Meget mørke bungalows

L'emplacement est super. La piscine est top. La chambre spacieuse et agréable.

Hôtel à fuir. à ce prix-là : il y a bien mieux sur l’île. L’emplacement est très bien, mais la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. La chambre est extrêmement sombre, même en journée, avec un vrai sentiment de renfermé. Le lit est petit, peu confortable et grince. La salle de bain extérieure n’est pas propre et peu pratique. Aucun ménage ne nous a été proposé pendant le séjour. La piscine est décevante et le petit déjeuner également. Nous avons finalement quitté l’hôtel plus tôt que prévu. À ce jour, les nuits que nous avons refusé de passer dans cette chambre ne nous ont toujours pas été remboursées.

Location is great. Nice pool and nice rooms. Breakfast is basic but good. Speedy laundry service.

The rooms are too dark inside. And the food options could be better.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage am Meer, mitten im Geschehen. Direkt gegenüber eine Art Gallery, in der man schöne Bilder kaufen kann, aber vor allem auch in toller, einmaliger Atmosphäre und supernetter Betreuung durch die Künstler persönlich Bilder malen kann. In direkter Nähe Tauchschulen. Manta Dive School ist sehr zu empfehlen.

A localização é a principal vantagem desse hotel, em frente à praia, com poucos passos vc sai do seu quarto e está na praia! Bons restaurantes nas proximidades e ótimo point para ver tartarugas! Se você gosta de piscina também vai adorar ficar aqui; eu não usei, mas parecia bem atrativa para os demais hóspedes principalmente crianças. Próximo do hotel tem um ótimo bar (Raja) se quiser curtir uma ótima noite em Gilli com música boa e galera divertida. Para alguns isso pode ser um ponto negativo devido o barulho, mas o som encerra meia noite ou você pode se juntar a eles o que eu recomendo fortemente! Foi o que fizemos, gostamos tanto que fomos 3 noites seguidas no bar. A equipe é maravilhosa, assim como qualquer pessoa na ilha, estão sempre prontos a nos ajudar com sorriso no rosto.

Para mim, o único ponto negativo foram as toalhas. Uma estava rasgada e tinham manchas, assim como a roupa de cama levemente manchada. As instalações do quarto requer uma atualização, o quarto é bem escuro, a iluminação é limitada. O banheiro pode ser melhorado. Isso são apenas sugestões, para mim e meu esposo isso não foi um problema.

Hotel de playa muy bien situado para hacer snorkel y relajarse en turtle Beach! Ojo no está en el lado Sunset donde hay más ambiente está en lado ideal para ver amanecer y snorkelear tempranito. A primera hora el mar está precioso y se puede ver tortugas con facilidad

Tenía al lado un bar musical y parecía que tenía el Sarao en la habitación. Por la noche puede ser ruidoso. El desayuno bueno pero algo escasito

Ja het is voor een hotel ook de kunst om op de juiste locatie te zitten. Loop voor het hotel 200 tot 300 meter naar links. Ga de zee in, zie prachtige zeeschildpadden, drijf met de stroom mee en stap voor het hotel weer uit zee. Doe dit zo vaak je wilt. En rust vervolgens uit bij het zwembad. Wij en onze kinderen van 8 en 10 vonden het geweldig.

Geen tegenvallers hier.

Location and attention was perfect. Breakfast really good. Everybody very kind and helpful specially the manager. Bungalow nice and big enough. Nice terrace and swimming pool . Perfect place to stay and enjoy Gili Air. Well come back!

As a suggestion, terrace and bungalow could’ve be more comfy to spend some time to rest and chill out a bit, specially late afternoon and or evening, having more comfortable chairs and sofa. Proper Cupboard, closet for clothes would it be also appreciated.

