The hotel was ideally located on the sea front and only a short flat walk to shop, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and pier. With great kirb appeal, you are greated with an Impressive outside seating area with quality parasols and heaters.. The interior is not too shabby either with modern luxury furnishings and fittings. On arrival we were greeted by welcoming staff who seemed genuinely pleased to help, shown to our room, (102) which was clean comfortable and spacious. We were on a bed and breakfast deal, which had a good choice and was really tasty, served mostly by Marianna who was extremely efficient, cheerful and friendly as we noticed with all staff. We also had lunch a few days and evenng meal, all of which were of great quality, well presented, reasonably priced and served with a smile. All in all we could not recommend this hotel enough.

As always we had a lovely stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A special mention for the lady who serviced our room who provided my friend with a top sheet so that she was more comfortable. Our room was beautiful and we are coming back.

The colleagues were lovely the ambiance delightful and the view stunning.

Excellent from start to finish well worth the money

Wonderful location ,guests very friendly and the staff amazing nothing was to much trouble no matter what you ask.We had a bay window sea view room,it was spacious with lovely comfy beds and a wonderful walk in shower with flat headed shower. At the front of the bay was a coffee table with 2 comfy chairs, ideal to see the sea and watch the world go by, and even more amazing at night when all the promenade and pier was lit up.(we loved it sat there quite a bit relaxing with a brew and biscuit.lol). The outside terrace is wonderful day and night for snacks meals afternoon teas and drinks and such a bonus having the heaters fitted into the canopys. It is a little expensive I think for a holiday in the UK ,but its worth every penny, the food is amazing we couldnt find fault with any meal, one meal had cauliflower cheese which we love so we asked for an extra portion not a problem The evening entertainment starts with just 1 or 2 games of bingo then a different singer each night. The outside and inside of the building are spotless everybody works so hard. With having the front room over the outside terrace if you went to bed before 11pm and had the windows open you could hear people chatting but on closing the windows you could hardly hear a thing then by 12pm it all closed down which is quite acceptable.,regarding the room noise we never heard any.. Stayed here in August for a 3 night weekend. The hotel has very modern decor . Very well presented and very clean. The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Restaurant was very clean and well presented. Food was fabulous and plenty of choice. The front terrace was like being abroad. The staff very helpful and very pleasant. This hotel is fabulous all round. I can understand why it’s fully booked well in advance. We only got in because we put our name down on the cancellation list and luckily a weekend came available. Will definitely try to get in next year. Thanks to the management and all the staff.

Situated on the sea front with easy access to the town and pier, its great for a stroll along the prom and has an amazing view of the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The Tynedale is a lovely place to stay with warm and welcoming staff, beautiful decor throughout and very very clean. Our room had everything you need or more, the decor and furnishings were done extremely well and the bed was very comfy (and large!). Lovely dining room and breakfast was great. We would recommend The Tynedale. Thanks to everyone for a lovely short break.

Excellent, well kept, modern, welcoming & comfortable hotel. We had a superb sea front facing room on the 3rd floor. Very comfy bed. We stayed for 4 nights b&b from end of July to early August 2026. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's circa 15 steps from the car park to the hotels rear door & we were helped in with our luggage - car to room. Highly recomnended & will return.

Fantastic location on the promenade with easy waliking distance to the pier. The hotel has a lovely terrace to sit out and enjoy a drink. The room was spotless and well decorated. The food was great and can't be faulted. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Overall there is a great atmosphere to the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Could have been any better! We have stayed at this hotel before a few years ago and we have also popped in for lunch and have never been disappointed. The staff in all areas are so friendly, the same faces are always there so I’m guessing people are happy in their work, they can’t do enough for you. The food is beautiful, lots of choice at breakfast, not just the ordinary run of the mill stuff you’d expect either. The hotel itself is so well maintained, well kept everywhere which must be a never ending task. It’s spotlessly clean everywhere, the rooms are well planned with everything you could want, even a fan was there to help with the hot weather. The location is perfect, right on the sea front but not on top of the pier. The terrace at the front allows you to have a lovely lunch or to chill with a nice drink before tea (happy hour). Waiter service and again, nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here and cannot wait to go again, I booked whilst there.

