The staff was the best possible. Very nice and helpful Hotel was very clean and comfortable 24 hours supermarket right next to it Very nice breakfast. Bus station to the city center in front of it - line 18

The hotel is not in the center but it was known so no complaints here .the hotels I found in the center were too expensive. When it is not Sunday line 18 is frequent and with it there is no problem getting there from city center and back to the city as the station is right on the road next to the hotel. If you get to the city In Sunday make sure to be patient and take line 18 though it is once in an hour and not take line 20 which appears 15 minutes walking but is in an unpaved way so not really practical with the suitcases. In other way. ONLY line 18 should be used and note it is once in an hour in Sunday.

Quiet, relaxing, friendly hotel. Large, clean, warm pool with plenty of sunbeds, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Big bedroom with comfy beds and balcony overlooking pool with table & chair. Receptionist gave me a list of great restaurant recommendations, and a kettle! Good WiFi. 45 mins walk to Chania, 10 mins by bus (v few buses on Sundays) €10 euros by taxi. Perfect!

Just a comment for future guests : the AC is perfect though note that you need to choose the sun symbol and not the snow flake usual symbol which is used everywhere for cooling the room. It appears it should always be on the “sun” regardless of the season

Très agréable hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes , au calme . Très bon petit déjeuner. Bar en terrasse pour le coucher de soleil . Bus devant l’hôtel et surtout une piscine avec un couloir de nage le maxi top !

L’entrée de l’hôtel n’est pas bien signalée sur le bord de la route , le panneau à moitié noirci est au milieu du panneau de la station service . Les tables pour le petit déjeuner sont petites bien qu’il y ait 4 chaises autour on ne peut pas déjeuner à 3 personnes

Everything was great. The staff was super polite, helpful and very very friendly. Swimming pool is really a great plus and we enjoyed it a lot. Also the breakfast was rich and with many options. Unfortunately one day we found our car with a flat tire and they immediately helped us providing the address of the closer place where to fix it.

Maybe just the furniture in our room was not so new, but we didn't mind so much.

- Very nice garden, fruit trees, and flowers. - Helpful and nice staff. - The daily cleaning and changing of towels and sheets was done well. -The fridge and air conditioning worked well.

Rooms for improvement: - toilet water pressure is super low - drains inside bath were a bit smelly, most likely due to water issues in the toilet - rooms need renovation, specially the bathroom. - breakfast needs more variety.

Hotel molto pulito e ben tenuto, con una buona colazione. La posizione è davvero comoda, sia per raggiungere il centro che il porto. Ho apprezzato in particolare la pulizia, la posizione strategica e l’atmosfera tranquilla e confortevole. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Sinceramente non ho trovato nulla di particolare che non mi sia piaciuto. È stato tutto nel complesso molto positivo.

Stanza ampia, posizione non centralissima ma molto silenziosa, colazione molto varia e abbondante, piscina molto carina e parcheggio gratuito. Ho chiesto di effettuare il check-in notturno e non c'è stato alcun problema perché mi hanno lasciato le chiavi nella key-box. Staff gentilissimo

Struttura a 10 min di macchina dal centro con ampio parcheggio. La nostra camera era spaziosa affacciata sulla piscina. Colazione abbondante in terrazza.

Hôtel propre bien situé un peu en dehors de la ville. De quoi se restaurer dans les alentours.

Camera pulita perfettamente ogni giorno. Vista con piscina. Piscina veramente bella. Kit benvenuto con ciabatte, lima per unghie, dischetti, cotton fioc, rasoio e crema per depilarsi. Offrivano detergente corpo, mani, shampoo, balsamo, crema corpo. Tv con YouTube. Colazione dalle 7.30 alle 10.30 con varietà ampia. Pane. Uova occhio di bue e sode, pancake, mini brioche, salsiccia, salame, prosciutto, yogurt greco (buonissimo), creme dolci di vario tipo, frutta, torta tipo plum-cake, bevande dal caffè alle tisane, latte vegetale, spremuta. Sono presenti gatti durante la colazione molto carini. A 10 minuti dal centro e 20 minuti da Marathi e loutraki beach.

