I was let in by a lovely lady who was very welcoming and put me onto the free car park around the backs as they call them 👍 Booking in was made really easy by the lady and was shown were my room was All in all it was fantastic from start to finish 👏

Had to come and stay overnight due to partners car and it’s suspension breaking. It was a very nice clean hotel, the bed was comfy. Very impressed with the tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall a good stay and will likely come again.

Having a double bed in the room. We found that there was just two single beds pushed together in order to create a double bed. It was very comfortable though.

The car park entrance very narrow had to walk through everybody smoking,to get into hotel, wc wouldn’t flush away ,electric socket hanging off wall, shower vent noisy and ventilated into main bedroom!

The hotel was in a brilliant location, it was very clean and when we checked in the member of staff was very friendly

The bed was awful. The mattress was thin and offered no support whatsoever. It felt like a mattress topper on a divan base. The ensuite was small as expected but the door was terrible. It's a sliding door that feels like it's going to come off the runners at the top and it just wouldn't move over the carpet at the bottom. I closed it to use the toilet and couldn't open it from the inside so my partner had to rescue me. It remained open the rest of the stay .

Excellent excellent excellent! The hotel was very clean. It was extremely disability friendly. The staff would bend over backwards to help you. My husband and I are both disabled. My husband is blind and I’m visually impaired and suffer with fibromyalgia. The wheel on my rollator fell off and Lee was kind enough to fix it for me. Both Lee and Julieanne are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. We had a lovely bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a tv in our room. Everything was very clean.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the shower was very slow but that was explained to me and that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Well what's not to like, it literally across the road from the sea front. The staff let us check in early because our room was ready. All round good value for money.

The fact that despite there being no car park you get a whole list of rules around parking at the adjacent park including having to hand your keys over to the owner and not being able to leave before 9 am so basically your a prisoner. None of this is stipulated at the point of booking and when it was raised with the owner it's a tough luck response from A very obnoxious owner. Don't waste your time with booking.com either as they say they will help and do nothing. If you want to stay in skegness choose somewhere else we did and thanks to zero help from booking.com we lost out on £69. Joke of an operation both the hotel and booking.com your better off using Expedia

Right on the sea front, easy to find. Bed was very comfortable had a good nights sleep. Everything thing I needed.

A very warm welcome to the hotel. We were delighted with our room on the front with our own balcony and great views. Nice and clean. The hotel was in a prime location, near bars, restaurants, and shops. A bus stop right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend to family and friends.

The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom was missing a towel rail to put our wet towels. But apart from that everything was good.

I booked a double room paid booking .com £4.43 changed it to a family room paid another one hundred and 50 pound in cash to them got there it was a box room with 3 beds in it one bed wheeled in. My daughter who is disabled myself disabled and my 14 year old grandson all in this box room against the law to start the shower room was so small. The landlord said me and my daughter could get changed in that joke could not even sit on loo with out banging our self'. Surpost to stop there the week . Went Saturday ask landlord to move us to a different room no no help left on the Monday and ask him for money back did not get a penny. So have to pay out another 400 pound to stop in caravan witch I owe for. I'm of to solicitors spoke to police about all this i have photos so dos my daughter

Nothing to do with the property but there were some strange people around the area that made us feel uncomfortable and lonely me the rest of our country the area looked like it needed some tlc.

From the outside the property looked very well maintained and tidy which was one of the nicest almond the sea front. This was replicated on the inside with nice decor in the eating area and lounge as well as the rooms. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and accommodating

Asked for ground floor due to mobility issues with my mum who is 85 and cannot walk very far without getting dizzy and unsteady on her feet (yes I know The hotel doesn’t have ground floor rooms, but even first floor would’ve been better than the TOP floor! Up 3 flights of stairs. I said if there was a lift then that would be ok BUT we opened the door of the lift on the first day and we closed it again; even I was reluctant to enter it. It was like getting in a coffin, it was that small! We closed it again and reluctantly climbed the 3 flights of stairs with all our bags. When we reached the top we decided we were going to HAVE TO use the lift as the stairs would kill us after 3 days of climbing them. Every time we did use the lift my poor mum had to put her arms around me and bury her head in my chest, she was terrified! Also room was very small for a double room; on the booking there are 37 pictures mostly of the rooms but our room wasn’t pictured anywhere! There are lovely rooms pictured, some with baths! We had a VERY small (en-suite/bathroom) that you couldn’t access very well. To get to the wash basin you had to turn sideways past the toilet ??? Not sure why it is set up like that.

We stayed here last night and it was just as lovely as we remembered from our previous visit. The hotel is really clean, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and you can’t beat the location right on the seafront. We’ll definitely be back again end of the year to see you :)

Perfect location,we had booked a show at the embassy theatre which was a mere 5 mins stroll away,The hosts were very warm and welcoming,we had a lovely sea view room with a lovely modern entry suits bathroom with a bath and shower,lovely not water.Our double room was perfect,complimentary tea and coffee,bottles of water,biscuits,crisp ,clean comfortable bedding.We had a great breakfast,lots of variety,I had porridge and a full English plenty of toast and tea my wife had full English and cornflakes,there really is something for everyone.we would 100% stay here again.

The morning I was leaving, after my shower, there was no water coming out of the tap or the shower.

It was comfortable, easy check in and out process

I think breakfast should have been included and thought 10am check out was a bit too early
