Tout le monde était extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant. Les logements sont très propre et très calme. La piscine est extrêmement agréable.

Selvatica was an amazing boutique hotel experience just steps away from the beach - they were so kind and arranged pick up from harbor and transport to the hotel. they also organized a sunset boat day with wine on board - truly just exceptional service all around, cannot recommend more!

Good location. 5 minutes to the beach. Friendly staff. They arrange Snorkelling and cycles on request too!

Bugs. The bathroom is not fully closed off and is open to the jungle. A lot of bugs in the bathroom and geckos making scary noises at night. Room is smaller that what is shown in the pictures. We found it difficult to move around with two suitcases open. Breakfast could have been better. One of the staff members walked into our room even when the "please do not disturb" was on.

Sadly only a one night stay, we would have extended but they were fully booked. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. They arranged our fast boat over from Lombok for us! The grounds are gorgeous, a real jungle vibe, swimming pool is great. The room is spacious, immaculately clean, huge super comfortable bed, semi outdoor bathroom with a powerful shower. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful on the north of the island. After 10pm it was silent and we slept so well! Highly recommended, especially for its location - much nicer than the busy south but within walking distance of anywhere you could want to be (the island is tiny!), they also have bicycles available if you don’t want to walk! Great recommendations for food, drink and excursions. They even provide cute poolside hats and insect repellent.

It is located in quiet area, lot of green. The bungalows are beautiful, the breakfast is good. The Location is super; near the beach and the town. The staff is very helpful.

Die ruhige Lage, trotzdem nah zu den Restaurants und Stränden

Alles war einfach top – wir haben wirklich nichts auszusetzen! 😊 Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist super herzlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt mit seiner lustigen Art sofort für gute Stimmung. Das Frühstück war mega lecker und jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage – perfekt, um abzuschalten, zu entspannen und den Alltag einfach mal hinter sich zu lassen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Tout était parfait du début à la fin, la cabane était spacieuse et très propre avec pleins de petites attentions. Le cadre de l’hôtel est paradisiaque et la gentillesse du personnel était vraiment top ! Au plaisir de revenir lors de notre prochaine venue à Gili Air !

Beautiful boutique accomodation with fantastic staff who went above and beyond and had great attention to detail. Breakfasts were superb and the team were keen to help however they could. Shout out too, to the gardening team -beautiful grounds.

The lighting in the rooms needs to be improved. The setup of the facility does not lend itself to meeting other guests so even though there are other people staying there isn’t a natural way to interact with them.

Tout, le cadre, la verdure, le calme, le côté écolo. Le personnel est dispo île et à l'écoute, la piscine est top. Propreté exceptionnelle, le personnel passe son temps à nettoyer, toujours souriant et agréable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et sincère.

Wat een schitterende plek! Zo’n prachtige tuin en schattige huisjes met allemaal kleine verwen dingen zoals een spraytje, een waaier. Lief personeel. Fietsen meteen bij te huren dat is zo fijn. We hebben genoten!

Het was eigenlijk alleen maar fijn. Misschien iets meer keuze uit ontbijt en een sandwich extra bij het ei, dat is soms wat te weinig. Cappuccino zou ook lekker zijn. Maar prima mee te leven hoor!

The mosquitos seem to like the garden. Luckily there's a mosquito net around the bed, but outside the net we often got bites. The hotel also provides mosquito spray. Some of the neighbors were burning stuff and often the smoke would be in the hut a little. Walking around the island, this seems to be a widespread problem.

Perfect spot, perfectly lost in the island. Really nice staff who take care of you. It’s quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is beautiful and hidden.

Staying at Hotel Selvática in Gili Air was amazing. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery. The room was super comfortable, and the little details made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

La literie est dure mais ce n’est pas lié à l’hôtel mais j’ai plutôt l’impression à un point culturel de l’Indonésie.

Absolut alles! Vom super ausgestattetem Bungalow über den unglablich schönen Garten, das tolle Frühstück bis zum netten und immer sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Fahrradverleih, Buchung der Schnorcheltour, Wäscheservice; alles hat immer wunderbar geklappt. So klein Gili Air auch sein mag, diese Insel bietet unglaublich viel und ist einfach ein toller und superschöner Ort.

Dass ich nur 3 Tage statt 3 Wochen bleiben konnte.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großartig, in der Nähe vom Strand und doch abseits von jeglichem Trubel, und das gesamte Selvática-Team unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe 14 Tage! dort verbracht und mich wie zu Hause gefühlt