子どもたちと家族4人で宿泊しました。バンガローがならぶ敷地内は緑も多く、雰囲気がよくてリラックスできる。目の前がウミガメのいるビーチで、朝食も海を見ながらとれるので、とても良かったです。

Turtle Beach Resort on Gili Air is a fantastic, family-friendly paradise. We stayed there with our 10-year-old child and had an amazing experience, enjoying the direct beach access, incredible snorkeling with turtles right off the shore, wonderful pool, and exceptionally warm, welcoming staff.

The resort itself is a peaceful oasis. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great air conditioning, giving us a cool retreat after long days in the sun. The outdoor swimming pool is stunning—clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect temperature for relaxing or playing in the water.

Está justo al lado de un bar con música en directo. Si vas a dormir temprano estás muerto.

Het personeel is top en doet zijn uiterste best het je geriefelijk te maken. De locatie is ook heerlijk direct aan het strand met prachtig koraal en in de ochtend (met de vloed) schildpadden. Ook het ontbijt was okay waar je keuze had tussen Indonesisch of westers eten, een glaasje sinaasappelsap en een fruitsalade.

Het hotel is over het algemeen zeer verouderd. Hoog tijd om groot onderhoud te plegen. De airco was uitgevallen (doorgeslagen stoppen), soms even geen warm water, kraantje van de wc lekte, etc. Het wordt allemaal opgelost door het lieve personeel maar het blijft aanmodderen.

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Anlage und die Bungalows waren sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt.

The music that didn’t stop until 2AM from neighbouring club.

Great location on East Coast of Gili Air. Very easy to snorkel straight out front. Older place but well maintained except for waterfront area. Not an issue though as there are ample waterfront cafes offering the use of sunbeds providing you spend a minimal amount. Breakfast well cooked. Pool very clean & relaxing. Room was large. Good value for money.

The outside ensuite was down steps & it could very slippery. The tiling was finished however there were gutters where large white pebbles were placed only for a couple of metres, leaving the rest of the gaps open & a tripping hazard.

Jolis bungalows, super piscine à l'abri des regards, bien situés à côté de la plage! Avec de bons restos et bars à côté, personnel très accueillant! Comme partout en indonésie !

La terrasse qui donne sur la plage pourrait etre mieux aménagée, il manque des tables des chaises et des espaces relax pour que ce soit vraiment parfait!

Awesome little resort across from besch, clean pool, good sized room with excllent air con projector and good breakfast!!! Staff are very freindly and helpful, excllent value for money will stay again!!

We had a great time in the Turtle Beach Hotel. Everything was as described. The room was clean and spacious. The swimmimg pool big, the area cozy with lots of plants, palm trees and flowers. Breakfast very good. The part of island great for watching turtles. I truly recommend.

La zona era linda por qué había buenos corales y es verdad que te metes a nadar por ahí y ves tortugas.

Esta al lado de un lugar de fiestas y la música está hasta las 4 am y es insoportable !!! Las toallas que te daban tenían manchas y muy viejas. Todo el lugar la entrada como la zona de la playa todo tétrico abandonado!! …

Rigtig god beliggenhed for hotellet. Hotellet er enkelt, og det afspejler prisen. Vi har været så glade for at være der. Ligger på stranden.

Enkel morgenmad. Vi var der i 9 dage. Vi spiste ude nogle af dagene.

It's in the central area; the beach is nearby, as are many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The pool is nice, and inside the yard has a very calm vibe. Friendly stuff. I overall enjoyed my stay there

The villa/room was a bit dark and had trouble with fresh air. There was only a fan, no AC, and if you want to open a door, anyone inside the hotel yard can see what's inside. The breakfast was ok, however, a bit confusing - I asked what drinks were offered, and I was told that only juice was offered, but on the last day, I realized that there was also coffee, tea, and water. but even with downsides, I really enjoyed and would return :)

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La zona de la piscina está genial y prácticamente vacía. En la playa justo enfrente se hace snorkel con tortugas. Se puede ir andando desde el puerto sin problema. Desayuno completo aunque sin mucha variedad.

