Location was very good for the seafront, bars and restaurants. Room small but adequate for the price.

Noisy during the night as a couple underneath room were fighting.Hot in room as no aircon

Ideal location for me as I was here for the tour of britain - Stage 2. Friendly welcome, helpful, even got some discount vouchers for food and drink at the next door pubs and fish & chip shops. Opposite the fairground (you must be brave and try the “Big Ben” ride) and parking nearby its a good place.

Initially a bit musty in the room. But with an open window to air whilst I was out resolved that perception.

It was very noisy with doors banging all night with people coming in and out. The room we was in had a really bad smell to the point we decided to leave. And unfortunately we won't be returning

Room is a little small for double. The shower wasn't the best but got to good temperature. Could do with additional lightning in room as bit dark. Doors tend to slam shut which was only disturbance of stay.

Service lovely and r oom was spacious and modern. 2nd stay here. Would stay again. Convenient. Right next to Clocktower.

It would be good to have a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast not available, discount given for cafe/ restaurant next door but not open until 11am. Room downstairs lovely but constant noise and walking around above. No parking but understandable because on main road.

Close your all amenities and the beach , friendly staff , they were extremely friendly and helpful

Everything. From the moment I stepped in the door, the most amazing person on reception called Lynn, My room was ready even though I was super early. The room was large with a good sized bed, really comfy. Loved the soft furnishings. Great view over the seafront. Excellent WiFi connections. USB sockets by the bed. Free tea and coffee facilities. Compact shower with nice hot water. Plus money off vouchers for food and drinks at the bar next door. You could tell love was put into this hotel.

Only thing I would say would be good if staying as we did a couple of nights they could restock the milk. As did change the towels which was a bonus xxx But we just went and bought a pint 😃

The lady on reception was extremely helpful and although we arrived early she checked us in as our rooms were ready. The room was immaculate and very well maintained. The decor was modern and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available downstairs to help yourself if you ran out too. Each side of the bed had a lamp and a plug socket which was helpful. We also received vouchers for the bar and restaurant next door. The food at the restaurant was great and the amount you got was outstanding. No scrimping on portion sizes. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel in the centre of skegness. Best place by far we have stayed at in skegness.

Some of the other guests were quite noisy and not very considerate of others. Banging doors and talking extremely loudly first thing on a Sunday morning before 8am.

Bed was not comfortable, need better pillows and mattresses. Also a fridge in the room would be ideal. The shower head wasn't the best either.

The bed was very comfortable, the room had a good size TV and the bathroom was a decent size.

Although the shower was a good size it lacked pressure and the shower holder did not stay in position at all.

The lady on the desk who greeted us was lovely. Very helpful and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. No aircon but a really good fan and we could open our windows. Easy to park behind the hotel. There were extra tea and coffee sachets in reception to help yourself. Nice bar/restaurant next door.

Hotel is great in a prime location next to all you need food drinks and shops lovely and clean tea and coffee facilities in your room I've been 3 times to no 8 and had a great stay every time.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The location. The room and bed was comfortable. And the lady who checked us in was very polite.

A mini fridge would of been an advantage. Unfortunately you could hear people in the room above walking about in the early hours of the morning, Multiple times, to which we were up and awake at 5am, and left the hotel at 7.10am.

Lovely friendly greeting and swift check in on arrival. Bedroom compact but spotlessly clean and really comfy with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Perfect location in town with public car parking nearby. Had discount vouchers given to us on check in for various eateries.

Soundproofing is not the best as you can hear everyones doors open and close and hear the upstairs room walking about, it sounded like elephants with clogs on!! Not really the hotels fault.

Location is excellent, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and the room and bathroom was very clean.

We were in the basement and we could hear every sound from the room above us, possibly because there are no carpets in the room.

We booked 2 Deluxe double rooms at a price of £186 per room for 2 nights when we arrived they were tiny rooms we were very disappointed at the price we paid the weather was extremely hot and so we asked to move to larger rooms the hotel was empty so there were some available the receptionist said we had to pay an extra £50 per room making a 2 night stay £336 per room we won’t return as it was nowhere near worth the price

The property is really well refurbished I stayed as a kid and it has been really well done lovely and modern

• The room was not completely clean hairs in shower and on toilet and bathroom smelt of damp • The fan in the room was covered in dust and when we put it on went all over the floor • The water pressure in the shower was incredibly bad could barley shower
