It’s a long walk from the train station all uphill. Didn’t find out about the bus until we got to the hotel. Property is older but clean and comfortable

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026schönes ,kleines, ruhiges Hotel im süssen Dorf Gruyeres in der Schweiz. Vom Parkpaltz aus super schnell zu erreichen. Alle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich...das Frühstück perfekt....die Zimmer ruhig....für einen Besuch des Giger Museums und der Umgebung TOP geeignet. Nachdem man mit dem Auto NICHT in das Dorf fahren kann ist es wirklich total entspannt dort !
Gibt nix zu meckern...ausser dass die Parkplatzgebühren so hoch sind wie in München... aber das hat die schöne Schweiz nun leider mal so an sich !

La possibilité de séjourner dans une très ancienne et très belle demeure de Gruyère. L'emplacement très calme au centre de la localité.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme et l'amabilité de tout le personnel. Le lieu est merveilleux, calme propice au lâcher- prise. La chambre,les repas,les petits déjeuners tout... Un vrai bonheur.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié de ne pas avoir plus de vacances pour profiter des lieux.

L’équipement de la salle de bain simple mais très propre et savons à disposition. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, armoires avec bien de la place Agréable petit salon pour se poser et à disposition thé, café !
Les oreillers étaient trop mous mériteraient d’être changer

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026De ligging van het hotel aan het middeleeuwse plein, meer dan fantastisch! De natuur in de omgeving! De ontvangst en hartelijkheid van de medewerkers van het hotel. We hebben heerlijk gegeten, fondue met Gruyere kaas. En ons toetje was ook echt heel lekker. Parkeren €10 per dag op loopafstand van het hotel.

Matratze durchgelegen,, Zimmer extrem hellhörig, man hört jede WC Spülung der umliegenden Zimmer und auch das Wasserrauschen der Waschbecken. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Lift und das Gefühl, dass uns das Teil durchs Zimmer rauscht...

No AC, so gets somewhat hot during summer. However a fan helped to cool off a bit during the night.

Последните поръчки в ресторанта вечер се приемат до 20:30ч, което се оказа практика на всички заведения, което особено през лятото е малко пресиращо.

Ingen AC. Frukosten var bland de sämsta hotellfrukostar vi har ätit. Rutten frukt, lite bröd ost och en skinksort. Tycker att man som gäst kan få rabatt om man äter på deras restaurang där de tog 6,50euro för 5 dl vatten. Dyrt hotell överlag.Personalen kunde inte svara på frågor om Gruyereost.
