含むスペースに鳩の糞が大量にあって不衛生で窓を開けることができなかった

Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Da zu dieser Zeit keine Messen in Frankfurt stattfanden, konnte ich zu einem günstigen Preis übernachten.

Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle unbedingt den Lüfter einschalten, nachdem ich das Badezimmer benutzt habe, aber der Lüfter war extrem laut.

Das Zimmer war alles ok, am besten ist immer lüften, bis der anderen Gäste kommen und selber das Fenster zumachen. Es hat schon was gestunken, Aber nicht schlimm, hab das Fenster geöffnet.

Was mir nicht gefallen habe, beim Frühstück war der Tisch voll dreckig, könnte nicht am Tisch essen, hab nach Personal gesucht, nix gefunden, hab die Frau in der Küche gesagt, brauche Lappen, nix reagiert, dann kam ich auf die Idee, hab heißes Wasser aus der Automat geholt und mit Servietten auf Tisch sauber gemacht. Bitte sagen Sie Personal, muss darum kümmern und das Ablageort für Tablett war verstopft, keinen Platz zum abstellen, auch sofort wegräumen. Als ich vor 2 Wochen in anderen Land im Urlaub war, waren die Personal fleißig und haben sofort Geschirr weggeräumt. Das ist ein Beispiel, das müssen sie auch bei Ihren Hotel machen. Die Kundinnen sollen wohler fühlen und sind die Königinnen.

Het bed. Leek wel een plank. Onmogelijk om daar op te slapen Midden in de nacht extra kussens opgehaald bij de receptie om daar een iets zachter bed mee te creëren. Ontbijt weinig keuze en tweede dag alles op. Bijvullen duurde te lang.

Jede Jugendherberge hat ein besseres Frühstück. Ich musste 20 Minuten warten, bis es die nächsten Aufbackbrötchen gab. Diese waren dann so heiß und so schnell wieder vergriffen, dass es nur noch Körner Aufbackbrötchen gab. Kaffee läuft extrem langsam. Das ganze Frühstück hat so viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen, da die wenigen Servicekräfte nicht hinterher gekommen sind. Sie sind sogar gesprungen, um schneller zu sein aber sind nicht hinterher gekommen am Sonntagmorgen um 9:00 Uhr. Käse war leer, Wurst war leer, Ei war leer, Nutella war leer, Marmeladespender war außergewöhnlich schwer zu betätigen, Joghurt war Mini Ausführung. Die Matratze war dünn und Bockel hart hart. Bei der Toilette musste ich zwei Mitarbeiter und eine Putzfrau fragen, die mir dann gezeigt hat, wo mein Wasser nach dem Toilettengang auslösen kann. Irritierend waren die 20 Knöpfe am Toiletten Display, die ich alle studiert hatte. Gott sei Dank hat sich eine Putzfrau erbarmt und ist mir auf die Toilette gegangen, um mir zu zeigen, wo der Hebel ist. Einmal und nie wieder. Nächstes Mal gehe ich in die Jugendherberge in Frankfurt und zahle 20 € weniger und habe sicherlich beim Frühstück. Kein solches Drama und eine dickere bessere Matratze. Auch verstehe ich die Toilettenspülung, weil mir das japanische zu kompliziert ist.

Matratze, Toilettenspülung, Service beim Frühstück muss um 100 % erhöht werden.

We had a small child, so we broke one of the standing lamps. I think they overcharged us for it. I don’t believe this lamp cost 80 euro. Especially since there was just a glass piece that was broken. They also had no staff on duty to clean things up, so we had to do it together with the reception.

I was impressed by this hotel from the moment I checked in. While other reviewers have raised concerns about the neighbourhood, compared to other hotel locations near the railway there is nothing wrong with this one. The rooms are great and quiet, the beds comfortable and the shower has good pressure. Everything you would need for more than my one night stay was there. An excellent breakfast was included in the tariff. I highly recommend this hotel for a Frankfurt stopover or longer.

フランクフルト中央駅から徒歩5分かからないくらいの立地です。中央駅前がそもそも治安が悪いので仕方がありませんが、他の街と比べると少し怖い印象でした。 チェックインが15時ですが、チェックイン前に荷物預かりをしてくれます。 無料の朝食が食べられたのが良かったです。スーパーも近くにあるにはありますが、少し歩かないといけないのと、そこまで品揃えも良くなかったので、安心して温かい美味しいものが食べられるのは嬉しかったです。またおそらく朝食担当のスタッフさんは日本人の方が多いのでしょうか。ちらほら日本語が聞こえてきて安心しました。 シングルルームでしたがベッドが広く、疲労回復できました。ただその分スーツケースを広げる場所が少なくはあります。

日本人スタッフの方がいるということでこちらのホテルを選びましたが、日本人のスタッフさんが一番素っ気なかったのが少し残念でした。忙しい時間帯に行ったからかもしれませんが……対応してくださった他国のスタッフさんはずっとフレンドリーに接してくれていました。 またドアの閉め方に少しコツが入りました。しっかり閉めようと思って手で押し込むと、逆に警報音が鳴ってしまいます。手を離して自重で閉まるのを待てば問題がありませんでした。

Very polite staff. Room was very clean and the air conditioning was functioning perfectly. Cooled the room down in 2-3 minutes easily. The bathroom was Japanese style with a bidet toilet with heating function.

Kein Ablagemöglichkeit für Koffer trotz fehlendem Schrank. Zimmer roch modrig. Toilette nur für Liebhaber japanischer Fullservice-Toiletten. Badewanne (!) mit Duschschlauch nur für Personen unter 180cm geeignet. Das ganze Bad ist wie eine Plastikkiste- furchtbar.