Mobilier un peu vétuste. La lumière du jour dans la chambre car fenêtre dans la salle de bain et vitrage entre la salle de bain et la chambre. La climatisation bruyante.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely, spacious and bright, with a beautiful little terrace overlooking the pool. The pool itself was also very nice and comfortable. Considering it was August, the price was really good and included breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Since we didn't rent a car, we had to rely on local buses. The hotel isn't right in the city centre, but it's still quite close and there is a bus stop directly in front of it. However, the road was quite difficult to cross. The breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, although everything was delicious. The toilet flush wasn't working properly, and the seal around the shower was worn out, so quite a lot of water leaked onto the floor. It would also be nice if the hotel had a restaurant where guests could have dinner.

Hotel molto bello nel complesso, immerso nel verde. Ampio parcheggio gratuito disponibile, piscina favolosa, molto grande e ben curata. Stanza con una bella vista, con ottimi servizi di pulizia.

Mancanza di piccoli stendini sul balcone, essendo una zona di mare sarebbe una piccola accortezza molto utile secondo me. La carta igienica non si può buttare nel wc, questo è un problema di tutta Chania e non dell’hotel però è una cosa abbastanza limitante.

Me gustó que fuera una especie de villa, donde se podía descansar del ruido de la ciudad pese a estar en ella, la habitación era grande y espaciosa. La piscina es espectacular para darse un buen baño, y el desayuno pese a ser lo mismo cada día era abundante y variado para hacer un desayuno muy completo

This place was amazing. The staff we're just the best so polite and went over and above to make our stay comfortable. The cleaning ladies we're just so kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Les points forts de cet hôtel sont sa piscine (un paradis) et son parking ombragé. Les chambres sont grandes.

Nous avons tout apprécié, le petit bémol se porterait sur le petit déjeuner, un peu léger par rapport à beaucoup d'autres hôtels où les propositions sont bien plus variées.

Struttura molto accogliente, la camera spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita in modo impeccabile ogni giorno. La colazione internazionale è abbondante e di buona qualità La piscina è davvero bella. Dalla camera assegnatami (con vista piscina) si intravedeva anche il mare. La posizione è prossima al centro e la città vecchia. Il posto auto è un gran surplus. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla.

Hotellin aamupala oli täydellinen suomalaiseen makuun, hotellin henkilökunta oli ihan paras ja uima-allas kruunasi viihtyvyyden. Ainut miinus on sijainti, mutta sekin taklataan sillä, että hotellin edestä pääsee bussilla Hanian keskustaan vartissa.

La doccia odiosa con la tenda che si attacca addosso e poi si allagava tutto. La struttura offre tutti i servizi anche se non è comodissimo spostarsi per raggiungere le camere.

Bella struttura nel verde, a 15 min idi macchina dal centro di chania. Colazione ottima, bellissima piscina aperta dalle 8 alle 20

Nonostante il divieto gente in piscina anche di notte

Soggiornare in questo hotel è stata un'esperienza impeccabile. La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica: immersa nella natura e leggermente appartata, il che garantisce un'atmosfera di assoluta tranquillità, lontana dal trambusto. Al tempo stesso, la posizione si è rivelata comodissima: la zona è ricca di servizi ed il centro di Chania si raggiunge facilmente in macchina in meno di 10 minuti. La piscina è semplicemente spettacolare, grandissima e molto pulita. In più, i tantissimi lettini ben dislocati offrono la massima discrezione, privacy e relax. Le stanze sono impeccabili, costantemente pulite, profumate e accoglienti. Un dettaglio non da poco per chi viaggia è l'abbondanza dei prodotti di cortesia messi a disposizione, utili, completi e di ottima qualità. La colazione è un altro grandissimo punto di forza: super variegata, abbondante e con ingredienti di altissima qualità, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Infine, una menzione speciale a tutto lo staff per l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata in ogni occasione. Un giorno, dovendo uscire molto presto per un'escursione prima dell'orario di apertura della sala, ci hanno persino preparato una ricca colazione al sacco. Consigliatissimo!!

