Tregonholme Hotel

The rooms had everything i required and were clean and comfortable. I have stayed here for work for yhe past 4 weeks and am very happy with my experience. I wouldnt hesitate to book here in the future.

Very welcoming. Nice cooked breakfast and cereal selection available. Car parking space to the rear. Short walk into town centre, convention centre, nearby restaurants and the seafront. Happy to recommend.

Our double room was up 2 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but might be an issue for someone else.

Friendly and welcoming

Hotel was excellent value for money, breakfast was good, room was clean and tidy - all that we needed for a one night stay. Chose this hotel as located within walking g distance to the BIC

I cannot recommend this place enough! Everything was clean and comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were the most helpful I’ve ever met. On top of that, it’s just a few steps from the beach. Absolutely loved it!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It's a lovely place—small, but incredibly comfortable and cosy. The breakfast is fairly simple, but very enjoyable. Even if you don't have kids, be sure to try the pancakes—they're absolutely delicious! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Being on the ground floor was a bonus, as it was quiet and pleasantly cool even during the hot weather. The location was excellent as well. It was only about a 10-minute walk to the town centre, the beach, and another area with great restaurants and bars. Everything was within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was just perfect. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel offered amazing value for money, and our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A nice surprise was the Fire Stick in the room, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was included in the price. There was a delicious full English breakfast available, along with other options that were great for children. Another big advantage was the included parking, which made exploring Bournemouth much easier.

The hotel was just 6 mins from the town centre. We were able to check in early at 1pm and get a free parking space at the property. The checkin was friendly and swift. Our room 10 was on the first floor overlooking the car park and trees, and we were not disturbed by any noise. The breakfast was good and being small everyone was friendly. Home away from home.

I like the style of the hotel . It is 6 minutes walk from the beach and close to the centre . I used parking in the hotel . I like that entrance to the hotel is secure . Breakfast was very tasty. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this hotel for stay

All Staff including Tamari who mostly catered to us was very friendly, helpful especially with serving breakfast and room service.

Stayed in room 9. Carpet definitely needs replacing as it looked old, warn out and sticky, the room could do with more cleaning. It needs a long mirror on the wall, tv remote control battery needs changing.

Fridge in the room. Good shower pressure for Bournemouth. Breakfast good.

the location was great just up the hill from the beach and the bic,gardens and town centre. the room was lovely everything you needed for a comfortable stay. breakfast was delicious with extra cereals,toast etc.

Location was excellent, just a five minute walk from the beach and the town. Shops, pub and restaurants just around the corner for dinner. Parking at the rear of the hotel for guests. Interior decor was good and the room especially looked to have been recently renovated to a good standard. Huge comfortable bed and even a seating area in the room.

Not much to complain about. Heating wouldn’t come on when we arrived so first evening was a little chilly but not too cold, sorted itself out by the morning. Shower also cold that first evening but fine by the morning. TV reception for BBC was very patchy and practically unwatchable most of the time although improved when I retuned the TV and adjusted the aerial lead.

Good budget hotel with breakfast and free parking (small but was enough). Everywhere you have to pay for parking and I think that tourism will suffer in places like Bournemouth because of this. Kudos to this hotel which is still offering free parking even if limited.

Hot water took some time to arrive but this was explained on the shower. Pity water is being wasted. TV stations need upgrading (even if at a cost). No bath available even if description on booking says shower or bath. I specifically asked for a bath upgrade but there are none available. In this case description should be showers only available.

I.do strongly recommend this place. Tina the host owner is a very nice lady she arranged everything for my very late checking in .. The staff are nice. Very clean place with free. Breakfast. Very close to the beach and shops pubs and night clubs. Tregonholme hotel is definitely my favorite hotel. Thank you Tina and the staff. Daniel Rignace. Bournemouth.

It’s as advertised short walk to everything and parking place is a big plus.

Excellent location in Bournemouth near beach, restaurants. Quiet at night. Breakfast was really good. Host was attentive and engaged. Best overall experience in a long while!!

Very helpful owner, she helped guide us into the property when the sat nav took us to the wrong road. Upon arrival we were very impressed by the service we received, nice friendly and warm welcome.

Location was perfect for our event. Parking earlier allowed us freedom to explore. We also checked in earlier too. Close to the beach. Host was so kind and made us feel welcomed. Room was small but clean and lots of little touches to make the stay even better. Breakfast was really good and a lovely helpful waitress. Will stay again for sure.

Bournemouth central once away from the actual promenade, isn't as refined as it most probably once was, not the fault of the hotel. I hope it will get some investment into upgrading the street furniture and restoring the condition of flower beds etc.

Particularly liked the Manager and staff who gave us a warm welcome. Very pleased with their helpfulness and a nice breakfast. Well done Tina and staff.

Didn't not like anything really. Only downside would be rather a small car park. However there are parking options in public car park which are very lose to hotel (×2mins walk) at an economic overnight stay.

The location is great. The Beach 5 mins one way, the town 5 mins the other way. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The was a local shop 2 mins away for supplies.

The bed was a bit soft for me. The sheets was a bit tired and stain but still clean. The breakfast was a bit basic but it was fine.

Solo traveller in single room at very front of the hotel......some noises, cars, people etc but tolerable given location and prices. Two minutes walk to centre of Bournemouth, the beach, promenade, pier etc Nice pub nearby with chippy next door, very well stocked corner shop opposite pub, even a cycle hire business too. Staff/landlady are very pleasant and helpful, warm welcome and I can confirm the cooked breakfast is excellent!

The bed and pillows were too hard , could’ve done with blinds in windows due to the street light right outside which didn’t go out

The cooked breakfast was a real treat. Very nicely cooked and served. Only 1/2 an hour from Poole harbour where I needed to be. No accommodation in Poole this value and quality !

Excellente surprise. Endroit propre, chambre spacieuse, équipement largement suffisant. Endroit calme et lit confortable. Petit-déjeuner excellent. Proximité de plage, à peine 10 minutes de marche. Via la côte, en 15 - 20 minutes au centre-ville. Parking gratuit, un luxe dans cette ville balnéaire ! Personnel sympathique et attentionné.