Se oye bastante ruido de música en directo de un bar cercano, pero tampoco es culpa del alojamiento.... Las habitaciones son bastante lúgubres, quizás un poco más de iluminación iría bien.

The place it’s comfortable and the location is great to go everywhere in the island. The pool is nice and relax and the room is big and clean.

The problem was we have a construction right next to our room and they worked from early in the morning and we have a bar with live music till late night.

Mysiga bungalows precis jämte ett fint poolområde med fina blommande träd och palmer. Havsutsikt från poolen och frukost restaurangen. Personalen är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam.

Finns inget negativt.

Location was good. Room was big but very dark. Sunbeds round the pool had nice new cushions.

No wardrobe or hangers to hang clothes, had to bring the clothes dryer from outside to hang clothes on. Patio seats were very shabby and had to ask to have 1 replaced as not safe to sit on. Pool was dirty, water very murky/creamy then after i mentioned the colour someone came and did something but it was left with green sediment on the bottom, still not nice to swim in. Not hotels fault but Sunday night couldnt sleep, bar down the road (Raja Bar) played booming music till 2am!

Nem adgang til fantastisk snorkling lige ude foran hotellet. Mange lækre spisesteder tæt på og gode muligheder for at få massage. Gåafstand fra færgen.

Der var for meget larm fra livemusik hos naboen. Det var hyggeligt første aften men blev alt for voldsomt i længden, havde svært ved at sove selv med ørepropper. Hytterne var meget mørke

员工服务态度还是不错

对比起这种很破烂的设施，价格很贵，三人间差不多90美金一晚，我觉得只值10美金。性价比很低。

The property is located on the sunrise side of the island and is in front of a nice place to swim. The pool was good. There is an excellent place to eat beside the hotel called bibi beach. It is also central to bike and snorkel hire. Staff were nice. Breakfast was also freshly prepared - Yu had the choice of fruit, Nasi goreng, eggs or pancake. Tang for juice.

The cleaning could be better. When we arrived, the toilet seat was half broken and the door to the bathroom did not close properly. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and the toilet seat eventually came off and was not repaired despite asking. No clean towels were provided to us when we had 4 days to go before checkout despite asking multiple times. The bed creaked every time you turned and mattress was old. I wouldn’t stay here again. It needs a major renovation. It is extremely Noisy and you will hear the reggae bar until 3am most nights on the weekend and until midnight most weekdays. Then you will wake up to the call to prayer.

The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was great. The breakfasts were simple but tasty and the view over the ocean was fabulous. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the port, and if you don't want to walk, there are numerous horse and carts for hire. There are plenty of excellent choices of restaurants and bars nearby. We snorkeled right off the beach in front of the resort, where you could view turtles and fish. The coral around the reef was quite lovely too.

As with most Indonesian accommodations, the beds are quite hard. There can be loud music at night, but a pair of earplugs and a good white noise app help with this.

Large clean room with outside bathroom. Comfortable bed. Bottled water provided daily. Plenty of power points for charging. Beach towels and umbrellas provided. Nice clean pool Complimentary snorkelling equipment Tap at each bungalow to wash sand off feet. Location pretty good.

Although room was large it was quite dark inside the bungalow. The bathroom was light and airy though. TV not working. Apparently aerial issues. Had to request maintenance person for toilet not working.

The location everything you need is in walking distance. Snorkelling for beautiful fish and turtles right out the front of property. Considering the location it is great value for money. Breakfast was basic but enough to start your day.lovely pool that is in the middle of the property to entertain the kids while Mum and Dad relax.

The bed was quite hard and the chairs (wooden slats)on the verandah were also quite uncomfortable to sit on without using a towel as a cushion. We found the wooden doors inside the bungalow stuck and were hard to open particularly in the dark going to the loo. But all things considered we would definitely stay again-Thankyou staff for a pleasant stay!