Un très bon buffet du petit déjeuner, une salle de douche très agréable avec du gel douche, et tout ce qu'il faut, avec également des accessoires offerts (brosse a dent, rasoir, protection hygiénique.), literie confortable, personnel accessible, possibilité de faire appel aux personnels de ménage en journée.

Chambre assez mal insonorisée, même avec fenêtres et portes fermées, ce qui cause beaucoup de bruit les matins par les criquets, provoquant un réveil fréquent vers 6h du matin... Dommage car dormir est ce pourquoi nous avons réservé !

The hotel was great! Breakfast was delicious- a good range of food. The pool was a welcome sight at the end of a day out and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Friendly stuff, good facilities, solid breakfast and clean rooms. We stayed there for 7 days and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Chania.

There’s not much to not like at all. The rooftop bar can use some polish perhaps.

Super petit déjeuner avec une superbe vue! Piscine très fonctionnelle et agréable.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre n’était pas très bien insonorisée, j’entendais énormément le passage des personnes dans l’hôtel 😅 Petit bémol pour la localisation, il faut absolument prendre le bus, passages assez réguliers mais cela peut devenir rapidement contraignant, surtout le soir.

L’hotel est magnifique, la chambre est top! Le petit dejeuner qualitatif, le parking toujours libre. Vraiment le meilleur hotel des 3 de notre sejour.

Les rideaux ne sont pas opacifiant, ce qui fait que l’on peut être réveillé par la clarté au petit matin mais ce n’est as dérangeant!

La camera era piccolissima. Il bagno era molto scomodo e piccolo. Doccia attaccata al water e senza vetro, ogni volta il bagno si bagnava tutto e gli spazi erano davvero stretti. Il lavandino era nella stanza al di fuori del bagno.

Prędkość internetu mogła by być szybsza

Bardzo fajnie spędzony czas. Hotel ma wszystko żeby odpoczynek przebiegał bez stresu. Obszerny parking gdzie każdy się zmieści. Basen w którym można popływać a nie tylko poleżeć. Codzienne sprzątanie na życzenie. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, bylo wszystko żeby człowiek nie wyszedł głodny. Wszystkie braki na bieżąco uzupełniane. Dużo wspólnych przestrzeni na zewnątrz z których można korzystać jeżeli balkon jest w słońcu.

Trochę daleko od starówki jakieś 25 min szybkim marszem. Obok hotelu jest przystanek z którego 2 autobusy jadą do centrum.

Modest breakfast. Very bad soundproof, the slightest sounds could be heard from the street and other rooms. No ventilation system, constant smell of dampness. Definitely needs renovation.

Нам очень понравился отель. Ухоженная территория, заботливый персонал, бассейн, вид из окна на горы. Достаточно далеко от центра, но автобусная остановка находится рядом с отелем. В последний день мы рано уезжали и девушка на ресепшн приготовила нам завтрак с собой, за что ей большое спасибо!

Frokosten var veldig god. Godt utvalg, nystekte brød, egg, pannekaker med mer hver dag. Ferskpresset appelsinjuice hver dag og god kaffe, Bassenget er rent og veldig bra. Personalet utmerket og alltid rent på rommet hver dag.

Som vanlig i Hellas er det wc som trekker ned men dusjen var bra på Rodon og alltid varmt vann.

La cosa che mi ha colpito di più in assoluto è stata la straordinaria sensazione di sicurezza: un posto tranquillo e protetto, l'ideale per rilassarsi senza alcuna preoccupazione. Posizione un po’ distante dal centro di Chania ma c’è un comodo autobus che ferma proprio di fronte all’hotel e permette di raggiungere la città vecchia in 15 minuti. Circondato dagli ulivi, il contesto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Bella piscina.

La colazione è sufficientemente varia ma la qualità non sempre all’altezza. Arredamento delle camere molto essenziale.

Существенным плюсом была отдаленность от центра, ночную тишину нарушало только пение птиц под утро. Приветливый, улыбчивый персонал, все очень чисто и уютно. Вид с балкона на горы и на море позволял любоваться закатом. Бассейн достаточно большой и удобный . Большая бесплатная парковка при отеле. Все это сделало отдых приятным и комфортным