The Tynedale hotel is in a perfect seafront position with a lovely terrace at the front to have drinks and food. The room was modern and clean. The staff were very helpful.

We didn't stay at this hotel, although we wished we did! We were booked in at another hotel, as part of a package. We had drinks at The Tynedale to 'escape' the grimness of The Seafront. The drinks were excellent - lots of ice, choice of lemon or lime...or both. Lots of choice, attention to detail. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, even though we were not residents. What we saw of the interior was clean, fresh, modern but comfortable. We sat on the patio which, we noticed, was well equipped with heaters, blankets, large umbrellas... We enjoyed sitting, looking at the view and watching the world go by. The only reason I didn't award the full 5 stars was that the entertainment on our first visit was a bit 'pub/club singer.'

This hotel is superb always try and get in here when we visit Llandudno (every year) just come back home after a three day break and it was lovely, can not fault it at all and i am fussy with when i go away, Had DBB the food was lovely as always and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay ever, even the owners take time out to speak with customers and even serve you drinks, Rooms are spotless and have everything you need, the hotel its self is spotless throughout, the outside seating area (front of hotel) is also well equiped to sit and have a nice quiet drink or even some food which is lovely Thanks to all the staff for another great stay and look forward to our next visit in June 2027 (already Booked)

Excellent time, could not fault anything in the hotel,staff were excellent food and entertainment excellent, only one problem not the fault of hotel were we in back of hotel,the seagulls never stopped day or night, tried closing windows, didn't work, maybe some sound proof glazing. Thank you

Lovely seafront hotel in an ideal location, just a short walk to the train station and town centre. Food was nice, good quality and a lovely breakfast with good service. We stayed in a junior suite at the back of the hotel in the car park, whilst we had no views, the room was comfortable and very pleasant. All the staff were helpful annd attentive. Overall a very nice stay and would stay here again.

The fan in the room does not swing. During the heat wave, I didn't have a good sleep because of the limited air flow. Also, please consider setting a self-serve bar for cereals and toasts for the breakfast session. The cafe staff members made me feel a bit uncomfortable when I first walked around to look for toasts and cereals but later I noticed I needed to ask the staff for bringing is the food.

We have visited this hotel numerous times and have just returned from our second visit this year. The hotel cannot be faulted, everything is spot on. The food is wonderful and the staff are all super friendly and cannot do enough for you. Rooms are modern and extremely clean and the management is very hands on. Well done Nathan and Tracey and your excellent team. We have already booked 2 more holidays for later this year.

In the heatwave weather a stroll along the prom is great many many people doing all sorts of beachy touristy things great to see.......standing out from the rest as regards the hotel frontage goes is the Tynedale hotel outside seating area looking direct to the prom all looks great a good effort by the management it was very busy people having early evening drinks and enjoying the views the manager was polite and luckily it was happy hour....win win. We didn't go into the hotel but gaging by the outside area it must be of a high standard and somewhere to think about for future visits.

This exceptional hotel on the seafront was our home for four nights this week. 32 of us including the coach driver were looked after so well by the happy, friendly staff. The hotel is spotless the food is to die for and the entertainment each night, excellent. Try the fresh fruit platter and the whisky porridge for breakfast ! A huge thank you to Nathan and your wonderful team, we will be back !