Нас выгнали из данного отеля уже после заселения и полной оплаты. Настойчиво постучались в дверь нашего номера. На мою просьбу обсудить это позже ответили прямо: «Это я владелица этого отеля, и мы будем это обсуждать прямо сейчас». Сказали, что им, как владельцам отеля, некомфортно, когда я предупредил, что отражу в отзыве своё мнение насчёт зарядки моего электробайка, который, к слову, я взял на острове. После этого заявили, что прямо сейчас мне нужно собрать свои вещи и уехать из ИХ отеля. В целом разговаривали на повышенных тонах, Выслушать и как-то пойти на компромисс даже не пытались. Далее они начали звонить в Booking и говорить, что мы нарушаем законы Индонезии, и у них есть видео- и фотоматериалы наших лиц и факта якобы нашего «преступления». Речь идёт о езде на электробайке и просьбе его зарядить. При этом они записали мой номер карты для возврата и телефон WhatsApp (якобы чтобы отправить деньги позже, когда приедут домой и смогут воспользоваться ноутбуком). Считаю это ложью, потому что они просто дождались, когда платформа Booking отменит бронирование, чтобы я не смог поставить им оценку и написать отзыв. И только после этого вернули деньги и написали мне сообщение в WhatsApp с очередными угрозами, чтобы я не вздумал писать о них плохой отзыв. Я считаю это поведение абсолютно неприемлемым. Как всё было на самом деле — опишу со своей стороны. Мы заехали в отель, и я сразу попросил поставить на зарядку байк — он просто сел. Стафф комплекса предварительно сказал, что есть какие-то правила гостиницы: нельзя заряжать электробайки. Я удивился, потому что на парковке стоял на зарядке другой байк (гостя или кого — мне было непонятно). Эти байки сдаются по всему острову буквально на каждом углу. Также в предыдущем отеле мы спокойно парковали и заряжали байк без каких-либо вопросов. Я выразил своё недовольство и попросил сделать исключение — подзарядить байк ненадолго. Стафф согласился. Я прошёл на ресепшен, оплатил ночь и заселился в номер.

Staff was super nice and welcoming. They also made the room twice a day, and the system with breakfast getting delivered to your terrace/room was really nice! They also put effort into small details like a cute "good night bag" and sun hats at the pool.

Selvatica is a wonderful outstanding place. We loved the beautiful jungle-garden in which the beautiful bungalows are located. From the first moment the stuff was so much welcoming us, explaining and helping with everything. It is superclean and they really thought on everything to make your stay unforgettable and comfortable. We hope so much to be back one day!

Everything was beautifully considered, from the check in experience to the gifted eye masks and ear plugs for each of us. Azmi (I hope that’s the correct spelling!) was kind and friendly, and breakfast was also delicious.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Selvatica Hotel on Gili Air and especially loved the lush green garden, the relaxing pool, and the peaceful atmosphere — a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the island!

The beautiful greenery, the small size of the place. The location, set back but still very close to a lovely beach.

Nothing really, perhaps breakfast could be improved slightly with a little more choice.

La piscina ha avuto dei problemi, l' acqua alcuni giorni era sporca.

Entorno increible sumergido en el verde, todo cuidado en los detalles, personal super atento y disponible. Ademas hay 2 playas a 3 minutos andando.

Uns hat vor allem die Ruhe sehr gefallen. Nachdem es nur 5 Häuschen sind, fühlt man sich fast alleine in der Unterkunft. Das Frühstück war außerdem sehr gut! Und das Personal war super lieb und zuvorkommend.

Das einzige, was etwas „blöd“ war, war dass man vom Hafen irgendwie zur Unterkunft kommen muss. Nachdem ich die Woche zuvor starkes Fieber hatte, konnte ich die 20min Fußmarsch mit Gepäck nicht machen und musste schweren Herzens eine Pferdekutsche in Anspruch nehmen.

Lo cuidado que está cada detalle, la bienvenida con la bebida fresquita y las toallas frías, toda la vegetación selvática que rodea el espacio , el personal super amable y alegre, el colchón super cómodo , el kit de bienvenida que fue precioso. La habitación es cómoda , decorada con mimo y muy limpia. Nos ayudaron a crear una estancia maravillosa los dos días que nos alojamos , su tour de snorkel privado es increíble y nadas solo con las tortugas. Gili Air tiene una vibra muy bonita, los mejores amaneceres y atardeceres que he visto!! Volvería sin dudar.

Fantastische locatie, mooi groen, veel bomen, planten en struiken wat het echt een oase maakt. Rustig gedeelte op het eiland, ontzettend lekkere ontbijtjes, (uiteraard) erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Niets, maar als ik iets moet benoemen zou het het bed kunnen zijn. Deze kraakte en piepte wat als je je omdraaide.

Petit hôtel très confortable et bien situé, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous, nous organisant même le petit déjeuner (qui est excellent) plus tôt pour nous permettre de manger avant nos plongées. Très bons conseils sur les restaurants, etc. de l'île. On a adoré :)

Zimmer könnten etwas größer und geräumiger sein. Frühstücksauswahl könnte um eine indonesische Option größer und die Menge etwas mehr sein, da auch etwas teurere Unterkunft.

Lush greenery and away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping zone. It was about a twenty minute walk from the ferry, mainly up the tarmac road. Staff were very friendly and quite chatty, with lots of tips of restaurants and places to eat. The rooms were quite sweet, not massive but nicely done inside. Very effective aircon. Quite a hard bed. Other reviews call it an "oasis", just be warned that it is not adults-only so peace and calm by the pool not guaranteed.

Amazing hidden oasis! Beautiful setting, the rooms are cool & you sleep so well. Staff are absolutely amazing, friendly & can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious. A real chilled, beautiful & boutique spot.

This hotel was wonderful, the staff were sooo friendly and really made me feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the pool is a nice bonus. The breakfasts were tasty too! It is in such a great location, it’s only 2 minute walk to the beach.
