Breakfast was very good_ wide ranging choice and great service !

Radiators were not on when we arrived late in the evening ! Comfortable room though !

The staff for the morning breakfast were friendly and helpful

All staff were excellent at their work and always put the customer first. The food was very good with a good choice on the menu.

Not really a critical point but the rooms can do with upgrading mainly to keep in with a high standard/rating of hotel

Location was really good. Staff in all areas of the hotel were lovely and the food was excellent. Really good value for money. Very clean & comfortable.

Would prefer to have a shower rather than a bath with shower but it certainly didn't ruin my holiday Thankyou Silver Tassie

The room was so clean and just beautiful! Having a spa located downstairs and a vegan breakfast option also knocked my rating up to a 10! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others in the future!

The bar menu did not have any plant based options but I really appreciated that they had a vegan breakfast option!

Lovely welcoming hotel with comfortable seating areas to relax in. Food was great and the receptionist was really friendly. You’d know it was a family run hotel.

The decor was really lovely. The dining area was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was spacious and looked over a lawn area

The property was very clean and comfortable. Food was very good with generous portions and well priced.

A upgrade of the front facing windows to cut down on loud road noise during the afternoon / late evening would be a big plus for the property!

The quality of the hotel for the cost was very poor. I do not understand why this hotel is rated 4 star. The room.we were given initially smelled very strongly of smoke. We requested to move and were given another room.no problem. This one didn't smell of smoke but was smaller.

Great food, fantastic staff, easy parking, great location, clean and tidy room, just as it was ten years ago.

Some of the decor is starting to look a little bit dated but the hotel was clean and welcoming.

The breakfast fry had a very small piece of potato and no beans or mushrooms which was disappointing

A comfortable hotel and a pleasant stay. Nice atmosphere in the bar and enjoyable live music. Nice lobby area though being beside a busy road took from the peace of it. Some staff members very friendly.

Room could have been a bit cleaner in parts, especially the bathroom. Some stains on the bedroom carpet. Very basic breakfast. Some items in the hot breakfast came from frozen and the scrambled eggs were microwaved. The restaurant could have done with some gentle music in the morning for atmosphere, instead of the hum of the toaster. Baby cot was very poor indeed, it didn't have a mattress so the base of it where baby lies was uneven and had one raised hard bar in the middle.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.We really enjoyed the music from Darren Doherty in the bar..a real talent.

The traffic passing was a bit noisy especially at night as our room faced onto the road,but got used to this on the second night and slept better.

Facile d’accès avec un grand parking. Le personnel a été adorable. La première chambre sentait fort le tabac mais l’hôtel a réagit très rapidement et nous a donné une nouvelle chambre sans attendre. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux. Une adresse à garder !

Le style manquait de modernité mais ça faisait son charme.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Familienbetrieb. Restaurant/Bar im Haus mit gutem Essen. Frühstück gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze und eins der drei Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Zimmer waren etwas laut (3 Zimmer, 1 zur Strasse (...) und zwei in den Hof mit Lüftung.

Lovely room, peace and quiet, looking out over fields at the back. Excellent parking facility. Good food, and great service, with friendly staff.

TV in bar area could have been on silent... we don't follow football! We had to eat there one evening as the restaurant was closed.

Room was a bit dated. No water in room.road noise v loud. Couldn’t open window because of noise from a machine outside as a result room too warm

The location with central to the activities that we participated in during our stay. We loved having the sunroom and the dining room as a place to meet and gather with friends in the area. The staff went out of their way to be hospitable. The end is charming, rustic, and immaculate.

Was on ground floor this time and it was old and dated compared to first floor where we have stayed few times. Bathroom very small and room itself seemed smaller to ones we stayed in previously

I was in room 211, bottle banks need to be relocated ever time they were filled the noise can be heard by every room. I asked a young man on reception was he from the area & could he give me directions to Dunbeg he answered me quite quickly & said I could find it on my phone.

The breakfast had a great selection lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection

Dinner was great every night, drinks and cocktails were also very good. Burger night on a Tuesday with serious prices. I think most burger meals where around €13 which is serious value and they taste great. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Also if you opt to not get your room cleaned they leave a care package of towels, tea and consumable for the bathroom outside your door so you still get what you need. This is a really nice touch and a lot of other hotels don't do that. Also a spa on site that I did not make use of due to work but it looks very good.

The walls in the bedrooms are very thin and you can hear a neighbouring room pretty well. The breakfast was pretty lacklustre with a plain spread if you opt for cold food and a middle of the road fry if you get one. again that is such a minor detail. It's hard to find quams with this hotel. Would recommend a stay.

Not bad for me

The hotel was very central as we were visiting attractions. It was clean comfortable, and had good facilities breakfast was excellent. Staff very pleasant and accomodating.

This is not a 4 star hotel. No air con in rooms and showers in bath. Half the hotel rooms face the road (can’t open windows due to traffic noise) and the rest face the sun. On check in, our room smelt of stale smoke as it was located above an outdoor smoking area. Receptionist didn’t want to come to room but gave us a key to view an alternative which faced sun and looked out over services. We took that as the least bad option. Room was very hot with only a fan for respite. Two nights with very little sleep.