Like the entire hotel our room was tastefully decorated to a high standard and very comfortable . The quality of food is exceptional and great value for money. This is the only hotel in Llandudno that I cannot stop writing about. This is our 3rd stay since March. The hotel is ACE in every way. Accommodation is always spotless and spacious, price includes a full breakfast served by staff. Great selection, quality and price. Excellent location a short walk to the promenade , beach and sea. Private car parking , staff absolutely friendly efficient and attention to detail. The only "complaint " is that the hotel is extremely popular and trying to get accommodation is very challenging!!! But worth the wait. Can't wait to go back to such a beautiful and well run hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the seafront. The room we had overlooking the sea was spotlessly clean and comfortable as was all the areas of the hotel. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Every meal was presented well and very tasty having more than ample portions with something on the menu to suit everybody. The car park to the rear of the hotel is a huge bonus as trying to park on the seafront could be difficult at busy times. We found the standard of entertainment in the evenings very good. We would highly recommend this hotel for a few days away and hope to return again soon.

Just had another fantastic 5 night break at The Tynedale we met some lovely people there ,the food and entertainment was wonderful and the staff can't do enough for you . The weather wasn't the best for 4 of the days but when you are at the best hotel in Llandudno it didn't matter.

We had a fabulous stay at Tyndale everything was A1 all staff were friendly and welcoming our front window great. Food was excellent every night and can't wait to comeback again.fabulous

I stopped here for a pre stroll drink because it looked so inviting with its bar terrace . Fairy lights trimmed the overhead gazebo umbrellas. I took a seat and a very comfortable one at that at one of the tables facing the promenade. I ordered a glass of wine and enjoyed a chilled evening touching base with my family at home.

The two nights myself and daughter spent at the Tynedale Hotel were brilliant. The staff were the most friendly and helpful that I have ever encountered. That was in all areas, from the restaurant to the bar. The food and service were excellent. I will definitely go back to the hotel

This was our second stay at the Tynedale Hotel, the first stay was in the annex at the back of the hotel which was very nice and comfortable, this latest stay was on the first floor in one of three beautiful sea view rooms with bay window. We tried to book one of these rooms for August 27 & they are already booked so, we have opted for our previous room in the annex. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, great breakfast choices all freshly cooked. All in a great seafront location with lovely rooms and staff, we understand why they are always booked up well in advance.

I’ve done quite a few reviews here on trip advisor but can say that the Tyndale hotel is the best one I’ve been to. The hotel is well situated on the seafront, It’s very comfortable with nice rooms,great food,well presented. As mentioned before,it’s the staff that stand out. they’re so friendly The restaurant staff need a special mention,they’re all efficient and friendly. Need to mention young Poppy,she is a credit to her parents and those at the hotel restaurant. What an asset she is. Cant say much else but if you go to Llandudno stay here.

Great location, seaside right across the street. Loads of things to do: take a tram ride, cable cars, take long walks along the seaside, walk on the pier, take a boat ride. Very clean! I think it’s the first time I was able to walk around the room in a hotel barefoot as the carpets looked so clean. Parking is on “first come first serve” basis but I managed to park, no problem. Breakfast was amazing! So many things to choose from and everything is brought to the table, no need to walk around and “hunt” for food. The staff is super friendly, there was this lady from breakfast staff called Lara who was warm and chatty, inviting us to come back again, as we now know a great place to stay :) And we spent our evenings sitting on the hotel terrace, sipping delicious cocktails and refreshing local lager whilst enjoying lovely seaside views which was a great way to end our day. We were there over the weekend so they also had a live programme. I didn’t see it so I cannot comment (it did sound fun) but it was nice and quiet around 11pm which is great.

Booked a last minute two night stay at this hotel on a b&b basis. Lovely It had been recommended to us. We were not disappointed. Lovely clean, bright modern hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and good entertainment It's a shame that on this occasion not many people seemed to be around in the evening. Stayed one night for B&B but added evening meal. We were celebrating one year since I had a major diaphragm/ lung operation and the progress I was making in recovery. Your hotel was an excellent choice great room; excellent food and drinks: enjoyed the entertainment. The staff were all exceptional; friendly, helpful always pleasant and hardworking. My wife and I would love to come again and will certainly recommend you to friends. We love Llandudno and surrounding area and whilst we only live just over an hour away the overnight stop was a real booster and bonus. Thank you so much for making our albeit short stay so special.
